This study investigates how relational activities within MNC network affect knowledge transfer and performance of subsidiary. We separated the possible relationships between headquarter and overseas subsidiaries by support level, interaction level, and conflict level, and compared the impact on knowledge transfer, and performance. To understand the knowledge sharing, development and performance, we use structural equation modeling to analyze data from subsidiaries in China.

With the rising interaction between robots and humans, detecting collisions has become increasingly vital for ensuring safety. In this paper, we propose a novel approach for detecting collisions without using force torque sensors or tactile sensors, utilizing a Transformer-based neural network architecture. The proposed collision detection approach comprises a torque estimator network that predicts the joint torque in a free-motion state using Synchronous time-step encoding, and a collision discriminator network that predicts collisions by leveraging the difference between estimated and actual torques. The collision discriminator finally creates a binary tensor that predicts collisions frame by frame. In simulations, the proposed network exhibited enhanced collision detection performance relative to the other kinds of networks both in terms of prediction speed and accuracy. This underscores the benefits of using Transformer networks for collision detection tasks, where rapid decision-making is essential.

Guided weapon is very excellent strategy system than conventional weapons. Recently, several devices and a technology developed much developing more, inertia measuring device is one example. Inertia measuring device is device that is used to improe more accuracy of guided weapon, this device is operated by sensors of inside. Sensors of inside are parts that is very sensitive about impact or shock, heat that interact when shoot, it is main purpose that verify durability of sensor by heat delivered from outside in this study.

소셜네트워크서비스(SNS)의 정치, 경제, 사회, 문화 전반에 걸친 영향력이 점점 더 커지고 있는 현실에서 가장 발빠르게 이들 매체를 전략적인 PR 도구로서 이용하고자 노력하는 조직들은 아마도 기업일 것이다. 본 연구에서는 TF-IDF 와 연관 규칙 기반 유투브 인플루언서 선별방안을 제안하여 기업 마케팅의 초석을 제공한다.

SNS를 사용하는 것에 익숙한 Z세대가 소비의 주체가 됨에 따라 기업 안에서 SNS를 이용한 인플루언서 마케팅의 비중이 급증하고 있다. 하지만, 마케팅의 주체가 되는 인플루언서를 결정하는 방식이 체계화되지 못하였고 기업 내에서의 휴리스틱한 판단에 의존하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 성공적인 마케팅을 위해 기존의 전통적인 방식에 의거한 의사결정 조건 및 유의미한 상관관계의 분석과 더 나아가 판매하고자 하는 상품 및 서비스의 적합한 인플루언서를 추천하는 인플루언서 기반 실시간 마케팅 솔루션을 제안한다.

As part of the Global Positioning System (GPS) modernization program in the United States, Civil Navigation (CNAV) and CNAV-2 messages were developed to introduce flexibility and modern features to the Legacy Navigation (LNAV) message. This paper explores the additional parameters introduced in CNAV/CNAV-2 compared to LNAV, focusing on their roles from the user's perspective. This paper compares the structural and parameter differences among LNAV, CNAV, and CNAV-2. Additionally, we analyze the types and roles of parameters newly incorporated into CNAV/CNAV-2 that were absent in LNAV.
