  • 최근, 가상건설기법 혹은 BIM 도입에 의한 원가절감을 실현하기 위한 노력이 대형 시공사를 중심으로 다양한 분야에 시험 적용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 가상건설 기법에 의한 토목 프로젝트의 적용사례를 분석하고 그에 따른 원가절감 방안을 분석하여, 향후 적용방향성 및 절차를 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 최근에 실제 수행된 토목분야의 가상건설기법 적용 결과를 분석하고 그에 따른 원가측면의 절감효과를 분야별로 평가하였다. 또한 이러한 평가결과를 바탕으로 보다 실질적이고 효과적인 원가절감 결과를 얻기 위해 발주처와 시공사의 단계별 가상건설기법 적용절차를 제시하고자 한다.

  • Auto-makers can only remain competitive by producing high quality vehicles in an efficient way. In designing a production line, one of the most important objectives of digital manufacturing is to verify design errors as early as possible. In terms of the cost and time saving, it is very essential to start the construction of a production line with a proven design which is error-free. Likewise, this paper aims to implement PLC verification using an example. The verification in automobile manufacturing means verifying PLC program, which control automatic devices. In this paper, we built a virtual factory to implement PLC simulation and introduced verification procedure using PLC Studio. Finally, we can prove the availability for the PLC verification.

An Experimental Study of the Composite Slab under a Repeated Loading (단조 반복하중이 작용하는 합성슬래브의 거동에 대한 실험적 연구)

  • The application of metal deck floor system is increasing gradually and especially for office buildings. In the cases of large parking structures and storage structures, the construction period and the cost can be reduced. Also the steel deck system can prevent the crack of a floor and reduce the retrofit expenses. However, the floor should stand for the repeated truck load which is relatively heavier repeated loading. The mechanical behavior of a slab under repeated load is also different from the static loading state. An evaluation of a structural capacity was performed in this study through the dynamic capacity evaluation experiment for an application of a composite deck floor system as a parking structure slab. The period of repeated loadings were set up as 25years and 960,000 times monotone cyclic loads were applied at the center of the specimens. The tension crack propagation and patterns at the center of specimens were examined.

  • The construction of the health care facilities in terms of medical institutional source cost much and affect on management of another sources like staffs for the health care delivery systems and the medical service. For it is hard to change the physical component of the facilities, the reasonability and the efficiency of the facilities should be the major considering point. Consequently, the purpose of this study is to represent the basic data for determining the size and type of corridor space in ward by investigating the design pattern of existing facilities and analyzing several model according to corridor type.

  • The electric demands increase, financial need for new power plant constructions and environmental problem have led to search for more efficient energy production and load management. To minimize the construction of power plants and reduce total power consumption include installation of demand controller to industrial applications. Accordingly to maximize the load control by the diffusion of demand controller, govermental economic supports as well as the analysis of energy saving effects. This paper presents the cost-effectiveness analysis for DSM program evaluation and case study to analyze demand controller DSM program.

  • Currently, Lighting systems have undergone improvements with its convergence with information technology. However, compared to the developments in Night-Scape lighting, designers are facing difficulties in having efficient access to information. Also, the cost and time it takes to undergo research for benchmarking previous cases is exceptionally high. Thus, this study will investigate the current trend of luminaire, and Night-Scape lighting in buildings, Street furniture, and signboards that has incorporated IT techniques from domestic and abroad. From these findings, the research aims to establish a database composition that categorizes luminaire and its different applications.

  • Ontology construction has need of many time and cost. This is why it is difficult to build a commercial semantic web. To solve the problem, we must automatically construct ontology. In this paper, we propose an automatic ontology generation system from web documents containing important informations of the web. The proposed system has two steps. One is simplification process which generates simple sentences from all sentences in the documents. Another is ontology generation process with transfer rules. Our system is very useful fur application domains in which many documents are updated or inserted frequently such as online shopping malls.

  • Recently, the energy situation in Korea has been significantly changed. Rapid increase in electricity demand, tremendous financial need for new power plant construction, and environmental problem have led to search for more efficient energy production and energy conservation technologies. Due to the potential energy and cost savings to both electric utilities and industries, cogeneration will play an important role in the electric power and thermal energy supply in the future. In this study, we present the COGENMASTER computer model for optimal system configuration and economic analysis of cogeneration system. We also present several case studies with this module to analyze Korean cogeneration market. The result of this study will be useful to utility and industrial cogeneration planners for rapid analysis of cogeneration's value under a broad range of scenarios.

  • Recently, so as to solve the urban transportation problem the LRT(Light Rail Transit) system has been studied on the essential technology and the engineering know-how, which lead lower construction cost and higher reliability. The localization development of rubber tired AGT(Automatic Guided Trainsit) system has performed from 1999 to 2004, as a national project of the Minister of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs. For the application of the rubber tired AGT system in Busan Subway 3-2 Line, this study is focused on the reliability of aluminium profiles vehicle carbody and the establishment of the test and evaluation technologies. In this paper, 3D modeling simulation was applied to the load test of aluminium vehicle carbody. The reliability of the vehicle carbody was estimated as the fatigue test of welded aluminium profiles. From the test and simulation results, it could be concluded that the developed rubber tired AGT shows a good structural reliability and integrity.

  • Magnetic path direction in the back-iron of a linear induction motor(LIM) is perpendicular to that of the lift-magnet of the MAGLEV which is recently developing in KOREA. In general the back-iron is isolated magnetically in conventional rail in order to eliminate the thrust dependency of the LIM on the lift force. However the magnetic isolation causes some increase in construction and management cost. So a unit-type rail system is considered, which the magnetic circuit of the back-iron is sharing that of the lift-magnet. In this paper 3-dimensional analysis for the lift-magnet is carried out using finite element method. As a result, a new shape of the unit-type rail is presented to reduce the magnetic dependency between thrust force and lift force. Also the distribution of magnetic flux density vectors and current-lift force characteristics are presented.
