A study on the job stress influencing to the construction management in construction industry (논 문 3 - 건설업 공사관리에 미치는 직무스트레스 요인에 관한 연구)

  • Purpose of this study was to comprehend the influence that worker's lob stress caused by the distinct characteristics of construction work affect on construction management. Proven through previous studies of job stress measurement method, physical environment, job demands, job autonomy, interpersonal conflict are derived as typical factors. We analyzed causal relationships between the factors using structural equation modeling under the hypothesis that job stress have effect on the construction management. As a result, successful job stress management for construction management plan is proposed.

  • The unit modular construction system is a building technique in which unit modules are manufactured at a factory and then assembled at the construction site. It has many benefits, including reduction of the construction period and improvement in quality. For this reason, it is utilized for various purposes in Japan and England. While it has been introduced in Korea, there have been few Korean studies conducted on the unit modular system. In particular, little research has been done on the method of safely fixating the unit modules to a truck. Therefore, this study reviewed the fixation methods of unit modules for transport, analyzed the problems, and designed a fixation device for unit modules. In addition, a device for the fixation of unit modules to a truck was developed, and a structural simulation was implemented for a safety test by considering the maximum stress generated during the transport of the unit modules fixed on a truck. When the device for the fixation of unit modules is manufactured based on the results of the structural simulation done in this study, it is expected to aid the development of a more practical fixation device for unit modules.

  • In this study on the appliable Asphalt sheet of monolithic and inorganic matter waterproofing material using of field because of problem of complex waterproofing sheet. Before this cement polymer modified waterproof coating and appliable asphalt sheet of monolithic whether have stability by method of construction about all style waterproofing that evaluate to new method of construction development naturally big emphasis put and try to approach. Did performance test item first at, as a result, drew by suitable thing in all KS items. This is considered to have more effective spot construction work because if means that have stability by material as well as method of construction.

  • This paper intends to analyze the roles of regulations and certifications within the construction market that affect the effective recycling and application methods of construction waterproofing industries. Certifications, eco-labels, green certification patents, and new excellent technologies obtained in construction waterproofing industries are studied. In accordance to the study results, it was determined that, a total of 38 items obtained eco-labels with effective recycling as the theme, 10 items with green certifications, and 8 items with New Excellent Technologies.

  • External Insulation Method is to place the insulation on the outside of concrete. External Insulation Method is better than Internal Insulation Method to the protection of structure. However, The phenomenon that External Insulation falling from the structure occurs frequently. Apply method of External Insulation is divided Wet Construction, Dry Construction and Wet & Dry Construction. The purpose of this study is to test Bonding Strength of External Insuation. Furthermore, on the basis of this study, External Insulation Method determines the effective development will be made.

  • Recently, It is being reduction to market of the domestic construction industry for the instability of the domestic market structure. So it is necessary to plan response measures for to ensure the competitiveness of the construction market of overseas.   • The aim of this paper is to analysis mechanical system flaw in building service system construction. From this paper, most mechanical flaws are from design mistakes, material flaws, other engineering construction's negligence of construction execution and careless system operation managements. Through this study, the author suggested the way to reduce mechanical flaw, during construction process from drawing survey before execution start to completion of construction.

  • Reinforcing steel works should be carefully controlled by the construction manager considering the severe fluctuation of the price of reinforcing steel bars and for the safety of structure in building constructions. In particular, preparing rebar placing drawings needs more effort and time than before because of the emergence of higher and more complicated buildings. Moreover, the experience of field engineers or foremen (fabricators or detailers) in preparing placing drawings gives rise to the differences in fabricated bar type and quantity of bars used. To address these problems, this study proposed the support system in preparing placing drawings for reinforcing steel works efficiency. In the near future, if this system can be made available on the web, multiple end-users will be able to share the result; the efficiency of rebar supply chain management will also be improved.
