To survey the different view points about food service programs among parents and teachers, 2 types of questionnaires, which consisted of attitude, perception, satisfaction and demand of the food service program in child education centers, were used. The data was collected from 2450 parents and 450 teachers who attended a child education center in 16 provinces, nationwide. SPSS was used for descriptive analysis and ANOVA test and $X^2-test$. The frinding results were as follows. 1. The average serving size of meal (lunch) were 80 meals per day and 167 meals per day at large institutions. Mean cost of snacks was 14,709 won per month and mean costs of lunch were 29,319 won per month. The mean price was not significantly different according to the scale of institution. The numbers of servings of lunch, morning snack and afternoon snack were 5, 3.4 and 3.5 times per week each. $56.4\%$ of the institutions served meals to children in classrooms, but the national/public institutions, which were attending elementary school, served meals in a dining place in the elementary school. 2. Teacher controlled serving portion size of snacks $(79.6\%)$ and lunch $(88.8\%)\;and\;30.1\%$ of teacher did not allow leaving lunch food. The ratio of knowing about preserved meals of the teacher who worked at a small institution was significantly higher than the teacher who worked at large institutions (p<0.01). 3. Between parents and teachers, several different view points about school lunch programs were detected. Most parents and teachers wanted that the school lunch to be fully cooked and served at the child education institution itself, but $12.2\%$ of parents and $14.4\%$ of teachers wanted a catering service. The teachers group preferred 'lunch box from home' and 'home partially prepared lunch' as an ideal meal serving type than the parent groups (p<0.01). And there were significantly different view points about price factors in school meals, teachers group highly answered that operating expenses must be added in meal prices. 4. The teacher groups' priorities of education activities during meal time were a significantly lower score than parents group in overall education activities. Teacher and parent groups pointed out that individual sanitation activities were most important of the education activities during meal time, but promoting good eating habits was the lowest score in both groups. 5. 'Improving taste and food quality' was most urgent in food service at child education centers, but there were significantly different view points between parent groups $(64.5\%)$ and teacher groups $(43.8\%)\;(p<0.05)$. They answered at a lower percent in 'employee qualified person' and 'cost control' point to improve food service, but there were also different opinions between the two groups (p<0.01). 6. As to the matter of the advantages and disadvantages of catering services, two group answered that the advantages of a catering service were 'convenience' and 'to solve facilities and labor problems', disadvantages were 'lower in food freshness' and 'sanitation problems'. There were also several different view pionts in catering services, the parents groups were more anxious about food sanitation than teachers. This study found several different view points about school food services among parents and teachers. To improve food services at child education institutions, there is a need to adjust the differences between the two groups through interactive communication channels and education and to employ dietitians as taking charge of adjusting roles between the two groups.

Recently feature phones are being replaced by smartphones. Because smartphones have various sensors, there are many applications and research works that utilize them. Very few feature phones have GPS modules but all smartphones are equipped with a GPS sensor. One of the hot issues for smartphone research and development is point interest research. In this paper, we will develop an application which protects children using GPS and WiFi.. If a child gets out of the interest-area which is established by parents or guardian, our system sends them messages.

In this study, we attempted to propose operational directions for each space in order to transform the newly built library in Yangpyeong-gun into a space for cultural enjoyment and creativity development for local residents. To this end, the purpose is to understand the space composition status of Yangpyeong-gun public libraries and establish an operation plan (draft) for the space to be constructed. To this end, we analyzed the names, operation status, and cases of similar spaces in other libraries, and analyzed the spatial characteristics of library cases to establish a space operation plan for the Yangpyeong-gun public library. As a result of the study, it is important to utilize spaces such as children's resource rooms to improve early reading habits for infants and children, contribute to development, and develop various senses, and small theaters should be planned with a focus on large-scale performances. Furniture and space for reading and relaxation should be provided next to Byeokmyeonga & Bookstair, and it should be operated as a communication space where small talk is possible within a certain limit. It is necessary to operate the multipurpose room by activating experiential creative activities and creative performances. It is necessary for the club room to establish an operation plan through regular communication and opinion sharing. The maker space space is a space that supports various creative activities, and the general data room is a place that provides materials on all topics and must be operated by regularly communicating with users and reflecting their opinions. Lastly, I would like to suggest that the family room should be used like a book cafe where children and parents can freely drink tea together in the same space.

The patients visiting pediatric dental office have been being younger than the previous, and they were often combined with systemic disease. But, we aren't able to perform the verbal communication, because of their impediment and youthfullness. And, we can't carry out the behavior control via physical restraint, as the developed social structure and the attitude of children and their parents. So, the importance and concerning of conscious sedation using sedative medicine are increased by time and time. Among the various conscious sedation, Chloral Hydrate and Nitrous Oxide inhalation are most popularly used, and barbiturates, benzodiazepine, opioids and hydroxyzine are used often. But, these medications have some side-effects and adverse reactions, may be failed to sedate the children. And limited use of medically compromised patients, especially for ASA class III, IV or more dangerous patients. We, the Department of Pediatric Dentistry, Chosun University have met some dangerous situation due to unfavorable pharmacogenic reactions, but we can control the situation and get well healed results. The below results are common situations and their solutions during conscious sedation. 1. By the intravenous administration, thrombophlebitis is the most common side-effects, but it may be healed with time without any special treatment. 2. Under the definitive guidelines about conscious-sedation, we can perform a safe conscious sedation for ASA class III patients. 3. When adversed reaction of Benzodiazepine is occured, it could be cared effectively with benzodiazepine antagonist, named Flumazenil.
The purpose of this study is to explore the family communication and power. Communication is a symbolic, transactional process in functional view . To say tat communication is a process implies a continuous interaction of an indefinite large number of variables with a concomitant, continuous change in the values taken by these variables. The message system is the major element of communication process and influences both the form and the content of thier relationship and create and share meanings. The family-of-origin issues influence all aspects of family communication and account for many of the communication patterns, rules and networks. Power does not belong to an individual. rather it is a property of a relationship between two or more persons, Power, a system property is the ability of an individual to change the behavior of other members in a social system. Power operate transactionally in a family and any power maneuvers within it have a system wide effect. In order to study power in families , it is necessary to examine 1) family power operations 2) development of family power and 3) the communication of power strutegies. The research presented indicated that a rigid power structure, characterized by dominance and little sharing, restricts family flexibility reduce cohesion, and adversely affects satisfaction in families. power constantly changes as a family grows and develops within its system. Although power changes may be more obvious in children as they mature and more from a independent stated to an independent one, each of the parents experience egual or greater. Communication and activities take place that either enhance positively or negatively the images, themes, and degree of unity of cohesion the family desires. Power operated within a dynamic, growing, changing, interdependent transactional family system. Power struggle may develop when as issue becomes important to one or more family member. When this happens, and the rational exploration of alternatives ceases, various one-up power maneuvers usally follows, This affect family intimacy. a vital element in meaningful relationships . To resolve differences and not become the victim of another's power , one need to engage in constructive conflict since the ability to clearly and comfortably repudiate another is part of the achievement of intimacy.

The current generation of adolescents stands out as the most digitally interconnected in the annals of history, navigating an era characterized by unprecedented levels of technological connectivity. This study explored the impact of smartphone addiction on the quality of peer relationships among adolescents, with a focus on the mediating role of depression. Analyzing data from 2,288 responses of 14-year-old adolescents extracted from the 2022 cross-sectional data of the Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey 2018, research questions were tested. The findings showed that smartphone addiction among adolescents exacerbates depression, consequently leading to a deterioration in the quality of peer relationships. The results contribute to expanding scholarly understanding of the intersection between digital technology and the mental and social well-being of adolescents. Furthermore, there is a call to action for parents, teachers, counselors, policy maker, and practitioner in education institutions to establish programs that monitor and intervene in cases of excessive smartphone use among adolescents.
