An exploration for an emotional intelligence paradigm has been delineated. Emotional intelligence is investigated in terms of composing machine as a modern abstract art. The system consists of interface, plan and performance modules. Design concepts of the system are modular, open, and user friendly to ensure the overall performance. The exploration of art in the view of intelligence, information and structure will restore the balanced sense of the art and the science seek the happiness of life. The investigations of emotional intelligence will establish the foundations of intelligence, information and control technologies.

Knowledge management is a current management concept dealing with information gathering and implementation processes for the organizational performance advantage. The study investigates knowledge management in two perspectives: internally, Organizational information processing structure and externally, strategic issue management system. The study proposes the existence of filtering processes in the organizations. Based on this argument, the authors propose that organizations need to employ strategic issue management system for the successful implementation of knowledge management.

We proposed an integrated simulator scheme for communication networks. The network modeling and Analysis methologies are firstly discussed along the design procedure of a network simulator, and then, the structure, kernel, and user interfaces are defined for the simulator. Finally, for the verification of our approach, simulations are performed for a simple queueing network and a pure ALOHA system using Ptolemy, a multi-paradigm simulation enviroment.

Recent advances in CFD technique along with a rapid growth of computer resources provide valuable opportunities for developing an accurate way of visualizing turbulent structures. Not only this visualization technique made it possible to check the validity of many of theoretical achievements of the past but also it pushes the current turbulence research to a new paradigm. A brief history of visualization study will be summarized and discussed.

Holonic manufacturing system is a new approachto the organization and architecture of decentralized, autonomous and cooperative manufacturing system. The new paradigm combines the concepts of hierarchical systems and the integration of autonomous elements in distributed system. Today's scheduling and control techniques are mostly based on a centralized structure. Only little work has been done on scheduling and control of decentralized, autonomous and cooperative manufacturing system. This paper proposes a new approach IPM(Interactive Prediction Method) for scheduling and control of holonic manufacturing system.

As the Internet spreads rapidly, the industrial structure is changing to a new paradigm. The previous EDI system was asked to be changed and WEB EDI, E-Mail EDI, FTP EDI etc. based on the internet have appeared. Recently, the XML/EDI which is based on XML documents has appeared. EDI system has to assure a safe exchange between senders and receivers. But, the internet has security problems because it uses a open TCP/IP protocol. In this paper, we will propose an XML/EDI system with XML Signature.

본 논문은 한국, 미국, 일본 세 문화권의 애니메이션에 나타난 여성 캐릭터의 재현 서사를 비교 분석하고, 이를 통해서 각 문화권이 대중에게 제시하고자 하는 여성 캐릭터의 젠더 정체성을 도출했다. 이를 위해 먼저 2장에서는 문화권별 애니메이션 속 여성 캐릭터들의 표면적 이미지를 분석하고, 특히 이것이 어떠한 현실 인식을 반영하는지 살펴봤다. 애니메이션 속 여성 캐릭터들은, 대표적 문화 기호로 작용하면서 해당 문화권의 패러다임과 질서를 체현하고 있었다. 3장에서는 애니메이션 전체의 서사 구조 내에서 여성 캐릭터들이 극적 사건을 해결하는 방식을 비교 분석하고, 이를 통해서 여성 캐릭터의 행동과 사건 층위에서 나타난 문화적 함의를 도출했다. 한국의 경우 현실세계의 아이돌을 현실 연장적 맥락 안에서 모방했으며, 미국의 경우 비현실적 슈퍼 히어로를 실제 세계의 질서를 강화하는데 활용했다. 한편 일본의 경우에는 마법소녀로 하여금 매직 서클을 만들고 초현실적 여신으로 강림하도록 유도한다. 이처럼 본 논문은 애니메이션 속의 여성 캐릭터가 현실에 대한 인식과 문화적 패러다임에 따라서 해당 문화권의 남성 중심적 이데올로기를 각각 차별적으로 반영하고 있음을 밝혀냈다.

The purpose of this study is to improve environmental education policy through analysing environmental education policy in Seoul. According to the results, it should be considered in suggesting improvement of Environmental Education policy in Seoul as follows. First, according to the analyses of paradigm of environmental education policy, it does not in part depend on implication of education for sustainable development. Second, according to the analyses of driving force on the environmental education policy, The state of integration between formal education and non formal education has not been mature yet. Third, according to the current state on the environmental education policy, it is urgent to strategic approach to activate school environmental education. Consequently, It is necessary to indicate a new paradigm shifts for review and revisions of policy and practice in support of sustainable regional development in Seoul. It is also desirable to provide new infra structure which included basic framework, guideline, practical programme so as to enhance environmental education. Thus it would be possible to contribute to activating education for sustainable development.

This paper attempts to take an in-depth study of the importance of teams and their creativity according to changes of recent design paradigm in engineering and to draw conclusions of the sub-domains and their element extraction. For this purpose, theoretical consideration was reviewed to present the definition of creativity and its sub-domains and elements. Besides, the two steps of expert validation test were conducted to extract the definition of creativity and its sub-domains and elements. The team creativity is defined as a team ability to come up with fresh and useful ideas and to lead them to get meaningful results through cooperative interactions among team members to solve problems given to them based on each member's creativity. Totally, 4 subs -domains and 16 sub-elements were extracted to get to know their influence on the team creativity. This includes a team size, characteristics of team members, and a team structure in team organization domain. To evaluate team atmosphere, elements such as sensibility, fellowship, teamwork, reliability, autonomy and open minded feature are included. In the team activity domain, strategies for solving problems, activities for divergent thinking, activities for convergence thinking and team interaction are included. Also, the sub-domain for team management includes a task, process and conflict management.

Objective: "Nan Jing Hui Zhu Jian Zheng" published in 1923 is a book that 'Jiang Shan-Lei' wrote. He selected the past footnotes about "Nan Jing(難經)" and developed his own medical ideas on its base. Method : We will try to understand on scholarship paradigm of 'Jiang Shan-Lei' focus on his "Nan Jing Hui Zhu Jian Zheng". Result and Conclusion : He introduced the western medicine system to the Chinese medicine education, and he introduced a viewpoint of the human body of the western medicine to the structure of the human body as well. He judged yes or no of the Chinese medicine theory on the base of his human body viewpoint focused on an anatomy and a physiology. His human body viewpoint like this helped prove actually some of the Chinese medicine theory that was explained ideally. However, it had inappropriate aspects in explaining the Chinese medicine, which has a low alteration of a theory by inferring from the principle, due to a changeability of the western medicine theory itself. Moreover, his rash judgement concerning the Chinese medicine theory on its base brought about even side effects hampering efforts which reveal the Chinese medicine essence.
