This study aimed to examine the theoretical consideration and concept of hybrid that could be applicable to wood product design, to analyze design trend according to the morphological transformation by means of combination of hybrid material and function, to understand the correlation between type of wood product and materials and to apply it to the domestic and overseas hybrid concept of wood product design study. A study of assembling output by empirical experiment to embed natural resources into acrylic resin in order to develop wood products was carried out. And an wood product was suggested that satisfied lighting and hanger function through a new wood product design development combined with hanger function and lighting function. Through such process, a new design paradigm was suggested to cope with the periodic trend and to induce mass production of designed product. Thus, this study set a new guideline for activating wood product design and attempted to meet the social demand of encouraging new value creation.

Various organizational factors effect successful implementation of IT enabled business transformation. Among them, the most critical success factor is deemed to overcoming change management problem. Lots of studies have been made on implementation methodologies and business process formalizations to encourage organizational members to accept new business process changes. However, the logic of process redesign still depends on qualitative problem solving techniques mostly depending on basically human intuition such as brainstorming, cause-and-effect analysis, and so on. In this paper, we develop algorithmic procedure applicable to designing various business process changes such as process automation, business process resequencing, and more radical process integration. The framework is employed from dynamic programming approach in the literature, which is based on the decision making paradigm of organizations to abstract business processes as quantitative decision models. As such, our research can fill the gap of limited development of theory based analytic methodologies for business process design, by providing objective rationale to reach the consensus among the organizational members including senior management.

A design method that can easily construct intelligent patient monitoring systems is proposed. To achieve the design method, the SES/MB concept and a discrete event-based logic control formalism based on a set theory is introduced. In this control paradigm the controller expects to receive confirming sensor responses to its control commands within definite time windows determined by DEVS model of the system under control. Because data to be used for rule-based symbolic reasoning are to be abstracted, several AI methods are applied the processes. These methods are applied to intelligent patient monitoring systems so that they facilitate transformation from low level raw data to high level linguistic data. Model-based system representations have advantages of reusability, extensibility, flexsibility, independent testability and encapsulation.

Enterprise integration, which aims to enhance an enterprise's competitive edge, requires a highly structured product information model as a common product database. Previous research works on this issue have been narrowly focused on the transformation of product information between various operation areas, leading to a situation where enterprise integration lacks a formal method of information modeling. In this paper, research works and issues surrounding product information modeling for enterprise integration are reviewed, and the requirements for a product information model are identified. A product information model called L3DPIM (Layered Three Dimentional Product Information Model) is proposed, which is based on a feature-based design process. This model is expected to serve as a modeling paradigm for enterprise integration.

정보산업분야의 발전은 산업구조의 변화와 새로운 패러다임을 요구하는 시대로 변모하고 있다. Off-Line에서 처리하던 많은 내용들이 On-Line으로 변화의 조짐이 보이고 이러한 변화에 따라 많은 기업들이 연구와 투자가 지속적으로 이루어지고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문은 Off-Line에서만 처리되던 DM발송 시스템을 On/Off-Line의 연계를 이용하여 좀더 효율적으로 데이터를 관리할 수 있는 시스템을 제안하고자 DM발송 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다.

The main purpose of the study is to determine the main aspects of information support for anti-crisis management in the context of ensuring national security. In modern conditions, under the influence of COVID-19, it becomes important to develop a modern paradigm for the transformation of anti-crisis management, based on the determination of the laws of state development on the basis of the imperative of national interests and territorial integrity. These are, firstly, the patterns of development of the state system of public administration, secondly, the patterns of development of a complex of state interests, and thirdly, patterns of development of the modern model of the country's territorial integrity. As a result of the study, the key aspects of the anti-crisis management system were identified in the context of ensuring the security of national interests.

다양한 산업분야에서 4차 산업혁명 기술은 그 활용도가 날로 커지고 있다. 건설업계에서도 드론, IoT, 센서기술, 디지털트원 등의 도입을 통해 4차 산업혁명에 걸맞은 변화를 꾀하고 있으나, 그 변화는 타 산업에 비해 더디게 진행되고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 최근 불고 있는 건설업계의 디지털화와 디지털 전환은 건설산업이 처해 있는 고질적인 문제들을 개선하고 혁신하는 새로운 패러다임이 될 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 디지털화와 디지털 전환에 반드시 필요한 데이터 허브와 데이터 허브의 이용을 위한 API를 활용한 케이스 스터디를 진행해 보고, 이를 통해 데이터 허브와 API 활용에 대한 효율성과 타당성에 대해 고찰해 보았다. API 시스템 도입 시 일인 평균 약 23%의 예산 절감 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 약 4.4배의 비용대비 편익이 발생하는 것으로 나타나 사업 추진 타당성은 매우 높은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서, 본 연구의 결과 및 프레임 워크는 관련 연구의 기초 연구자료가 될 것이며, 관련 기술 도입을 촉진하기 위한 좋은 사례 연구가 될 것이다. 이는 궁극적으로는 건설업의 스마트화를 위한 디지털화와 디지털 전환에 기여 할 것이다.

헬스케어 산업은 제4차 산업혁명 기반 기술과 접목된 디지털 헬스케어로 개인의 건강과 의료에 관한 정보 등을 다루는 분야로 건강관리 서비스와 의료 과학기술이 융합된 형태이다. 패러다임 변화에 따른 디지털 헬스케어는 기존 「의료법」상의 의료행위 개념에 포섭되어 논의가 가능한 것인지 의문이 생긴다. 「의료법」상 의료행위의 개념에 관한 명확한 정의 규정은 없지만, 판례를 통해서 그 개념을 정립하고 있다. 그리고 「의료법」상 의료행위의 주체는 의료인으로 한정하고 있다. 그러나 디지털 헬스케어는 의료인에 의 한 디지털 기술을 이용한 질병 진단과 치료행위를 하는 경우가 있다. 이와는 달리 비의료인에 의해서 가능한 것이 디지털 헬스케어이다. 왜냐하면 디지털 헬스케어는 운동, 식습관 그리고 체중조절 등과 같은 건강관리를 포함하는 개념으로 이해되기 때문이다. 이로 인하여 디지털 헬스케어에 대한 「의료법」상 의료행위 개념에 포섭하는 경우 「의료법」 제27조에 규정된 '무면허의료행위'로 형사처벌의 대상이 된다. 보건의료산업은 디지털 전환과 정보통신기술과의 융복합이 빠르게 진행되고 있다. 이로 인하여 기존의 의료행위와 구분하여 '디지털화된 의료행위' 또는 '정보통신기술(ICT) 기반 의료행위'로 새롭게 규정할 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 의료행위 개념은 고정불변한 개념이 아닌 가변성을 가진다. 그렇다고 이러한 요구에 따라 의료행위 개념의 무한 확장이 아닌 그 범위의 재설정을 요청하는 것이다. 따라서 의료서비스체계에 대한 수요자의 요구를 반영하여 의료행위 개념을 법제화하여야 할 것이다.

디지털 전환 패러다임 속에 기업 내 IT 인력은 조직에 신기술 도입을 주도하고, 기술 축적, 개발 및 관리 등 IT 자산을 운용하는 핵심적 역할을 담당하고 있다. 하지만, 상대적으로 직무수명이 짧고 높은 이직률로 인해 기업들은 여전히 IT 인력의 부족이나 이직으로 인한 문제를 겪고 있다. 본 연구에서는 IT 종사자를 대상으로 테크노스트레스, 스트레스 대처 및 직무소진과의 관계를 파악하고자 한다. 이를 통해, IT 종사자에게 동기를 부여하고 업무 효율성을 높이기 위한 접근 전략을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 국내 IT 종사자를 318명을 대상으로 주요 변인 간 관계를 분석하였으며, 주요 분석결과를 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 테크노스트레스가 스트레스 대처에 미치는 영향 관계에서는 기술불확실성, 기술불안감이 문제 중심적 대처에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 테크노스트레스가 감정 중심적 대처에 미치는 관계에서는 기술복잡성, 기술불확신성, 기술불안감이 감정 중심적 대처에 모두 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 스트레스 대처와 직무소진과의 관계에서는 문제 중심적 대처는 직무소진에 유의한 영향 관계는 나타나지 않았지만, 감정 중심적 대처는 직무소진에 정(+)의 관계가 나타났다. 마지막으로 테크노스트레스가 직무소진에 미치는 관계에서는 기술불확실성, 기술침해가 직무소진에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향관계가 나타났다. 또한 스트레스 대처를 매개하는 간접경로 분석결과에서는 기술과부하와 기술복잡성은 감정 중심적 대처를 통해 직무소진에 간접효과를 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 디지털 전환 패러다임 속에서 IT자산의 효율적 운용과 경쟁력 강화의 핵심적 역할을 담당하는 IT 종사자에게 동기를 부여하고 업무효율성을 높이기 위한 조직차원의 전략적 접근 방향에 하나의 근거자료를 제시할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

한반도는 국토의 75%가 산악지대로 되어있으며, 동고서저 북고남저의 지형 특성이 있는 전형적인 산악국가다. 산악 지형이라는 한반도의 지형적 특성은 변화하지 않지만 거주하는 사람들의 인위적인 변형으로 미래 한반도의 작전환경이 수시로 변화하고 있다. 한국지역은 지난 2000년대부터 지속적으로 도시화가 진행되어 2010년에는 한국의 90% 이상이 도시화되고 있으며, 도시지역에는 전체 인구의 약 80% 이상이 살고 있다. 특히 도시지역은 수많은 인구와 복잡한 건축물들이 혼재되어 있어 도시지역에서 전투가 벌어질 경우 수많은 제한사항이 발생한다. 지휘관들은 작전계획 수립 시 다양한 상황에 대한 면밀한 정보분석을 통해 제한요인들을 극복하도록 노력해야 한다. 도시지역에서 전투를 수행하기 위해서는 기존의 전투수행개념과 패러다임을 완전히 바꾸어야만 한다. 본 논문에서는 도시지역작전의 일반적인 특성과 한국 도시지역의 물리적 특성을 분석하고 한반도의 도시화 현상이 가속화됨에 따라 한국군이 어떻게 도시지역작전에 준비해야 하는 지에 대한 발전방향을 제시한다.
