Objects : The aim of this study is to introduce latest research trend of cholinergic urticaria and consider results in view of Korean medicine.Methods : We investigate research papers, Chinese and Korean medicinal papers about Cholinergic Urticaria through Pubmed, CNKI(China National Knowledge Infrastructure) and OASIS(Oriental Medicine Advanced Searching Integrated System).Results : The pathogenesis of cholinergic urticaria is supposed to correlate with sweating, considering that many cholinergic urticaria patients are complicated with anhidrosis or hypohidrosis and have sweat hypersensitivity. And on the basis of those outcomes, diverse therapies on cholinergic urticaria are conducted recently.Conclusion : Korean medicinal approaches and treatment on cholinergic urticaria can be significant, accounting that sweating plays a important role in pathogenesis of cholinergic urticaria.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to review the studies of the wild ginseng complex pharmacopuncture related to obesity treatment. Methods: We searched the papers with key words of 'wild ginseng complex pharmacopuncture', 'wild ginseng pharmacopuncture', 'obesity', 'fat', 'weight' in Oriental medicine Advanced Searching Integrated System, KRpia, Koreanstudies Information Service System, Research Information Sharing Service, KoreaMed and PubMed, Scopus. We classified the papers by year, content and study type. Results: There were 7 studies about the wild ginseng pharmacopuncture related to obesity treatment. Cell studies were excluded because they were not related to obesity. Analysis of 3 animal experiments and 4 clinical studies were conducted to describe each research subject, method, and research results. Conclusion: More interest and further research will be needed on wild ginseng pharmacopuncture related to obesity treatment in the Korean medicine to achieve clinical application and to develop treatment protocols for the obesity disease.

본 연구의 목적은 고령화 사회에서 융합될 수 있는 미래 스마트주택의 고령친화기술 특성을 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 먼저 스마트융합기술을 전문적으로 다루고 있는 대표적인 국제 저널 ICOST의 게재 논문을 중심으로 고령친화기술 특성의 주요 분석유목을 선별하였다. 2007년~2014년까지 발표된 215개의 논문 중 사용자 지향적 기준에 해당되는 논문 65개를 재 선별하였다. 그리고 선별 된 논문에 나타난 기술 항목은 76개의 요소로 세분화 하였다. 분류된 기술 항목의 특성은 크게 기술의 개발목적과 기술의 적용방식 두 가지 측면으로 구분되었다. 기술의 개발목적에서는 지속가능한 노인의 독립적 생활을 지원하기 위한 사용자의 생리적, 심리적, 편의성, 건강성, 오락성이 우선적으로 고려되고 있었다. 기술의 적용방식에서는 하드웨어와 소프트웨어 두 가지로 측면으로 접근하고 있었으며, 소프트웨어는 활용 프로그램을 위주로, 하드웨어 부분은 주택의 고정적인 구조체에서 부터 이동성이 용이한 주택 내 가구, 제품, 착용아이템(wearable device), 로봇 등으로 나타났다. 그리고 구조체나 가구보다 가변적이고 융통적으로 활용 가능한 생활 제품이 압도적으로 많은 것으로 볼 때 기술의 적용방식 연구 추세에 있어서 로봇기술 분야는 더욱 많이 증가될 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 점은 미래 스마트주택의 고령친화기술에 있어 노인 개개인의 신체적·심리적·사회적 특성을 고려한 사용자의 라이프 스타일에 보다 맞춤으로서 노인은 물론 다양한 연령과 생활패턴을 수용할 수 있는 범용적인 단계로 발전될 것으로 여겨진다.

Objectives The purpose of this review is to analyze the trends of Korean medicine treatment for trigger finger. Methods Clinical papers using Korean medicine to treat trigger finger were searched in five online databases-Koreanstudies Information Service System, Oriental Medicine Advanced Searching Integrated System, ScienceON, Research Information Sharing Service, and PubMed. Nine studies were selected, and we analyzed their characteristics according to the author, year, number/gender/age of patients, duration of disease, duration of treatment, intervention method, measurement methods, and results. Results Seven case report studies, one prospective observational study, and one randomized controlled trials (RCTs) were selected in online databases, and there were no review studies. The most frequently used therapies were pharmacopuncture and acupuncture treatment. visual analogue scale, Quinnell's classification of triggering, was frequently used for measurement methods. All nine studies had therapeutic effects. Conclusions We reviewed studies of Korean medicine treatments for trigger finger, in this study. However, there are limitations that seven of the nine selected papers were case papers, and the number of papers was small. This paper suggests that a higher level of research and more studies on Korean medicine treatments of trigger finger need to be conducted.

Objectives This study aimed to analyze the research trends in clinical studies on the traditional Korean medicine used for cancer treatment between 2011 and 2020. Methods We searched 7 Korean web databases (Research Information Sharing Service [RISS], Oriental Medicine Advanced Searching Integrated System [OASIS], Koreanstudies Information Service System [KISS], Korean Medical database [KMBASE], DBpia, Korea Institute of Science and Technology Information [KISTI], and KoreaMed) and classified collected papers dated between 2011 and 2020 by the year of publication, publication journal, study design, type of cancer affecting the patients, interventions used, evaluation system used, and combination with conventional medicine. Results A total of 167 papers were collected. More than 10 papers were published annually. The papers were mainly published in the Journal of Korean Traditional Oncology (28.7%). The predominant type of the study was case study (67.7%). The main type of cancer was breast cancer, affecting 262 patients. Most of the studies reported using multiple traditional Korean medicine treatments (55.1%). Eighty-nine studies reported using clinical laboratory tests for evaluation. Most of the patients took conventional medicine simultaneously (608 patients). Conclusions Research related to Korean medicine for cancer patients is at a rudimentary level. Therefore, for further clarity, high evidence-based researches, including randomized controlled trials and cohort studies, should be conducted.

Most of scheduling papers on FMS have been considered that the fabrication process, the machining process and the assembly process etc. are independent and the releasing, routing, dependent, batching, loading problem are treated separetely. In this paper, we discuss that the integrated scheduling problem which can be solved for efficient use. We combine two systems that each process system which in order to produce a product is treated dependently, the releasing and the routing problem are combined one system and we present the efficient flexible manufacturing system as including the alternate process.

Hardware의 발전 중에서도 memory 기술의 발전은 눈부실 程度이다. 記 憶裝置의 構成素子의 흐름을 보면 1世代에는 眞空管이 使用되었고 2世代에는 트 랜지스터가 使用되었으며 3世代에는 Integrated circuits이 使用되고 있다. 3世代 後期인 오늘날에는 LSI(Large scale integration) 기술이 發展됨에 따라 memory 의 價格은 날로 떨어지고 있다. 또한 microprogramming의 槪念이 登場하여 ROM(Read-Only Memory)의 出現을 보았고, 더 나아가서는 IBMS/360 Modal 85 에 cache memory가 登場하여 memory hierarchy上에 一大 革新을 일으켰다.

FMS operating system consists of several subsystems in general. i.e. tool grouping subsystem. tool/job assignment subsystem. job dispatching subsystem, and papers dealing with each subsystem were published by many researchers [1], [4], [6], [8], [9], [10], [11], [12], [13], [14], [15], [16]. This paper mainly discusses about tool/job assignment subsystem as a job loading procedure. that occupies the kernel position of overall FMS operating system. Its performance is evaluated through simulation experiments of an integrated operating system under a typical FMS hardware configuration implemented in many machining factories, which is composed of the proposed procedure as well as a job dispatching procedure including several heuristic dispatching rules in terms of rule-base.

In this paper, an integrated damage identification system (IDIS) is proposed to locate and size damage in real structures. The application of the IDIS to real structures includes the measurement of modal responses, the construction of damage-detection models, and the implementation of measurements and models into the damage-detection process. Firstly, the theory of the damage identification method is outlined. Secondly, the schematic and each component of the IDIS are described. Finally, the practicality of the IDIS is verified from experiments on two different bridge-models, a model plate-grider and a model truss.

Recently, with the increasing use of power semiconductors and microprocessors which are very sensitive to little change of power quality and power market being formed according to the reorganization of the power market, power providers and consumers show much interest in the power quality problem. This situation makes the demand creation of integrated system for power quality analysis and monitoring based on speedy and powerful functions by the growth of computer hardware and information technology, and besides advanced corporation already have created and employed power quality analysis and monitoring system. In this papers, it will be introduced that power quality database design-database is essential to integrated system-for managing effectively and confidently data from the power quality meters(PQM).
