사이버스칼러쉽 환경에서의 융복합 연구 촉진을 위한 인문학 분야 학술 커뮤니케이션 특성 파악에 관한 연구 - 역사학 분야를 중심으로 - (Exploratory Study of Characterizing Scholarly Communication Patterns in Humanities for Facilitating Consilience in Cyberscholarship Environment: Based on Historians' Research Activities)

  • 이 연구에서는 사이버스칼러쉽 환경이 실제 국내 인문학 연구활동에서 발생하는 다양한 활동에 어떠한 영향을 주었는지를 다면적이고 심층적으로 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 실제 인문학 연구자를 대상으로 심층인터뷰를 실시하고, 연구 결과물인 학술 문헌 내 내용각주를 사용하여 다각적으로 분석하였다. 심층 면접 분석 결과 국내 인문학 연구 과정은 "기본 지식습득, 연구 및 논문쓰기('연구 아이디어 생성-관련 연구 파악-연구 데이터 획득-논리 구조화'의 순환 구조와 논문쓰기), 논문투고 및 출판"의 단계로 파악되었으며 연구 및 논문쓰기 단계를 구성하는 세부 단계의 순환구조를 확인하였다. 그리고 각 단계별로 학술 커뮤니케이션의 목표와 이를 달성하기 위한 도구/정보원/방법이 공식 및 비공식 학술 커뮤니케이션을 포함하여 다양하며, 특히 연구 데이터와 관련 연구 파악 단계에서 사이버스칼러쉽 관련 요소가 직접적으로 영향을 주고 있음을 확인하였다. 분석 결과와 관련 전문가 의견 수렴을 기반으로 할 때, 인문학자들이 인지하는 공동연구의 형태를 인정하고 이를 활성화할 수 있도록 지원, 데이터의 디지털화와 데이터 이용을 공유할 수 있도록 지원, 아키비스트의 적극 활용, 인문학 연구자들의 다양한 학술 커뮤니케이션 기반을 마련하고 제공하는 것이 인문학 기반 융복합연구 촉진을 위해 필요할 것으로 보인다.

충북 영동 지역의 과학학습장을 활용한 토포필리아 야외지질학습 프로그램 개발 (Development of a Program for Topophilia Geological Fieldwork Based on Science Field Study Area in Youngdong, Chungcheongbuk-do)

  • 본 연구는 충북 영동군 지역의 금강과 화석산지, 다양한 지질구조를 교육자원으로 하여 과학학습장을 개발하고, 이를 활용하여 지구과학 학습과 토포 필리아를 함양할 수 있는 교육 프로그램을 구안하는 것이다. 영동 퇴적층(백악기)은 금강을 따라 신선한 노두가 잘 발달되어 있어서 다양한 지질구조와 식물화석, 공룡 발자국 화석을 쉽게 찾을 수 있고, 건열과 연흔, 사층리 등 뚜렷한 퇴적구조가 잘 나타난다. 교육과정과 교과서 분석, 전문가 패널의 협의를 통해 야외학습장(관찰지점 6곳)을 개발하여 융합교육 프로그램으로 구안했다. 개발 프로그램에 대한 내용타당도 검증 결과, 모든 검사 항목에서 양호했다($CVR{\geq}0.88$). 야외학습 모형에 따라 수업에 적용한 결과 수업 만족도는 매우 긍정적으로 평가되었다(4.18). 과학학습장에서 진행된 야외 수업과정을 관찰한 결과, 학생들은 금강의 아름다운 경관 이미지를 새롭게 형성하였으며 다양한 구체물(모래사장, 징검다리, 공룡 발자국 화석, 퇴적구조 등)에 대한 개념과 가치, 의미를 새롭게 인식하게 되면서 토포필리아를 갖게 되었다.

한국 재벌기업들의 현금유동성 수준 결정요인과 재무적 분석 (Contemporary Financial Profile and Its Implications on the Level of Corporate Cash Holdings for Korean Chaebol Firms)

  • 본 논문의 주제는 최근 국내 자본시장 내에서 거시적 혹은 재무적 측면에서 정부, 기업, 그리고 투자자의 견지에서 가장 활발한 논란이 되고 있다고 판단되는 국내 기업들, 특히 재벌그룹 소속 계열사들의 적정 현금유동성 수준에 대한 내용이다. 즉, 동 기업별로 현금 보유수준의 적정성을 탐구하기 위하여, 이와 관련된 재무적 측면에서의 결정요인을 분석하는 것이 본 연구의 주된 실행 동기이다. 다양한 계량경제적인 모델들을 활용하여, 국제금융위기 이후부터 최근의 자료 기간 동안(2009-2013년), 동 현금유동성 수준에 영향을 줄 수 있는 대용변수들을 분석하였으며, 다양한 설명변수들의 선정관련 현금유동성 수준의 사전적 재무이론의 국제적 근간이 되는 상충관계이론, 자금조달순서이론, 그리고 대리인비용이론 등이 중심적으로 사용되었다. 분석결과, 재벌기업들의 현금보유 수준에 영향을 준다고 판단되는 통계적 유의성 있는 설명변수들로서는 현금흐름, 시장가 대비 장부가 비율, 재투자비율, 그리고 대리인비용 등 4가지 변수들이었고 이 변수들은 다수의 통계적 모형들에서 일관성 있게 유의성을 나타내었다. 종속변수인 재벌기업들의 현금유동성 수준과 동 대용변수들의 관계적 분석과 이론적 암시 등이 본문 내용 중에 서술되었으며, 현재 활발히 진행되고 있는 국제간 투자협정들 (FTAs 혹은 TPPs) 체결 관련, 해외 투자가들의 국내 직접 혹은 간접 투자분야에서도 본 논문 결과가 해당 기업들의 현금유동성 적정성 분석에 유용하게 사용될 수 있기를 기대한다.

임신 인식 개선 프로그램 개발 및 효과 분석 (Development and Effect Analysis of Pregnancy Recognition Improvement Program)

  • 본 연구는 최근 심각한 저출산에 대한 임신 인식 개선을 목적으로 프로그램을 개발하고 적용하여 그 효과를 분석한 혼합설계연구이다. 연구기간은 2018년 4월 1일부터 10월 26일까지 이었고, 연구에 참여한 대상은 M시와 M군에 거주하고 있는 젊은 여성들(19-21세)로 구성된 총 16명이었다. 프로그램 개발과정은 인식의 변화를 유도하기 위한 Dorothy Johnson 의 행위체계이론을 근간으로 하였으며, 문헌고찰과 국가정책 보고서를 참고하였다. 문헌을 통하여 개발된 프로그램은 가임기 여성 25명으로부터 저출산에 대한 원인 및 대안을 도출한 후 전문가 패널 토의 검증을 통하여 프로그램을 최종적으로 개발하였다. 프로그램 내용은 3영역으로 구성되었다. 1영역은 여성 생식관련 교육, 2영역은 친구 맺기, 3영역은 건강 체크이다. 양적 연구 결과 분석은 SPSS 18.0을 활용하여 Shapiro wilk와 Wilcoxon sign rank으로 분석하였고, 질적 연구결과 분석은 포커스 그룹을 활용하여 내용분석을 하였다. 연구결과, 본 프로그램을 적용하여 임신인식은 사전(M=3.21, SD=.342), 사후(M=4.46, SD=.398)로 통계적 유의 수준 하에서 유의미하게 상승하였고 (p<0.01), 본 프로그램에 대한 내용 분석 결과는 <깊이 생각하게 됨>, <임신은 축복>, <여성 당사자의 현실적인 요구 반영>로 3개의 주제가 도출되었다. 즉, 본 동료 그룹(peer group)을 활용한 임신 인식개선 프로그램을 적용한 결과, 참여 이전보다 임신에 대하여 깊게 생각하게 되었고, 임신은 축복이라는 인식을 하는 동시에 임신을 하는 당사자인 여성들의 현실적인 요구를 정책에 반영하길 원하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로, 본 프로그램은 젊은 여성을 대상으로 한 임신 인식 개선에 효과적이었다.

노인대상 영양정보 웹사이트 컨텐츠 개발 : 내용분석과 카드소팅과정(Card-sorting process) (The Development of Web-based Nutrition Information Contents for Older Adults : Content Analysis and Card-sorting process)

  • This study was undertaken to develop web-based nutrition information contents for the older adults. Twenty six domestic web-sites were analyzed and then 12 foreign web-sites and 4 education materials for the elderly of foreign university were benchmarked. Also a lot of literatures on elderly education program were reviewed. A card-sorting task was performed with 8 older adults to ascertain how the target audience organized information about nutrition. The results were as fellows. Among 26 domestic web-sites, 2 sites(7.7%) were only for the elderly. Main topics of information contents for the elderly included 'Importance of Healthy Eating', 'DRI', 'Dietary Guidelines'. Four of twelve foreign web-sites were for the elderly nutrition education. Topics of 'Dietary Guideline', 'Meal Program' were found in 4 sites and 'Importance of Healthy Eating', 'Diet & Disease', 'DRI, 'Food Guide Pyramid', 'Nutrition Fact Labels' were found in 3 sites. Education materials of foreign university dealt with basic information on 'nutrient needs changes related with aging', 'Heart & Bone Healthy Eating Plan', 'Food Guide Pyramid'. Also topics on 'Eating on a budget', 'Eating Out Guideline' were included for practical use for the elderly. Based on card-sorting process, contents framework for web-site was developed and 4 main menus for framework were respectively named as 'Nutrition', 'Meals', 'Foods'. 'Check up Nutritional Health' by panel discussion. Finally we developed nutrition information contents for 4 main menus. We focused on helping older adults recognize the importance of healthy eating and apply the nutrition information to practical use. We expect that the developed framework of contents can be a guideline for indentifying the information needs of older adults in developing effective nutrition intervention program. And we suggest that the survey for target people should be peformed for the web-site to be user-friendly designed and the developed contents be evaluated and revised in the near future.

가정간호 서비스 질 평가를 위한 도구개발연구 (A basic research for evaluation of a Home Care Nursing Delivery System)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop a basic framework and criteria for evaluation of quality care provided to patients with the attributes of disease in the home care nursing field, and to provide measurement tools for home health care in the future. The study design was a developmental study for evaluation of hospital-based HCN(home care nursing) in Korea. The study process was as follows: a home care nursing study team of College of Nursing. Yonsei University reviewed the nursing records of 47 patients who were enrolled at Yonsei University Medical Center Home Care Center in March, 1995. Twenty-five patients were insured at that time, were selected from 47 patients receiving home care service for study feasibility with six disease groups; Caesarean Section (C/S), simple nephrectomy, Liver cirrhosis(LC), chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD), Lung cancer or cerebrovascular accident(CVA). In this study, the following items were selected : First step : Preliminary study 1. Criteria and items were selected on the basis of related literature on each disease area. 2. Items were identified by home care nurses. 3. A physician in charge reviewed the criteria and content of selected items. 4. Items were revised through preliminary study offered to both HCN patients and discharged patients from the home care center. Second step : Pretest 1. To verify the content of the items, a pretest was conducted with 18 patients of which there were three patients in each of the six selected disease groups. Third step : Test of reliability and validity of tools 1. Using the collected data from 25 patients with either cis, Simple nephrectomy, LC, COPD, Lung cancer, or CVA. the final items were revised through a panel discussion among experts in medical care who were researchers, doctors, or nurses. 2. Reliability and validity of the completed tool were verified with both inpatients and HCN patients in each of field for researches. The study results are as follows: 1. Standard for discharge with HCN referral The referral standard for home care, which included criteria for discharge with HCN referral and criteria leaving the hospital were established. These were developed through content analysis from the results of an open-ended questionnaire to related doctors concerning characteristic for discharge with HCN referral for each of the disease groups. The final criteria was decided by discussion among the researchers. 2. Instrument for measurement of health statusPatient health status was measured pre and post home care by direct observation and interview with an open-ended questionnaire which consisted of 61 items based on Gorden's nursing diagnosis classification. These included seven items on health knowledge and health management, eight items on nutrition and metabolism, three items on elimination, five items on activity and exercise, seven items on perception and cognition, three items on sleep and rest, three items on self-perception, three items on role and interpersonal relations, five items on sexuality and reproduction, five items on coping and stress, four items on value and religion, three items on family. and three items on facilities and environment. 3. Instrument for measurement of self-care The instrument for self-care measurement was classified with scales according to the attributes of the disease. Each scale measured understanding level and practice level by a Yes or No scale. Understanding level was measured by interview but practice level was measured by both observation and interview. Items for self-care measurement included 14 for patients with a CVA, five for women who had a cis, ten for patients with lung cancer, 12 for patients with COPD, five for patients with a simple nephrectomy, and 11 for patients with LC. 4. Record for follow-up management This included (1) OPD visit sheet, (2) ER visit form, (3) complications problem form, (4) readmission sheet. and (5) visit note for others medical centers which included visit date, reason for visit, patient name, caregivers, sex, age, time and cost required for visit, and traffic expenses, that is, there were open-end items that investigated OPD visits, emergency room visits, the problem and solution of complications, readmissions and visits to other medical institution to measure health problems and expenditures during the follow up period. 5. Instrument to measure patients satisfaction The satisfaction measurement instrument by Reisseer(1975) was referred to for the development of a tool to measure patient home care satisfaction. The instrument was an open-ended questionnaire which consisted of 11 domains; treatment, nursing care, information, time consumption, accessibility, rapidity, treatment skill, service relevance, attitude, satisfaction factors, dissatisfaction factors, overall satisfaction about nursing care, and others. In conclusion, Five evaluation instruments were developed for home care nursing. These were (1)standard for discharge with HCN referral. (2)instrument for measurement of health status, (3)instrument for measurement of self-care. (4)record for follow-up management, and (5)instrument to measure patient satisfaction. Also, the five instruments can be used to evaluate the effectiveness of the service to assure quality. Further research is needed to increase the reliability and validity of instrument through a community-based HCN evaluation.

Social Support의 한국적 의미 (Search for the Meaning of Social Support in Korean Society)

  • In Korea the concept of social support was first used as a research concept in nursing and has not had much application in the clinical field. Another problem is that research on social support has used a direct translation of the words “social support” into Korean as “sawhejuk jiji”. Three questions were posed to direct the re-search. 1) Is there a concept of social support in Korean society? 2) if so, what words or expressions are used to de-scribe it? 3) further, if so, how is social support structured and how does it function? In order to answer the research questions a three-step research methodology was used : The first step consisted of a literature review on re-search related to social support and on information on the background of, and the way of thinking re-lated to interpersonal relations among Korean people. The second step, which was done to identify whether there is a concept of social support in korean society, involved interviewing a sample of the population. The third step involved a panel discussion that included the members of the research team and three consultants, a sociologist, a philosopher and a scholor in korean literature. A review of the literature on interpersonal relationships in traditional korean society identified a four cirole structure that explains interpersonal relationships. The first circle with “me” at the center is the family but here “me” disappears into the “we” that is essential for a cooperative agricultural society. In the second circle are those close to “me” but outside the family. The third circle includes those with whom “I ” have infrequent but regular contact and with whom correct conduct is important. The last circle is all the people with whom “I” have nothing in common. They are excluded in interpersonal relationships. The literature on interpersonal relationships showed that within the traditional Korean society people lived in villages where most people were very familiar with each other. “Yun”, the social network established the connection and “Jung”, the feeling of affection increased with time as the connection was strengthened. In the traditional village psychological support was provided through “Mallaniki”, “Pumashi” and “Kae” with the latter two also providing material support. In modern Korea there are more informal and formal social networks, like social services and community activities on the formal level and cultural and leisure groups along with “kae’s on the informal level. But even with this modern variety of groups, most social support comes from informal networks that resemble the traditiorlal “Pumashi”, “Kai” md “Mallaniki”. The six member research team interviewed 65 people in order to identify whether there is a concept of social support and then analysed their responses. There were 20 different words describing the reception of the social support and these could be grouped into seven major categories : virtuous, fortunate, helped, supported, blessed, attached(receiving affection) and receiving (grace) benevolence. there were 27 words describing the act of social support which could be categorized into seven major categories : love, looking after, affection(attachment), kindness(goodness), faith, psychological help and material help. for the meaning of social support translated as “sawhe juk jiji” there were a total of 14 different answers which could be categorized into 3 major categories : help, agreement, and faith. In third step, the results of the literature review and the answers to the questions were discussed in a pannel. The results of the discussion led to the following definition of social support in Korea which is shaped like a the four sided pyramid on a base. Social support is the apex of the pyramid and four sides are made up of : “do-oom” (both emotional and material help), “jung” (connectedness, or relationship bound by affection, regard or shared common experience ), “midum” (faith or belief in), “eunhae” (kindness or benevolence). The research team identified “Yun”( the basic network of relationships) as the base of the pyramid and as such the foundation for the components of social support in Korean culture. On “Yun” rest the other four components of social support : “Jung”, “Midum”, “Do-oom”, and “Eunhae”, For social support to take place there must be “Yun”. This is an important factor in social support. In private social network “Jung” is an essential factor in social support. But not in the public social network. “Yun” is a condition for “Jung” and “Jung” is the manifestation of support.

조직문화와 직무만족의 관계에서 조직신뢰의 매개효과와 커뮤니케이션의 조절된 매개효과 (The Effect of Organizational Culture on Job Satisfaction: Analyzing the Mediation Effect of Organizational Trust and the Moderated Mediation Effect of Communication)

  • 본 연구는 2020년도 인적자본기업패널 데이터를 활용하여 조직문화(집단문화, 발전문화, 합리문화, 위계문화)가 직무만족에 미치는 영향과 조직신뢰의 매개효과, 커뮤니케이션의 조절효과를 검증하였다. 특히, 조직문화와 직무만족의 관계에서 조직신뢰의 매개효과가 커뮤니케이션 조절변인에 의해 달라지는 조건부 간접효과를 실증하였다. HCCP(인적자본기업패널)에서 제조업, 금융업, 비금융업에 종사하는 근로자 8,615명을 대상으로 한 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 조직문화 중 합리문화, 집단문화, 발전문화는 구성원들의 직무만족에 긍정적인 영향을 주었다. 그러나 위계문화는 직무만족에 부정적인 영향을 주었다. 둘째, 조직문화 중 합리문화, 집단문화, 발전문화는 조직신뢰에 긍정적인 영향을 주었다. 그러나 위계문화는 조직신뢰에 부정적인 영향을 주었다. 셋째, 조직문화와 직무만족의 관계에서 조직신뢰의 부분매개효과가 검증되었다. 즉, 조직문화가 직무만족에 직접적으로 영향을 주기도 하지만, 조직신뢰를 매개로 하여 직무만족에 간접적으로 영향을 주었다. 넷째, 조직신뢰와 직무만족 관계에서 커뮤니케이션의 조절효과가 검증되었다. 즉, 조직신뢰와 직무만족 관계에서 조직신뢰가 높은 집단이 그렇지 않은 집단에 비해 직무만족이 더욱 높은 것을 알 수 있었다. 마지막으로 조직문화와 직무만족의 관계에서 조직신뢰의 매개효과가 커뮤니케이션 조절변인에 의해 달라지는 조건부 간접효과를 실증하였다. 즉, 조직문화는 조직신뢰를 매개로 하여 직무만족에 미치는 간접효과는 커뮤니케이션 역량이 높은 집단에서 더욱 높게 나타난다는 것이다. 토의 및 결론을 통해 본 연구의 학문적 및 실무적 시사점, 한계점 및 연구방향 등을 제시하였다.

Relationship between Brand Personality and the Personality of Consumers, and its Application to Corporate Branding Strategy

  • Many consumers enjoy the challenge of purchasing a brand that matches well with their own values and personalities (for example, Ko et al., 2008; Ko et al., 2006). Therefore, the personalities of consumers can impact on the final selection of a brand and its brand personality in two ways: first, the consumers may incline to purchase a brand or a product that reflects their own personalities; second, consumers tend to choose a company that has similar brand personalities to those brands that are being promoted. Therefore, the objectives of this study are following: 1. Is there any empirical relationship between a consumer's personality and the personality of a brand that he or she chooses? 2. Can a corporate brand be differentiated by the brand personality? In short, consumers are more likely to hold favorable attitudes towards those brands that match their own personality and will most probably purchase those brands matching well with their personality. For example, Matzler et al. (2006) found that extraversion and openness were positively related to hedonic product value; and that the personality traits directly (openness) and indirectly (extraversion, via hedonic value) influenced brand effects, which in turn droved attitudinal and purchase loyalty. Based on the above discussion, the following hypotheses are proposed: Hypothesis 1: the personality of a consumer is related to the brand personality of a product/corporate that he/she purchases. Kuksov (2007) and Wernerfelt (1990) argued that brands as a symbolic language allowed consumers to communicate their types to each other and postulated that consumers had a certain value of communicating their types to each other. Therefore, how brand meanings are established, and how a firm communicate with consumers about the meanings of the brand are interesting topics for research (for example, Escalas and Bettman, 2005; McCracken, 1989; Moon, 2007). Hence, the following hypothesis is proposed: Hypothesis 2: A corporate brand identity is differentiated by the brand personality. And there are significant differences among companies. A questionnaire was developed for collecting empirical measures of the Big-Five personality traits and brand personality variables. A survey was conducted to the online access panel members through the Internet during December 2007 in Korea. In total, 500 respondents completed the questionnaire, and considered as useable. Personality constructs were measured using the Five-factor Inventory (NEO-FFI) scale and a total of 30 items were actually utilized. Brand personality was measured using the five-dimension scale developed by Aaker (1997). A total of 17 items were actually utilized. The seven-point Likert-type scale was the format of responses, for example, from 1 indicating strongly disagreed to 7 for strongly agreed. The Analysis of Moment Structures (AMOS) was used for an empirical testing of the model, and the Maximum Likelihood Estimation (MLE) was applied to estimate numerical values for the components in the model. To diagnose the presence of distribution problems in the data and to gauge their effects on the parameter estimates, bootstapping method was used. The results of the hypothesis-1 test empirically show that there exit certain causality relationship between a consumer's personality and the brand personality of the consumer's choice. Thus, the consumer's personality has an impact on consumer's final selection of a brand that has a brand personality matches well with their own personalities. In other words, the consumers are inclined to purchase a brand that reflects their own personalities and tend to choose a company that has similar brand personalities to those of the brand being promoted. The results of this study further suggest that certain dimensions of the brand personality cause consumers to have preference to certain (corporate) brands. For example, the conscientiousness, neuroticism, and extraversion of the consumer personality have positively related to a selection of "ruggedness" characteristics of the brand personality. Consumers who possess that personality dimension seek for matching with certain brand personality dimensions. Results of the hypothesis-2 test show that the average "ruggedness" attributes of the brand personality differ significantly among Korean automobile manufacturers. However, the result of ANOVA also indicates that there are no significant differences in the mean values among manufacturers for the "sophistication," "excitement," "competence" and "sincerity" attributes of the corporate brand personality. The tight link between what a firm is and its corporate brand means that there is far less room for marketing communications than there is with products and brands. 과학지도 작성을 통한 미래기술 발굴 및 정부R&D의 동적 투자방향성 설정 연구 (An Exploration For Future Emerging Technologies by Science Mapping and a Dynamic Portfolio Setting for Government R&D Strategy)

  • 정부는 과학기술이 실현할 긍정적 미래사회의 모습을 보여주고 장기적인 과학 기술 발전의 가이드라인을 제시하기 위하여 "2040 과학기술 미래비전"을 수립하였다. 과학 기술 미래비전은 글로벌 메가트렌드와 한국사회의 변화를 전망하고 이를 바탕으로 과학기술적 비전을 수립하였으며 비전달성을 위한 25대 미래핵심기술분야를 도출하였다. 이에 대한 후속작업으로, 과학기술 미래비전 구현을 위한 연구개발 전략이 수립되었다. 연구개발 전략은, 25대 미래핵심기술분야별로 특히 미래과학기술발전을 주도해나갈 미래주도기술을 선정하고 그에 대한 정부R&D 투자현황 분석과 향후 투자방향성으로 구성된다. 미래사회를 주도할 기술의 선제적 발굴과 그에 대한 정부의 전략적 정책설정은 기술선도국으로 도약하기 위한 필수조건이라고 할 수 있고, 이에 따라 미래기술 발굴 노력이 확대되고 있다. 기존의 미래 기술 발굴에는 전문가들의 패널토론이나 전문가평가를 통한 포트폴리오분석 등 정성적 방법론을 활용하였다. 그러나 일부 전문가에게 의존해야 하는 정성적 방법론은 객관성의 부족 등 한계가 존재한다. 따라서 이러한 한계점을 보완하기 위한 정량적 방법론이 시도되고 있는데, 본 연구에서는 논문서지자료를 분석하여 과학지도를 작성하는 방법을 활용한 미래기술 발굴 방법을 제안한다. 또한 미래기술에 대한 정부R&D 정책은 일반적으로 기술이 실현될 때까지 정부지원방향을 단일하게 제시하는 경우가 대부분이다. 본 연구에서는 이를 중간시점과 기술실현시점 등 2단계로 구분하여 구간별로 정부R&D에 대한 투자포트포리오를 제시함으로써 전략적 측면을 강화할 수 있는 방안을 제안한다. 본 연구를 통해 다음과 같은 정책적 시사점을 확인할 수 있다. 첫째, 미래기술 발굴에 대한 정량적 방법론과 정성적 방법론의 결합 가능성을 통해 기존의 한계점을 보완할 수 있다. 둘째, 정부R&D의 투자방향성을 동적으로 제시하여 전략성을 제고하고 부처간 또는 연구수행 주체간 연계를 강화할 수 있다. 향후 본 연구의 결과가 "2040 과학기술 미래비전"의 구현을 위한 실천적 전략으로서 유용하게 적용되는 한편, 미래기술 발굴 및 정책설정의 방법론으로서 널리 활용되기를 기대한다.
