A Study on the Integrated Prefab Building Materials Depending on the Cooling Type of PV Mocdule Backside (태양전지모듈 후면의 냉각조건에 따른 조립식 건축자재와 일체화에 관한 연구)

  • The application of photovoltaics into building as integrated building components has been paid more attention worldwide. Photovoltaics or solar electric modules are solid state devices, directly converting solar radiation into electricity; the process does not require fuel and any moving parts, and produce no pollutants. And the prefab building method is very effective because the pre- manufactured building components is simply assembled to making up buildings in the construction fields especially the sandwich panel. So, the purpose of this research is to integrated prefab building materials depending on the cooling type of PV modules. It is concluded that the prediction of BIPV system's performance should be based on the more accurate PV module temperature. From the basis of these results on the correlation of temperature and irradiation were obtained.

  • Recently more attention is paid to the development of high-speed permanent magnet (PM) synchronous generators driven by gas-turbine, since they are conductive to high efficiency, high power density, small size, low weight, simple mechanical construction, easy maintenance and good reliability. In this paper, the performance analysis of a high-speed PM synchronous generator for military power application considering the min-max operating speed is presented. The output current and power versus DC-link voltage loci can obtained by solving the PM machine's steady-state equations for variable resistive load.

  • It is well recently recognized that quench is one of the serious problems for the integrity of superconducting magnets, which is mainly attribute to the rapid temperature rising in the magnet due to some extrinsic factors such as conductor motion, crack initiation etc. In order to apply acoustic emission(AE) technique effectively to monitor and diagnose superconducting magnets, it is essential to identify the sources of acoustic emission. In this paper, an acoustic emission technique has been used to monitor and diagnose quenching phenomenon in racetrack shaped superconducting magnets at cryogenic environment of 4.2K. For these purposes special attention was paid to detect AE signals associated with the quench of superconducting magnets. The characteristics of AE parameters have been analyzed by correlating with quench number, winding tension of superconducting coil and charge rate by transport current.

  • Recently, a much amount of attention has been paid not only to produce products with precise dimensional accuracy, but also to predict and control the microstructural evolution and mechanical properties of parts. Especially, to do the latter through computer simulation, the history of states factors influencing on these evolution such as temperature, strain, strain rate etc., should be calculated and a appropriate mathematical models for the prediction of microstructural evolution must be developed. Thus, in this study thermo-viscoplastic finite element program including the model for predicting microstructural has been developed. Also for the verification of developed program warm forging process for the rotor pole was simulated and the comparison between the results calculated and ones in the literature was made.

  • Deep Interests have been paid on the application of non-thermal plasma technique to solve the environmental pollution problems. $CO_2$, is one of the severe pollutants which cause the acid rain and global warming. In this study, in order to improve the conversion efficiency of $CO_2$, the streamer corona discharge plasma and barrier discharge plasma reactors were made, and the conversion characteristics of $CO_2$by the corona discharge plasma and some discharge characteristics of these discharge chambers are studied experimentally.

So, this paper describes a design and performance test of the 10kW poly metal pv module(pmpp) system. It is concluded that the prediction of BIPV system's performance should be based on the more accurate PV module installation.

  • The present study investigated the effects of individual, family, school, and community factors on the onset of adolescent runaway behavior. Using the Korean Youth Panel data(n=3,118), discrete-time survival analysis was applied for research purposes. Results showed that the likelihood of onset of adolescent runaway behavior increased sharply during the early middle school years. The variables of self-control, aggression, parents' divorce, paternal abuse, attachment with parents, and number of delinquent peers were associated with the likelihood of runaway behavior. These results suggest that special attention should be paid to adolescents in the early middle school years and that various preventive programs, e.g., aggression and stress management, and peer relations programs, should be developed and implemented.

And the prefab building method is very effective because the pre- manufactured building components is simply assembled to making up buildings in the construction fields especially the sandwich panel. Architecture considerations for the integration of PV module to building envelope such as building structure, construction type, safety, regulation, maintenance etc. have been carefully refelected from the early stage of BIPV module design. Trial product of BIPV module are manufactured and sample construction details for demonstration building are purposed. Therefore, this paper intends to advanced its practical use by proposing how to get integrated PV system which can be applied to prefab building material, and how to apply it.

  • This paper described the outputs of acoustic sensors due to the vibration of particles in the mock up GIS. We used the two type of acoustic sensors which had 150kHz resonant frequency and 60kHz resonant frequency respectively. In the experiment of the mock up GIS, we paid attention to the relationship between outputs of sensors and particles and we found that the ratios of outputs related with the lengths of particles. We developed the apparatus including the above diagnosis algorithm for GIS.
