  • 국내에서 가장 많이 사용되고 있는 전력계통 해석프로그램 PSS/E의 데이터 파일을 전력계통 감시장치 송전망 감시 중앙시스템에서 제공하는 실시간 정보를 이용, PSS/E 데이터 구조로 변환하는 실시간 PSS/E 데이터 파일 작성 프로그램을 개발하여 실계통 검증결과 매우 정확함을 확인하였다.

  • In general, the PSS/E program based on RMS mathematical models is used for analyzing the steady state and transient stability phenomena of full-scale large power system. Whereas, the EMTDC program unlike PSS/E, studies the specific reduced small-scale power systems as a basis of instantaneous value mathematical models and used to analyze the Electro-Magnetic transient characteristics. The PSS/E provides various control models such as exciter, governor, PSS models and TGOV5 model but there are few control models in EMTDC. In this paper, we developed EMTDC model for TGOV5 of a steam turbine and boiler which represents governor action, main, reheat and low-pressure effects, including boiler effects. The EMTDC model is developed by examining PSS/E control block and using User Define Model(UDM) in addition to default.lib provided by EMTDC. We verify the correctness of developed TGOV5 model with PSS/E and EMTDC simulation results using Governor Step(GSTEP) method.

  • 본 논문은 SSSC와 UPEC의 모델링과 정태해석에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. SSSC는 선로전류와 90도의 위상차를 갖도록 삽입전압원을 제어함으로써 선로의 유효전력을 제어하도록 하였으며, UPFC는 선로에 직·병렬로 연결된 변압기를 통하여 삽입전압원의 크기와 위상을 제어함으로써 선로의 유효·무효전력과 모선전압을 제어하도록 하였다. 시뮬레이션은 전력계통해석용 소프트웨어인 PSS/E를 사용하였으며, PSS/E의 외부매크로 프로그램인 IPLAN을 사용하여 PSS/E에서 아직 제공되지 않는 SSSC와 UPFC의 모델링 구현하였다. 모의해석 결과 계통변화에 의한 모선전압 변화시에 UPFC에 의한 모선전압 개선의 효과가 SSSC보다 넓은 범위에 걸터 효과적임 을 확인할 수 있었다.

HVPE법을 이용하여 PSS와 AlN Buffered PSS 위에 성장시킨 GaN 박막의 결정 특성 (Crystalline Properties of GaN Layers Grown on PSS and AlN Buffered PSS by HVPE Method)

  • An epitaxial GaN layer was grown on a cone-shape-patterned sapphire substrate (PSS) (Sample A) and an AlN-buffered PSS (Sample B) with two growth steps under the same process conditions by employing the hydride vapor phase epitaxy (HVPE) method. We have investigated the characteristics of the GaN layer grown on two kinds of substrates at each growth step. The cross-sectional SEM image of the GaN layer grown on the two types of substrates showed growth states of GaN layers formed during the 1st and 2nd growth steps with different growth durations. Dislocation density was obtained by calculation using the FWHM value of the rocking curve for (002) and (102). Sample A showed 2.62+08E and 6.66+08E and sample B exhibited 5.74+07E and 1.65+08E for two different planes. The red shift was observed is photoluminescence (PL) analysis and Raman spectroscopy results. GaN layers grown on AlN-buffered PSS exhibited better optical and crystallographic properties than GaN layers grown on PSS.

PSS/E를 이용한 제주계통의 DFIG 풍력발전단지 및 HVDC 동적모델 개발 (Development of Dynamic Models for DFIG Wind Farms and HVDC in Jeju Power System Using PSS/E)

  • Since main portion of the required electric power in Jeju Island is provided from the mainland through two HVDC lines, Jeju HVDC has a most significant impact on Jeju power system. Average wind speed of Jeju Island is the highest among several candidates in South Korea. So, Jeju Island has been a suitable site for the construction of wind farms where several wind farms are now operating and several others to be sited. Since the large-scale wind generation could have adverse impacts on the stable operation of Jeju power system, wind power is also important for the stability of Jeju power system. Therefore, accurate modeling of Jeju HVDC and wind farms is required for stability analysis of Jeju power system. In this paper, PSS/E-based dynamic modeling of Jeju HVDC and DFIG wind farms is proposed. Model-writing technique of PSS/E is used to develop USRAUX model and USRMDL model for controlling the frequency of HVDC and imposing an operation limit of wind power, respectively. Dynamic characteristics of Jeju HVDC and DFIG wind farms are analyzed through the dynamic simulations. The simulation results show the effectiveness of the developed models for Jeju power system.

  • Response speed of generator/control system kas increased with the aid of the development of power electronics. Even though it is desirable to enhance response speed for the control system(AVR/Gov) of generator itself, in case a certain generator/control system with high response excitation system is connected with bulk power system, terminal voltage and active power of some generators can oscillate with adjoining generators or near area when even a little of disturbance take place. PSS(Power System Stabilizer) is used to damp rotor swing by adding the supplementary signal in phase with speed. As the stable AVR response is very important before PSS is installed, modeling and analysis of generator/control system was performed. Next we have analysed PSS response of Hanlim's gas turbine by transmission line open/close test.

The FSS/E provides various control models such as exciter. governor and PSS models whereas there ale few control of models in EMTDC. In this paper. we developed an EMTDC model for IEEET3 exciter which has been applied in KEPCO system. The EMTDC model is developed by examining PSS/E control block and using User Define Model in addition to default.lib provided by EMTDC we verify the correctness of developed IEEET3 model with PSS/E and EMTDC simulation results for the same test system.

  • This paper describes the optimal PSS parameter design for the PSS of EX2000 excitation system. The suggested tuning technique uses the model-based PSS tuning method which have three steps: generation system modeling, determination of PSS parameters, and on-site test. Using this method, the PSS parameters of EX2000 system in Dangjin T/P #4 was designed and verified by linear analysis program, PSS/E, and EMTDC/PSCAD.

  • Organic Light Emitting Diode(OLED), Optical Photovotaic Device(OPV)와 같은 유기소자에서 전극으로 적용되어지고 있는 Indium Tin Oxide (ITO) 박막의 유연성을 향상시키기 위하여 중간층으로 투명도(~80%)와 전도도(~1000 S/cm)가 우수한 PEDOT:PSS(PH1000)을 적용하였다. PEDOT:PSS(PH1000)의 적용으로 인하여 ITO 박막의 유연성이 현저히 개선됨과 동시에 PEDOT:PSS(PH1000)의 우수한 전도도로 인하여 보다 얇은 ITO의 두께에서도 우수한 면 저항(25 ${\Omega}/{\square}$ ~ 220 ${\Omega}/{\square}$) 및 비저항(3.75E-4 ${\Omega}{\cdot}cm$ ~ 4.40E-4 ${\Omega}{\cdot}cm$)의 값을 측정하였다.
