Self-esteem and social supports are important variable influencing adjustment to college life. The study aims to identify the factors influencing college students' adjustment moderating effects on social supports. Data were collected from 265 usable questionnaires among college students in Pyeongtek University. Results of a factor analysis yielded three dimensions of self-esteem which were talent/attitude and capacity/pride. And results of factor analysis also yielded three dimensions of social supports which were family, friends, and professor supports. Hierarchical regression analysis revealed that capacity/pride and all of social support factors affected significantly for adjustment to college life. And female and attitude for students' major had a positive affect on adjustment to college life. It was suggested that self-esteem, social supports, and aptitude for students' major should be considered in college management policy.

The study aimed at conducting comparative analysis of employees' job satisfaction between Korean brand restaurant and foreign's in the food service industry, and suggesting useful human resource management. As a result, the survey showed several findings; The first, workers in the Korean brand restaurant have more satisfied than foreign brand restaurant employee overall. The second, expecially employees in the Korean brand company have higher pride and vision than those of Foreign brand company in the restaurant business. The third, service staffs in the both recognized very low in the working schedule, fairness of promotion, and wage. Some implications are as followed; The first, works as a one day manager or unit manager who is one of the best employees. The second, use education & training video to increasing the communication. The third, attend in the decision making to being a part of co' and giving a motivation.

In a vehicle-to-vehicle accident, the impact posture, braking status, final stopping position, collision point and collision speed are important factors for accident reconstruction. In particular, the speed of collision is the most important issue. In this study, the collision speed and the final stopping position in the tunnel were estimated using PC-CRASH, a vehicle crash analysis program used for traffic accident analysis, and the final stopping position of the simulation and the final stopping position of the traffic accident report were compared. When the Pride speed was 0km/h or 30km/h and the Sorento speed was 100m/h, the simulation results and reports matched the final stopping positions and posture of the two vehicles. As a result of the simulation, it can be estimated that Pride was collided in an almost stationary state.
