  • Enterprise which is rapidly growing in Korea is hesitating because of economic depression lately. Large enterprise have been successfully growing with Korea economic growth for fifty years. But many of them have already gone bankrupt and face the crisis of management, many people look away from them. Large enterprise come to face the time which they strongly need the improvement of their image against the devalation of their one. It is more important to use external periodicals than excess PR advertisement for the improvement of the image. External periodicals is aimed at readers who is outside of company and company PR advertisement, the purpose of issuing external periodicals is to improve the image of enterprise by arranging organization, draw attention from people (PR) and produce profit by acceleration marketing. People is much interested in external periodicals(free) under the situation of IMF because they can easily get information from that. So the role of external periodicals become more important for enterprise PR. This paper shows the importance of the edit design in external periodicals. We analysed the edit design (five group) per composition factor, suggest the improvement plan. ·The distinction of cover. ·Clear, beautiful typographic arrangement. ·The specialty of Photo and illustration. · Characteristic & standard layout. Now external periodicals is getting important because it shows the idea and character of company to people (PR). So it need characteristic plan and creative layout with the impotance by the understanding of the executive in company and also more does creation & originality by edit designer day by day. External periodicals should be not only the improvement of the image but also leading information paper which sensitively cope which an age by news and editing which can match people's need.

  • Outcome of election depends on which candidate of politics uses more original and creative idea for Ads and PR of election in election campaign strategy of political campaign. Especially, since political Ads and PR are the ways of capturing voters' sensitivities with one line of copy(slogan) and one image, Ads and PR are very important. This research analyzes unique and creative trend of political campaigns which are used in each unit election which is held four times(2010. 6 2 local election, 2011. 10 26 by-election, 2012. 4 11 general election, 2012. 12 19 presidential election) during 2010~2012. For analysis, search analysis of text and image used in video, internet, booklet type of Ads and PR material for election, and election campaign. Video is used in election campaign during election period. Unique and creative political campaign is customized micro-marketing election strategy trend which tries to fit for tendency of backing including gender, age group, social atmosphere, etc. This research excludes the degree of success of this election strategy from subject of analysis.

  • Urban landscape represents a city's internal identity as well as external form. Therefore, urban landscape and image planning has to involve marketing strategies to deliver the economic growth and regional revitalization through recreating the environmental and cultural value of the city. This study intends to develop practical city image management programs as city marketing tools which consider opinions of local authorities, related experts, and residents. To achieve this purpose conjoint analysis was applied on three components which symbolically reflects features of assets and resources in Anseong. This study can be summarized as follows: 1. The first consideration for Lake Geumgwang is to develop farm experience Programs on waterside fields. 2. The rot consideration for Bauduki Festival is to make efforts for public relations(PR) to be able to merchandise festival-related goods and develop unique products. 3. The first consideration for Anseong Grapes is to build leisure-oriented theme parks for local farm products. This study is meaningful to develop the efficient and quantitative management method of city image for marketing. The integrated approach to the management programs to reflect opinions of local policies, experts and citizens is expected to become a useful foundation in studying city images and marketing.

The Effects of Power-of-Speech and Sex of Source on Persuasion, in Radio CM (라디오 광고에서 언어 힘의 설득 효과와 정보원 성(性)의 영향)

  • The main purpose of this study is to examine whether power-of-speech have an impact on persuasion in radio CM and to determine what is stronger variable either power-of-speech or sex of source. Previous research showed confused result about this issue. Some research supposed the effect of power-of-speech depend on sex of source/Carli, 1990) but the others supposed it is not(Holtgraves & Lasky, 1999; Erickson, Lind, Johnson, & O'Barr, 1978). So present research is designed to show empirical evidence about this issue examining the interaction between effect of power-of-speech and sex of source. Result revealed that power-of-speech affects strongly on persuasion and that effect have no interaction with sex of source. This result means that the effect of power-of-speech is stronger than the effect of sex of source. But in attitude toward product exceptionally, female source using powerful speech induce more favorable attitude toward product than female source using powerless speech whereas male source using powerful and powerless speech induce same attitude toward product.

  • Along with popularization of smart phone and routinization of social network service, enterprises are using several social network services as a marketing channel to raise brand awareness and conduct PR. Enterprises have been utilizing an element of 'Gamification' representing a functional aspect and emotional pleasure of a game in order to attract users' attention and increase their voluntary participation since the early social network service marketing. However, social network service system contains functional roles of Gamification components rather than they function separately. Hence, this research intends to examine Gamification elements of social network service and characteristics occurred when enterprise uses several social network services as a marketing channel. Besides, it aims at suggesting a marketing guideline for Gamification based on social network that may induce users' interest and increase an immersion effect. Firstly, this study examined concepts and characteristics of social network service and Gamification centered on literature research. Secondly, it summarized a game mechanics, dynamics and a fun type of Gamification components. Thirdly, based on theoretical research, it collected Gamification marketing cases of 5 enterprises including 'Coca Cola Korea', 'Lotte Mart', 'Canon Korea', "Kolon Sports' and 'Uniqlo Korea' that utilize more than 3 of 4 social network services including 'Kakao Story', 'Band', 'Facebook' and 'Instagram' used the most in our nation, analyzing characteristics of Gamification marketing and deriving a suggestion. Finally, it suggested a guideline for Gamification and social network service to build a foundation for a Gamification marketing plan through social network service.

  • This study used Q methodology for analogizing culinary arts major students' subjectivity through their participation of one of restaurant start-up experience program, called pop-up restaurant. The study tried to figure out particular structure of among students' responses and noticed five distinctive types. There were Increase learning effect type(Type 1, N=4), Collaboration of members importance type(Type2, N=8), Marketing PR need type(Type3, N=6), Restaurant business plan type(Type4, N=4), Industry work experience required type(Type5, N=3). The study also revealed that each type contained diverse characteristics figures in their own. The research finding could be used as fundamental source of future similar research but in other research methodology in the format of difference among students or diverse measuring point of time frame.

  • QR Code is available in many areas(business cards, coupons, advertising, billing, etc) due to the increase in the smart phones. In particular, the company's image and marketing are also available and using the Internet address, personal and corporate PR and publicity are also available. I was implemented the mobile web platform by the case wine information that easily seen but difficult to understand the information. Using QR Code, consumers can get information easily and quickly. In addition, based on the idea of using mobile web platform, variety of services and benefits will be able to expected.

  • Social media marketing should be approached in a different way from traditional media marketing. This study uses a theoritical and empirical method to analyze what impact social media's key elements - provide information, interactivity and playfulness - have on corporate performance and awareness. As a result, the increase in the level of provide information, and the level of interactivity turned out to have positive impact on corporate performance and awareness. To improve the impact of social media on corporate performance, it is better to use it more extensively for customer management and marketing, rather than simply focusing on a specific part of social media. In conclusion, it is important to have a better understanding of the key elements of social media in order to improve corporate performance and image. In a situation where senior firms are increasingly adopting social media, it is increasingly important to have social media-related PR marketing subject included in senior education.

A Marketing Strategy for Unsold Apartments using Conjoint Analysis of Customer Preference (수요자 선호도 분석을 통한 미분양 아파트 마케팅 전략)

  • The main purpose of this research is considering further marketing strategy to resolve unsold housing matters in private sectors through an analysis of preference factors for those housing customers. This study used one of the most widely-used research methods in marketing to figure out the preference factors for those customers and then it was categorized which factors are more or less important by conjoint analysis. According to the result, the home buyers for the unsold apartments were more paying attention some social and financial benefits for instance, a decline of housing price and a guarantee of housing securities rather than geographical conditions and residential environment before they make the decision to purchase a home. Secondly, they concerned some factors such as the most importance in location and geographical condition which were easy access to the transportation. Furthermore, a standard of eco-friendly apartment buildings was essential matter in residential environment. The third, those properties were on the stocks of unsold homes so they more tended to buy their houses with lower price than the terms and conditions of housing payment. Finally, it was explored that the most efficient way to promoting them through housing exhibitions or presentations as the PR strategy.

  • This study was to find out recognition of customers on association between necessity of Hospital Brand Identity and service value, to suggest efficiency contents of public relations(PR) for give shape to positive emotion or emotional empathy about hospital. The result of study, necessity of Brand Identity in hospital PR contents was recognized to order facility environment specialized sector of medical service scale of hospital reputation of doctor, recognized to higher necessity of Hospital Brand Identity in case lower to use of practical hospital. In association between necessity of Brand Identity and service value of Hospital Brand Identity was confirmed to be higher recognize service value if more higher recognize necessity about scale and reputation of doctor. Accordingly, to suggest PR contents for give shape to positive and emotional empathy in relation of customers, small and medium hospitals will important finding process a specific character in each other hospitals, the value will be consider for efficiency marketing to reflect opinions of customers.
