수소화물 발생장치와 유도 결합 플라스마 원자화 방출 분광법 이용 시 비소와 셀레늄 및 게르마늄의 신호세기에 대한 NaBH4와 HCl의 영향 (Effect of NaBH4 and HCl on signal intensity of As, Se, Ge with on-line hydride generation system and E-O-V ICP-AES)

  • 이 연구는 E-O-V ICP-AES를 이용하여 As, Se, Ge에 대한 분석적 특성을 PN과 USN, 그리고 HG를 이용하여 비교 조사하였다. 특히 세 가지 원소들의 수소화물 형성을 위한 최적의 조건을 찾기 위하여 $NaBH_4$와 HCl의 농도 변화에 대한 신호세기의 영향을 면밀히 조사하여 보았다. 수소화물 발생화 장치를 이용하였을 때가 PN과 USN 이용시 보다 세 가지 원소 모두 훨씬 좋은 감도를 얻을 수 있었고, 그 검출한계는 PN 보다는 약 100배, USN 보다는 약 10배 향상시킬 수 있었다.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze common features and methodological differences of PN-spatial characteristics found in architectural theories and works of contemporary young architects in Japan, such as Sou Fujimoto, Yo shimada, Keisuke Maeda and Junya Ishigami. These architects have paid attention to space between nature and inner space and have tried to establish their own architectural theory on that. Such space is ambiguous and PN-spatial in a way that it has features of both nature and inner space. Ambiguousness is a characteristic of modern architecture and PN-spatial characteristics are one of the features of Japanese architecture. This study aims to analyze the architectural theories and works of contemporary young architects in Japan from the perspective of PN-space and to draw methodological differences and common features. Their theories and works have common features in terms of 'ambiguous spatial boundary', 'unregulated spatial territory', 'detoured circulation' and 'architectural motifs', but each has their own methodology. To sum up, the works and theories of the Japanese young architects contain the philosophy and discourse of modern architecture in general. To be sure, they clearly have characteristics of Japanese architecture, which needs to be studied constantly.

  • Isonitrosoacetylacetone 및 여러가지 디아민으로 부터 유도된 리간드와의 니켈(Ⅱ) 및 팔라듐(Ⅱ) 착물들, 즉, $Ni(IAA)_2-en$, $Ni(IAA)_2-pn$, $Ni(IAA)_2-tn$, Pd(IAA)$_2$-en, PdCl(IAA)-pn, 그리고 Pd(IAA)$_2$-tn을 합성하였다. 여기서 (IAA)$_2$-en, (IAA)$_2$-pn, (IAA)$_2$-tn, 그리고 (IAA)-pn 은 각각 N,N'-enthylenbis(isonitrosoacetylacetone imine), N,N'-propylenebis(isonitrosoacetylacetone imine), N,N'-trimethylenebis(isonitrosoacetylacetone imine), 그리고 N-(2-aminopropyl)isonitrosoacetylacetone imine 을 표시한다. 합성된 이들 니켈(Ⅱ) 및 팔라듐(Ⅱ) 착물들의 원소분석, 적외선 스펙트럼, 핵자기공명스펙트럼, 그리고 전자스펙트럼등을 측정한 결과, $Ni(IAA)_2$-tn 및 Pd(IAA)$_2$-en에서 리간드의 한 isonitroso 기는 질소원자를 통하여 금속이온에 배위되어 5각형 고리를 이루고, 다른 isonitroso기는 산소원자를 통하여 금속이온에 배위되어 6각형 고리를 이룬다. 그리고, $Ni(IAA)_2$-en, Ni(IAA)$_2$-pn, 그리고 Pd(IAA)$_2$-tn에서 리간드의 두개의 isonitroso기는 모두 질소원자를 통하여 금속이온에 배위되어 5각형 고리를 이룬다. 한편, PdCl(IAA)-pn 은 팔라듐과 한분자의 isonitrosoacetylacetone 및 propylenediamine의 반응으로 생성된다.

Polymer PN Junction by low Energy Double Implantation Technique

  • Polymer base organic PN junction with various ion types was studied. Low-energy ion implantation technique(~keV) is very useful in physical doping on PPP(Polyparaphenylene) polymer. By double implantation, effective organic PN junction was achieved. The best obtained electrical I-V property was rectification ratio which was about 10000. However, still have problems in low junction current density.

  • Toward code division multiple access (CDMA) communications and data protection, we propose and analyze pseudorandom noise (PN) sequences generated from a 2-dimensional array structure of shift-registers. For any positive integers m and n, we construct PN sequences of period $2^{mm}-1$ using an $m{\times}n$ array of registers and show that we can generate all shifted PN sequences as required by IS-95x with the proper linear combination of available sequences.

  • There are many methods of generating PN sequences. In this paper, we propose and examine a new class of composite shift register to generate PN sequences. The new composite generator, in comparison with the original LFSR which generates PN codes of period 2$^n$-1, when coupled with codes of period k, generates PN codes with (longer) period LCM(2$^n$-1,k).

  • In this paper, a PN code tracking loop with extended Kalman filter (EKF) is proposed for a direct-sequence spread-spectrum. EKF is used to estimate amplitude and delay in a multipath. fading channel. It is shown that tracking error performance is significantly improved by EKF compared with a conventional tracking loop.

  • In this paper, a PN code tracking loop with extended Kalman filter (EKF) is proposed for a direct-sequence spread-spectrum. EKF is used to estimate amplitude and delay in a multipath fading channel. It is shown that tracking error performance is significantly improved by EKF compared with a conventional tracking loop.

  • Many of the currently used PN code acquisition algorithms detect the phase of the incoming PN signal on the basis of ML estimation principle and utilize statistics grounded in taking inner products. As an extension of PN code acquisition algorithm using one auxiliary code introduced by Salih in 1996, we propose a more and optimal (hardware / time / space complexity wise) algorithm by using a vector space approach. We outline some important differences between our algorithm and that introduced by Salih and in the process point out some advantages of our algorithm.

  • This paper has been studied a Image watermarking using PN coding operation where frequency band. By using wavelet transformation, This gets high frequency place HH2 where image watermark puts. Also this places that PN code and binary image are operated. And then, this paper has designed image watermarking index process and extract process, watermarked image which are to add noise is able to extract watermark.
