When tracking small UAVs and drone targets in cloud clutter environments, MWIR sensors are often unable to track targets continuously. To overcome this problem, the SWIR sensor is mounted on the same gimbal. Target tracking uses sensor information fusion or selectively applies information from each sensor. In this case, parallax correction using the target distance is often used. However, it is difficult to apply the existing method to small UAVs and drone targets because the laser rangefinder's beam divergence angle is small, making it difficult to measure the distance. We propose a tracking method which needs not parallax correction of sensors. In the method, images from MWIR and SWIR sensors are captured simultaneously and a tracking error for gimbal driving is chosen by effectiveness measure. In order to prove the method, tracking performance was demonstrated for UAVs and drone targets in the real sky background using MWIR and SWIR image sensors.

컴퓨터 및 통신 기술의 혁신으로 IT는 이제 기업에서 이루어지고 있는 업무의 효율성 제고뿐 아니라 새로운 비즈니스 기회 제공의 역할까지 하고 있다. 그로 인하여 기업은 IT 프로젝트를 추진하게 되는 경우가 많아졌는데, 이에 따라 IT에 대한 투자 규모도 점차 커지게 되면서 구축 결과에 대하 관심이 모아지고 있지만 실질적으로 실패하는 경우가 많다. 이에 따라 IT 프로젝트를 수행하는 주체인 PMO가 수행하는 프로젝트 거버넌스의 역할들이 프로젝트 성과로 나타나는 효과를 알아보고 프로젝트 수행 중 일어날 수 있는 여러 가지 문제점에 대한 해결을 위하여 프로젝트 거버넌스의 어떠한 역할이 부각되어야 하는지에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 실증분석 결과 본 연구에서 제시된 프로젝트 거버넌스의 역할들 즉 연결고리 역할, 조정 역할, 통제 역할, 전략적 방향제시 역할, 지원 역할, 사회융화 역할이 모두 프로젝트 성과 향상에 큰 역할을 하는 것을 볼 수 있었고, 특히 프로젝트 도중 생길 수 있는 문제점에 대한 해결을 위하여 갑의 PMO에 대한 통제, 갑의 기업문화 및 환경에 대한 PMO의 명확한 이해가 필수적인 것으로 드러났다. IT프로젝트의 성공을 위해서는 이러한 프로젝트 거버넌스의 역할들을 적극 활용하여야 하며 프로젝트 도중 발생할 수 있는 문제점 해결을 위해서는 통제 및 사회음화 역할을 수정 및 보완하여 활용하여야 할 것이다.

최근 정보화 사업이 대형화, 지능화, 융합화되고 있지만 이를 관리 및 감독하는 정보시스템 감리 제도와 사업관리(PMO) 제도는 업무 범위가 중복되거나 경계가 명확하지 않은 부분이 많아 발주기관의 용역 선정에 어려움이 발생하고 있다. 독립성, 품질성, 경제성, 책임성이 개선된 사업관리 및 감리 프레임워크가 요구되며, 이에 따라 정보시스템 감리협회에서는 대략적인 프로세스가 구조화된 정보화 사업 종합관리 프레임워크를 제안하여 사업관리 및 감리 제도를 발전적으로 개편하려는 움직임을 보인다. 본 논문에서는 사업 초기의 발주활동에서부터 사후단계인 운영활동까지 전 단계에 걸친 정보화 사업 종합관리 프레임워크를 소개하고 기존의 관리제도와의 비교분석을 통해 업무 범위를 확인한다. 또한 기존제도와 유사제도를 분석해 감리제도와 PMO 제도 통합의 당위성을 살펴본다. 최종적으로 BSC 성과관리 지표를 기반으로 구현된 COBIT5의 IT 목표 틀을 평가도구로 활용해 종합관리 프레임워크의 적정성을 분석한다. 분석 결과는 정보화 사업의 담당자들이 종합관리 프레임워크의 실무적인 적용에 앞서 그 특성을 이해하는 데 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.

International construction contracts to Korean construction companies have been dramatically increased over the 48 years (Contract received worth 65.2 billion dollars in 2013). Especially, the plant construction sector has achieved about 61% among the 65.2 billion dollars. Under this trend, in order to ensure plant construction's competitiveness, 'standard classification' is an important area for systematic management. However, these standards in the plant construction are not widely utilized yet, in comparison with civil and building sectors. Therefore, in this research, a higher level of standard classifications is proposed for various types of power plants from a PMO's (Project Management Office) perspective. This study also provides a comparative analysis outlining different features and common components based on various types of power plants.

Priority rules or sequencing heuristics conventionally used to determine resource allocation is to maximize the earned value on time and cost. This study provides a effective strategy-oriented approach for the program resource management problem with limited same resource, which systematically connects individual project objectives to the overall organizational goal, by introducing financial values as well as priority rules in a broader context. It deals with the resource allocation problem as the decision making problem in the strategic management paradigm to meet business objective and solves it using the analytic hierarchy process, and explains the method of application and usefulness through some simulation cases.

간단한 Keggin형의 텅스텐과 몰리브덴의 헤테로 다중산인, H3PW12O40과 H3PMo12O40는 표준식수에서 34% 과산화 수소와 함께 알코올의 산화를 위한 수분-관용적인 촉매로 사용되어졌다. 우리의 실험결과에 따르면 H3PW12O40는 좋은 수율로 표준식수에서 치환을 위한 간단하고, 효과적이고, 값싼 촉매로 사용되어질 수 있다. 반응 과정 중 25-80 oC에서 다른 용매 효과와 촉매의 농도변화와 기질 또한 연구하였다.
