It is very important to improve qualify, cost and the necessary period for production in software development project. In order to improve software quality, cost and period, final product as well as a project planning and process itself are concerned. In CMMI of SEI and ISO/IEC 15504 (SPICE), the process for the project management is specified. Recently, as a method of total management - including man power, budget, and schedule - PMBOK is introduced. The detailed and specific management method in PMBOK results in multiple experiments that apply PMBOK to enterprise environment. In this paper, hybrid method of CMMI and PMBOK is proposed to obey CMMI, at the same time, to apply the detailed and specific management method in PMBOK and develop metrics for the method.

효율적으로 일하는 방법을 제시하는 프로젝트 관리 프레임 중의 하나인 PMBOK는 9가지 프로젝트 관리 영역의 필요성을 제시하고 있다. PMBOK 프로세스 연관도를 살펴보면, 네트워크 토폴로지의 특징인 노드, 링크, 순위, 빈도수와 관련된 유사한 면이 있는 것을 발견할 수 있다. PMBOK의 표준 프로세스 연관도에 따라 연결되는 링크를 순차적으로 그린다고 가정했을 때, 실제 업무의 프로세스 링크는 네트워크이론의 Power-law를 따를 것이라고 예상되었다. 이러한 현상을 증명하기 위해 PMBOK 표준 프로세스 연관도를 모델로 하여, 인터넷 위상의 특징을 결정하는 속성 중 Power-law1, 2의 관련성을 분석하였다.

Nowadays the Project Management is increasingly adapted into almost all the fields in business management processes among leading companies both in Korea and overseas. However its actual practices are rare to be found. Among the Project Life Cycle, this report covers the real cases of the PMBOK knowledge areas in NPP Architect Engineering. The areas of the Construction, Start-up and Operation will be exception of the cases. By way of analyzing the KEPCO ENC's Processes/Procedures/Systems and the ones in PMBOK Guide, this report will show the contents in the PMBOK Guide is rather practical than theoretical. Meanwhile, implications whether the conclusions of this report might be applied to other industries such as general construction, non-nuclear plants, etc. should be left behind to follow-up studies.

The application of knowledge management concepts as a way to improve project success is an emerging topic for project management researches around the world. The Construction Extension to the PMBOK^® Guide Third Edition documents the knowledge and practices that are generally recognized as good practices for managing engineering and construction projects. However, it is not unusual to see that engineering and construction projects suffer from poor performance. Based on a critical literature review, a theoretical framework is developed for the application of knowledge management in engineering and construction projects. This framework is subsequently applied as a lens to examine the construction extension to the PMBOK^® Guide, aiming to identify the key characteristics of knowledge management in this standard. This research also aims to highlight those aspects of the construction extension to the PMBOK^® Guide that can be improved from the knowledge management perspective. Recommendations are made to improve this standard by means of applying knowledge management concept so that better project outcomes can be achieved.

정보화가 기업 경쟁력의 핵심 요소로 부각되고 있으며 기업 및 정부기관은 앞 다투어 정보화에 투자하고 있는 상황이다. 정보시스템 개발 프로젝트도 이제는 대형 프로젝트 수가 급증하고 있다. 최근 소프트웨어 CMMi 수준에 관한 인증 여부는 기업 경쟁력의 핵심적인 요인으로 그 중요성이 날로 강조되고 있다. 또한 PMI의 PMBOK는 프로젝트 관리의 바이블 격으로 업종 업태를 불문하고 광범위하게 적용되고 있는 상황이다. 프로젝트 관리자의 관점에서 볼 경우 CMMi 모델과 PMBOK 모델간의 중첩되는 부분, CMMi 프로세스를 실적용 시 관리영역에 대한 혼선 부분, 또한 PMBOK 상위지침의 구체성 미흡 부분에 대한 통합 및 조정이 필요하게 되었다. 현재 상용되는 개발방법론에는 관리적인 요소가 매우 미약하고, 국내에 아직까지 체계적으로 정립된 관리방법론이 없는 상황이다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 프로젝트 관리자가 숙지해야 하는 프로젝트 관리영역, 프로젝트 관리단계, 제반 절차, 유관 정보시스템과의 연동(Interface) 등을 정보화 개발 프로젝트 생명주기(Life Cycle)에 맞춰 재구성 및 통합하여 프로젝트 관리자(Project Manager)에게 일관된 관점(Single Point of View)을 제시하여 프로젝트 생산성을 제고 하고자 한다.

Pyro project, one of complex project, is now under research and development. To manage this kind project successfully, it is essential to apply the processes of technical management (TM) based on systems engineering (SE) and project management (PM). In this paper, the project management processes from ISO-21500 standard, PMBOK guide, and PRINCE2 guide were reviewed, and then some common PM for the large national R&D project were selected. An integrated technical management and project management frame work was finally established and suggested for Pyro project.

프로젝트 수행에 우리는 괸리를 목적으로 다양한 산출물을 작성하고 생성한다. 미국 PMI의 PMBOK은 다양한 산출물을 표준화하고 있고 ISO21500 역시 다양한 종류의 산출물 생성을 표준화하고 있다. 그러나 산출물의 상세한 내용에 대해서는 PMBOK이나 ISO21500에서도 규정하지 않고 있다. 프로젝트 관리 산출물은 프로젝트 성공을 위한 산출물로 각종 관리계획, 중요 마일스톤 일정, 각종 이슈, 변경, 위기관련 다양한 지표 등을 중심으로 구성되어야 한다. 본 연구는 프로젝트 관리 산출물들에 프로젝트를 기준정보 6가지(Requirement, Work, Activity, Change, Issue, Risk)가 프로젝트 관리 산출물에 표기되어 추적기능을 가지고 있고 가시화를 할 수 있는지에 대하여 프로젝트 관리 산출물 template를 가지고 분석하였다. 이러한 분석 결과를 바탕으로 프로젝트 관리 산출물에 기준 정보를 추가하여 프로젝트 기준정보를 통합하고 가시화 하여 정보의 추적기능이 강화되기를 기대한다.
