In this paper, we investigated the recognition range according to modulation index for the ISO(International Standards Organization) 14443 13.56MHz contactless Type B RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) system. We measured recognition range with changing modulation index step by step from 5% to 24% where we used 4 samples of Type B transponder with different resonance frequencies between 13.838MHz and 17.200MHz. While gradually increasing a distance in vertical direction from the center of the reader antenna, we measured the distance where the transponder's PUPI(Pseudo Unique PICC(Proximity IC Card) Identifier) is recognized continuously during 10 seconds and the distance where the transponder's PUPI is recognized at least two times during 5 seconds. From the measurement results, we found that the best recognition ranges were achieved when the reader had modulation index between 11% and 14%.

Among various export financing, Receivable Assignment is very important. Various countries make use of this method. But Korean law system have shortage of legal structure. This paper looks into Receivable Assignment relation to legal structure. And this paper analyze not only detail Korean civil law system about bond and receivable but also comparative other civil law system. Especially, Korean civil law of bond compare Germany civil law of bond or Japanese civil law of bond. In the context, This paper compares Korean civil law system about bond with International standard rule about bond. For example, It is UN convention on the Assignment of Receivables in International Trade and Principles of International Commercial Contract(PICC). This is good for the commercial party in terms of financing and receivable assignment. Thus this paper will establish Korean legal system direction. There are argument on method of making article and modifing article. The purposes of this paper is to examine revitalizing of Receivable Assignment. And this paper deals with improvement of International Commercial Activation.

With WTO system starting since 1995, the international trade business has been getting more competitive and fairer especially with the agreement on subsidies and countervailing measures. The export credit insurance, as the only institution of supporting export business under WTO system, is getting more significant in major economies as an indirect means to support export business. In China, SINOSURE has been monopolizing its export credit insurance market for a long time. Since January 2013, however, the Chinese government permitted several commercial insurers to compete in the market and they include PICC, PING AN, CPIC, China Re. This study is to discuss how to improve the Chinese export credit insurance after analyzing performance of privatization of short-term credit insurance and real cases of success and failures. With the 'Go Global' and 'One Belt, One Road' policy of Chinese government, the role of export credit insurance is expected to be more significant. Thanks to the Korea-China FTA since December 2015, international trade between the two countries will be greater especially in finance and insurance area. Because Korean insurance industry is very much interested in getting into Chinese export credit insurance market, they need to study carefully the performance of privatization of Chinese short-term export credit insurance. For their policy decision makings the Korean authorities need to get lessons from the privatization of Chinese short-term export credit insurance business.

This study sumed up general rules for measuring damages based on SGA, UCC, CISG, PICC legislated by on the base of English decision of Hadley v. Baxendale Concluding marks as follows : (1) General rule for measuring damages is a standard rule that is developed to place the aggrieved party in as good a position as if the party in breach performed the contract. (2) Damages may also be accompanied by other remedies (3) Damages has alternative character (4) Damages give the aggrieved party full compensation (5) It is enough for the aggrieved party simply to prove the non-performance for damages (6) Occurence of harm must be reasonably certain and a direct consequence of non-performance (7) while Rule for measuring damages an UCC is concrete CISG is comprehensive. (8) Although rule of UCC and CISG for damages measurement is a similar in many aspect but there are in expression and range of damage between them. (9) the result of this study will give researchers the opportunity to develope in depth and their report of research also contribute chance to perform business their effective oversea's trade

Unlike MS(Magnetic Stripe), SMART CARD is equipped with COS(Chip Operating System) consisting of the Microprocessor and Memory where information can be stored and processed, and there are two types of cards according to the contact mode; the contact type that passes through a gold plated area and the contactless one that goes through the radio-frequency using an antenna embedded in the plastic card. the contactless IC card used for the transportation card was first introduced into local area buses in Seoul, and expanded throughout the country so that it has removed the inconvenience such as possession of cash, fare payment and collection. Focusing on the Seoul metropolitan area in 2004, prepaid and pay later cards were adopted and have been used interchangeably between a bus and subway. The card terminal compatible between a bus and subway is Proximity Integrated Circuit Card(PICC) as international standards(1443 Type A,B), communicates in the 13.56MHz dynamic frequency modulation-demodulation system, and adopts the Multi Secure Application Module(SAM). In the second half of 2009, the system avaliable nationwide will be built when the payment SAM standard is implemented.

U. N. Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (hereinafter the 'CISG' or the 'Convention') has been in force more than 37 years. The CISG responds to the need for uniform sales law. First of all, the biggest barrier against the uniformity in sales law is so-called "homeward trend". Professor Honnold, who served as secretary of UNCITRAL during the time in which the CISG was developed, pointed out the danger of "homeward trend" like this in his Article. "One threat to international uniformity in interpretation is a natural tendency to read the international text through the lenses of domestic law." CISG Article 79 is the principal provision governing the extent to which a party is exempt from liability for a failure to perform any of his obligations due to an impediment beyond his control. So-called 'Manfred Forberich' decision regarding the article 79 represents the most extreme example of what is likely the most dangerous error that tribunals applying the CISG can make. CISG Article 79 only governs impossibility of performance, and there is a controversy whether a disturbance which does not fully exclude performance, but it considerably more difficult or onerous(hardship, change of circumstances, economic impossibility) can be considered as an impediment. Unlike PICC and PECL, the CISG governs contract of sale. Therefore, events such as a sudden increase in the price of raw materials or a dramatic devaluation of currency, will not allow the seller to avoid his liability for non-delivery of the goods or to require renegotiation of the terms of the contract of sale. We should bear in mind that the CISG should be interpreted and applied in the context of the CISG itself.

ITRS(international technology roadmap for semiconductors)에 따르면 MOS (metal-oxide-semiconductor)의 CD(critical dimension)가 45 nm node이하로 줄어들면서 poly-Si/SiO2를 대체할 수 있는 poly-Si/metal gate/high-k dielectric이 대두되고 있다. 일반적으로 metal gate를 식각시 정확한 CD를 형성시키기 위해서 plasma를 이용한 RIE(reactive ion etching)를 사용하고 있지만 PIDs(plasma induced damages)의 하나인 PICD(plasma induced charging damage)의 발생이 문제가 되고 있다. PICD의 원인으로 plasma의 non-uniform으로 locally imbalanced한 ion과 electron이 PICC(plasma induced charging current)를 gate oxide에 발생시켜 gate oxide의 interface에 trap을 형성시키므로 그 결과 소자 특성 저하가 보고되고 있다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 이에 차세대 MOS의 metal gate의 식각공정에 HDP(high density plasma)의 ICP(inductively coupled plasma) source를 이용한 중성빔 시스템을 사용하여 PICD를 줄일 수 있는 새로운 식각 공정에 대한 연구를 하였다. 식각공정조건으로 gas는 HBr 12 sccm (80%)와 Cl2 3 sccm (20%)와 power는 300 w를 사용하였고 200 eV의 에너지로 식각공정시 TEM(transmission electron microscopy)으로 TiN의 anisotropic한 형상을 볼 수 있었고 100 eV 이하의 에너지로 식각공정시 하부층인 HfO2와 높은 etch selectivity로 etch stop을 시킬 수 있었다. 실제 공정을 MOS의 metal gate에 적용시켜 metal gate/high-k dielectric CMOSFETs의 NCSU(North Carolina State University) CVC model로 effective electric field electron mobility를 구한 결과 electorn mobility의 증가를 볼 수 있었고 또한 mos parameter인 transconductance (Gm)의 증가를 볼 수 있었다. 그 원인으로 CP(Charge pumping) 1MHz로 gate oxide의 inteface의 분석 결과 이러한 결과가 gate oxide의 interface trap양의 감소로 개선으로 기인함을 확인할 수 있었다.

This paper examines the performance of assessing sponsors and non-sponsors recall and recognition at the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games perceived by Korean and Chinese university students. Using a sample of 1,573 respondents, a survey was administered in Seoul and Beijing before and after Games to compare the recall and recognition that changed between two periods. The findings reveal that the effectiveness of the 2008 Beijing Olympic sponsorship has was lower than we expected. Results were founded that while Samsung(mobile), Coca-cola, McDonald's, and Visa achieved the desired sponsorship marketing effectiveness in Korea. On the other hand, non-sponsors of Nike, Dell, AIG, Samsung(computer) and Hyundai led to obtain the benefit and resulted in increasing consumer confusion as to who is a sponsor. In China, Samsung, Coca-cola, Lenovo, Volkswagen, Visa, and PICC achieved the desired sponsorship marketing effectiveness. On the other hand, Lining, Nokia, KFC, China Merchants Bank had some impact on the effectiveness of a rival brand from an official sponsor's product category. The paper concludes by considering some issues for sponsorship marketers.
