  • HL7 released V3 CDA(Clinical Document Architecture) and V2.x message standards for medical information exchange. Currently, these standards are successfully adopted by a number of nations across the globe. However, substantial amount of time is required to develop and implement these standards. Moreover, developers need a lot of time to understand these standards. To solve these issues from 2011, the HL7 standard framework started to discuss Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources(FHIR) as next generation standard of healthcare information exchange. People's interests toward personal health record and smartphone penetration rate are growing and increasing rapidly. Therefore, our research team believes it is necessary to develop a PHR profiling system which could be accessed by using a smartphone and we developed the system. Through a FHIR Profile editor tool developed in Furore, we found that improvements could be made in generating and changing the profile. In order to build the PHR Profiling system, an Open-API on FHIR is used for exchanging information between electronic medical record system and PHR Profiling system. In the PHR Profiling system, the transactions of information between two systems are provided by RESTful service. In this study, we verify the efficiency of development of the PHR Profiling system through FHIR.

  • PHR(Personal Health Record) to support the lifelong healthcare of their medical information to consumers anytime, anywhere can view and manage health information to help direct input can be defined as a service. The PHR is to provide services efficiently and PHR systems and health-related information systems should be integrated and linked. However, the current healthcare information systems field in order to meet the growing demand for healthcare construction and operation of various systems, and accordingly continues to increase budget for information, but the current system, although the association between a variety of system integration and linkage is being made. This paper proposes a Integrated information system on Healthcare based on Web service to solve problems mentioned above. SOA(Service Oriented Architecture) is a major method of integrating services on the Web. It enables new requirements to be added to existing systems without modification of legacy services, so it makes rapid adaption to varying business environment. Therefore, In this paper, PHR services based on SOA as a platform for the health care sector to design and implement an integrated information system by web services based PHR services for the construction of a new integrated information system is proving to be a suitable model.

  • Personal Health Records(PHR) service offers patients a convenient and easy-to-use solution for managing their personal health records, crucial medical files, and emergency contacts. In spite of the indispensable advantages, PHR service brings critical challenges that cannot be avoided from consumer side if the security of the data is concerned. The problem of user's privacy infringement and leaking user's sensitive medical information is increasing with the fusion of PHR technology and healthcare. In this paper, therefore, we analyze the various security aspects that are vulnerable to the PHR service and needed to be resolved. Moreover, we analyze the security requirements from the point of view of the PHR users and application service providers and provides the PHR security mechanism for addressing PHR security threats and satisfying PHR security requirements.

  • Recently, healthy life has become an issue in an aging society, and the number of people who have been interested in continuous health care for better life is increasing. In this paper, we implemented a personalized recommendation systm to provide convenient healthcare management for user. The PHR (Personal Health Record) of user could be stored in the server along with health related information such as lifestyle, disease, and physical condition. The users could be classified into similar clusters according to the PHR profile in order to provide healthcare contents to the users who had similar PHR profile. K-Means clustering was applied to generate clusters based on PHR profile and ACDT(Ant Colony Decision Tree) algorithm was used to provide personalised recommendation of health information stored in knowledge base. The app system developed in this paper is useful for users to perform healthcare themselves by providing information on serious diseases and lifestyle habits to be improved according to the clusters classified by PHR profile.

  • Main compositions of powder paint based on thermoset type epoxy resin consist of epoxy resin for powder coating, curing agent, filler and pigment. The curing system used in this study was based on diglycidyl ether of bisphenol-A (DGEBA) and dicyan diamide (DICY). The curing behavior and rheological properties of powder coating material were investigated using DSC and rheometer, respectively. And the adhesion strength between steel and powder coating material was measured using lap shear geometry. The optimum formulation of epoxy powder paint obtained from this study was base resin of 100 phr, DICY of 6 phr, $CaCO_3$ of 20 phr, and $TiO_2$ of 10 phr.

  • Epoxy/microsilica (65 phr)/nanosilica (0~5 phr) composites (EMNC) were prepared in order to develop a high-voltage insulation material, where phr means parts per hundred relative to the epoxy oligomer. Tensile and flexural tests of the composites were carried out, and the AC electrical breakdown strength was measured, after which all the data were estimated by Weibull statistical analysis. As the nanosilica content increased, the tensile strength increased, and the highest value was 117.7 MPa in the EMNC system with 3 phr nanosilica, which was ca. 10% higher than that of the system without nanosilica. The value then decreased after 3 phr. The flexural strength and AC electrical breakdown strength showed the same tendencies as the tensile strength. The highest value of the flexural strength was 184.6 MPa in the EMNC system with 3 phr of nanosilica, which was ca. 15% higher than that of the system without nanosilica. The strongest value of the AC electrical breakdown strength was 79.0 kV/0.5 mm in the EMNC system with 3 phr of nanosilica, which was ca. 34% higher than that of the system without nanosilica.

  • In this study, the capacitance and dielectric loss tangent of the silicone rubber which is combined with filler (30 phr~50 phr) have been measured on the range of 100 Hz~100 kHz and $30{\sim}170^{\circ}C$. It was found that when the frequency is 0.1 kHz~100 kHz and the silicone rubber is combined with 30 phr to 50 phr of filler, the capacitance of silicone rubber has increased by about 28.6 pF to 33 pF in 30 phr of filler, about 20 pF to 46.1 pF in 40 phr of filler and about 36.4 pF to 44 pF in 50 phr of filler. It seems that the volume of dielectric loss has gradually increased due to the temperature rise and the rotating of dipole in electric field through the electric dipole generated by the Si-O group which is induced by adding of filler, or the carbonyl group which is caused by oxidation. It seems that the dielectric dispersion in 0.1 kHz is caused by molecular motion of Siloxane group in main chain, and the dielectric dispersion in 10 kHz is caused by molecular motion of Methyl group in side chain.

  • Natural zeolite/epoxy resin composites were prepared and the cure kinetics was studied by dynamic DSC analysis. With the increments of natural zeolite content, the reaction starting temperature and the exothermic peak temperature were decreased. When diglycidyl ether of bisphenol A(DGEBA)/4,4'-methylene dianiline(MDA)/malononitrile(MN, 10phr) was filled with 20phr of zeolite, DSC thermogram had one peak and when it was filled with 30phr of zeolite, a shoulder appeared on the DSC thermogram. With the filling of 40phr of zeolite, DSC thermogram was separated into two peaks and the activation energy of the first peak, $Ea_1$ was 12.30 kJ/mol and that of the second peak, $Ea_2$ was 12.70 kJ/mol.

  • In order to enhance the thermal conductivity of poly(dimethyl siloxane) (PDMS), boron nitride (BN) and carbon nanotubes (CNTs) were incorporated as the thermally conductive fillers. The amount of BN was increased from 0 to 100 phr (parts per hundred rubber) and the amount of CNTs was increased from 0 to 4 phr at a fixed amount of the boron nitride (100 phr). The thermal conductivity of the composites increased with an increasing concentration of BN, but the incorporation of CNTs had only a slight effect on the enhancement of thermal conductivity. Unexpectedly, the thermal degradation of the composites was accelerated by the addition of CNTs in 100 phr BN filled PDMS. Activation energy for thermal decomposition of the composites was calculated using the Horowitz-Metzger method. The curing behavior, electrical resistivity, and mechanical properties of PDMS filled with BN and CNTs were investigated.
