FEM을 이용한 GIS내 부분방전 신호의 전파특성 해석 (Analysis of Partial Discharge Signal Propagation Characteristics in GIS using FEM)

  • The UHF electromagnetic waves excited by PD pulses propagate along the GIS busbar not only TEM mode, but also TE and TM mode. Generally the waves detected by the UHF sensors are those of high order modes and such waves can only propagate higher than cut-off frequency. In this paper, the cut-off frequency of 362[kV] GIS for each modes is computed and the electromagnetic field of each propagation modes is simulated by FEM(Finite Element Method) program. Frequency band of each TEmn/TMmn modes was determinated by simulation results and was discussed optimal position of UHF sensor from this results.

  • This paper describes a clock and data recovery (CDR) circuit that supports dual data rates of 2.7Gbps and 1.62Gbps for DisplayPort standard. The proposed CDR has a dual mode voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) that changes the operating frequency with a "Mode" switch control. The chip has been implemented using $0.18{\mu}m$ CMOS process. Measured results show the circuit exhibits peak-to-peak jitters of 37ps(@2.7Gbps) and 27ps(@1.62Gbps) in the recovered data. The power dissipation is 80mW at 2.7Gbps rate from a 1.8V supply.

  • 최근, LED 구동 인버터, DC-DC 컨버터, AC-DC 컨버터 및 형광등 ballaster 등의 고전압전원장치등에 압전변압기를 적용하고자 하는 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 순수한 $PbTiO_3$는 큐리온도($490^{\circ}C$)가 높고, 기계적강도가 크며, 비유전율(약 200 정도)이 작다. 또한, 두께방향 진동의 전기기계 결합계수 ($K_t$)가 윤곽진동의 전기기계 결합계수($K_p$)보다 크므로 두께방향의 진동모드를 이용한 벌크파 진동자의 경우 윤곽진동방향으로 불요신호(spurious signal)가 적고, 작은 grain size($1\;{\mu}m$정도)로 미세가공이 가능하여 고주파 재료로 이용되고 있다. 압전변압기의 출력 전력을 향상시키기 위해서는 적층으로 제작하여야 하는데 적층 압전변압기 제작시 층간의 내부 전극이 도포된 상태에서 소결하여야 한다. 이때 소걸 온도가 높으면 Pd 함랑이 높은 전극을 사용하여야 하는데 Pd 전극의 가격이 비싸 소자의 경제성이 떨어지게 된다. 따라서 순수한 Ag 전극을 내부전극으로 사용하기 위해서는 $900^{\circ}C$ 이하에서 소결이 가능하여야 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 $(Pb,Ca,Sr)Ti(Mn,Sb)O_3$ 조성을 이용하여 $900^{\circ}C$ 이하의 저온소결이 가능한 두께방향진동모드 적층 압전변암기를 제작하여 그에 대한 전기적 특성을 조사하였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 기존 단방향 SCR의 구조적인 변경을 통해 향상된 전기적 특성을 갖는 새로운 ESD 보호회로를 제안한다. 제안된 ESD 보호회로는 삽입 된 N+ Floating 및 P+ Floating 영역으로 인해 높은 Holding Voltage 특성을 가져 Latch-up 면역특성이 향상되었다. 또한 구조적인 변경으로 모든 4가지 유형(PD, PS, ND, NS)의 Zapping Mode에서 ESD 방전이 가능하므로 단방향 SCR보다 우수한 면적효율을 가진다. 그리고 기생 바이폴라 트랜지스터의 베이스 길이에 해당하는 P+ floating, N+ floating 길이와 P+ floating과 N+ floating 사이의 거리를 설계변수로 지정하였으며, 높은 Holding Voltage를 갖는 것을 Synopsys 사의 TCAD Simulator를 통해 검증하였다.

  • The x-y table of the SFFS to move a printer head must be the system that has a high speed and accuracy. So we propose the SMCSPO algorithm on the timing belt system. The major contribution is the design of a robust observer for the state and the perturbation of the timing belt system, which is combined with a robust controller. The control performance of the proposed algorithm is compared with PD control by the experiments. The results of SMCSPO algorithm showed more accuracy and better performance than PD control. Therefore we may apply the algorithms to a high speed and accuracy control for SFFS.

  • In this paper, new Partial Discharge (PD) detection technique using Pockels-cell was proposed. For this purpose, PD was generated from needle-plane electrode in air and detected by optical measuring system using Pockets cell, based on Mach-Zehnder interferometer, consisting of He-Ne laser, single mode optical fiber, 50/50 beam splitter and photo detector. We show the characteristic of the proto-type sensor for the corona discharge.

  • Due to the development of information communication field, the interest of the SMPS(Switched Mode Power Supply) is increased. The size and weight of SMPS are decided by inductor, capacitor and transformer. Thus, the low loss converter which is operated in high speed switching is required. The resonant FB DC-DC converter is able to operate in high speed switching and apply to high power field because the switching loss is low. In this thesis, it is proposed to control strategy for constant output power of resonant FB DC-DC converter in variable input voltage. The proposed control system is a digital I-PD type control and apply to phase-shift resonant type controller. The output voltage tracks reference without steady state error in variable input voltage. The validity of proposed control strategy is verified from results of simulation and experiment.

  • In eliminating the nonlinear characteristics such as piston displacement dift and difference in speeds of the reciprocating motion due to their nonsymetrical structure of single rod cylinder, the linear model can be given by equivalent outside disturbance, etc. The position control method of single rod cylinder servosystem using the sliding mode control of VSS was suggested and the good results without off-set are compared with PD control of fixed structure system.

Time-Resolved Resonance Raman Spectroscopic Study on Metallotetraphenylporphyrins: Effects of Metal Sizes

  • The variation of Jahn-Teller(J-T) distortion imposed on various metallo- tetraphenylporphyrins(MTPPS;M=ZnⅡ,PdⅡ,PtⅡ,and RhⅢ) has been investigated by time-resolved resonance Raman spectroscopy. B1g and B2g modes of the triplet(π,π*) states for the heavy-metal porphyrins exhibit the enhancement of their intensities compared with those of 3ZnⅢTPP, while the enhancement of phenyl internal mode is reduced. These results suggest that the J-T distortion becomes manifest as the metal size increases, and consequently the porphyrin-to-phenyl ring charge transfer in the excited triplet state is inhibited.
