기존의 실습실 관리 프로그램은 불특정 다수를 대상으로 운영되어 바이러스 감염, 개인 정보 유출 등의 문제점으로 인해 관리 및 유지보수가 쉽지 않은 한계점이 있다. 해당 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하고자 모바일 환경과의 결합을 통해 사용자의 편리성에 기여하고 보안을 강화한 실습실 관리 시스템을 제안하고자 한다.

대기오염방지를 위해서는 배출되는 대기오염물질을 측정하고 이를 관리하여 대기오염을 신속히 파악하고 사전에 방지하기 위한 서비스가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 광학센싱을 이용해 굴뚝연기의 혼탁도를 측정하고 이를 웹과 모바일 기기에서 측정결과를 실시간으로 검색할 수 있는 웹+모바일 시스템을 설계하고 구현한다. 구현된 시스템은 모바일 운영체제에 독립적인 웹앱의 형태로 제공되어 사용자의 다양한 모바일 기기에서 운영될 수 있으며 PC환경의 웹에 내장되어 통합되어져 시스템의 유지보수가 쉽다는 장점이 있다.

최근 전력의 공급신뢰도의 하락으로 인하여 기존 송배전 설비의 신규건설 및 유지보수를 위한 투자의 필요성이 더욱 증대되고 있다. 이에 적절한 대안으로서 배터리를 이용한 에너지 저장 시스템(BESS, Battery Energy Storage System)이 대두되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 송배전 설비 투자 지연을 위한 BESS의 필요성에 대해 살펴보고 그 핵심 구성 요소인 PCS의 기능과 최신 동향에 대해 기술한다.

The PC cluster architecture is considered as a cost-effective alternative to the existing supercomputers for realizing a high-performance information retrieval (IR) system. To implement an efficient IR system on a PC cluster, it is essential to achieve maximum parallelism by having the data appropriately distributed to the local hard disks of the PCs in such a way that the disk I/O and the subsequent computation are distributed as evenly as possible to all the PCs. If the terms in the inverted index file can be classified to closely related clusters, the parallelism can be maximized by distributing them to the PCs in an interleaved manner. One of the goals of this research is the development of methods for automatically clustering the terms based on the likelihood of the terms' co-occurrence in the same query. Also, in this paper, we propose a method for duplicate distribution of inverted index records among the PCs to achieve fault-tolerance as well as dynamic load balancing. Experiments with a large corpus revealed the efficiency and effectiveness of our method.

오늘날 자동화 산업 부분에서 원격 제어 및 모니터링은 유지 보수가 쉽고 시간적 공간적으로 많은 효율성을 기대할 수 있기 때문에 중요한 부분을 차지하고 있다. 그러나 네트워크 환경이 미처 구비되지 못한 산업 현장에서 전용 장비나 전용 라인을 사용하여 네트워크 환경을 추가로 구축하려 한다면 큰 경제적 부담이 될 수 있다. 하지만 나날이 성능이 향상되고 있는 일반 PC를 사용한다면 상대적인 비용의 절감 효과를 기대 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 3축의 Motion Control System을 구성하여 현재 산업 현장에서 주로 쓰이는 Manipulator의 기본적인 환경을 구현하고 LabVIEW를 이용하여 별도의 네트워크 전용 장비 없이 일반 PC에서 무선 인터넷을 통하여 실시간으로 모니터링 및 제어를 할 수 있게 하였고, 나아가 인터넷상에서 원격제어의 가능성을 활용하여 산업체에서의 활용범위를 넓히고, 가상 교육환경의 가능성을 열었다.

PMS(Pavement Management System) has been developed and/or operated for the freeway and national highway systems in Korea. There is, however, no municipal PMS that is necessary in many cities for efficient management of their roadways. In this study, a municipal Prototype PMS is developed. The Prototype PMS is designed to be operated on PC base. It uses GIS interface for user friendliness that applies color graphics, text and distress pictures to display pavement conditions and rehabilitation information for both current and historical situations. The computer program of the prototype PMS consists of four major functions(inquiry, analysis, data management, and print). Especially, prioritization and M&R(Maintenance and Rehabilitation) alternative selection procedure is designed to be flexible so that the users can modify the decision criteria whenever it is necessary. Database items of the Prototype PMS is carefully selected for the objectives and size of municipal PMS. Reference point method is basically used for the location referencing in the Database. The unit section consists of each loom segment of the road for effective management.

본 논문에서는 용량증대의 편리성, 유지 보수의 수월성, 전원에 따른 PCS 모듈화를 위해 연료전지와 같은 입력전원 증가 시 동일한 전력분배를 위한 PCS의 병렬운전기법이 적용된 연료전지 발전시스템을 개발하였다. 또한 다중 연료전지 발전시스템 PCS의 기생 성분의 영향을 분석하고 시뮬레이션 및 실험을 통해 검증하였다.

최근 국내기업들은 경영혁신 기법의 하나인 아웃소싱에 대한 검토 및 적용사례가 많아지고 있다. 아웃소싱이란 "정보시스템 기능의 일부 또는 전부를 외부업체에 위탁하는 과정"으로 정의된다. 그러나 이런 아웃소싱 결정은 최고 결정자(CEO) 의 소신이 없으면 어렵다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 회사의 최고경영자의 역할이 아웃소싱에 어떤 영향을 미치는지에 대하여 설문조사를 통하여 실증적인 분석을 하였다. 본 연구의 설문항목으로는 기업의내부적인 조직상, 관리상의 특성인 CEO의 컴퓨터 활용능력, CEO가 IS 조정(심의)위원회에서의 위치, 관리자(CIO) 와의 보고관계, IS 성과에 대해 아웃소싱의 활동범위 (7개)별로 구분하여 조사하였다. 아웃소싱 활동범위는 다시 S/W 활동(응용프로그래밍, S/W지원/교육훈련), H/W 활동(네트워크 관리, 중대형 컴퓨터 유지보수, 워크스테이션/PC 유지보수), 포괄적인 관리활동(시스템 통합, 설비관리)으로 구분하였다. 조사결과는 컴퓨터 활용능력이 높은 CEO가 아웃소싱을 많이 하였으며, 조정위원회에서 CEO가 활동적인 경우에는 S/W 분야에 아웃소싱이 많이 이루어졌지만, H/W, 포괄적 관리활동분야에서는 위원회 자체가 없는 경우에 아웃소싱이 많아졌다. 또한 CEO와 IS관리자(CIO)의 보고단계가 1단계 이상일 때는 모든 분야에서 아웃소싱이 많았으며, 산업계의 중간그룹에서 아웃소싱을 가장 많이 하는 것으로 조사되었다.것으로 조사되었다.

원자력 발전소의 안전계통은 요구된 신뢰도를 확보하기 위하여 각 트립 변수(공정계통 및 핵관련 총11개)회로의 센서 및 트립로직으로 구성된 각자의 채널에 대하여 주기적으로 운전중에 운전원에 의해 수동으로 수행하므로 안전계통에 대한 신뢰도를 화보하고 있다. 안전계통에 대한 시험자동화는 컴퓨터에 의해 시험 신호의 발생과 시험 결과의 표시 및 기록이 자동적으로 프로그램에 의해서 수행되는 것을 의미하며, 시험 자동화에 의해 주기 시험에 따른 시험시간 단축과 운전원의 심리적 부담을 경감하여 운전원에 의한 인적 실수 방지 및 계통 신뢰도 향상에 기여하는 것은 물론 계통을 단순화하고 기기경비의 절감 효과를 가져온다. 현재 기존 중수로 발전소는 직접 시험 방식에 의해 모의 신호를 시험 대상 채널의 센서부분에 보내어 안전 계통을 시험하여 해당 루프에 대한 건전성을 점검하고 있는데, 이 방식은 시험회로가 복잡하여 이로인한 기기의 설치 경비 상승, 유지 보수의 부담 증가 및 운전원의 주기 시험에 대한부담감으로 인적 실수를 유발하는등 계통 신뢰도 저하의 문제점이 지적되어 개선이 요구된다.

Realtime Simulation and HILS are essential tools for modern aircraft control system design and development. But developing the HILS has been a big and complex task to meet the realtime simulation requirement. So these days there have been efforts to minimize these task. New advanced concept and design tools are being developed. In this paper, these new advanced concept and design tools were used to develop the realtime simulation and HILS environment for rotorcraft. The H/W 문 S/W requirement and system configuration for the developing system will be described on the paper.
