It is widely known that farmers and fishermen group is typically alienated from information. In this regards, it has become a national policy to help them get benefits from using PC. Therefore, this study investigates the effects of PC competence on their life satisfaction by using the 2017 report on the digital divide. Especially, we are focused on analyzing mediating role of Internet service usage. Empirical analysis with public database showed that PC competence has a positive effect on life satisfaction. Internet service usage also revealed a mediating role between PC competence and Internet service usage. Implication for policy makers is that government needs to exercise PC competence level of farmers and fishermen, and their ability to utilize Internet service for the sake of improving their life satisfaction level. We recommend future research with hierarchical linear model to measure the effect of regional differences.

본 연구의 목적은 노인의 정보화기기 활용 능력이 사회자본 형성에 미치는 영향을 분석하고 이러한 관계에서 노인의 디지털기기 이용 효능감이 갖는 매개효과를 검증하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 2022년 실시한 디지털정보격차 실태조사 자료를 활용하여 SPSS 25.0 통계프로그램으로 개인의 인구사회학적특성, 정보화기기 중 PC, 모바일 기기 활용능력, 디지털기기 이용 효능감을 독립변수로 하고 노인의 사회자본을 종속변수로 하여 영향 관계를 분석하였다. 또한, 디지털기기 이용 효능감을 매개변수로 설정하여 노인의 정보화기기 활용 능력이 사회자본 형성에 미치는 영향에 매개효과가 있는지 검증하였다. 그 결과, 노인의 사회자본 형성에 미치는 영향 요인은 남성보다 여성의 사회자본 수준이 높았고, 나이가 많은 사람, 월평균 소득이 높은 사람, 다른 가족과 함께 거주하는 노인의 사회자본 수준이 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 독립변수인 PC활용능력은 통계적으로 유의미한 영향이 없었고, 모바일기기 활용 능력과 디지털기기 이용 효능감이 높을수록 사회자본이 증가하는 것으로 분석되었다. 이후 노인의 정보화기기 활용 능력이 사회자본에 미치는 영향을 디지털기기 이용 효능감이 매개하는지 분석하기 위해 Baron과 Kenny(1986)의 3단계 모형으로 분석한 결과, pc활용능력 → 디지털기기 이용 효능감 → 사회자본에 이르는 경로와 모바일기기 활용능력 → 디지털기기 이용 효능감 → 사회자본에 이르는 매개효과 경로는 통계적으로 유의미한 결과로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 노인의 정보화기기의 접근성 향상을 위한 교육기관의 노력과 단순한 컨텐츠 위주의 교육에서 보다 실용적이고 즉시적인 교육 콘텐츠 전환 등 실천적 노력에 대해 제언하였다.

PC system의 보급이 확대됨에 따라 근거리 지역 내에 분산되어 있는 PC들을 상호 연결시켜 PC의 분산처리 능력을 최대한 이용하면서 주변장치, 정보 등의 자원을 공유함으로써 경비의 절감과 고속의 통신을 보장하여 전체 System의 효율을 증가시키는 PC LAN(Local Area Network)이 필요하게 되었다. 이에 PC LAN 구성에 필요한 여러 통신방식의 기술과 통신의 기본이 되는 Protocol 및 Network Operating System에 대새 논하고 실제 국내에서 개발되어 사용 중인 GS-TRN을 소개한다.

Cast-in-place concrete-filled hollow PC (HPC) columns are used to reduce lifting load of heavy-weight PC columns and to improve the structural integrity of joints. In the present study, a new type of HPC column was proposed to improve the productivity and structural integrity of the concrete. To form the hollow PC columns, a permanent inner form was prefabricated using structural deck plates and penetrated lateral bars. Half-scale specimens of four HPC columns were tested under combined axial compression and lateral cyclic loading to evaluate the seismic resistance. In the design of test specimens, various parameters such as the spacing of lateral re-bars, the use of steel fiber, and the thickness of PC cover were considered. The test results showed that the proposed HPC columns generally exhibited satisfactory load-carrying capacity and deformation capacity without brittle failure of PC. If closely spaced hoops or fiber reinforcements are used for PC, the deformation capacity can be improved further by restraining PC spalling.

이 글에서는 PC가 구조공학에 이용되고 있는 분야를 살펴 보았고, 그중 특히 PC의 계산능력과 그래픽을 이용하여 구조설계시 자주 발생하는 문제를 해결하는 예를 고려해 보았다. 철근 콘크리트 예에서는 기둥의 해석 및 설계문제를, 강구조 예에서는 연결부의 조임재군이 편심 하중을 받는 문제를 각각 예시하였다. 여기에 든 예 외에도 이러한 구조 설계용의 PC용 소프트웨어는 얼마든지 개발될 수 있고 실제로 이와 같은 프로그램들은 설계사무소나 엔지니어링 회사에서 매우 유용하게 이용되고 있다. 뿐만 아니라 PC용의 이러한 소프트웨어는 설계과정을 단계적으로 전개시켜 나감으로써 학생이나 실무 엔지니어의 교육용으로도 개발되어질 수 있을 것이다. 또한 수백장의 숫자나 말 보다도 한장의 그림이 공학적인 의사전달에 더욱 큰 역할을 한다는 점을 감안한다면 PC가 더욱 구조공학 분야에 이용될 전망이고 그에 따르는 많은 소프트웨어들이 빠른 속도로 개발될 것으로 생각된다.

1980년대 초에 등장하기 시작한 위크스테이션이 최근에 PC 시장을 누르고 서서히 부상하기 시작 하였고 몇 년 안에는 기존의 PC시장을 점유하리라 예측은 어렵지 않게 되었다. 왜냐하면 위크스 테이션은 기존 PC에 비해 고해상 그래픽스, 고성능 프로세서, 복잡한 공학용 계산능력, 대형 디 스프레이, 특수입력장치, 메모리 증대 그리고 무엇보다도 공학적 응용에서 표준이라 할 수 있는 UNIX O/S를 기본으로 하는 등의 많은 장점을 갖고 있기 때문이다. 그럼에도 불구하고 PC가 당분간, 아마도 금세기 말까지는, 특히 위크스테이션의 가격이 PC와 경쟁력을 가질 때까지는, 그 위세를 유지할 것으로 예상된다. 그 이유는 PC가 출현한 이후 지난 10년간 PC를 위한 주변장 치와 S/W 개발에 참여한 업체가 무수히 많아 위크스테이션에 비해 PC 이용자의 선택의 폭이 아직도 훨씬 넓다는 이외에 UNIX와 DOS O/S를 모두 채택한 368PC의 등장으로 어느 정도 기존 PC의 단점이 보완되고 있기 때문이다. 앞으로 위크스테이션이 자료 수집 및 처리과정에 까지도 기존 PC를 압도한다 하더라도 결국은 위크스테이션도 개인용 컴퓨터이고 보면 이는 PC의 새 로운 변신으로 보아야겠다.

본 연구는 GPS와 노트북 PC를 이용하여 비행경로정보를 얻기 위한 것으로, 이들을 실제 비행기에 장착하여 위치(동경, 북위, 고도), 방위, 속도등의 비행경로정보를 기록하였다. 기록된 자료를 분석한 결과 실제 비행시의 자료들과 일치함을 보였다. GPS와 노트북 PC를 이용한 비행기록장치는 조종훈련생들의 항법교육 및 항법 능력 측정 자료로 이용 될 수 있을 것이다.

The purpose is to increase the likelihood of physical education students for employment in public institutions by examining the priority for hiring sports-related public institutions. The subject of the study was purposeful sampling of a total of 11 persons including 4 sports professors, 3 NCS experts in sports field, 2 judges from public sports institutions, and 2 personnel in charge of hiring public institutions. Through this process, from January 3 to March 12, 2020, the importance of priority was analyzed using hierarchical structure analysis using the main factors of NCS vocational basic competency. All data are coded so that statistical processing can be performed. Using SPSS/PC (ver. 21.0) for Windows, the hierarchical structure analysis was used for frequency analysis and priority determination. First, communication skills (.231), organizational comprehension skills (.177), resource management skills (.128), interpersonal skills (.110), vocational ethics (.082), problems in the major areas of recruitment of sports-related public institutions Solving ability (.061), information ability (.056), mathematical ability (.054), self-development ability (.052), and description ability (.049) were analyzed in order. Second, in terms of evaluation items, communication is communication skills (.442), mathematical skills are basic computation skills (.512), problem solving skills are thinking skills (.722), self-development skills are self-management skills (.587), Resource management ability was analyzed in order of time management ability (.531), interpersonal relationship ability as teamwork ability (.382), information ability in computer use ability (.677), technical ability in technology understanding ability (.599).

최근 응용과학 분야를 연구하는데 많은 컴퓨팅 자원을 필요로 하고 있다. 예로 미생물학 분야에서 분자 모사를 이용한 바이오-나노 연구는 대규모 컴퓨팅 자원을 필요로 한다. 그와 함께 대규모 컴퓨팅 환경을 구축하기 위해서는 많은 자본이 필요하지만, 대부분의 대학에서는 예산 부족 및 관리 능력 부족으로 인해 이러한 장비를 보유하지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 상황에서 컴퓨팅 자원을 제공하기 위해 기존의 대학 실습실의 컴퓨터들을 이용해서 대규모 병렬-분산 처리 시스템을 구현 모델로 제시하고 실제 직접 구현한 결과를 보여준다. 구현 결과로는 병렬-분산 처리 시스템인 PLinda 시스템과 애플리케이션인 Raytracing 병렬처리 프로그램을 보여 준다.

The $Ca^{2+}-ATPase$ of sarcoplasmic reticulum (SR) was solubilized and reconstituted into a mixture of phosphatidylcholine (PC) and phosphatidylethanolamine (PE) of varying ratios in order to assess the effect of physical states of phospholipids on the incorporation and functions $Ca^{2+}-ATPase$. On the basis of the spectral data of Ca-arsenazo III, the $Ca^{2+}$ uptake of SR was increased linearly as the PC content increased in the reconstituted vesicles. The ATP hydrolysis activity also increased as PC content increased up to 25% and then decreased slightly as the PC content further increased. On the other hand the incorporation of $Ca^{2+}-ATPase$ into the reconstituted vesicls occured maximally at 25% PC and 75% PE mixture which is known to have a non-bilayer structure in reconstitution system. From the above results it is clear that preexisting defects in the lipid bilayer promote protein incorporation into the bilayer during reconstitution and lamellar structure of the bilayer facilitates the $Ca^{2+}-ATPase$ function.
