This study aims to introduce a new approach to make up for the weak points in small business, to explore views of the small business employees and job-seekers on the basis of Q-Methodology. From the Q-methodology, the types of perception toward small business and their features from diverse views were drawn. The data from 33 participants were analyzed by using QUANL-PC program. The perception types were classified as four types: positive perception type, negative perception type, high evaluation about utilitarian pursuit type, neutral evaluation type. The results found that views toward small business are more positive than previous findings and perceptions were diverse beyond the dichotomy. Hence, to mitigate job mismatch, small business recruiting strategy should be provided based on diverse job-seeker types.

This paper is concerned with remote environment monitoring & control for the breeding house as scattering far and wide. The environment data is detected in the breeding house that is collected to one processor. It's adapted to the PSTN(public switch tele-phone network) and multi-processing for exchange the environment data and the control data in between the manager and a breeding house by micro-processor. We have designed the algorithm of the communication sequence through the experimental research. This system is composed of sensor interface, FSK communications, LED display, data latch and MCS-51 single-chip. The S/W is composed with data acquisition by multi-processing, data communication and interrupt. And this paper is Proposed the DB structure algorithm concern to a mount scale using web design. The subject is a performance of effective management for the breeding house.

As the representative of the convergence of broadcasting and communication, the data service was expected to be a new profit source of the related industries. The data service, however, has not satisfied the expectation due to the short of killer services that make it popular with the viewers. According to the several survey reports, a lot of viewers do internet-searching using the key-words related to the TV program they are watching and, with the faith in the survey results, several trials has been performed to port established PC-based searching systems onto TV-set only to fail to get popularity among viewers. The failures are mainly caused that they did not sufficiently consider the viewers' modality that viewers seriously want not to be obstructed by anything when they are absorbed in a program. This paper proposes an MHP-based searching data service designed to minimally interrupt the viewers watching a TV program and to be synchronized with a TV program by using the searching key-words relative to it, the content of which changes as time goes on.

The recent growth of smartphone users and high speed network has fueled the expansion of the market for mobile application. Among these applications with various purposes, smartphone games are the hottest contents on this market. Smartphone games are far different from former games due to their new input and output interface (e.g. touch sensors and gyro sensors).It is possible that the most resonable way to categorize these new smartphone games is comparisons of different objects, in this case, various smarphone games. But there exists no classification of the games neither for the use of the market nor the purpose of researches. Even though there are few classifications for games, those classifications have a major flaw that their criteria are derived from superficial features of games. In this paper, we propose a new method to categorize smartphone games through game mechanics of principal design components.

Recently in major industrial areas, there has been a rapidly increasing demand for 'Computational Thinking', which is integrated with a computer's ability to think as a human world. Developed countries in the last 20 years naturally have been improving students' computational thinking as a way to solve math problems with CAS in the areas of mathematical reasoning, problem solving and communication. Also, textbooks reflected in the 2009 curriculum contain the applications of various CAS tools and focus on the improvement of 'Computational Thinking'. In this paper, we analyze the cases of mathematics education based on 'Computational Thinking' and discuss the mathematical content that uses the CAS tools including Sage for improving 'Computational Thinking'. Also, we show examples of programs based on 'Computational Thinking' for teaching Calculus in university.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the antecedent variables of customer citizenship behavior selected by a social exchange point of view on the Boryeong Mud Festival. Of all the questionnaires collected, 239 were included in the analysis which was performed using SPSS. Date analysis method used to frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis and canonical correlation analysis. As the results of the canonical correlation analysis between the customer citizenship behavior and the social exchange point of view, there was a significant relationship between the attributes of customer citizenship behavior - loyalty, cooperation, Participation and social exchange point of view - customer satisfaction, customer confidence, perceived support of customers, justice perception. Therefore, marketing practitioner should recognize the importance of customer's perception in the service circumstance and make a managerial effort to offer the best service to customer. The result of this paper may help local festival planner and marketers for festival marketing strategy.

The number of digital content used in mobile devices such as smartphones or tablet PCs has been rapidly increasing along with the development of IT industry. At the same time, studies on digital content management are actively conducted. One of the previous studies defined CTI(Content Tracking Information) for efficient management of the information on digital content usage between mobile devices in an area in which the internet is inaccessible, and suggested ways to deal with CTI management, reduction of the overhead and a technique of collecting as many CTIs as possible within a short time. This paper presents the design and implementation of a simulator capable of verifying the logic and the performance of the CTI management method. This tool simulates a mobile environment where devices move around in the internet inaccessible area and propagates digital contents each other. It shows several advantages including the efficient synchronization of CTI management and overhead reduction.

This study aimed to develop non-sintered cement that could replace portland cement which emits large amount of carbon dioxide during firing process. For this purpose, ground granulated blast furnace slag, type c fly ash and slaked lime were used. In addition, through the experimental results, the characteristics of the non-sintered cement binders according to the mixing ratios will be identified, and the utilization plans for the precast concrete products will be presented. In this experiment, non-sintered cement binders using industrial by-products were prepared to compare the flexural strength and compressive strength of each of the 3, 7 and 28 days. As a result, the results satisfy the KS of the target product proposed in this study. Therefore, this study presents the possibility of using precast concrete products by developing non-sintered cement binders using industrial by-products.

Digital certificate must be used for electronic financial transactions in Korea. But because digital certificate is based ActiveX of Internet Explorer, it is difficult to use digital certificate in other web browsers. It interrupts a development of various authentication technology and a growth of related industry. Also digital certificate can be leaked because of being stored in harddisk or USB. The government eased obligatory use of digital certificate and opened doors to other authentication techniques. But any other authentication techniques are not used because they are not approved as alternative technology. The revised bills with digital certificate abolition as the main agenda have been submitted to the National Assembly. Whether the revised bills pass or not will be decided by a regular session of the National Assembly depending on the calculation and dynamics composition of related industry. In this paper, a controversy over obligatory use of digital certificate is examined and measures are found.
