Magnaporthe oryzae is destructive plant-pathogenic fungus and causes rice blast. The pathogen uses several mechanisms to circumvent the inhibitory actions of fungicides. ATP-binding cassette (ABC) transporters are known to provide protection against toxic compounds in the environment. PC facilitated bioinformatic analysis, particularly with respect to accessing and extracting database information and domain identification. We predicted ABC transporter genes from the M. oryzae genome sequence with computation and bioinformatics tools. A total of thirty three genes were predicted to encode ABC transporters. Three of thirty three putative genes corresponded to three known ABC transporter genes (ABC1, ABC2 and ABC3). Copy numbers of the ABC transporter genes were proven by Southern blot analysis, which revealed that twenty genes tested exist as a single copy. We amplified the DNA complementary to RNA corresponding to eleven of these by reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction.

The recycle of the polycarbonate(PC)/acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene(ABS) separated from the instrument panel (In-Panel) of the automotive was investigated. The small amount of polyurethane(PU) foam contained in the separated PC/ABS decreased the mechanical properties of the recycled PC/ABS. However, it is found that the PU foam formed the dispered phase of small particles at high temperature ($260^{\circ}C$) under high shear of the twin extruder, whereas it formed the big particles at low extrusion temperature ($220^{\circ}C$). The mechanical properties of the recycled PC/ABS extruded at high temperature was better than those at low temperature, which enabled the recycled PC/ABS seperated from In-Panel to be applied to the radiator grille without the addition of the compatibilizers or virgin PC/ABS. This was ascribed to the smaller particle sizes of the PU foam formed at high extrusion temperature under high shear.

현재 신재생에너지 발전원은 계속 증가되고 있으며, 발전기의 용량 또한 점점 증가하고 있다. 늘어나는 신재생에너지 발전원에 의해 계통 연계의 중요성이 증대되고 있고 아울러 계통에서 발생할 수 있는 여러 가지 사고로 인한 발전기의 PCS의 고장에 대한 문제 또한 중요해지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 신재생발전원의 용량이 증가함에 따라서 각 스위치의 전기적 스트레스를 줄일 수 있는 3-level NPC 타입의 컨버터회로를 기반으로 이중 전류 제어기를 이용하였고, 계통 사고시에도 강인한 위상 추종 특성을 가지는 DDSRF(Decoupled Double Synchronous Reference Frame 이하 DDSRF)방식의 PPL을 채택하여 시뮬레이션을 진행하였다. 현재 계통의 사고에 의한 사고전압은 ABC 분류에 의해서 크게 A~G 타입으로 나타내고 있다. 본 논문에서는 각 타입별 사고전압의 불평형 지수(Imbalance Factor, 이하 IF)에 따른 중성점 전류의 고조파 성분을 분석하여 도식화 하고자 한다. 이는 계통사고 발생 시 계통연계형 컨버터의 제어 및 계통탈락 여부에 활용 할 수 있을 것으로 예상된다.

Purpose: The Purpose of this study was to determine the effect of an internet games addiction prevention program on middle school students' depression, self esteem and Internet games addiction. Methods: The internet games addiction prevention program in this study was based on the Ellis'(1962) ABC Model. This research adopted the non-equivalent control group pretest-posttest design. and was conducted with 52 middle school students who were selected through convenient sampling and assigned to an experimental group or a control group. Data were collected from January 15, 2006 to February 19, 2006, and analyzed using the SPSS/PC program by frequency, Fisher exact test, t-test, means, standard deviations and ANCOVA. Results: The results of the experiment supported the hypothesis that the experimental group would have lower depression scores and internet games addiction scores and higher self-esteem scores than the control group. Conclusions: After 8 sessions of the internet games addiction prevention program, it was found that the program was effective to improve the score of self-esteem and reduces the scores of internet games addiction and depression.
