Nowadays, Internet Telephony Services based on SIP are gaining an explosive increase for general user. Thus a various demands of the user about convenience of IP-PBX are growing. The most important requirements of these is hybrid IP telephony system which is connected not only internet telephone but also general PSTN telephone. Therefore, in this paper, we have developed Hybrid IP-PBX connected all type of telephony terminals for small office. We have developed FXS module for connecting all type and FXO for using PSTN telephone number also. This Hybrid IP-PBX that is can be connected Soft-phone provide various optional services. We measured voice quality and test simultaneous calling for proof of validity.

Voice over Internet Protocol(VoIP) compared to the traditional PSTN communications costs and because of the ease of use has been widespread use of VoIP. Broadband Convergence Network (BCN) as part of building with private Internet service provider since 2010, all government agencies are turning to the telephone network and VoIP. In this paper, we used the Internet on your phone in the IETF SIP-based IP-PBX is a hacking attack analysis studies. VoIP systems are built the same way as a test bed for IP-PBX hacking attacks and vulnerabilities by analyzing the results yielded. Proposes measures to improve security vulnerabilities to secure VoIP.

Today, many companies are using CRM as a means to secure sales opportunities, improve sales pipelines, and increase customer satisfaction. CRM like this improves the quality of corporate management by understanding customer behavior patterns and utilizes the process of change in the organization's work procedures and technology for marketing, sales, and customer service. In this study, we designed and implemented a small CRM using IP PBX to enable small and medium-sized businesses to introduce CRM without economic burden and measured its performance. As a result, we found a small customer management system (SOHO CRM) has proven its performance.

According to fast VoIP technology development, more and more companies change voice network into IP based network among branch offices. IP PBX, which is deployed up to now, composed of IP phone and VoIP Gateway. Every telphone has replaced with If phone which support VoIP and VoIP gateway is installed in PBTN connection point to relay voice data. It can reduce the communication expense of International call, long distance call and call between a headquater and a trance because it uses internet line. In this paper, IP PBX is implemented that can distribute call using PBX network only usig personal terminal without Proxy Server. Depending on Role, terminal can be registered Master, Server and Client and it is verified in terms of performance and validation.

기술발전에 따른 서비스 패러다임의 변화 및 기존 Legacy PBX 시스템의 단종 추세와 IP-PBX 시스템에 대한 기업 고객 수요가 증가하고 있다. 통신사업자는 기업대상 전화시장의 기술동향과 다양한 고객 Needs 대응상품 마련을 통한 가입자기반 확대 및 기업 IP전화 시장 선점을 위한 적극적인 대응방안이 필요하다. 기업별 구축되던 이에 Legacy PBX 기반의 기업용 전화시스템 대신 통신국사에 설치하여 IP 기반의 전화서비스 및 전화 부가서비스를 제공하는 통신사업자용 기업용 IPT 시스템 서비스 방안에 관하여 고찰해본다.

인터넷망을 이용하여 음성 및 영상통화를 제공하는 VoIP(인터넷전화)서비스가 확대되고, VoIP 서비스가 인터넷망을 이용함에 따라 기존의 인터넷망에서 제기된 보안위협이 증가하고 사이버 공격에 노출되고 있다. 이에 따라 본 고에서는 국제 표준인 공통평가기준(ISO 15408)에서 규정된 방법에 따라 VoIP 서비스를 제공하는 IP Phone 및 IP PBX시스템이 노출되는 사이버 상의 보안위협사항을 도출하고, 보안목적과 VoIP 및 IP PBX 시스템 보안위협에 대응할 수 있는 보안요구사항을 정의하였다.

Currently, with the success of 5G commercialization, a server system that integrates various Internet public safety services should be developed. In this paper, we developed a public safety integrated server, which is an IoT platform connecting IoT device and IoT gateway based on IP PBX. This server is based on embedded OS and various IoT services are executed in one system and call processing / broadcasting server function that processes emergency call and emergency broadcasting in public places is built in. This system collects IoT sensor data and emergency bell information and automatically sends out emergency alarms, emergency evacuation broadcasts, etc. at an accident site in an emergency situation, and transmits the daily information to the upper IoT service server, Provide public safety management services.

Construction as part of the broadband convergence network(BCN), Internet service provider(KT, SKT, LGU+) has converted to Internet phone telephone network to all government agencies. In addition, members of the public also have an Internet phone service that you are using. In this paper, we analyze the hacking attack on IP-PBX in the IETF SIP-based that are used in Internet telephony, to the study. The test bed is constructed in the same way as the Internet telephone system to perform studies carried hacking attacks on IP-PBX, analyze the results and to extract evidence forensics. The Ubiquitous/Unified Communication Platform supports various multimedia communication tools such as VoIP, Email, Unified Messaging, Instant Messaging, Web Conferencing, Audio/Video Communication etc. In this paper we introduced the main functions and architecture of the Unified Communication Platform and we researched on the function analysis and design of the VoIP System that supports PC-to-PBX/PSTN Phone and PBX/PSTN Phone-to-PC communications through the connectivity and interoperation with PSTN.
