본 논문에서는 하이브리드형 P2P(Peer to Peer)를 이용한 화상회의 시스템의 설계 및 구현에 관하여 기술 하였다. 제안된 화상회의 시스템은 클라이언트-서버와 P2P를 기반으로 하는 하이브리드형 P2P 구조를 가지며, 클라이언트-서버 구조는 게정관리, 클라이언트 리스트 및 상태정보를 교환하기 위해서 사용되고 P2P(Peer to Peer) 구조는 실시간 화상회의를 수행하기 위해서 사용된다. 제안된 시스템은 서버에만 몰리던 멀티미디어 데이터를 P2P에 의해 클라이언트로 분산시킴으로써 서버의 트래픽이 감소되고 네트워크의 비용을 줄일 수 있다. 또한, 본 시스템은 고속 네트워크 상에서 통신 프로토콜과 응용 소프트웨어를 이용하여 다자간 화상회의를 시연함으로써 본 시스템의 타당성을 검증하고 분석하였다.

P2P 응용 프로그램들은 일반적으로 방화벽과 같은 보호시스템을 피하기 위해, 동적인 포트 번호 등을 사용하기도 한다. 그에 따라 포트 기반의 방법과 시그너처, 패킷 페이로드의 전수 검사 등을 통해 트래픽 식별을 하는 많은 방법론을 이용하지만, 여전히 정성적인 면과 정량적인 면을 만족시키지 못하고 있다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 P2P가 기본적으로 가지는 프로토콜의 성격을 이용하여 P2P의 트래픽 특성들을 분석하고 플로우 단위로 트래픽을 수집한 후, SVM을 이용하여 P2P 트래픽을 식별할 수 있는 방법론을 제안하고자 한다.

P2P 분산시스템에서 각 피어들은 항상 온라인 상태를 유지하지 않는다. P2P 시스템은 각 피어들은 하나의 시스템의 구성 요소로써 유기적으로 작동되는 일반적인 시스템과 다른 것이다. 이런 경우 P2P 시스템을 이용하는 사용자에게는 신뢰성이 떨어지는 시스템이 될 수 있는 것이다. 이에 많은 P2P 연구에서 이러한 문제를 해결하고자 시도하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 다운로드 되고 있는 자원에 대해 신뢰성 있는 연결을 제공하기 위해 다방향 프로세싱 P2P 검색 알고리즘을 제안한다. 기존 연구에서는 새로운 자원 제공 피어의 선택을 위한 로딩 부담률이 높았는데 본 연구에서는 이를 해결하고자 한다.

The effects of adenosine triphosphate(ATP) on salivary glands have been recognized since 1982. The presence of purinergic recepetors(P2Rs) that mediate the effects of ATP in various tissues, including parotid and submandibular salivary gland, has been supported by the cloning of receptor cDNAs and the expression of the receptor proteins. P2Rs have many subtypes, and the activation of these receptor subtypes increase intracellular $Ca^{2+}$, a key ion in the regulation of the secretion in the salivary gland. The apical pores of taste buds in circumvallate and foliate papillae are surrounded by the saliva from von Ebner salivary gland(vEG). Thus, it is important how the secretion of vEG is controlled. This study was designed to elucidate the roles of P2Rs on salivary secretion of vEG. Male Sprague-Dawley rats (about 200 g) were used for this experiment. vEG-rich tissues were obtained from dissecting $500-1,000\;{\mu}m$ thick posterior tongue slices under stereomicroscope view. P2Rs mRNA in vEG acinar cells were identified with RT-PCR. To observe the change in intracellular $Ca^{2+}$ activity, we employed $Ca^{2+}-ion$ specific fluorescence analysis with fura-2. Single acinar cells and cell clusters were isolated by a sequential trypsin/collagenase treatment and were loaded with $10\;{\mu}M$ fura -2 AM for 60 minutes at room temperature. Several agonists and antagonists were used to test a receptor specificity. RT-PCR revealed that the mRNAs of $P2X_4$, $P2Y_1$, $P2Y_2$ and $P2Y_3$ are expressed in vEG acinar cells. The intracellular calcium activity was increased in response to $10\;{\mu}M$ ATP, a P2Rs agonist, and 2-MeSATP, a $P2Y_1$ and $P2Y_2R$ agonist. However, $300\;{\mu}M\;{\alpha}{\beta}-MeATP$, a $P2X_1$ and $P2X_3R$ agonist, did not elicit the response. The responses elicited by $10\;{\mu}M$ ATP and UTP, a $P2Y_2R$ agonists, were maintained when extracellular calcium was removed. $10\;{\mu}M$ suramin, a P2XR antagonist, and reactive blue 2, a P2YR antagonist, partially blocked ATP-induced response. However, when extracellular calciums were removed, suramin did not abolish the responses elicited by ATP. These results suggest that P2Rs play an important role in salivary secretion of vEG acinar cells and the effects of ATP on vEG salivary secretion may be mediated by $P2X_4$, $P2Y_1$, $P2Y_2$, and/or $P2Y_3$.

P2P(Peer to Peer)는 오늘날 가장 주목 받는 파일 공유 시스템으로 현재 네트워크 트래픽의 50% 가량을 점유하고 있을 정도로 많은 콘텐츠의 유통경로가 되고 있다. 이처럼 P2P는 가장 큰 콘텐츠 유통 경로로 활용되기도 하지만 콘텐츠의 가장 큰 불법 유통 경로로 활용되기도 하며 최근에 들어 음악산업뿐만 아니라 영상산업 전반으로 불법 유통을 야기시키고 있으나 현재 이를 방지하면서 P2P의 장점을 최대한 살릴 수 있는 DRM(Digital Right Management)이 적용된 P2P 모델이 제시되지 못하고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 기존 DRM 기능들을 변형하여 기존에 P2P 모델에 적합한 형태로 적용함으로써 기존의 P2P 모델구조를 변형시키지 않고 P2P의 높은 확장성(Scalability)과 분산 처리 성능을 지원할 수 있는 콘텐츠 보호를 위한 DRM이 적용된 P2P 모델을 제안한다.

The human cytochrome P450 2J2 catalyzes an epoxygenase reaction to oxidize various fatty acids including arachidonic acid. In this study, three recombinant enzyme constructs of P450 2J2 were heterologously expressed in Escherichia coli and their P450 proteins were successfully purified using a $Ni^{2+}$-NTA affinity column. Deletion of 34 amino acid residues in N-terminus of P450 2J2 enzyme (2J2-D) produced the soluble enzyme located in the cytosolic fraction. The enzymatic analysis of this truncated protein indicated the typical spectral characteristics and functional properties of P450 2J2 enzyme. P450 2J2-D enzymes from soluble fraction catalyzed the oxidation reaction of terfenadine to the hydroxylated product. However, P450 2J2-D enzymes from membrane fraction did not support the P450 oxidation reaction although it displayed the characteristic CO-binding spectrum of P450. Our finding of these features in the N-terminal modified P450 2J2 enzyme could help understand the biological functions and the metabolic roles of P450 2J2 enzyme and make the crystallographic analysis of the P450 2J2 structure feasible for future studies.

Coherent precipitation of Zn3P2 during Zn diffusion in a GaInAsP/InP heterostructure was studied using high-resolution transmission electron microscopy. Zn-diffusion-induced intermixing of Ga and In across the GaInAsP/InP heterointerface provided a Ga-mixed InP region which was nearly lattice-matched with Zn3P2 crystal and thus allowed thecoherent precipitation of Zn3P2. The Zn3P2 precipitates were preferentially nucleated at stacking faults which were formed to relax interfacial strain built up by the intermixing. The precipitates were grown to planar epitaxial layer along (100) plane in the lattice-matched region. The TEM images and diffraction pettern revealed that the tetragonal Zn3P2 crystals were coherently matched to the fcc structured GaInP matrix by the {{{{ SQRT {2} $\times$ SQRT {2} $\times$2 }} arrangement. The precipitation reaction of Zn3P2 was explained by an atomic migration model based on the kick-out mechanism.

인터넷 스트리밍 시스템은 스트리밍 소스를 공급하는 미디어 서버와 이로부터 미디어 스트림을 받아 분배하는 스트리밍 서버, 그리고 스트리밍 단말기들로 구성되며, 기존에는 하나의 스트리밍 서버에 다수의 단말기들이 직접적으로 연결되는 방식을 취하고 있다. 이러한 클라이언트-서버 형태의 중앙 구조의 단점을 극복하여 확장성을 제공하기 위해 P2P 스트리밍 시스템에 대한 연구가 최근 들어 진행되고 있다. 그러나 P2P 방식을 이용한 인터넷 스트리밍 시스템을 설계, 구현, 테스트를하기 위해서 많은 비용이 소비되는 현실적인 어려움이 있다. 그러므로 본 논문에서는 P2P 스트리밍 시스템에 대한 다양한 연구 및 실험을 지원하기 위해, P2P 스트리밍 시스템을 정의하고, NS2 시뮬레이션 라이브러리를 이용하여 P2P 스트리밍 시스템 시뮬레이터 P2PStreamSim을 설계 및 구현하였다. 또한 테스트 P2P 스트리밍 시스템을 사례로 적용하여 P2PStreamSim의 동작을 검증하고 성능을 평가하였다.

Financial technology, also known as FinTech, is one of the fast growing global businesses in since its inception in 2008. Fintech is a new economic industry, comprised of companies that adopted the latest technologies to provide more efficient financial services than the traditional financial services. Fintech companies are generally small to medium sized startups trying to disintermediate existing financial systems. FinTech companies can be differentiated in several areas, based on its business solutions and target customers. In Korea, the Peer-to-Peer (P2P) lending companies are the most prominent in the FinTech sector. P2P lending is a method of borrowing or lending money to individuals through online services without the use of an official financial institution as an intermediary. The P2P lending companies operate their services entirely online or mobile environment. Consequently, mobile P2P lending application users are dramatically increasing. Thus, it is worth evaluating the acceptance of the mobile apps of the P2P lending companies from a user's perspective. This paper discusses user acceptance of the mobile P2P lending apps, guided by the Technology Acceptance Model. We conclude that the users' acceptance of mobile P2P lending apps are significantly influenced by perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and user satisfaction. These in turn influenced their attitude towards using mobile P2P lending apps and intention to use.
