P.S.T 공법 라멘 구조물의 휨 거동 특성에 관한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on Flexural Behavior in Framed Structure of P.S.T Method)

  • 기존의 지하구조물 비개착축조공법은 구조물의 강성을 확보하기 위하여 가설구조인 강관에 철근을 설치하는데 시공시 좁은 공간으로 작업이 불편하고 배근작업으로 인한 자재비용이 과다하는 등 문제점이 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하는 차원에서 스틸 세그먼트를 이음부로서 연결하여 지하구조물 축조시 가설구조물을 형성하고 철근대신 강선이나 강봉을 설치하여 긴장력을 도입하는 새로운 공법인 P.S.T공법(Prestressed Segment Tunnel Method)이 모색되었다. 본 연구에서는 P.S.T공법 구조물의 휨성능을 평가하고자 그에 대한 실험적인 연구를 수행하였다. 세그먼트 형상비, 우각부 원형강관의 크기, 긴장량의 크기 및 이음부의 용접 유무를 실험변수로 설정하여 구조물의 휨거동 특성을 규명하고 부동한 변수에 따른 구조물의 처짐에 대한 효과를 분석하였다.

쇠고기 엑기스 분말 휘발성 성분의 최적 추출방법에 관한 연구 (Optimum Extraction Methods of Volatile Compounds in Beef Extract Powder)

  • 쇠고기 엑기스 분말로부터 방사선 조사 휘발성 화합물의 검출에 의한 새로운 검지방법의 개발을 위한 기초 자료를 마련하고자 S-PD 법, S-CD 법, P&T 법 및 LLCE 법 등 4종의 방법을 대상으로 휘발성 화합물의 추출을 위한 최적의 방법을 선정하고자 하였다. 그 결과 쇠고기 엑기스 분말로부터 탄화수소류, 알데히드류, 케톤류, 알콜류, 함황화합물류, 함질소화합물류, 방향족화합물류, 테르펜류, 푸란류 및 기타 화합물류로 구성된 106종의 휘발성 화합물이 검출되었으며, 이 중 S-PD법에 의해 62종의 화합물이 검출됨으로써 가장 많은 화합물을 나타내었고, 다음으로 P&T 법(43종), LLCE 법(38종) 및 S-CD 법(30종) 순이었다. S-PD 법은 RI 1200 이상의 휘발성이 약하며 분자량이 높은 화합물에 대한 검출능이 높았고, P&T 법은 RI 1200 이하의 화합물의 검출능이 높은 경향을 나타냄으로서, 위 두 방법은 상호보완적인 경향을 나타내었다. 한편 S-CD법에 의해 검출된 화합물은 3종을 제외하고 S-PD 법에 의해서도 검출 가능하였으며, LLCE 법의 경우는 5종의 화합물을 제외하고 S-PD 법과 P&T법을 병용할 경우 모두 검출 가능한 화합물로 구성되어 있었다. 따라서 비극성 fiber(PDMS/DVB)를 사용한 SPME 법과 P&T 법을 병용하는 방법이 쇠고기 엑기스 분말의 휘발성 화합물을 추출하기 위한 최적의 방법으로 선정되었다.

S-PBL의 연계순서에 따른 간호대학생의 학습성과 비교: 무작위 교차설계 (A Comparative Study on Learning Outcomes according to the Integration Sequences of S-PBL in Nursing Students: Randomized Crossover Design)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to compare the effects of simulation integrated with problem based learning (S-PBL) according to the sequences of problem-based learning (PBL) and high fidelity simulation training (HFS) on knowledge, clinical performance, clinical judgment, self-confidence, and satisfaction in fourth-grade nursing students. Methods: In this randomized crossover design study, four S-PBLs on medical-surgical nursing were applied alternatively to two randomly-assigned groups of 26 senior nursing students for 8 weeks. The collected data were analyzed using an independent t-test. Results: The method of administering PBL prior to HFS led to significantly higher scores on knowledge (t=2.28, p=.025) as compared to the method of administering HFS prior to PBL. However, the latter method led to significantly higher scores on clinical performance (t=-6.49, p<.001) and clinical judgment (t=-4.71, p<.001) as compared to the method of administering PBL prior to HFS. There were no differences in the effect of the two methods on self-confidence (t=1.53, p=.128) and satisfaction (t=1.28, p=.202). Conclusion: The integration sequences of S-PBL was associated with different learning outcomes. Therefore, when implementing S-PBL, it is necessary to consider the educational goal to executes an appropriate sequence of integration.

Ti Self-Aligned Silicide를 이용한 Contact에서의 전기적 특성 (Electrical Characteristics of Ti Self-Aligned Silicide Contact)

  • Contact resistance and contact leakage current of the Al/TiSiS12T/Si system are investigated for NS0+T and PS0+T junctions. SALICIDE (Self Aligned Silicide) process was used to make the Al/TiSiS12T/Si system. Titanium disilicide is one of the most common silicides because of its thermal stability, ability to form selective formation and low resistivity. In this paper, RTA temperature effect and Junction implant dose effect were evaluated to characterize contact resistance and contact leakage current. The TiSiS12T contact resistance to NS0+T silicon is lower than that to PS0+T silicon, and TiSiS12T of contact leakage current to NS0+T silicon is lower than that to PS0+T silicon. Contact resistance and contact leakage current of the Al/TiSiS12T/Si system by this method were possible for VLSI application.

하브루타 교수법을 적용한 수업이 간호대학생의 의사소통능력, 비판적 사고능력 및 셀프리더십에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of the Education Applying Havruta's Method on Communication Competency, Critical Thinking Competency, and Self-leadership of Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to construct the education applying Havruta's method for nursing students and to examine its effect on the communication competency, critical thinking competency, and self-leadership. Methods: A non-equivalent control group pretest-posttest design was used. The participants were 138 nursing students at two universities. The experimental group (n=70) received the education applying Havruta's method for six weeks. The study was carried out from September 23 to November 8, 2019. Data were analyzed using IBM SPSS/WIN 22.0 for the 𝑥2 test, Fisher's exact test, and independent t-test. Results: The experimental group had a significant increase in communication competency (t=2.44, p=.016). However, there was no significant difference in critical thinking competency (t=1.85, p=.067), and self-leadership (t=1.78, p=.077) between the two groups. Conclusion: The education applying Havruta's method is an effective nursing education for communication competency. The result of this study could be a guide for nursing professors at the nursing education field when developing education programs that apply Habruta's method. Based on these results, future studies should be conducted to apply Habruta's teaching method to various nursing majors.

남녀 청소년의 성역할 정체감과 양성평등의식 (Gender Role Identity and Egalitarianism Consciousness among Adolescents)

  • Purpose: This study intends to investigate gender role identity and egalitarianism consciousness among adolescents and to determine the relationship between the two factors. Method: Data were collected from 376 middle and high school students in U City. Tools used were the Korean Sexual Role Identity (Kim, J. H., 2005) and the Gender Egalitarianism Consciousness among Adolescents (Kim, 2002). Data were analyzed using SPSS 12.0 for t-test, one-way ANOVA and Pearson correlation coefficient. Results: There was no significant difference between boys and girls in sender role identity. Boys' gender role identity was different according to school grade (t=-3.19, p= .00), frequency of mother's hugging (t=-2.28, p= .02) and girls' according to religion (t=-2.24, p= .03) mother's job (F=3.59, p= .02), father's education level (F=3.20, p= .04), mother's education level (F=3.24, p= .04), family harmony (F=7.28, p= .00), and frequency of mother's hugging (t=-2.41. p= .02). There was significant difference in egalitarianism consciousness according to sender (t=-12.70. p= .00) Boys' egalitarianism consciousness was different according to school type (t= .02, p= .00) and father's education level (F=4.97, p= .02), and girls' according to school grade (t=-4.21 p= .00), school type (t=-3.12, p= .00), father's level of education (F=3.78. p= .02), decision maker of important domestic matter (F=4.95, p= .00) and frequency of mother's hugging (t=2.53, p= .01). In Girls, sexual role identity and sender egalitarianism consciousness were significantly correlated with each other (r= .01, p= .04). Conclusion: Through the study, it was found that boys' concern for sexual equality of was remarkably lower than girls. Therefore, it is necessary to offer curriculums for boys and to start social education for parents.

P300 숨긴정보검사에서 t 검증이 부트스트랩 방법보다 덜 민감한가? (Is the t-test insensitive than the bootstrap method in the P300-based concealed information test?)

  • P300 숨긴정보검사에서는 조사대상자가 거짓을 말하고 있는지 판단하기 위하여 관련자극의 P300 진폭이 무관련자극의 P300 진폭보다 통계적으로 유의하게 더 큰지를 평가한다. 구체적인 통계적 방법으로 독립표본 t 검증 또는 부트스트랩 방법을 사용할 수 있다. Rosenfeld와 Soskins, Bosh, Ryan(2004)은 "개인 내에서 관련자극과 무관련자극의 P300 평균을 비교하는데 사용하기에는 t 검증이 너무 둔감하다."면서 부트스트랩 방법을 사용하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 P300 숨긴정보검사에서 t 검증의 검증력이 부트스트랩 방법보다 더 낮은지 평가하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 39명의 실험참가자로부터 측정한 뇌파자료를 이용하여 Monte Carlo 연구를 수행하였다. 연구결과, t 검증과 백분위를 이용한 부트스트랩 방법의 1 종 오류율은 서로 비슷하였으며, 백분위를 이용한 부트스트랩 방법의 검증력이 t 검증의 검증력보다 약간 더 높았다. 두 검증 방법의 1 종 오류율은 모두 유의수준보다 낮은 값을 보였으며, 검증력은 이론적인 t 검증의 검증력보다 약간 낮은 값을 보였다. 반면에 표준오차를 이용한 부트스트랩 방법의 1 종 오류율과 검증력은 이론적인 t 검증의 1 종 오류율 및 검증력과 비슷한 값을 보였으며, t 검증의 검증력보다 실험조건에 따라 .012 ~ .081 더 높았다.

Simple tropospheric ozone retrieval from TOMS and OMI

  • When the background tropospheric ozone column over the Pacific Ocean is subtracted from the latitudinal total ozone distribution, the results show remarkable agreement with the latitudinal stratospheric ozone distribution using the CCD. The latitudinal tropospheric ozone distribution using the CCD method, with a persistent maximum over the southern tropical Atlantic, is also seen in the latitudinal tropospheric ozone distribution using the T-P method. It suggests that the CCD method can be replaced by the simple T-P method. However, the tropical Atlantic paradox exists in the results of both the CCD and T-P methods during the northern burning season. In order to investigate this paradox, we compare the latitudinal ozone distributions using the CCD and T-P methods by using the SAGE measurements (e.g. TSA method) and the SHADOZ ozonesoundings (e.g. T-S method) assuming zonally invariant stratospheric ozone, which is the same assumption as of the CCD method. During the northern burning season, the latitudinal distributions in the tropospheric ozone derived from the T-SA and T-S methods show higher tropospheric ozone over the northern tropical Atlantic than the southern Atlantic due to a stronger gradient in stratospheric ozone relative to that from the CCD and T-P methods. This indicates that the latitudinal tropospheric ozone distribution can be changed depending on the data that is used to determine the latitudinal stratospheric ozone distribution. Therefore, there is a possibility that the north-south gradient in stratospheric ozone over the Atlantic can be a solution of the paradox.

$BiCl_3$ 승화에 대한 연구 (Sublimation Study of $BiCl_3$)

  • $BiCl_3$의 승화압과 엔탈피를 370.6에서 488.8 K까지 Knudsen 유출법을 사용하여 측정하였고, 또한 438.2에서 495.7 K까지 Torsion 유출법에 의해 추가 실험을 하였다. 평형 승화압도 이 안정상태 데이터로부터 구하였다. ${\Delta}_{sub}H^0_{298.15}$${\Delta}_{sub}S^0_{298.15}$의 상관관계를 이용하여, 추천할 수 있는 p(T) 식을 $BiCl_3(s)$에 의해 아래와 같이 구하였다. $BiCl_3(s); \; log(p/Pa)=-C/(T/K)\;-2.838log(T/K)-8.097{\times}10^{-2}(K/T)^2+22.588$, 여기서 p는 파스칼, T는 절대온도, ${\Delta}_{sub}H^0_{298.15}$의 단위는 kJ $mol^{-1}$이고, $C=({\Delta}_{sub}H^0_{298.15}+5.9988)/1.9146{\times}10^{-2}$이다. 응축상수와 그것의 온도 의존성도 위의 두 방법에 의한 실험으로부터 유도하였다.

중학생의 성 지식과 성 태도 (Sexual Knowledge and Attitudes among Middle School Students)

  • Purpose: To suggest ideas that promote sexual health and useful in planning sex education programs for middle school students. Method: This study surveyed 661 middle school students from three schools in Seoul and Chunchon. Result: The average degree of sexual knowledge was 31.5, while attitude was 32.5. There were statistically significant differences in sexual knowledge in relation to: coeducational environment (t=-5.776, p=.000), grade (F=36.351, p=.000), father's age (t=-2.510, p=.012), mother's age (t=-2.146, p=.032), economical status (F=3.264, p=.039), source of sexual knowledge (F=8.484, p=.000), the degree of interest in the opposite sex (F=16.871, p=.000), sexual discussions with parents (t=3.556, p=.000), sexual discussions with teachers (t=2.847, p=.005), and sex education (t=2.148, p=.032). Likewise, stastically significant differences in sexual attitudes were linked to: coeducational environment (t=-7.646, p=.000), subject's grade (F=32.743, p=.000), parental marriage status (t=2.338, p=.020), mother's age (t=-2.048, p=.041), source of sexual knowledge (F=6.917, p=.000), the degree of interest in the opposite sex (F=15.559, p=.000), sexual discussions with parents (t=3.908, p=.000), and sexual discussions with teachers (t=2.946, p=.003). The students level of sexual knowledge and attitude was significantly correlated (r=.686, p=.000). Conclusion: This study indicates a variety of systematic sexual education programs are needed for middle school student at home and school.
