Storage Stability of the Conversion Pigment from Gardenia jasminoides Yellow Pigment (치자황색소로부터 변환된 색소의 저장안정성)

  • Storage stability of the blue-green pigment, which was converted from Gardenia jasminoides yellow pigment by Staphylococcus epidermides and Gardenia jasminoides yellow pigment, were investigated at various conditions of light, temperature, inorganic ion and pH, The factors that cause the discoloration were light and temperature $(above\;40^{\circ}C)$. The effects of light and temperature on storage stability of blue-green pigment were less than those of Gardenia jasminoides yellow pigment. Also, the effect of light was decreased by using green filter. There were no significant effects of pH and inorganic ion on both pigments.

  • 기후변화협약(교토의정서)에 따라 온실가스 감축 의무 부담으로 친환경 대체 에너지의 확보가 시급한 실정이다. 태양광 에너지는 광전효과를 이용하여 전기에너지로 직접 변환되는 무한의 친환경 청정에너지이다. 대학과, 연구소를 중심으로 활발한 연구가 진행되어 태양전지 모듈, 축전기, 전력변환장치 등 핵심 요소 기술은 확보상태이나 태양광 발전의 양산 기술과 시스템 이용기술이 미흡하다. 특히 태양광 발전의 보급 확대에 따른 유지보수기술(진단 시스템)의 확보가 시급하다. 본 연구에서는 태양전지 모듈의 이상여부를 온라인 상태로 감시 진단하는 시스템을 개발 하였다.

A Study on Converting the Data of Probability of Hit(Ph) for OneSAF Model (OneSAF 모델을 위한 명중률 데이터 변환 방법)

  • To use the OneSAF model for the analysis of Defence M&S, the most critical factor is the acquisition of input data. The model user is hard to determine the input data such as the probability of hit(Ph) and the probability of kill(Pk). These data can be obtained directly by live fire during the development test and the operational test. Therefore, this needs more time and resources to get the Ph and Pk. In this paper, we reviewed possible ways to obtain the Ph and Pk. We introduced several data producing methodologies. In particular, the error budget method was presented to convert the Ph(%) data of AWAM model to the error(mil) data of OneSAF model. Also, the conversion method which can get the adjusted results from the JMEM is introduced. The probability of a hit was calculated based on the error budget method in order to prove the usefulness of the given method. More accurate data were obtained when the error budget method and the projected area from the published photo were used simultaneously. The importance of the Ph calculation was demonstrated by sensitivity analysis of the Ph on combat effectiveness. This paper emphasizes the importance of determining the Ph data and improving the reliability of the M&S system though steady collection and analysis of the Ph data.

Prediction of Covid-19 confirmed number of cases using SARIMA model (SARIMA모형을 이용한 코로나19 확진자수 예측)

  • The daily number of confirmed cases of Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19) ranges between 1,000 and 2,000. Despite higher vaccination rates, the number of confirmed cases continues to increase. The Mu variant of COVID-19 reported in some countries by WHO has been identified in Korea. In this study, we predicted the number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in Korea using the SARIMA for the Covid-19 prevention strategy. Trends and seasonality were observed in the data, and the ADF Test and KPSS Test was used accordingly. Order determination of the SARIMA(p,d,q)(P, D, Q, S) model helped in extracting the values of p, d, q, P, D, and Q parameters. After deducing the p and q parameters using ACF and PACF, the data were transformed and schematized into stationary forms through difference, log transformation, and seasonality removal. If seasonality appears, first determine S, then SARIMA P, D, Q, and finally determine ARIMA p, d, q using ACF and PACF for the order excluding seasonality.

  • 영상 압축 분야에서 많은 정수 웨이블릿 변환들이 손실 압축 성능, 무 손실 압축 성능, 그리고 복잡성을 기준으로 비교되었다. 응용분야에 따라서 상대적인 조건에 의한 최적인 웨이블릿 변환을 선택함에 따라서 여러 웨이블릿 변환들 중에서 상대적으로 우수한 변환들이 존재함이 알려졌다. 본 논문에서는 우수한 성능을 보이는 웨이블릿 필터들을 리프팅 기법을 응용해서 통합한다. 이들 우수한 몇 개의 변환들은 간단한 파라미터로 표현이 가능하고 이들 파라미터들은 주어진 입력 영상에 종속적이다. 본 논문에서는 이들 파라이터를 구현하는 이론적인 결과와 실험결과를 제공한다. 제안된 방법이 S+P[2] 방법보다 대다수 경우에서 우수함을 실험결과로서 보여주고 있다.

  • 본 연구를 통해 공간 푸리에변환을 이용한 반사계수측정에 있어서 L.S.B.M 및 유한크기 모델의 사용가능성과 유용성을 살펴보았다. 1) L.S.B.M은 P.D.M의 측정음압내에 포함되는 잡음에 대한 민감성을 줄일 수 있어 잡음에 대해 안정한 측정을 할 수 있는 장점이 있음을 알 수 있었다. 2) 유한크기모델은 무한크기모델의 경우 측정면적보다 큰 측정할 반사물질이 요구되는데 반해 측정할 물질의 크기에는 무관하게 반사계수를 얻을 수 있었고 이는 공간 푸리에 변환을 이용한 반사계수 측정방법의 유용성을 증가시킬 수 있다.

An Architecture of UPnP Bridge for Non-lP Devices with Heterogeneous Interfaces (다양한 Non-lP 장치를 위한 UPnP 브리지 구조)

  • This paper presents an architecture of UPnP Bridge for interconnecting Non-lP devices with heterogeneous network interfaces to UPnP devices on UPnP networks. The proposed UPnP Bridge provides a Virtual UPnP device that performs generic UPnP Device's functionalities on behalf of Non-lP device. This paper defines 3 types of descriptions, Device Description, Message Field Description, and Extended UPnP Service Description in order to reduce the amount of effort required to connect a non-lP device with a new interface or message format to UPnP network. By these three types of descriptions and Message conversion module, developers for Non-lP devices can easily connect the devices to UPnP network without additional programming. So UPnP control point controls Non-lP devices as generic UPnP device. Some experiments validate the proposed architecture, which are performed on a test bed consisting of UPnP network the proposed bridge, and non-lP devices with CAN and RS232 interfaces.

  • The squared Euclid distance of the values which is transformed by P-matrix of Ahn et al. (2003) is in proportion to the squared Euclid distance of cell's relative frequencies in two Contingency Tables. We propose the method of using the PP-values for the analysis of modern poems and questionnaire data.

Robust Audio Watermarking Algorithm with Less Deteriorated Sound (음질 열화를 줄이고 공격에 강인한 오디오 워터마킹 알고리듬)

  • This paper proposes a robust audio watermarking algorithm for copyright protection and improvement of sound quality after embedding a watermark into an original sound. The proposed method computes the FFT (fast Fourier transform) of the original sound signal and divides the spectrum into a subbands. Then, it is necessary to calculate the energy of each subband and sort n subbands in descending order corresponding to its power. After calculating the energy we choose k subbands in sorted order and find p peaks in each selected subbands, and then embed a length m watermark around the p peaks. When the listeners hear the watermarked sound, they do not recognize any distortions. Furthermore, the proposed method is robust as much as Cox's method to MP3 compression, cropping, FFT echo attacks. In addition to this, the experimental results show that the proposed method is generally 10 dB higher than Cox's method in SNR (signal-to-noise ratio) aspect.

  • 짧은 파장의 레이저 빔이 비선형 결정에 입사할 때 긴 파장의 두 광으로 자발적으로 변환하는 매개 하향변환(parametric down-convension; PDC)과정을 통해서 양자적 상관관계를 갖는 광원을 얻을 수 있다. PDC 과정은 에너지 보존 (w$_{p}$ = w$_{s}$ + w$_{i}$)과 운동량 보존 (k$_{p}$ = k$_{s}$ + k$_{i}$)에 해당하는, 위상조화 (phase matching) 조건이 잘 만족할 때 효과적으로 일어난다. PDC에서 광자들이 아주 짧은 시간에 쌍으로 발생한다는 것과 이러한 광자쌍을 동시에 측정하는(coincidence count; 동시계수) 방법을 이용하면 효과적으로 신호와 잡음을 분리해 낼수 있고, 배경(background)이나 잡음(noise)보다 미약한 신호를 통해서도 정보를 전달할 수 있는 가능성을 제공해준다. (중략)
