  • 수도(水稻)(서광(曙光)벼)의 활착기(活着期), 분고최성기(分藁最盛期), 유수형성기(幼穗形成期), 출수기(出穗期)때에 ozone가스 0.5ppm을 4시간(時間)씩 가스접촉실내(接觸室內)에서 접촉(接觸)시켜 가스접촉후(接觸後)에 나타나는 피해증상(被害症狀), 피해엽률(被害葉率), 엽록소함양(葉綠素含量) 및 peroxidase의 활성(活性)을 조사(調査)한 결과(結果)는 다음과 같다. 1) Ozone 가스에 의(依)한 수도엽(水稻葉)의 피해증상(被害症狀)은 은백색(銀白色)의 미세(微細)한 반점(斑點)이 엽맥(葉脈)을 따라 발생(發生)되며, 적갈색(赤褐色)${\sim}$암갈색(暗褐色)의 반점(斑點)이 발생(發生)되는 경우(境遇)도 있었다. 2) Ozone가스 접촉(接觸)에 의(依)한 수도(水稻)의 생육시기별 감수정도(生育時期別 減收程度)는 분고최성기(分藁最盛期)>유수형성기(幼穗形成期)>활착기(活着期)>출수기(出穗期)의 순(順)이었다. 3) Ozone가스 접촉(接觸)에 의(依)한 수도(水稻)의 생육시기별 피해엽률(生育時期別 被害葉率) 및 엽록소감소정도(葉綠素減少程度)는 분고최성기(分藁最盛期)>활착기(活着期)>유수형성기(幼穗形成期)>출수기(出穗期)의 순(順)이었다. 4) Ozone가스 접촉(接觸)으로 수도엽중(水稻葉中)의 실소함량(室素含量)이 감소(減少)되었고 도체엽중 실소함량(稻體葉中 室素含量)이 높은 시기(時期)에 피해(被害)가 컷다.

  • The purpose of this study was to develop a recycling system for ozone off-gas. Although the ozone transmission rate of the injector method differs slightly depending on the ozone injection rate, it reaches approximately 99%, which is very high. During the increase in water inflow to the ozone recycling system from 2 L/min to 10 L/min, the average ozone recycling rate was 99.4% at a 1 ppm ozone injection rate, 98.6% at a 2 ppm ozone injection rate, 98.1% at a 3 ppm ozone injection rate. Ozone treatment facility operating costs can be divided into the costs of pure oxygen production, ozone production, and maintenance. The annual operating costs of ozone treatment facilities in Korea are estimated to be approximately 38.9 billion won. The annual savings are estimated to be approximately 5.8 billion won when the ozone transfer rate of the diffuser method, which is mostly employed in domestic water treatment plants, is 85% and 15% of the ozone is recycled.

  • 수도(水稻)의 영양상태(營養狀態)와 Ozone가스 피해(被害)와의 관계(關係)를 구명(究明)하기 위(爲)하여 진주(眞珠)벼를 공시(供試)하여 질소(窒素), 린산(燐酸), 가리(加里), 표준비(標準肥)에 각각(各各) 50%증비(增肥) 및 50%감비(減肥)하여 Ozone가스 0.3ppm을 3시간접촉후(時間接觸後)에 엽피해율(葉被害率), malondialdehyde, peroxidase의 전기영동(電氣泳動) 및 무기성분함량변화(無機成分含量變化)을 조사(調査)한 결과(結果)는 다음과 같다. 1. 질소증시(窒素增施) 및 가리감비(加里減肥)로 Ozone가스의 피해(被害)가 증가(增加)된다. 2. Ozone가스 피해율(被害率)에서 malondialdehyde의 함량(含量)이 증가(增加)된다. 3. $K_2O/N$비(比)가 낮을수록 엽피해(葉被害)가 증가(增加)한다. 4. Ozone가스 피해(被害)로 엽중(葉中) 질소(窒素), 린산(燐酸), 가리함량(加里含量)이 감소(減少)하는 경향(傾向)이다. 5. Peroxidase를 전기영동(電氣泳動)한 결과(結果) 시비량(施肥量)에 따른 band의 차이(差異)는 발견(發見)하지 못하였으나 Ozone가스 접촉(接觸)으로 2, 3, 4번째 band에서 변화(變化)가 있었다.

Effect of Gas Composition on Ozone Generation in Silent Discharge Process

  • The effect of gas composition on the discharge characteristics and the ozone production in silent discharge (SD) process was investigated. The major gas components, $N_2$, $O_2$, and $H_2O$ influence the discharge properties according to their relative magnitude of ionization thresholds and electron affinities. The generated amount of ozone increased with the discharge energy by increasing the electron mean energy. The higher oxygen content injected, the higher ozone produced. A small amount of water vapor significantly lowered the discharge onset voltage by the ionization threshold decreasing effect and high electrical conductivity. However, the further increase of water vapor contributes to decrease the electron density by the electron affinity The addition of water greatly reduced the ozone generation through the formation of OH radical and the catalytic ozone destruction process.

주사바늘 전극형 오존발생기 특성 연구 (Observation and Characteristics of Ozonizer using Injection Needle Electrode)

  • Ozone is a powerful disinfectant and oxidizing agent, and it is used in a wide range of applications, such as waste water treatment, food processing, etc.. There is also a great potential of using ozone in new emerging medical applications, such as ozone dentistry and ozone oxygen therapy. For these purposes, simple, small, compact and efficient sources of ozone are needed. In this study, in order to increase the current-voltage range of the discharge and to avoid the overheating of the gas in the ozonizer we suggested ozonizer of injection needle and plate electrode type(INP Type) with the gas through the needle. A ozonizer of INP type have been investigated by focusing on ozone concentration and yield according to flow rates and Gap of two electrodes. The results of studies of ozone production for DC corona discharge in oxygen at atmospheric pressure about the ozonizer of INP type. The ozone concentration and the generation yield increased as the gap of two electrodes and gas flow were decreased. Also, when the gap of two electrodes and gas flow with no change, the ozone concentration and generation yield each have variation of direct proportion and inverse proportion with discharge voltage.

  • It is research about special quality of ozone gas concentration and dissolved ozone concentration that show according to change of flow rate when liquefied ozone gas in water. If increase flow rate of ozone gas, ozone concentration increases being proportional and amount to fixed flow rate, dissolved ozone concentration was measured low. When ozone concentration How rate 1000 [ppm], dissolved ozone concentration smelted to flow rate 1.5[Q] for 28 [min] is $0.1740{\sim}0.8020[mg/l]$. Could know that half-life is most short by 3 minutes 8 seconds in flow rate 1.5 [Q]. And ozone smelted 20 minutes later after half-life measurement became disjointing all.

  • Acetate fibers, such as diacetate and triacetate, were treated with ozone gas under atmospheric pressure and at a pressure of 40g/m3 and 100g/m3. The effect of the ozone-gas treatment was investigated on the basis of ESCA, FT-IR, x-ray diffraction, moisture regain, water absorption, and dyeing properties. The ozone-gas treatment caused an increase in the oxygen content of each fiber.

오존처리를 이용한 유자청의 비가열살균 (Non-Heat Sterilization of Yujacheong Using Ozone Treatment)

  • To suppress mold generation of yujacheong, Penicillium chrysogenum LB31 was cultured, and spores were harvested and put into yujacheong. Antioxidant activity, useful ingredients, mold size and incidence were investigated while storing yujacheong for 30 days, after sterilization with different methods (nontreatment, ozone gas emission, heating after ozone gas emission and heating). The results showed that the content of narirutin, naringin, hesperidin, or neohesperidin, which are functional components of yuzu, increased as the storage period increased in all the treatment units. In addition, mold generation was not observed until the 15th day in the heat treatment group after ozone gas emission. As the treatment group emitted ozone gas. molds of 34.8 and 112 mm2 in size were observed on the 30th day. These results suggested that ozone sterilization can prevent microbial contamination, further extending the shelf life of yuzacheong and maintaining a fresh state.

산화물 초전도 박막 제작을 위한 오존의 평가 (Evaluation of Ozone for Oxide Superconductor Thin Film Fabrication)

  • Ozone is useful oxidizing gas for the fabrication of oxide thin films. Accordingly researching on oxidizing gas is required. In order to obtain high quality oxide thin films, higher ozone concentration is necessary. In this paper oxidation property was evaluated relation between oxide gas pressure and inverse temperature(CuO reaction). The obtained condition was formulated by the fabrication of Cu metal thin film by co-deposition using the ion Beam Sputtering method. Because the CuO phase peak appeared at the XRD evaluation of the CuO thin film using ozone gas, this study has succeeded in the fabrication of the CuO phase at $825^{\circ}C$.
