Searchable symmetric encryption (SSE) provides a safe and effective solution for retrieving encrypted data on cloud servers. However, the existing SSE schemes mainly focus on single keyword search in single client, which is inefficient for multiple keywords and cannot meet the needs for multiple clients. Considering the above drawbacks, we propose a scheme enabling dynamic multi-client and Boolean query in searchable symmetric encryption for cloud storage system (DMC-SSE). DMC-SSE realizes the fine-grained access control of multi-client in SSE by attribute-based encryption (ABE) and novel access control list (ACL), and supports Boolean query of multiple keywords. In addition, DMC-SSE realizes the full dynamic update of client and file. Compared with the existing multi-client schemes, our scheme has the following advantages: 1) Dynamic. DMC-SSE not only supports the dynamic addition or deletion of multiple clients, but also realizes the dynamic update of files. 2) Non-interactivity. After being authorized, the client can query keywords without the help of the data owner and the data owner can dynamically update client's permissions without requiring the client to stay online. At last, the security analysis and experiments results demonstrate that our scheme is safe and efficient.

The construction starts its business by receiving the order from client and owner. The client presents requirements and related information so that the desired result can come out while the designer and the builder express and implement the building according to set objectives and goals of project based on information on project environment and presented requirements. Because the construction project makes decisions on such objectives at its early stage and previous stage becomes the situation for decision making of next stage as the computation to implement decisions get performed. Accordingly, this study has mentioned necessity of requirement analysis and systematization of construction project, analyzed the work of construction's early stage and resented a plan for objective of construction project requirement definition model in which requirements engineering has been applied and using it while making decisions on designing.

From the perspective of the client, the value of information for use in facility management is very low at the point of use. This is because the facility owner, who is a non-professional, cannot accurately request necessary information from the perspective of long-term facility life cycle management. The purpose of this study is to define the information necessary for facility management and to analyze the project operation method to procur this information to the client using BIM. To this end, this study analyzed the role of client and contractor, project delivery process, standards, and submissions in the BIM-based procurement area through USACE Air Force Hospital project case analysis. As a result of the analysis, if the client, who is the subject of facility operation, defines in advance the type and input method of necessary information in the operation stage, the client can receive the BIM optimized for operation from the contractor. The results of this study can be used to establish standards for receiving information necessary for establishment of procurement process and facility management of public institutions considering BIM introduction.

Recently clients requirements and social requirements are complex and large sized in construction projects. Futhermore, processes and steps are more complexed than before. Unsuitable reflection of clients brings mistaken opinions. A phase of middle change makes delay and change. It brings problems of waste expense and time. 80, first stage of planning and schematic design processes have to reflect of clients opinion actively. by increasing of constructions project competitiveness. Recently, BIM(Building Information Modeling is being researched frequently. Through visualization of information proceed step by step and it helps cognition of adapting information. 80, this paper finds and suggests solution of reflecting clients opinion and requirements and non professional clients and positively support of client participation watching based on BIM.

In this study, the multi-criteria decision-making model based on Quality Function Deployment Method is proposed. Multicriteria decision-making is an attempt to link QFD method with the TOPSIS. By this effort, a model that makes client's decision-making more rational and objective in design phase is suggested. The multi-criteria decisionmaking model confirming to the Owner's requirements will improve the productivity of the construction industry and the satisfaction of the customer. Further study extending the range of the requirements, not only the Owner's requirement will be necessary to cover the various factors as much as possible. And then, finally as a flexible platform to achieve a sustainable quality management, web-based multi-criteria decision-making model can be utilized by the relevant stakeholders simultaneously with the feed-back and sharing the necessary informations.

우리 건설산업은 2000년 이후 공공부문의 발주액이 꾸준히 증가하고 있다. 하지만 현재 국내 공공사업에서의 비용, 일정 그리고 품질관리는 일반적으로 결과 중심적인 관리행태에 의존하고 있음과 공사 중 투명한 관리가 이루어지지 못하고 있음으로 인하여, 비용과 일정의 증가, 부실시공, 문제점의 조기발견과 대책수립의 어려움, 그리고 시공자, 감독자, 설계자 사이의 책임소재 불명확 등의 문제를 야기하고 있는 것으로 인식되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 공공부문 관급공사의 발주자조직을 대상으로 현 관급공사의 발주자의 관리실태를 파악 및 분석하여 그 문제점 및 관리의 한계를 도출하고자 한다. 또한 도출된 문제점과 한계를 보완 또는 개선할 수 있는 모델을 발주자 조직에 제시하여 보다 나은 발주자의 효율적이고 실질적인 프로젝트관리업무 향상에 기여하고자 한다.

DRM (Digital Rights Management)$^{(1)(2)}$ 은 디지털 컨텐츠의 불법 사용방지를 위한 기술로서 인터넷과 같은 전송 매체를 통해 디지털 컨텐츠가 배포될 때 DRM의 복제 방지 기능을 사용해서 디지털 컨텐츠의 안전한 배포 및 판매를 촉진시키기 위한 기술이다. 이러한 DRM 환경 하에서 디지털 컨텐츠 저작권자의 가장 큰 요구 사항인 저작권 보호와 컨텐츠 보호를 위한 핵심 기능을 수행하는 DRM Client 시스템은 신뢰할 수 없는 사용자 환경에 설치되어 향후 배포되는 디지털 컨텐츠들에 대한 착인 및 플레이(실행)를 지속적으로 처리하게 되며, 이러한 처리 과정 중에 DRM Client 시스템은 사용자에 대한 인증이나 암호화된 디지털 컨텐츠 데이터의 복호화 및 디지털 컨텐츠 사용규칙을 명시한 라이센스에 관한 데이터를 처리하며 이러한 데이터는 사용자가 접근 못하도록 안전하게 보호되어야 한다. 본 논문은 이러한 사용자 인증키, 암호키, 라이센스 데이터를 DRM Client 시스템 하에서 안전하게 보호할 수 있는 Secure Storage Device (SSD)를 구현하여 소개하는데 그 목적이 있다.

1990년대 초반 제조업의 린 이론에서 응용된 린 건설은 생산성 향상을 위한 이론적 토대 및 실무 적용성이 우수한 모델로서, 낭비요인을 최소화함으로써 수요자가 얻는 가치의 극대회를 목표로 하고 있다. 또한, 린 건설의 요소기술중 라스트플래너시스템(LPS) 방식은 참여자의 협력관계 증진과 일정계획의 실행여부 측정 및 원인분석을 통하여 변이를 저감하며, 궁극적으로 작업의 신뢰도 향상을 지향하고 있다. 본 연구는 플랜트 건설공사 프로세스중 자재조달 및 시운전 단계를 LPS를 활용한 발주자 주도형 린 건설 모델이 생산성 및 가치 향상에 긍정적임을 도출하고, 실무적용을 위한 Framework을 제시하고자 한다.

A teaching manual was developed to incorporate the creative problem solving process into a fashion marking course. Students' creativity, problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical thinking are promoted by applying the creative problem solving process systematically to solve authentic business problems experienced by local apparel business owners. This teaching manual is based on the FourSight Model that consists of Clarify, Ideate, Develop, and Implement. Various tools promoting divergent thinking are also utilized in the process. A local fashion business is invited as a problem owner and four resource groups are formed with students based on the results of the Kirton Adaption Innovation Inventory. Each resource group consists of 6-8 students. The creative problem solving process is implemented into a classroom setting as four 75-minutes sessions that are held twice a week for two consecutive weeks. The local fashion business owner will be in presence during the first (Clarify) and last (Implement) sessions. The instructor facilitator meets with the problem owner outside the classroom three times including pre-session client interview, after the second (Ideate) session, and before the third (Develop) session. This modified CPS manual for fashion marketing and merchandising courses provides practical guidelines to work with local fashion businesses while providing students with learning opportunities of the creative problem solving process.

국내 CM방식은 1996년 12월 건설산업기본법에 의해 제도화된 후 10년이 지난 현재, 건설 경기가 침체되었음에도 불구하고 공공 공사에 CM 방식의 도입으로 본격화되었으며 CM 제도의 운영 방향이 발표된 2001년 대비 2005년 말 CM발주는 계약건수 6.7배, 계약금액 9.2배가 증가하여 CM시장은 급격히 확대 발전하고 있다. 그러나 CM사업데 대한 신뢰부족 및 CM방식의 필요성을 인식하지 못하고 있으며, CM의 성공적인 정착에 중요한 역할을 하는 발주자에 대한 연구가 충분히 이루어지지 못한 것으로 판단된다. 이러한 점을 감안하여 CM 도입과 활용에 있어서 중요한 역할을 하는 발주자의 업무 수준 조사 및 분석을 통해 발주자가 필요로 하는 업무 분야에 CM방식을 제안함으로써 건설사업관리를 활성화시키고자 하였다. 발주자의 역량 수준 조사를 위하여 기존 문헌을 고찰한 결과 발주자 업무 기능을 10가지로 분류하였고 이를 토대로 설문조사를 실시하였다.
