The goal of this study is to analyze the influence of the costume culture of South Korean movies and television series on the development of fashion industry. South Korean movies and television series make full use of the influence of costume culture to advocate Korea's national spirit and character as well as the confidence and vigor of the young generation. They contribute to establishing South Korea as a country with a graceful, modern appearance and great cultural heritage. The presentation and promotion of its costume culture in movie and television series stimulates its cultural competence and advances its cultural creative industry. The spread of Korean costume culture has become the pioneer and foreshadowing of clothing industries and greatly underpins its advancement overseas. In concert, the development of clothing industry helps the spread of Korean costume culture.

Recently, together with advancement of domestic aviation industry, overseas tourists using planes have been soared. This study aimed to investigate the risk of diseases for the passengers and flight attendants from the exposed cosmic radiation during the flight by domestic and international literature reviews, as follows. Airliners should develop the program to measure the actual radiation dose and prepare the portable devices for radiation measurement in flight to lower the accumulated dose of cosmic radiation by the attendants. Regulation should be prepared to check the exposed dose during the flight for the passengers by announcement of individual exposed radiation dose which has been provided only to the flight attendants. Passengers and flight attendants should recognize they are exposed to excessive cosmic radiation during the flight and civilians should be protected by the cosmic radiation when they use the flights, which should be prepared by the regulations.

BIM (Building Information Model/Modeling) is attracting attention not only as a unit technology, but also as a factor that can promote the transformation of the entire construction industry process. This study aims to investigate the status and cases of policy introduction and legalization of BIM in foreign countries for the advancement of their own construction industry, and to discover policy implications that can be applied to Korea. The first survey uncovered policy elements, and based on this, the second survey conducted an in-depth survey of experts in actual BIM service and research activities. Looking at each priority, BIM standardization, mandating BIM in projects, payment standard establishment, and PQ additional points were given the highest level of importance.

The purpose of this study is to understand the phenomenon of agricultural management transfer and to present a plan to activate Korean management transfer through institutional consideration. To this end, the domestic and overseas agricultural management transfer system was identified, and an appropriate institutional plan for the country was sought. There are six ways to activate the management transfer system proposed in this study. First, establishment of an agricultural management transfer agency, second, training and utilization of management transfer experts, third, establishment of an agricultural succession certification support institution, fourth, operation of specialized training courses for management transfer, fifth, (local government) linked operation of a farming support center, sixth, agricultural management transfer legislation and securing of budgets. The above agricultural management transfer system is expected to contribute to the advancement of management transfer activation.

Nuclear power plant construction project can be called essential to establish a systematic project management system compared to other construction projects, taking into account the size and complexity and safety. To develop into a project management system for the Korea situation with the ongoing construction of the nuclear power plant was directed to promote nuclear power project management. In this paper, we introduce a comprehensive project management system for nuclear power projects. Currently considering the nuclear life cycle design, construction, and was developed by considering the flow of information to operate, and test each step linkage. The systems in English were developed to meet owner's requirements for advancing into overseas projects. Another point is that the systems were developed by management module, so that functions of each area can be selectively applied. It is expected that the system will establish itself as one that can be used for the entire lifecycle of nuclear power plants through gradual and systematic establishment of necessary data.

최근 무기체계 핵심부품 개발 필요성 증가 등으로 인해 무기체계 부품국산화 개발사업이 확대되고 있다. 개발된 핵심부품의 국내 무기체계 적용 및 해외시장 진출을 위해 사전 기술동향을 반영한 과제기획이 필요한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 무기체계 핵심부품 국산화 대상과제의 특허 조사 및 분석을 통한 부품국산화 개발기술 동향을 도출하였다. 또한 개발기술 동향 분석결과를 과제 선정 시 활용하기 위한 구체적인 방안을 제시하였다. 연구의 세부 추진 방법으로 2019년 선정된 과제 관련 특허를 조사하여, 최초 출원 시점부터 현재까지의 특허의 연도별 출원수, 출원인수를 분석하였다. 이를 종합하여 시계열에 따른 기술시장 성장단계를 도출하였다. 2019년 과제선정 시 산출된 선정기준 가중치를 이용하여 기술시장 성장단계와 부품국산화 과제선정 기준을 양축으로 하는 Matrix를 구성하였다. 각 영역별 배치된 부품국산화 기술의 포트폴리오 분석을 실시하였으며, 그 결과 Matrix 영역별 기술을 배치하고 해당 영역의 종합적인 기술동향을 분석하였다. 향후 효과적인 과제기획을 위해 기술동향 분석결과의 활용을 위한 절차개선 방안을 제안하였으며, 이를 통한 효율적인 과제기획 및 효과적인 국내 방위산업 중소기업 육성지원이 기대된다.

최근 국내 과학기술 수준이 올라감에 따라 해외 기술이전에 대한 요구가 늘어나고 있다. 이러한 기술이전을 위한 협상 등을 수행할 때 기술가치평가는 중요한 요소로 작용하기 때문에 객관적이고 합리적으로 수행되어야 한다. 특히 민간분야와 달리 국방기술과 같은 공공분야 기술은 공익적인 가치와 같은 비경제적인 가치를 포함하고 있어 공익적 가치를 고려한 가치평가가 이루어져야 한다. 그리고 공공분야 기술의 가치평가에서는 민간분야에서 적용하는 할인율을 활용하였으나, 합리적인 가치평가를 도출하기 위하여 대상기술에 적합한 할인율도 반영되어야 한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국방기술의 해외이전을 중심으로 공공기술에 대한 가치평가 방법론을 제안하고자 한다. 방법론에서 대상기술의 특성과 목적에 따른 할인율 적용하기 위한 평가지표와 정량화 함수를 도출하였으며, 정성적으로 도출되는 공익적 가치와 더불어 정량적인 가치를 반영하기 위한 국방기술력지수와 권리성을 반영하고 이에 대한 정량화 방안을 제시하였다. 향후 본 방법론을 실무에 적용한다면 국방기술의 해외이전 시 합리적으로 도출된 기술가치를 바탕으로 협상력 제고와 공공분야 기술 개발 투자에 대한 의사결정 등에 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

메타버스(Metaverse)는 초월과 세계를 의미하는 'meta'와 'universe'의 합성어로서 일상생활과 경제 활동이 가능한 디지털 세계이다. 코로나19 대유행을 기점으로 여가 생활을 즐기는 대안 공간으로서 메타버스가 활발히 이용되고 있는 반면에 메타버스 관련 국내 연구는 매우 미미한 실정이다. 이에 국내외 메타버스 선행 연구를 바탕으로 문화 여가 중심의 메타버스 유형 분석과 핵심 특성 도출 연구를 수행하였다. 현재 메타버스 시대가 개화 중인 상황을 고려하여 메타버스 유형별 개발 동향과 관련 기술도 함께 살펴보았다. 아울러 문화 여가 중심의 메타버스 발전 방향을 분야별로 제시하였다. 본 연구는 메타버스의 용도와 목적에 따라 사회, 협업, 여가 등 이론적 모델을 발굴하여 분석한 후 사례 연구를 통해 문화 여가 중심의 메타버스 개념을 확립하고 3가지 유형과 각 특징을 도출함으로써 기존 국내외 연구와 차별화를 두었다. 최신 IT 기술 발전과 생활상의 변화를 반영한 메타버스 개발 연구에 방향성을 제시한다는 것에 의의가 있다.

본 연구는 아산나눔재산의 AER사례를 중심으로 스타트업의 성공요인을 ERIS모델을 기반으로 창업단계, 상업화단계, 정착단계로 구분하여 분석하고 결과를 도출하였다. 사례분석 결과, 스타트업의 ERIS모델별 성공요인으로 창업단계에는 창업가의 창업 이력 및 경력, 분야경험 및 전문지식, 신속한 판단력과 문제해결이며, 구성원의 역량 및 팀웍, 네트워크, 정부의 창업지원 등이다. 상업화단계에는 사업화 및 투자자금 확보, 타이밍, 차별화전략, 해외진출, 고객의견 수용 등이며, 성장(성숙)단계에는 신제품 출시 및 다각화, 조직문화의 수립 등이었다. 본 연구는 이러한 분석결과를 바탕으로 각 단계별 성공요인 및 시사점을 도출하고 향후 연구방향을 모색하였다.

The concept of construction information systems (IS) is very comprehensive and subjective. Acronyms in relation to the construction IS may include BIM, CIC, IT, nD-CAD, ERP, CALS, KM and so on. These terminologies are used in a somewhat mixed way causing possible misunderstandings in research and practice of construction information systems. Moreover, ever-changing construction business environment has widely affected the roles and methods of utilizing construction IS. Examples of these changes are dissemination of alternative project delivery systems, global standardization under highly competitive overseas market, and advancement of information and communication technologies. In this context, the purpose of this paper is to propose a high-level framework for information systems in the construction industry. Several different concepts in the area of construction IS were investigated first in order to identify the major variables of the framework. Trends of research and real-world implementations were then analyzed to support the rationale of the variables. Finally, a framework was proposed by re-arranging the relevant issues. Findings of this paper indicate that different acronyms commonly share many similar concepts in their definitions, however, in each acronym, the motivations and approaches to implementing construction IS are very different. Different approach can provide maximum effectiveness, while overlaps may happen causing practical inefficiency.
