전국체육대회에 참가하는 재외동포들의 이주세대 간 지각된 참가 경험 및 하위문화정체성의 차이 (The Difference of Perceived Experiences and Sub-cultural Identity between Overseas Korean' Generations through the Participation in the Korean National Sports Festival)

  • 이 연구는 전국체육대회에 참가하는 재외동포의 이주세대에 따라 인지하는 참가경험과 하위문화정체성에 차이가 있는가를 실증적으로 구명하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해서 2015년 전국체육대회에 참가한 14개국 360명의 자료를 분석에 이용하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 21.0버전을 이용해 이주세대간 인지된 참가경험과 하위문화정체성의 차이를 검증하기 위해서 일원변량분석을 실시하였으며, 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 전국체육대회에 참가하는 재외동포들은 이주세대별로 인지하는 참가경험에 차이가 있다. 즉, 외국에서 태어나고 성장한 2세대들의 경우 이주를 결정한 1세대나 대한민국에서 태어나 외국에서 성장한 1.5세대들보다 전국체육대회의 참가경험을 차별보다는 이익이 되는 경험으로 인식하고 있다. 둘째, 전국체육대회에 참가하는 재외동포들의 이주세대에 따라 하위문화정체성을 다르게 교섭하고 있다. 즉, 대한민국에서 태어나 외국에서 성장한 1.5세대들이 한국인이나 한국문화에 가장 가까운 정체성 교섭을 한다.

해외직구의 기술수용이 사용의도 및 지각된 유용성에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증연구 (An Empirical Study on the Effect of Technology Acceptance of Overseas Direct Purchase on Behavioral Intention and Perceived Availability)

  • 본 논문은 해외직구를 이용하는 소비자들을 대상으로 통합기술수용모형을 이용하여 해외직구의 기술수용요인에 대해 살펴보고 소비자가 들이는 노력기대 정도 및 해외직구를 이용함으로써 얻게 될 성과기대, 사회적 영향, 가격효용성 정도가 향후 해외직구 사용의도 및 해외직구를 사용함에 있어서 지각된 유용성 정도에 미치는 유의성 유무에 대해 실증 분석하고자 한다. 연구결과 향후 해외직구 사용의도와 관련하여서는 성과기대, 노력기대, 사회적 영향, 가격효용성이 정(+)의 유의적인 영향력이 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한, 해외직구를 이용함에 있어서 지각된 유용성 정도와 관련하여서는 노력기대, 가격효용성이 정(+)의 유의적인 영향력이 있는 것으로 조사되었으나 성과기대, 사회적 영향은 지각된 유용성 정도에 유의적인 영향력이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 무엇보다 해외직구 시장의 확대를 위한 방법으로 간이통관, 무관세 범위의 조정 및 배송정보 분석을 통한 분산반입 그리고 탈세행위의 차단, 첨단장비를 활용한 신속한 검사 등이 시행될 필요가 있다.

국외 한국어 교재 개발을 위한 중요도-만족도 분석 (Importance-Performance Analysis for Developing Korean Language Textbooks for overseas)

  • The purpose of this study is to propose a plan for future developments of the Korean language textbooks for overseas by conducting the Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) of the Korean language textbooks for overseas. For this purpose, this study analyse and evaluate the Korean language textbooks for overseas and the researches for developing Korean language textbooks for overseas. In this study, we have the IPA of the Korean language textbooks from the total of 158 surveys that were collected from teachers who teach Korean at King Sejong Institute and overseas university. The survey conducted about the Korean textbooks regarding the following questionnaires: 1) integrated and separated textbooks, 2) textbooks by learners' variables, 3) teaching materials by media type, 4) supplementary teaching materials, 5) diffusion and support of textbooks. The result of this survey found that supporting for the separated textbooks is needed, and there is a high demand for localized textbooks considering local characteristics. Furthermore, it is noteworthy that King Sejong Institute has a high demand for textbooks that can be downloaded from the web despite most of institutes are highly satisfied with paper textbooks. For the supplementary textbooks, it was found that vocabulary learning materials were needed for the King Sejong school students and additional reading materials for overseas college learners needed to be developed. We also found that it is necessary to support not only the development of textbooks but also smooth and efficient diffusion.

해외에서 발생한 위험에 대한 두려움이 해외여행 선택에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Choice of Overseas Travel on Fear of risk in Overseas)

  • 연구목적: 해외에서 발생한 각종 위험으로 인한 두려움이 해외여행 선택에 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위한 목적을 가진 연구이다. 연구방법: 해외여행 직전의 국민들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 통계기법을 이용하여 분석하였다. 범죄를 비롯하여 테러, 자연재해, 사고 등 각종 위험에 직면할 경우 이에 대한 두려움이 발생하는데, 이러한 두려움은 시민들의 일상생활에 악영향을 끼치게 되고, 일상생활이 위축시켜 지역에 큰 악영향을 끼치곤 한다. 특히, 글로벌 시대에 맞춰 해외여행이 활성화됨에 따라 해외에서 발생한 위험은 해외여행 선택에 악영향을 미칠 것으로 보여진다. 연구결과 및 결론: 이 연구를 통하여 해외여행 직전 대기 중인 시민들을 대상으로 설문조사 한 자료로 분석한 결과, 자연재해 범죄 사고로 인한 두려움은 해외여행 선택에 유의미한 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났으나, 테러에 대한 두려움은 유의미한 영향을 끼치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고, 이 요인 중 사고에 대한 두려움이 가장 크게 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났으며, 그 다음으로 자연재해에 대한 두려움, 범죄에 대한 두려움 순으로 나타났다.

EDCF차관(借款) 하의 개발도상국의 해외토목 설계 절차의 이해 (Understanding of procedural flow of overseas civil design works in developing countries under EDCF loans)

  • While performing the overseas projects in developing countries under EDCF loans with Korean civil design engineers as a project manager, I often used to find out and realize that lots of Korean engineers are not fully aware of what EDCF means and how EDCF funded projects are being implemented in developing countries. This implies that in the past, they have been concentrating on domestic projects only, not to mention have the rare opportunities to work in overseas projects. For these reasons, no wonder they neither pay a careful attention to the unfamiliar terms nor intend to try to realize them, even though such terms are fundamentals and important in overseas design works. With 'something will make it do'-like-attitude in our mind on site, nothing helps us at all. To help those who would like to understand and participate in overseas civil design works in developing countries under EDCF loans either as participants or as a future project manager, I introduce what EDCF means and how the procedure under these loans is being carried out, and they are briefly described herein this paper.

  • The objective of this study is to find the traits of the automobile parts industry in Korea and to analyze the performance of overseas market research. Considering the characteristics of the automobile parts industry & overseas market research, the proposed hypothesis are based on practical business in exporting & importing enterprises. A questionnaire was used to analysis the performance of overseas market research. According to the findings, first. oversea market research in the automobiles parts industry should carry out by various means because of the performance & traits differ from industry to industry. second, direct oversea market research(ex, trade exhibition) is better than indirect overseas market research due to high efficiency. finally, to support exporting company, the various data of economic, trade, international commerce should improve the quality.

Socio-cultural Readjustment of Korean Students Returning from Overseas

  • This study examines the socio-cultural readjustment of the Korean students returning from overseas study at an early age. For this study 259 returnee students from elementary through high school completed a questionnaire which covered aspects such as school adjustment and re-acculturative stress in relationship to gender, grade, number of parents accompanying the students overseas, length of overseas stay, age of return, length of stay in Korea, and the acculturative stress experienced in a host culture. The findings indicate that re-acculturative stress level of returnee students is higher than the level of the acculturative stress, and that the two are positively related. Hierarchical multiple regression analyses reveal the grade and acculturative stress of returnee students as a significant predictor of school adjustment. The length of overseas stay and acculturative stress significantly predicted the re-acculturative stress level. The acculturative stress significantly affected both school adjustment and re-acculturative stress of returnee students back in Korea.

  • P University applied for the overseas expansion project of K-Move School operated by Human Resources Development Service of Korea, and was selected twice in 2016 and 2017 to operate the program. The goal of this study was to prepare an activation plan based on the results of the training program to enter the fashion industry in LA, USA. The lack of research It was confirmed that the K-Move School program could provide young people with opportunities to grow into global talents in a situation where it is very uneasy to predict the future based on the domestic employment environment alone. However, in order to successfully expand overseas jobs, systematic and strategic policies are essential by the government and related ministries or institutions so that practical programs suitable for young people can be operated. It is hoped that the results of these studies will be used as basic data for young adults and leaders who are in charge of teaching overseas.

  • The purpose of this study is to derive construction-phase risk factors in SMEs' advance into overseas plant construction projects. For this, construction-phase risk factors were investigated on the basis of the analysis of Korean construction companies, overseas plant industry-related research institutes, and overseas data. In addition, major risk factors were derived from the investigated construction-phase risk factors, and quantitative risk factors and qualitative risk factors were analyzed and derived from these major risk factors, by the use of three rounds of the Delphi analysis.

  • In this study, the effects of anticipated regret and perceived uncertainty on price sensitivity or purchase hesitation in overseas purchasing are analyzed along with the effects of price sensitivity on purchase hesitation. The survey was conducted among internet fashion consumers with experience in overseas purchasing and 480 responses were used in the data analysis. The results showed the psychosocial anticipated regret positively influenced the price importance, and the service, product and psychosocial anticipated regret positively influenced the price search. The preference and psychology uncertainty positively influenced the price importance, and the information and psychology uncertainty positively influenced the price search. The price importance positively influenced payment stage hesitation and shopping cart abandonment, and the price search positively influenced purchase hesitation in overseas purchasing. The functional, service and psychosocial anticipated regret positively influenced payment stage hesitation, and the service and psychosocial anticipated regret positively influenced shopping cart abandonment and overall purchase hesitation. In addition, the perceived uncertainty positively influenced the payment stage hesitation, and the information and psychology uncertainty positively influenced the shopping cart abandonment and overall purchase hesitation. The results of this study will be helpful for developing the marketing strategy for customer relationship management for overseas internet shopping web-sites.
