지열을 이용한 외기부하저감시스템의 외기온도와 출구온도의 상관관계 분석 (A Study on the Correlation between Outdoor Air and Outlet Air Temperature in a Fresh Air Load Reduction System by Using Geothermal Energy)

  • This paper presents a feasibility study of a fresh air load reduction system by using an underground double floor space. The fresh air is introduced into the double slab space and passes through the opening bored into the footing beam. The air is cooled by the heat exchange with the inside surface of the double slab space in summer, and heated in winter. This system not only reduces sensible heat load of the fresh air by heat exchange with earth but also reduces latent heat load of the fresh air by ad/de-sorption of underground double slab concrete. In this paper, we investigated the correlation between outdoor air temperature and outlet air temperature in the system. In conclusion, from the results of the high correlation we proposed a equation of regression for the outlet air temperature in the system by using linear regression analysis.

  • In this paper, we manufactured waterproof outlet that use silicon packing know-how. Developed outlet is waterproof packing on pins of the plug insertion hole and electric wire insertion hole. Therefore, outlet body internal furnace water can prevent that is flowed in. Temperature anomaly can use in back large outer wall, restaurant exposed easily to moisture, bathroom, laundry, a laboratory and science room, auditorium, etc. That is estimate that contribute on courtesy call of electricity calamity.

R744용 초임계 냉동사이클의 성능 분석 (Performance Analysis of R744(Carbon Dioxide) for Transcritical Refrigeration System)

  • R744용 초임계 증기압축식 냉동시스템의 작동변수에 대한 기초설계자료를 제공하고자 냉동능력, 압축일량, 성적계수에 대한 사이클 성능분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구에서 고려된 작동변수는 R744 증기압축식 사이클의 과열도, 가스냉각기 출구온도, 증발온도이다. R744의 냉동능력은 과열도가 증가할수록 증가하는 반면, 증발온도와 가스냉각기 출구온도가 증가할수록 감소한다. 압축일량은 R744의 과열도와 냉각압력과 함께 증가하나 증발온도는 증가할수록 감소한다. 그리고 성적계수는 가스냉각기의 출구온도와 증발온도가 증가할수록 증가하는 반면, 과열도는 감소한다. 그러므로, R744용 초임계 증기압축식 냉동시스템의 냉동능력, 압축일량, 성적계수는 과열도, 가스냉각기 출구온도, 증발온도에 영향을 받는 것을 알 수 있었다. 따라서, R744용 초임계 증기압축식 냉동시스템을 설계할 경우에는 이러한 영향을 면밀하게 파악하여야 한다.

An Experimental Study on the Performance of Air/Water Direct Contact Air Conditioning System

  • Direct contact air conditioning systems, in which heat and mass are transferred directly between air and water droplets, have many advantages over conventional indirect contact systems. The purpose of this research is to investigate the cooling and heating performances of direct contact air conditioning system for various inlet parameters such as air velocity, air temperature, water flow rate and water temperature. The experimental apparatus comprises a wind tunnel, water spray system, scrubber, demister, heater, refrigerator, flow and temperature controller, and data acquisition system. The inlet and outlet conditions of air and water are measured when the air contacts directly with water droplets as a counter flow in the spray section of the wind tunnel, and the heat and mass transfer rates between air and water are calculated. The droplet size of the water sprays is also measured using a Malvern Particle Analyzer. In the cooling conditions, the outlet air temperature and humidity ratio decrease as the water flow rate increases and as the water temperature, air velocity and temperature decrease. On the contrary, the outlet air temperature and humidity ratio increase in the heating conditions as the water flow rate and temperature increase and as the air velocity decreases.

  • In this study, to present the data in the internal thermal condition of Double skin facade were measured internal temperature and inlet and outlet openings wind speed of double skin facade. Measurements were similar to temperatures in the upper double skin facade. Especially in summer, temperature stratification is through to be unfulfilled seamlessly despite inlet and outlet openings open. Double skin facade inlet and outlet openings of the air flow rate was slower outlet openings of the air flow rate than inlet openings of the air flow rate.

냉매의 불균일한 분배가 증발기의 성능에 미치는 영향 (Effects on Refrigerant Maldistribution on the Performance of Evaporator)

  • An experimental investigation was conducted to study two-phase flow distribution in a T-type distributor of slit fin-and-tube heat exchanger using R22. A comparison was made between the predictions by previously proposed tube-by-tube method and experimental data for the heat transfer rate of evaporator. Experiments were carried out under the conditions of saturation temperature of 5$^{\circ}C$ and mass flow rate varying from 0.6 to 1.2kg/min. The inlet air has dry bulb temperature of 27$^{\circ}C$, relative humidity of 50% and air velocity varying from 0.63 to 1.71㎧. Experiment show that air velocity increased by 85.2% is need for T-type distributor with four outlet branches than that of two outlet branches under the superheat of 5$^{\circ}C$, which resulted in air-side pressure drop increase of 130% for T-type distributor with four outlet branches as compared to two outlet branches.

개구부와 열원의 위치에 따른 연기이동에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Smoke Movement by the Opening and Heat Generator Position)

  • 열원의 발열이 있는 작은 공간에서 상승기류에 의한 연기 확산의 특징에 대하여 조사하였다. 유입구와 유출구의 위치와 연기의 발생위치의 변화에 대한 3가지의 경우에 대하여 수치시뮬레이션을 이용하여 연기가 어떻게 확산되는가를 알아보았다. 좌측 상부에 유입구와 우측 하부에 유출구가 설치된 경우와 좌측 하부에 유입구, 우측 상부에 유출구가 설치된 경우는 기류속도, 공기온도 및 연기농도는 비슷한 분포를 나타냈다. 또한, 좌측 하부의 유입구와 우측 상부의 유출구인 경우 온도분포는 0∼0.3이고, 연기의 농도분포는 0.06∼0.14로 나타났다. 특히, 열원의 발열의 위치는 작은 실에 있어서 온도분포에는 영향을 미치지 않으나, 농도분포에는 영향을 미치는 것을 나타났다.

히트펌프 냉·난방 시스템의 온도 자동제어에 관한 연구 (A Study for Automatic Temperature Control of the Heating-Cooling System with Heat Pump)

  • The experiment has been investigated the room temperature change under adjusting 4-way valve which was installed for cooling and heating switch. Beside, the temperature of heat pump was controlled automatically for autonomously adjusting temperature and maintaining a constant room temperature. As results, Inlet & outlet temperature differences of compressor are $95^{\circ}C$ in cooling condition and $57^{\circ}C$ in heating condition. Therefore, Compression efficiency of cooling effect is higher than heating effect. In addition, Heat exchange effect of Cooling system condition is higher than heating system. This results can be used for studying about automatic temperature control of cooling and heating system with heat pump and 4way valve.

유입.유출구 크기 변화에 따른 CNT용 CVD 장비 내의 열 및 유동해석 (Flow and heat transfer in a thermal CVD for carbon nanotubes according to variation of the inlet and outlet areas)

  • Flow and temperature field in reactors are important factors for design of thermal chemical vapor deposition system to grow carbon nanotubes. In this study, effects of the variations of the inlet and outlet areas of the CVD reactor to the flow characteristics and temperature field are numerically analyzed. High temperature of the gas in the entrance region is obtained with slow gas speed resulted from the enlarged inlet area. Variation of the exit area has little effects on the flow field and temperature in the reactor. However the largest area among considered cases gives the highest gas temperature though the differences are small.

  • 본 논문에서는 충돌형 분사기를 장착한 연료 과잉 가스발생기에서 수행한 설계점 및 탈설계점 연소시험의 전반적인 결과에 대하여 논하였다. 가스발생기는 충돌형 분사기와 추진제 공급 메니폴드로 구성된 분사기 헤드, 물냉각 채널을 가진 연소실, 혼합을 증가시키는 turbulence ring, 온도 및 압력을 측정하는 링, 그리고 노즐로 구성되었다. 여러 운영조건에서 연소시험은 성공적이었으며 가스발생기 손상은 발생하지 않았다. 체류시간 4~6msec 정도에는 출구온도변화가 거의 없었지만 압력변동에 따라 출구온도는 변하였다. 측정되는 압력, 유량 그리고 노즐목 크기로 계산한 연소효율는 출구에서 측정한 온도의 제곱근에 비례하는 관계식을 저 혼합비 가스발생기에서도 갖고 있었다. 가스발생기의 O/F 비 변화에 가장 민감하게 출구온도가 변화하였으며 이에 대한 관계식을 도출하여 향후 설계 기초 자료로 활용되게 하였다.
