The purpose of this study was to develop a reliable questionnaire to assess the effectiveness of the healthy restaurant program, which was implemented by Seocho-gu District in Seoul. Evaluation indices were deduced from the logic model of the healthy restaurant program. The questionnaires consisted of three sections (process evaluation, outcome evaluation, and general characteristics) for restaurateurs and customers who were participating in the program or not. To validate the questionnaire, 133 restaurateurs and 246 customers were sampled using convenient methods. Data were collected by interviews. Reliability was tested by Cronbach's alpha coefficient. The alpha coefficient for restaurateurs was 0.75-0.99 for the process and 0.79-0.97 for the outcome evaluation questions. The alpha coefficients for customers were 0.76-0.92 for the outcome evaluation questions. Face and content validity were examined for all questions, and construct validity was tested for latent variables. We are confident that more accurate and significant information will be collected using this questionnaire.

The objective of this research is to devise a BARS evaluation system as a performance evaluation plan for non-face-to-face capstone design and to verify the validity through the expert FGI as the remote education is highlighted as a new normal standard in the post corona epoch. The conclusion of this research is as follows. First, the non-face-to-face capstone design is a competency centered subject that allows you to develop the engineering and majoring knowledge and its function and attitude, and the achievement of program outcome is the objective competency, and the researcher proposes the BARS method evaluation, one of competency evaluation method, as a new performance evaluation plan. Second, for the evaluation of PO achievement of non-face-to-face capstone design, the researcher deduced 20 behavior identification standard(anchor) of BARS evaluation system, and developed the achievement standard per 4 levels. Third, as the evaluation tool of non-face-to-face capstone design, the presentation data(PPT), presentation video, product such as trial product(model), non-face-to-face class participation video, discussion participating video, team activity report, and result report for the evidential data of BARS evaluation were appeared as proper. Finally, the BARS evaluation plan of non-face-to-face capstone design would be efficiently made through the establishment of evaluation plan, the establishment of grading standard of BARS evaluation scale, the determination of evaluation subject and online BARS evaluation site.

First, generally the more business employ the financial and non financial outcome analysis for evaluation process, the higher the success rate of new product development becomes in the domestic restaurant market. Second, the study shows that the financial outcome tends to be considered more than non financial outcome on deciding success of the new product development. Third, it is indicated that although detailed plans have a large impact on the outcome of new product development, communication between departments within a company is not a considerably important factor for deciding success of the new product. Fourth, 'market environment' has significant influence on deciding adoption level of financial and non financial outcome analysis, organizational resources and culture.

Cleft lip is one of the most common congenital deformities in craniofacial region. Despite the many reports on the outcome of various surgical techniques from individual medical centers, the evaluation of the outcome is based on the subjective observation because of lack of the objective evaluation system. Therefore, a new technique of objective and scientific evaluation for the nasal deformity of secondary cleft lip and nose deformity is critical to improve the management of the cleft patients including the decision of optimal age of operation and surgical technique as veil as evaluation of the outcome. In this study, a new method was proposed to evaluate the nasal deformity using nostril angle, distance, and area of patient images. The images were also evaluated by three expert plastic surgeons, and put into scale of 5 percentile. Measurement results were compared between the each category and the surgeon's evaluation, and coefficients of each category were statistically tested. As a result, The normalized overlap area of right and left nostrils and distance ratio between two centers of nostrils showed high coefficient with evaluations of plastic surgeons.

This paper explores and proposes the evaluation criteria of design projects in the entry-level design course. In the entry-level engineering design course the students proceeds various design projects to understand the concept of engineering design process and to develop the creativity. The evaluation criteria of design projects is very important component because the outcome of students in the engineering design course are effected from the evaluation criteria that enforces the students to focus on doing their task. According to this case study the evaluation criteria can be good solution to evaluate the design projects. By the outcome standard of ABEEK on the entry-level engineering design course the evaluation criteria was selected with the results of design projects such as design plan, report, handicrafts, objectives.

BTL 사업 추진 시 협상단계는 시설, 운영, 재무분야 등 성과요구수준서의 준수 및 반영여부를 겸토하고 그 수위를 확정하여 실시협약에 이르게 하는 단계로써 사업추진 전 과정에서 차지하는 비중과 중요성이 매우 높다고 할 수 있다. 그러나 국내 BTL사업 추진 시 협상에 관한 일관적 지표나 협상 후 성과를 측정하기 위한 표준화된 지표가 기준이 제시되어 있지 않아 시간적 낭비요인의 발생과 더불어, 기술 및 품질 가격 등 협상수위 및 결과에 대한 평가가 모호한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 협상 후 성과를 객관적으로 평가 검증하기 위한 방안 제시의 일환으로 VE(가치공학)기반 협상수행 성과평가 절차 및 지표를 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 문화시설 BTL사업을 대상으로 협상 시 고려해야 하는 항목을 6영역, 38분야, 135항목으로 분류하고 가중치를 분석하여 정량화된 평가 지표를 구축하였고, 이를 바탕으로 협상성과를 측정할 수 있는 지표을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 협상참여자에게 BTL사업 협상 전 중점 검토사항의 파악과 협상 중 피드백의 지표 및 협상 후 성과평가의 척도가 될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

This article proposes a logic model for assessing the performance of the outcome of public research as a technology valuation method. It consists of two parts and eight steps. The first part is a scoring system and the second part is a validation process of the performance index derived from scoring by valuation method. The scoring in the first part generally requires a focus group method to find out the value drivers and make an evaluation table. The reason why we call it the technology valuation method is that the first part is derived from the simple evaluation of technology value using checklists for value drive. The second part is the regular technology valuation process. The model is designed for the measurement of unquantifiable outcome. Is knowledge or scientific outcome comparable to the measured outcome? If possible, how big is the unquantifiable outcome? This model is based on financial valuation techniques with clear or acceptable market data. Therefore, it cannot work solely for unquantifiable outcomes without comparable measurable outcomes, unlike economic valuation.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the educational outcome of applied integrated curriculum in a nursing college. In order to evaluate the educational outcome students' ability was surveyed for the four main elements of the curriculum. Four main elements were ability in application of nursing process, communication skill, critical thinking disposition, and competence in nursing profession. Method: The subjects were 97 nursing students who had been educated by the integrated curriculum for 4 years. Data were collected using self-report questionnaire on Dec. 6, 2006, and analyzed by using ANOVA, t-test, and pearson correlation coefficient. Result: The mean score of ability in application of nursing process was 3.78/5.00, communication skill was 3.98/5.00, critical thinking disposition was 3.73/5.00, and competence in nursing profession was 4.04/5.00. There was a significant correlation between four main elements of the curriculum. There was a significant difference in students' level of ability according to subjects' evaluation to the curriculum. Conclusion: The study results suggested that review and supplementation of the integrated curriculum. And further study on the educational outcome in order to upgrade the curriculum are needed.

Purpose: This study was to develop a client health status outcome evaluation instrument, and examine content validity, reliability, construct validity, and the acceptability of this instrument. Method: A preliminary list was made of such key information as standards, criteria, indicators and measures, by means of a broad review of literature within the field. After determining the preliminary instruments, the study sought to obtain examination, consensus, and modification of two groups of experts in the home-care field. Finally, the instrument examined content validity, reliability, construct validity, and the acceptability of this instrument. Result: The tool was considered of 13 criteria, 48 indicators, and 167 detail measures. The content validity index of the tool was above 0.8 according to the expert group. Regarding the reliability of the evaluators of standards 1 and 2, the degree of agreement between evaluators was high(96.4% through 98.2%). Construct validity in this study, the difference in the mean score between the baseline point and the follow up point of each of standards 1 and 2 was significant, and the mean score of the follow up point was more than that of the baseline point. After examining the acceptability of this instrument with practice managers and home care nurses in home care institutions, a positive opinion was given of this instrument, and it was indicated that to be useful and applicable in home care practice. Conclusion: The results of evaluating client outcome will contribute to overall outcome-based quality improvement and service marketing in home care by providing a constant gauge of home care effectiveness.

본 연구에서는 시간제 등록 학생들의 실습현장에서 경험하고 학습하는 여러 구성 요인 중 어떠한 요인들이 실습성과에 영향을 미치는지를 탐구하여, 사회복지교과목 중 중요한 위치를 차지하고 있는 실습의 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 연구결과 첫째, 실습기관의 종류에 따른 실습지도자 평가와 실습기관 평가 및 실습성과의 차이를 분석한 결과 유의미한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 둘째, 실습성과에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석한 회귀분석 결과, 실습지도자 평가와 실습기관 평가요인의 영향력을 확인할 수 있었다. 개선방안으로 사회복지법인 이외의 실습지도자에게 지속적인 교육훈련의 기회가 주어져야 할 것이다. 실습기관에서는 실습생을 적절히 지도할 수 있는 체계적인 교육프로그램의 준비가 필요하다. 사회복지현장 실습을 수행하고 있는 기관간의 유기적인 협력체계로 지역내 공동실습을 계획하는 것도 바람직한 대안이다.
