자동차 부품 제조기업의 ESG 활동이 조직구성원의 직무만족에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effect of ESG Activity of Automobile Parts Manufacturing Company on the Job Satisfaction of Organizational Members)

  • 본 연구는 자동차 부품 제조기업의 ESG 경영 활동이 조직신뢰와 조직몰입 그리고 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, ESG 경영 활동과 직무만족 사이에서 조직신뢰와 조직몰입의 매개효과를 살펴보고자 하였다. 선행연구들의 이론적 배경과 실증분석 결과들을 참고하여 연구모형과 가설을 설정하였으며, 실증분석을 위하여 부산·경남소재 자동차 부품 제조기업인 C사와 E사, G사 그리고 S사의 구성원을 대상으로 221부의 설문지를 확보하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, ESG 경영 활동과 조직신뢰와의 관계 규명에서 에너지절감, 지역클러스터구축, 준법윤리경영이 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, ESG 경영 활동이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 분석에서 준법윤리경영이 유의한 정(+)의 성과를 보였다. 셋째, 조직신뢰와 직무만족과의 관계 분석에서 유의한 정(+)의 결과를 나타내었다. 넷째, 조직몰입은 직무만족에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 마지막으로 조직신뢰와 조직몰입의 매개효과 분석에서 두 변수 모두 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 자동차 부품 제조기업들은 ESG 활동을 통하여 조직에 대한 신뢰와 몰입을 높이려는 노력을 기울임으로써 구성원들의 직무만족을 높일 수 있다는 점을 인식하는 계기가 되었다는 것이다.

의료기관 조직구조가 인적자원의 갈등양상에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Organizational Structure of Hospital on the Conflict Patterns of Human Resources)

  • The purpose of this study is to explore how the organizational structure of hospitals affects the pattern of conflicts between human resources at hospitals and then to present basic data necessary for conflict resolution. Research data were collected from the personnel of 14 hospitals in P city in Korea. The findings of the study are summed up as follows. First, administrative workers and with fewer years of service thought of the organizational structure as organic. Second, organizational conflict was found to be higher in those at older ages, with more years of service and in middle management positions. Next, as for conflict patterns between occupation types, nurses showed more conflicts with doctors and administrative workers, while administrative workers and public health personnel had more conflicts with nurses. Last, of the organizational structure factors, 'Subdivision of work,' 'Decision making method,' 'Opinion collection process,' 'Codification of responsibilities and rights' and 'Documentation of duties' were found to have negative effects on conflict patterns. Therefore, the findings imply that for decrease in organizational conflicts, hospitals need to be reorganized to have a more organic structure and take such differentiated measures for conflict resolution that consider characteristics of human resources, such as one's age, years of service and position.

  • 본 논문은 많은 기업들이 지식 공유를 위하여 성공적인 지식경영 시스템 도입을 추진하는 과정에서 조직문화 요소와 관계에 대한 연구를 목적으로 한다. 최근논문에서 언급된바와 같이 기업이 지식경영 시스템을 도입하는데 많은 문제점이 발견되고 있다는 것을 알 수 있다. 발견된 문제점 중 조직문화 요소에 대한 연구가 미흡하여 성공적인 지식경영 시스템 구현을 위한 장애가 되고 있다. 본 연구는 특정한 조직문화 요소가 지식경영 시스템 구현에 미치는 관계를 살펴보기 위해 OCP와 KMTP tool을 사용하여 26개의 미국 기업을 대상으로 설문조사를 한 결과를 기반으로 성공적인 지식경영 시스템 구현에 관계가 있는 기업 조직문화 요소를 연구 조사하였다.

스마트워크 후 조직 문화 변화 연구: 서비스 대기업 'H사' 사례 (Exploring Changes in Organizational Culture after Firm-Wide Institutionalization of Smart Work: Case of a Service Company 'H')

  • 최근 코로나 19의 세계적 대유행 이후로 비즈니스 업무환경이 스마트워크로 급격하게 변하고 있다. 스마트워크는 기본적으로 언제 어디서나 일을 할 수 있는 시스템을 근간으로 하고 있다. 스마트워크가 성공하기 위해서는 이러한 시스템의 구축과 운영 문제가 중요할 뿐만 아니라, 스마트워크 도입이 미치는 조직문화에의 영향을 연구하는 것도 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 한국의 레저 서비스 대기업인 H사에서 경영상 강조하고 있는 조직 문화의 일곱 가지 차원 - 전략적 혁신성, 조직 유연성, 공정한 인사관리, 합리적 의사결정, 조직 활력, 신뢰 협력, 리더십 - 에 있어서 스마트워크 전후로 어떤 변화가 있는지 설문과 인터뷰를 통하여 조사하였다. 조사결과 전략적 혁신성, 조직 유연성, 조직 활력, 신뢰 협력의 네 가지 차원에서는 직원들의 평가가 통계적으로 낮아진 것으로 나타났고, 공정한 인사관리, 합리적 의사결정, 리더십의 측면에서는 큰 변화가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 도입초기 단기적 현상일수도 있어 앞으로의 변화도 관찰할 필요가 있지만, 기업 관점에서 궁극적으로 유연한 업무 환경의 변화를 추구하는데 있어서 직원들로 하여금 전략적 혁신성, 조직 유연성, 조직 활력, 신뢰 협력과 같이 경영상 중요한 조직 문화의 측면에서 적극적으로 준비하고 대응하는 것이 필요함을 시사한다. 조직 활력이 상대적으로 낮아지고, 조직구성원간 신뢰 소통과 협력은 감소하는 것은 굉장히 부정적 변화로서 적극적 관리가 필요하다. 이어진 인터뷰에서는 스마트워크 도입의 성공적 정착을 위해서는 리더십의 역할이 중요하게 나타나고 있어, 향후 일하는 방식의 변화에 따라 경영진 리더십의 역할이 더욱 강조될 것이라는 것을 시사하였다.

사회적 자본 및 정보기술 하부구조의 도입수준과 지식경영 과정들에 대한 영향 (The Adoption Degrees of Social Capital and IT Infrastructure, and Their Effects on Knowledge Management Processes)

  • This study investigated the degrees of knowledge management processes according to the levels of social capital(i.e., inter-departmental communication, trust, cooperation and integration) as well as information technology(IT) infrastructure(i.e., knowledge storage and transfer IT, and knowledge search IT) in Korean manufacturing firms. We also demonstrated the differences in organizational performance under various degrees of knowledge management processes. Through cluster analysis with social capital variables, we classified sample firms into five groups; 'the highest firms', 'higher firms', 'middle firms', 'lower firms', and 'the lowest firms'. It was also observed that the degrees of knowledge management processes and organizational performance in 'the highest firms' is the highest. With a structural equation modeling technique, the causal relationships among social capital, IT infrastructure, knowledge management processes, and organizational performance were confirmed. Hence, it is concluded that social capital and IT infrastructure have direct effects on knowledge management processes, and indirectly influence organizational performance through the degrees of knowledge management processes.

병원 조직 내 의사소통이 조직 갈등, 조직성과에 미치는 영향 (Communication within Hospital Organizations and its Impact on Organizational Conflict and Organizational Performance)

  • Objectives: The objective of this study is to present the basic data required for effective communication by identifying the effects of communication within the hospital organization on organizational conflict and organizational performance. Methods: For this study 298 medical workers and general administrative staff working in small and medium hospitals were selected. Results: Upward and downward communication had a negative effect on individual conflict and on upward, and horizontal communication between individuals. Likewise, horizontal communication had a negative effect on conflict between groups. Upward, downward, and horizontal communication are defined based on organizational performance. It has been shown to affect. Conclusions: In order to improve conflict management and performance within hospital organizations, effective communication plans appropriate to the situation and targets have to be developed.

  • Purpose: By analyzing what kind of organizational reaction is shown by employees to corporate social responsibility (CSR), I want to propose a plan to maximize achievement(organizational commitment and productive behavior) within corporation. Methods: Regression analysis is used to analyze relationship between CSR awareness and achievement within corporation. Then structural equation model is used to check control effect of corporate member's participation in CSR. Results: It is proved that employee's CSR awareness has positive relationship with organizational commitment and productive behavior. It is shown that when employees have participated in CSR programs directly, effectiveness of relationship was especially higher for Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and innovative behavior. Conclusion: In order to increase organizational commitment and productive behavior of employees, corporation's social responsibility management, in other words ethical management must be used so their motivation can be increased and so they can directly participate in CSR programs which will increase effectiveness of organization.

  • This research focuses on the importance of corporate social responsibility in building the company's reputation. Experts have studied CSR as an antecedent of a company's reputation, but the mechanisms underlying this process are rarely explored. Therefore, to fill this research gap, we demonstrate CSR's implementation combined with organizational justice based on discrepancy and equity theory. This study involved 210 employees in a family company. The study's analysis method uses Structural Equation Model (SEM), SmartPLS, with a five-step measurement and analysis procedure. The variables in this study are CSR implementation, organizational justice, employee trust, firm reputation, organizational objectiveness, organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and job performance. The results found that some of the direct relationships stated were not significant, but all demonstrations of indirect links were substantial. Besides, optimal CSR and organizational justice provide a reliable and positive domino effect in increasing the role and consequences of employee trust and firm reputation. The findings in this study confirm that upstream-downstream job performance causality can be successfully achieved if job satisfaction has been realized, job satisfaction can be achieved if organizational commitment can also be recognized, and organizational commitment can be developed. Reflection and influence, rather than organizational attractiveness becomes essential.

  • Corporate culture is being recognized as essential managerial resources in the future business management and in recently the attempts, though weak, of developing the corporate culture which is corresponded with their own structure and needs are being carried on by some major companies. Then, corporate culture research, drawing attention in nowadays, indicates that it attempts to analyze and search the organization matters in the basical dimension in regard to the assumptions, values and beliefs of organization and provides the solution of organizational negative effects, which have not been settled in the previews research methods of organizational behavior, and that present turbulent management environment demands the whole conversion from the previews hard style to the soft managerial style. For this reason, this study aim at identifying organizational structure and corporate culture in the business group. Futhermore, the influence of organizational structure and organizational culture are examined. The objective of this paper attempts to analyze the ways and results of strong and special culture on the organizational structure and culture. To accomplish this purpose, this study gathers in-depth data form various secondary courses. First, uncertainties in market and technology are the main sources of mimetic isomorphism. Due to the high level of uncertainty is market and technologies. Smallness in size is responsible for the low level of complexity in organizational structure. The rapid changes in market, contents of service, and tastes of customers are responsible for the low level of formalization, which enhances swift decision making and responses.
