사회적기업가정신과 조직성과 간의 관계에서 사회공헌활동의 매개효과 검증 (The Mediating Effect of Social Contribution Activities on the Relationship between Social Entrepreneurship and Organizational Performance)

  • 사회적기업가정신은 조직성과에 핵심적인 역할을 담당하며 사회공헌활동은 조직구성원들의 사회적기업 가치 인식과 성과공유에 관계가 있다. 이에 본 연구는 사회적기업가정신과 조직성과 간의 관계에서 사회공헌활동의 매개효과 검증에 목적이 있다. 연구를 위해 사회적기업 구성원을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고 유효한 186부의 자료를 통계분석에 활용하였다. 통계분석은 측정변수의 신뢰도, 확인적 요인분석, 상관관계분석, 매개효과분석을 사용하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사회적기업가정신, 사회공헌활동, 조직성과 간에는 정적으로 유의한 상관관계가 나타났다. 둘째, 사회적기업가정신은 조직성과에 유의한 정(+)의 상관관계를 나타냈다. 사회적기업가정신의 하위요인 중 사회적 목적, 진취성은 조직몰입에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 사회공헌활동은 조직성과에 유의한 정(+)의 관계를 나타냈다. 넷째, 사회적기업가정신과 조직성과 간 관계에서 사회공헌활동은 부분매개효과가 나타났다. 이는 사회적기업의 성과향상에 사회공헌활동이 중요한 역할 담당하고 있음을 시사한다.

지식공유에 미치는 개인적·조직적 영향요인에 관한 연구 -대덕연구단지 연구개발 조직을 중심으로- (A Study on Individual and Organizational Factors Affecting Knowledge Sharing -Focused on The Research & Development Organization in Daedeok Science Town-)

  • This research aims to verify individual and organizational factors that will affect knowledge sharing, especially in research & development organizations with a premise that knowledge sharing is one of the most important factors of successful knowledge management. Many factors which are supposed to affect knowledge sharing arc empirically investigated in this research : individual factors ((1)self esteem (2)expected contribution), organizational factors ((3)top management's will, (4)accessibility of knowledge management system (5)validity of evaluation & reward knowledge sharing, (6)trust, (7)open communication). As a result, it is found that 'expected contribution' among individual factors and 'open communication' and 'validity of evaluation & reward' among organizational factors are highly correlated with knowledge sharing. These findings suggest that enhancement of perceived expected contribution among employees and building cultures of open communication and effective evaluation & reward system for knowledge sharing will contribute to activation of knowledge sharing in the research and development organizations.

한 종합병원 구성원의 경영목표 지향성의 구조적 모형과 선호 경영성과지표 (A Structural Model of Management Goal Orientations and Preferred Goal Achievement Index in one Hospital Employees)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify a determent of mastery approach goal and performance approach goal using a basic concept of goal orientations and goal setting theory, and to evaluate a preference of goal achievement index as a balance score card (BSC). The study model proposed had a adoptable level of goodness of fit index(.94) and root mean square residual(.08). The meditating variable, goal contribution, totally mediated the impact of goal commitment, Y-theory human behavior, and self-efficacy but organizational resource contribution for pursuing goal orientation. Moreover, goal contribution significantly determined mastery approach goal(p<.01) and performance approach goal(.05). In standardized effects, the most powerful antecedent of mastery approach goal and performance approach goal were in order of organizational resource contribution(.27/.28), goal contribution(.21/.17), self-efficacy(.07/.06), and Y -theory human behavior and goal commitment(.05/.05), respectively. Moreover, goal contribution had a more powerful impact on mastery approach goal(.21) rather than performance approach goal(.17). In the preference of BSC, all job types preferred learning and growth index in first. In the second preference, medical doctors and pharmacists chose financial results, nurses customer service, and office managers internal processes. Each job type reflected its' own preferred BSC index to that of the other job types. In comparing a preference of four BSC index of each own job type, it was statistically different at p<.001. In conclusion, one who emphasize organizational goal contribution in pursuing goal orientation has a more strong orientation toward mastery approach goal rather than performance approach goal. A hospital should overcome and harmonize the different preferences of four BSC index since the differences might cause organizational conflicts among job types with having each unique professional norm.

치과위생사의 수행업무, 직무만족, 조직기여도의 관계 (Relationship of between Task Performance, Job Satisfaction, and Organizational Contribution of Dental Hygienists)

  • 본 연구는 치과위생사의 수행업무, 직무만족, 조직기여도의 관계를 파악하고 치과위생사의 조직기여도를 위한 기초 자료를 제공하고자 치과 병 의원 근무하는 치과위생사 285명을 대상으로 자기기입식 설문지와 온라인을 통해 회수하였으며 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 연구결과 일반적 특성에서 연령이 41세 이상, 경력이 11년차 이상, 기혼치과위생사, 책임치과위생사, 월 소득 200만원 이상인 치과위생사가 경영지원업무를 많이 하는 것으로 나타났으며 연령이 28~33세, 경력이 6~10년차, 전문학사(3년제)졸업자, 중간관리치과위생사가 임상 및 진료협조업무의 빈도가 높게 나타났다(p<0.05). 41세 이상, 경력이 11년차 이상, 기혼치과위생사, 책임치과위생사, 월 소득 200만원 이상인 치과위생사가 업무만족 역시 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 조직만족에서 기혼 치과위생사와 월 소득이 250만원 이상, 주 근무시간이 주 40시간 이하가 가장 높게 나타났다(p<0.05). 연령이 41세 이상, 경력이 11년차 이상, 기혼치과위생사, 근무 직위가 중간관리치과위생사 이상, 월 소득 200만원 이상인 치과위생사가 조직기여도가 높은 것으로 나타났다(p<0.05). 치과위생사 조직기여도에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 요인으로 월 소득, 경영지원업무, 업무만족이 유의한 관련변수로 나타났다. 이상의 결과로 볼 때 치과위생사의 조직기여도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 월 소득, 경영지원업무, 업무만족이다. 이는 병원 경영에 참여할수록 조직기여도가 높은 것으로 나타나고, 업무만족이 높을수록 병원에서의 업무가 순조롭게 이루어지는 데 기여하는 것으로 판단된다. 이에 추후 연구에서는 치과위생사의 조직기여도 향상을 위해 병원 전체 목표 달성과 병원에서 업무가 순조롭게 이루어질수 있도록 조직기여도와 관련 있는 요인을 명확히 파악하고, 치과위생사의 조직기여도 향상을 위한 연구도구 개발이 필요할 것이다.

온라인 커뮤니티에서 조직시민행동의 영향요인이 지식공헌에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Antecedents of Organizational Citizenship Behavior on Knowledge Contribution in Online Communities)

  • This study addresses the following questions : how does organization citizenship behavior(OCB) affect knowledge contribution in online communities? does the antecedents of OCB, cohesiveness and affection similarity, influence knowledge contribution in online communities? In order to test our hypotheses with an empirical study, we have conducted a survey which resulted in 192 valid response in the final sample. The PLS analysis results indicate that OCB affects knowledge contribution and coherence and affection similarity of online community users have influence on OCB. Further, knowledge contribution is influenced by community users' affection similarity. Practical implications of these findings and future research implications are also discussed.

  • This research is interested in organization members' knowledge contribution, along with the requirement for the effective knowledge management as a critical corporate asset. We consider the performance appraisal and reward system on knowledge sharing as a key issue for the successful knowledge management. Analyzed will be the interactive relationship among the performance appraisal and reward system, individual knowledge contribution, and organizational knowledge contribution effectiveness. This case study is based on in-depth interviews in the consulting industry recognized as a knowledge-integrated industry. The purpose of this research is to examine how firms evaluate and reward organization members' knowledge contribution, to define how fim1s utilize IT for the knowledge management, and to show how the performance appraisal and reward system influence organizational knowledge contribution effectiveness. Besides, other determinants for knowledge contribution effectiveness are defined. It is recognized that knowledge contribution effectiveness is positively related to non-monetary rewards and informal appraisals. As for the future study, we recommend the empirical research based on several propositions developed in this study.

온라인 커뮤니티 지식공헌에 미치는 영향요인 (The Effects on Knowledge Contribution in Online Communities)

  • 본 논문에서는 온라인 커뮤니티에서 어떻게 지식공헌이 이루어지는지를 살펴보고자 온라인 커뮤니티 사용자들의 지식공헌에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 실증적 연구를 통해 규명하고자 하였다. 자기표현이론과 조직시민행동이론을 토대로 연구모형을 설정하고 네 개의 가설을 제안하였다. 온라인 커뮤니티 참여자 192명의 설문 조사를 PLS로 분석한 연구의 결과에서, 온라인 커뮤니티 사용자들의 자기표현과 혁신성, 조직시민행동 및 감정적 동질감등이 지식공헌에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이외에 온라인 커뮤니티에 대한 본 연구결과에 대한 학문적 실무적 의미를 논의하였으며, 향후 연구에 대한 시사점도 언급하였다.

Linking Perceived Organizational and Supervisor Support to Turnover Intention and Organizational Citizenship Behavior for Thai: The Mediating Role of Organizational Commitment

  • This study deals how employees' perceptions of being supported by their organizations and supervisors may lead to organizational commitment and this commitment affects turnover intention and organizational citizenship behavior in the context of Thai industrial firms. The sample consists of Thai employees working in manufacturing firms which Koreans operate in Thailand. In line with social exchange theory, this study indicated that employees who felt that their organizations and supervisors valued their contribution and cared about their well-being would be more likely to have lower level of turnover intention and higher level of organizational citizenship behavior. Moreover, it was found affective and normative commitment partially mediated the effect of perceived organizational and supervisor support on organizational citizenship behavior. This study enhances our understanding about the roles of organizational commitment in the Thai workplace, and provides some practical implications how to manage Thai employees.

IOS 활용의 관계적 관점 분석 (Relationship Perspective Analysis for IOS Usage)

  • In this paper, we drew upon IMP group's Interaction model to investigate the contributing impact of Inter-organizational system (IOS) on performance through enhancing inter-organizational relationship. While most extant literature studied the contribution of IOS from transaction efficiency perspective, the relational aspect of IOS contribution on the supply chain was addressed only by a few researches. As such, we intended to fill this gap of the IOS research stream. The conceptual model was developed, with reference to process theory, to analyze how the relational perspective could be applicable to IOS impact on performance. With the 129 sample data collected at the firm level,structural equation model using the LISREL was employed to validate the proposed research model. The empirical results supported the hypotheses such as the extent of IOS usage positively influences the interaction between the firms, which thereby enhances the extent of inter-firm partnership and performance. The results help better understanding the strategic use of IOS from relationship perspective.
