Methods: This study used the data of the fourth working condition survey. Regression analysis was used to determine the relationship between health effects recognition and Death rate per 10,000 workers. After that the recognizing and non - recognizing groups were categorized by health effects recognition, and the differences between the two groups were confirmed by cross tabulation analysis. Results: Regress analysis P-value is 0.011 and $R^2$ is 0.979. Death rate per 10,000 worker increased with the increase in the number of non - health impact recognizing group. The relieve factors were (1) work culture(2.859) (2) physical environment(2.184), (3) improper reward (1,839), (4) relationship conflict(1.646), (5) job requirement(1.613), (6) job autonomy(1.354), (7) job instability(1.334), And (8) organizational system(1.201). The higher the relieve coefficient is, the higher the probability of belonging to the non - health impact recognizing group when there is no job stress factor. Conclusions: When job stress is resolved, there is a high probability that the health impact recognition is reduced, which can lead to an increase in death rate. but according to previous studies, Job stress can cause accidents by reducing the safety behavior of accidents. The job stress management plan should simultaneously consider reducing job stress and increasing health impact recognition.

  • The Korean Education Centers (KECs) are facing a growing demand for innovation in terms of roles and functions due to the new Korean wave. Thus, this study examined the organizational conditions of the KECs and the need for their changes in order to explore their development direction. For these purposes, a semi-structured interview was conducted with a total of 12 former and current KECs' directors. The major findings are as follows. Whereas the demand for changes in the KECs was growing due to the change of the generation of overseas Koreans and the increase in the demand for Korean language, it was difficult to switch their roles due to the Act on the Educational Support for Overseas Korean Nationals and lack of administration resources. Therefore, the Korean government should help the KECs transform their roles and responsibilities according to the changes in the local demands for Korean language education.

  • Information security started as an IT operation process and is now recognized as an important issue of information technology, and each international organization is newly defining the concept. Information security itself is a new combination of IT technologies, a set of technologies and a technology area. As IT outsourcing becomes common in many public sectors, SLAs are introduced to evaluate the level of IT services. In the area of information security, many studies have been conducted on the derivation and selection of SLA performance indicators, but it is difficult to find a way to apply the performance indicators to service level evaluation and performance systems. This thesis conducted a study on the application of a service evaluation system for information security performance indicators based on the public sector and a performance system including compensation regulations. It presents standards and rewards(incentive and penalty) that define expectation and targets of performance indicators that take into account the environment and characteristics of a specific public sector, and defines appropriate SLA costs. It proposes a change plan for the organizational structure for practical SLA application and service level improvement.

  • The youth job problem is becoming more serious due to COVID-19. To solve this problem, a "good job platform" was proposed that allows young job seekers to easily and conveniently find excellent SMEs they want to work for. This study developed a "good job self-assessment model" that grasps the preferred jobs of young job seekers and evaluates SMEs and applied them in the platform. In this process, the characteristics of good jobs from the viewpoint of job seekers were identified through conjoint analysis from the viewpoint of salary level, performance compensation, working environment, corporate soundness, and organizational culture. Next, the importance of 13 detailed evaluation items was reflected through AHP for industry, academia, and research experts. The self-assessment model of this study can be used as a tool to improve awareness that changes the SME environment into a job favored by young job seekers. As a result, it could provide an opportunity to change the job problem from providing cost-oriented support to a qualitative solution.

  • The Azerbaijani Armed Forces(AAF) that carried out a drone blitzkrieg for a short time defeated the Armed Forces of Armenia in 2020. As a result, the AAF proved that drones aren't supplementary means, but major ones in combat. Simultaneously, the AAF demonstrated that middle powers can shortly implement the revolution in military affairs(RMA) if the organizational culture for deep change are backed up. Especially, the AAF's RMA is full of suggestions to the Repulic of Korea Army(ROKA) because the ROKA wants to prepare the dronbot combat system for the future. After this, the ROKA is able to visualize how to perform the korean style drone blitzkrieg achieving a intact victory if its comabt system and structure are developed at the same time.
