세계지리에서 권역 단원의 조직 방안과 필수 내용 요소의 탐구 (A Study on the Organizational Framework and Essential Elements of World Realms in World Regional Geography Subject)

  • 이 연구는 고등학교 세계지리 과목을 대상으로 권역 단원의 조직 방안과 필수 내용 요소의 선정 방안을 탐구한 것이다. 여기서 권역 단원의 조직이란 조직의 틀 거리를 말하는 것으로 권역 구분 방식, 권역의 적정 수효와 명칭, 각 권역에 대한 접근법 등을 포함하는 조직 방식의 측면을 지칭하는 것이고, 필수 내용 요소란 학습자가 각 권역을 이해하기 위해 꼭 배워야 할 핵심 내용 요소를 말하는 것으로 학습 내용을 구성하는 이른바 빅 아이디어들을 염두에 둔 것이다. 먼저, 연구자는 세계지리 과목의 권역 구분에는 종합적 지역 개념이 적용되는 것이 최근 추세라는 점과, 권역의 수효가 이상적으로 제시되기 보다는 학습자의 학습 부담을 완화시키는 방향으로 적정화되어야 한다는 점, 그리고 각 권역에 대한 접근을 위해서는 단일 접근법에 의존하기 보다는 서로 다른 접근법의 장점을 절충하는 통합적 접근법을 구체적 예시와 함께 제안하였다. 다음으로, 필수 내용 요소를 구성함에 있어서는 주제 중심의 접근에 의한 4개 요소와 지구적 쟁점 중심의 접근에 의한 1개 요소를 합쳐 모두 5개의 빅 아이디어를 중심으로 필수 내용 요소들을 선정하고 단원에 따라 선택적으로 적용할 것을 제안하였다. 이 때 권역별로 특화될 수 있는 필수 내용 요소들을 일부 선택하여 구성하되, 전체 권역 단원을 총괄해서 볼 때에는 모든 필수 내용 요소들을 골고루 학습하는 결과가 되도록 하 는 점에 특별히 유의하였다.

상사의 비인격적 감독이 부하의 일-가정 갈등 및 대인 일탈행동에 미치는 영향에서의 매개 및 조절효과 연구 (A study on mediating and moderating effect of supervisors' abusive supervision on strain-based work-family conflict and interpersonal deviance)

  • 본 연구는 상사의 비인격적 감독이 상사에 대한 부하의 정서노동에 미치는 영향을 확인하고 이러한 정서노동이 동료들을 향한 대인 일탈행동 및 가정 영역에서의 일-가정 갈등에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 그 과정을 살펴보고자 하는 목적으로 이루어졌다. 또한 비인격적 감독과 부하의 정서노동 간의 관계에서 위계적 조직풍토의 조절효과, 정서노동과 일-가정 갈등, 대인 일탈행동 간의 관계에서 각각 가정지원인식, 조직 내 사회적 네트워크의 조절효과를 검증하고자 했다. 다양한 직종의 현직자들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 총 291명의 자료가 분석에 사용되었다. 분석 결과, 비인격적 감독을 높게 지각할수록 상사를 향한 부하의 정서노동이 증가함을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한, 비인격적 감독은 상사에 대한 부하의 정서노동이라는 매개과정을 통해 조직 구성원의 일-가정 갈등을 높이고 대인 일탈행동을 증가시킨다는 것이 밝혀졌다. 더불어, 위계적 조직풍토를 높게 지각할 경우 비인격적 감독과 부하의 정서노동 간의 관계가 더 강하게 나타남을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 연구 결과를 토대로 연구의 의의 및 시사점, 그리고 연구가 갖는 한계점과 향후 연구를 위한 제언 등을 통합적으로 논의하였다.

Current Status and Issues of Nuclear Safety Culture

  • Objective:The aim of this paper is to discuss the nuclear safety culture in Korea. Background: Recently, Korean nuclear field has met a strong anti-nuclear trend after a few happenings, as well as Fukushima accident, which are turned out to be caused by organizational pitfalls and safety culture defects in general. Method: We review the concepts and constructs of safety culture based on the brief history of the nuclear safety culture that IAEA mainly raised after the Chernobyl accident in 1986. Additionally, we give a comparative discussion on the approach to the safety culture with U.S. Results: Finally, we discuss the three technical domains and propose six selected domestic issues related to the nuclear safety culture for coping with the demanding requests on nuclear safety in Korea. Conclusion and Application: We suggest several recommendations and a research direction in the form of a re-start line for the nuclear safety culture in Korea.

  • The volume sub-challenge requires novel approaches, often referred to as Big Data technologies and methodologies. Data is generated constantly in an ever growing number of places and by an ever growing number of actors while a large proportion of potentially re-usable data resides within silos within institutions or companies. These are needed when conventional database technologies cannot be applied to storage and computing issues. The issue of big data has been referred to as the next frontier in computing. In this paper, we research on factors to design an organizational value chain for Big Data.

  • IT capability is one of the main research topics in MIS area. Given the finding that IT investment does not necessarily contribute to better organizational performance, the concept of IT capability was selected as an alternative antecedent variable for IT's effect on performance. A number of existing MIS papers have shown that firms with the high level of IT capability lead to a better performance. However, very little research has been done concerning the issue of how the IT capability could be enhanced. Recently, enterprise architecture effort has been emerged as an avenue to better IT management. This study aims to empirically examine the relationship between EA effort and IT capability.

지역 중소기업의 전자상거래 활성화를 위한 정보화 전략 (An Information Strategy for Activating the Electronic Commerce of Regional Small and Medium-sized Business Organizations)

  • A major effect of electronic commerce on the Internet is that it reduces transaction costs and creates an efficient market. Thus, an information strategy for developing of regional economy must be changed toward 21st century of electronic commerce era. In this paper, we present an information strategy for activating the electronic commerce of regional small and medium-sized business organizations. The paper stresses creation of a network organization comprising local government, regional business organizations, universities, research institutes, and citizens' coalitions as groups of organizational actors. Necessary conditions of a successful network organization in electronic commerce are to build the public key infrastructure for developing the trust of transactions among partners, and to create an information center to manage a web of partners. In the network organization, the information center must play critical roles as a creator of value and the certification authority in order to issue and manage participants' electronic certificates.

  • Intentions influence behaviors and, consequently, individual and organizational outcomes. The ability to understand intentions becomes a central issue. The objective of this study was to present and test an Entrepreneurial Intentions (EI) model. Drawing on a generally utilized paradigm, the theory of planned behavior and Shapero's model of the Entrepreneurial Event (SEE), we show the impact of individual and contextual factors on the intention development. Relying on the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor data(GEM), we test a EI conceptual model. The EI conceptual model is tested using the dataset of GEM over 30 countries and 3 subgroups. All the variables of interest indicate positive and significant effect on EI. Our results indicate that EI is influenced by Perceived Opportunity(PO), Perceived Capability(PC) and Government Support & Policy(GSP).

  • Performance measurement is increasingly becoming a vital issue for promoting quality management within an organization. This research proposes a new performance measurement approach, called the Hierarchically Associated Performance Measurement, for the organizations which emphasize long term quality th겨st through a balanced interface between the quality efforts of various units. The proposed approach is unique in that it considers relationships between internal quality activities and national quality award criteria and that it identifies and utilizes the quality responsibilities of functional units in order to encompass organizational roles in the evaluation process. The approach is illustrated via a numerical evaluation of a fictitious organization.

학교 보건사업 협력 네트워크 분석 (The network analysis for school health program)

  • Objectives: The challenging issue of public health program is to strengthen partnership and network between health resources. This study identified the structure and characteristics of school health program network. Methods: In this paper we collected data from schools and organizations in 4 local communities in 2014 that participated to school health program. Using social network analysis techniques we measured the number of component, diameter, density, average degree, node centralization for each network. Results: We determined that networks shared some common organizational structure such as less density, low average degree, and short diameter. Networks were dominated by the health center, and directions of collaborations between nodes were mostly one-way. Conclusions: These findings can help to depict the network of school health program. The further research is necessary to define causal relationship between network effectiveness and public health outcomes.

  • Global waste has become a global issue and we can see the new trend of discovery businesses established to focus on solving the waste problem using new renewable energy technology and the circular economy business model. This paper aims to study factors that impact green entrepreneurship in Thailand, such as environmental concern, organizational environment, founder demographics, education background, entrepreneurship awareness, as well as external factors of a business. The study analyzes the data from three qualitative in-depth interviews with green entrepreneur founders who started the businesses in polymer up-cycling, waste management, and renewable energy. The study finds overseas educational background to be one of the key main drivers for the entrepreneurial courage to decide to pursue a new business venture. By having the exposure toward the different culture, three entrepreneurs hands-on experiential learning through three key drivers who are composed of the can-do attitude, the willingness to be self-employed, and the way of seeking for the freedom to express their passions.
