본 연구는 기업의 사회적 책임활동에 대한 연구를 바탕으로 하여 조직신뢰와 충성도 그리고 구매의도의 관계에 관해 고찰하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 경상북도 구미시의 관리직과 대학생 및 대학원생을 대상으로 233부의 설문지를 회수하여 분석을 하였다. 연구분석은 Cronbach's alpha를 이용한 신뢰성 검증, 확인적 요인분석을 이용한 타당성 검증, 주요 변인 간의 상관분석, 그리고 가설검정을 위한 구조방정식모델 분석을 실시하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫 번째로 기업의 사회적 책임활동이 조직신뢰에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 조직신뢰는 충성도와 구매의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 충성도는 구매의도의 관계에서 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결과들을 통해 기업에서 수행하고 있는 사회적 책임활동이 여러 요인들에 상호간 복합적으로 영향을 미친다는 것을 확인할 수 있다.

본 연구는 카지노직원의 사회적 책임활동(CSR)과 직무만족도 관계에서 조직동일시의 매개효과를 검증하는 데 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 국내 소재 4개 카지노직원 354명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 다중회귀분석과 Sobel test를 이용하여 검증을 실시하였다. CSR 참여에 대해 직원의 CSR 참여횟수, 직원의 기부금액, 조직의 CSR 시행횟수, 조직의 CSR 진정성 등 4가지로 구분하고 조직동일시 및 직무만족도 관계를 분석한 결과, 조직의 CSR 진정성과 직무만족도 관계에서 조직동일시가 부분매개효과를 나타내는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 남성일수록, 교육수준이 높을수록, 종교가 있는 경우 카지노직원의 직무만족도가 높은 것으로 조사되었다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 카지노기업의 진정성 있는 CSR 참여와 카지노직원의 특성을 고려한 CSR 프로그램 개발의 필요성을 제언한다.

Nursing, a profession, continues its efforts founard professionalization. Attention to efficiency and effectiveness of its organizational system must be balances with that of maintaining quality of care. The wise use of personnel is of particular concern. The structure of nursing's administrative organization is very important, because most nursing services are delivered through an organization. Professional bureaucracy is recommended for the structure and managerial strategy of nursing's administrative organization, Specifically, considerable decision -making in their work should be transferred to the staff nurses who provicle professional nursing services in direct interaction with the public. The co -ordinative parameters of the system should be based on professional nursing knowledge. The premise required by this commitment would be built on the identification of nursing knowledge and intellectual and behavioral standard of nursing practice.

The purpose of this study was to identify the factors which influence the effectiveness of nursing organization in the hospital. The data were collected by employing Delphi technique in a series of three rounds from June 15, 1985 to January 31, 1986. In each round the responses to questionnaires were analyzed and the results were communicated back to the subjects. Finally consensed among subjects in identification of the 45 items which influence the effectiveness of nursing organization in the hospital. The 48 items were reduced to 6 factors and named; planning, organization and problem-solving, staffing and staff developing, supporting, evaluating-controlling and leading, and the number of items included for each factor were 14,14,8,5,3,2 and respectively. Among the 48 items, 2 items were not loaded on forementioned 6 factors because factor loading was below 0.3.

The LIM domain-containing proteins are dominantly found in plants and play a significant role in various biological processes such as gene transcription as well as actin cytoskeletal organization. Nevertheless, genome-wide identification as well as functional analysis of the LIM gene family have not yet been reported in the economically important plant sorghum (Sorghum bicolor L.). Therefore, we conducted an in silico identification and characterization of LIM genes in S. bicolor genome using integrated bioinformatics approaches. Based on phylogenetic tree analysis and conserved domain, we identified five LIM genes in S. bicolor (SbLIM) genome corresponding to Arabidopsis LIM (AtLIM) genes. The conserved domain, motif as well as gene structure analyses of the SbLIM gene family showed the similarity within the SbLIM and AtLIM members. The gene ontology (GO) enrichment study revealed that the candidate LIM genes are directly involved in cytoskeletal organization and various other important biological as well as molecular pathways. Some important families of regulating transcription factors such as ERF, MYB, WRKY, NAC, bZIP, C2H2, Dof, and G2-like were detected by analyzing their interaction network with identified SbLIM genes. The cis-acting regulatory elements related to predicted SbLIM genes were identified as responsive to light, hormones, stress, and other functions. The present study will provide valuable useful information about LIM genes in sorghum which would pave the way for the future study of functional pathways of candidate SbLIM genes as well as their regulatory factors in wet-lab experiments.

오늘날 조직의 활동이 복잡해지고 외부환경과의 상호작용이 활발해짐에 따라 조직유효성을 측정하기 위한 기준이 다양해졌고 특히 조직의 목표가 연속적이고 조직의 산출물이 유형적 물질이 아닌 외식산업에서의 조직유효성 측정이라는 난제는 조직연구분야에서 핵심논제가 되고 있는 가운데 급격한 기업 내ㆍ외부의 환경 변화로 인하여 기존의 단면적인 측면으로 평가되는 유효성 지표보다 조직 전반에 대한 거시적인 입장에서 평가될 수 있는 유효성 지표를 도출하기 위해서 조직전반의 운영 과정 및 성과가 모두 포함되는 종합적 품질경영을 선택하는 것이 바람직하다는 의견이 다수 제기되고 있다. The risk management case is an organization's formal arrangement to ensure the safety of its work activity within risk management system. It allows an organization to demonstrate its capability in achieving its safety objectives and in meeting regulatory requirements. This paper presents how the safety assessments are described, prepared and maintained to meet the criteria specified by the upcoming safety regulations. We propose the elements of risk management system that include arrangements for the ongoing identification of hazards, assessment of risks and the implementation of necessary control measures.

Hearing impairment children possess poor underlying perceptual knowledge of the sound system and show delayed development of segmental organization of that system. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between phonological awareness ability and word identification ability in hearing impaired children. 14 children with moderately severe hearing loss participated in this study. All tasks were individually administered. Phonological awareness tests consisted of syllable blending, syllable segmentation, syllable deletion, body-coda discrimination, phoneme blending, phoneme segmentation and phoneme deletion. Close-set Monosyllabic Words(12 items) and lists 1 and 2 of open-set Monosyllabic Words in EARS-K were examined for word identification. Results of this study were as follows: First, from the phonological awareness task, the close-set word identification showed a high positive correlation with the coda discrimination, phoneme blending and phoneme deletion. The open-set word identification showed a high positive correlation with phoneme blending, phoneme deletion and phoneme segmentation. Second, from the level of phonological awareness, the close-set word identification showed a high positive correlation with the level of body-coda awareness and phoneme awareness while the open-set word identification showed a high positive correlation only with the level of phoneme awareness.

This study is for the development of Cover Glass Grinding Processing System. This system is developed for manufacturing a mass product system grinding cover glasses with highly precise mechanism, and we improved resulted quality. In the development process, we developed a complete process technology through mechanical design, image processing technology, spindle control, mark identification algorithm etc. With this cover glass grinding development, we could developed process technology, image processing technology, organization mechanisms and control algorithms.
