Construction projects are fraught with risks from cost or other overruns to accidents along with other issues. This is true whether the relevant organization is an owner, general contractor, CM, specialty-trade contractor, or other entity. When cost issues or other issues confront arise, how should an organization proceed whether attempting to gain additional compensation in terms of cost/other damages or protecting the same against such claims if they do not appear to be warranted? Enter construction cost forensics. This presentation will focus on strategies/techniques with construction cost forensics in these areas in order to be successful. Covered techniques include those to develop and analyze claims including fundamental construction cost analysis techniques. When an unexpected event disrupts a construction project, using sound analytical methods to identify the cause and quantify the extent of the issue will be important for negotiating a fair result or for obtaining a successful outcome in arbitration or litigation. Key examples of uncovering issues via construction cost forensics will be covered in this presentation.

Latest modernism shows general idea of phenomenal space through nature of place motility and experience sinceded from standard form and it has general idea of space. therefore this study presents the tension and the relaxation as a method looking for spatal change and value that in spatial experience. For the analysis of work the Conference Pavillon of Tadoa Ando in the furniture company in Vitra Fire Station of Zaha Hidid is analyzed in spatial experence. As the result the result the systematic straight mixture that has a superrimotion with long retangle which the space acts independently and is shown in the drawing of absolutism is formed and collapses theregularity of construction form by decomposition annexation mixing collision and ambivalence. The spatial experiance in this unstable form changes the grade of rank of space by opposite phenomenon by the change of spatial flowing the disorted and vague space that is occurred by superrimotion which has no direction and change of lirht and place and consolidates dynamic strain makes possible to construct against the gravity. And it also creates experienced space thatis reaxed with maintenance of organization of unity harmony, and stsbility.

In this paper, we established a prediction model of fuel consumption at the aircraft's taxi operation. To look for countermeasures to reduce fuel consumption and carbon emissions, Airbus A380's actual ground taxi data was used. As a result, the number of stops or turnings during the taxi operation was not related to fuel consumption. It was confirmed that the amount of fuel consumption in the taxi operation was the taxi time and the thrust change. It can be confirmed that ground control optimization, which is the result of close cooperation between the control organization and the airline, is absolutely necessary to reduce taxi time and minimize the occurrence of thrust change events.

The objectives of this study were 1) to explore the change features of rural development policy system, and 2) to get some policy counter measures for construction of desirable rural development policy system. First, the change features of rural development policy system are 1) to expand the rural development organization of local government, 2) to strengthen the finance basis for rural development policy, 3) to attempt building the cooperation network between the various local groups. And the policy counter measures derived from this study are 1) to convert the rural development policy system to that of local leading system, 2) to expand the actual rural inhabitant participation in policy making & performance process, 3) to prepare the effective governance system in local level.

Purpose: This paper aimis to analyze the characteristics of ward plan of Korean hospital architecture constructed in each periods and identify the change since 1945. Methods: Literature review was conducted while ward plans for analysis were sellected. And then the important points of ward design were analyzed in each periods. Results: The important points of ward design - type of corridor in ward plan, number of beds per nursing unit, location of nurse station, organization of multi-bed rooms, location of patient toilet, number of day room, concentration and separation of elevator halls for patient and general- were analyzed and the characteristics of change were identified in each periods. Implications: This paper could be a basic data for arranging the history of hospital architecture in Korea.

소프트웨어 개발 초기에 모든 요구사항을 정의하는 것은 불가능하기 때문에 요구사항은 소프트웨어 개발이 진행되는 동안에 지속적으로 변경된다. 이러한 요구사항 변경은 개발자가 소프트웨어 구조나 행위를 완벽하게 이해하지 못하거나 변경에 따라 영향을 받는 모든 부분을 식별할 수 없을 경우 많은 오류를 야기 시킨다. 그러므로, 조직의 비즈니스에 공헌하면서 비용 효과적으로 적절히 처리되기 위하여 요구사항은 관리되고 평가되어야한다. 본 논문은 가치분석을 통하여 생성된 휘처 기반의 요구사항추적 링크를 근간으로 하는 요구사항변경 관리 기법을 제안한다. 이는 사용자 요구사항과 산출물간의 연결을 분석하기 위하여 휘처를 중간 매개체로 활용한 추적 링크를 이용한다. 그리고, 요구사항 변경 요청을 휘처 단위로 상세화하기 위한 변경 트리 모델을 정의하고 변경 관리가 수행되는 전체적인 프로세스를 제시한다. 또한, 요구사항 변경 관리 기법을 자산관리포탈시스템에 적용한 사례의 결과를 기술한다.

Background: Organizations in the pharmaceutical industry are highly dependent on the institutional environment. The introduction of pharmacoeconomics to the decision-making on the price and reimbursement decisions became strong constraints to pharmaceutical companies in Korea. As little is known about the issue on organization-environment interaction in the healthcare field, this study aimed to figure out how pharmaceutical companies adapted to the environmental changes. Methods: A multicase study method was used, selecting eight cases among multi-national pharmaceutical companies in South Korea. In-depth interviews were conducted with the managers of these organizations, and secondary data were reviewed to complement the interviews. Results: Pharmaceutical companies viewed the new policies as a big threat and sought for actions against them. One of the most distinguishing organizational changes was to construct a Market Access department. Other strategies managing the environment such as co-optation, forecasting, and bargaining were also implemented. These changes were consistent with the predictions of Resource Dependency Theory and Institutional Theory. Conclusions: The interactions between pharmaceutical companies and institutional environments in healthcare were first explored. This study presents a new perspective on how organizations change and the motives for the changes. The findings of this case study will form the basis of further empirical studies.

본 연구는 고객에게 다양한 서비스를 제공해야하는 접점직원의 민첩성을 제고하기 위해 필요한 IT 기술 즉, 행동유도시스템의 촉진요인과 결과요인을 확인하고자 한다. 이를 위해 변화준비성, 행동유도시스템, 민첩성 및 성과의 개념을 정립하고 또한 이들 간의 관계를 이론적 및 실증적으로 검증하여 서비스기업에서 IT 기술을 이용한 경쟁력 강화에 필요한 전략적 시사점을 도출하였다. 행동 유도시스템을 사용하는 접점직원 419명을 대상으로 Amos 23.0을 사용하여 분석한 결과 첫째, 변화준비성의 기술, 조직, 환경요인은 행동유도시스템에 모두 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 행동유도시스템은 민첩성과 성과에 모두 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 민첩성은 성과에 유의한 성과를 주는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 업무불확실성은 행동유도시스템과 민첩성의 관계를 조절하는 것으로 밝혀졌지만, 행동유도시스템과 성과와의 관계는 조절하지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과의 이유와 시사점을 제시하였다.

Purpose The purpose of this study is to improve the efficiency of the activities of loosely connected network organization through the platform(Ba) of knowledge sharing. Loosely connected network organizations have been tried to promote new work and complement the scarce resources through collaborations. NPO(Non-Profit Organization) is essential to establish cooperation networks in order to achieve the public interest on the basis of scarce resources. This study interpreted the Ba on the 'Change-On' program and analyzed the social networks of regional organizations through the activation of the Ba. The 'Change-On' program is conducted for several years to promote the efficiency of the NPO network by Daum Generation Foundation. Design/methodology/approach This study made a design to organize the Ba concept of Nonaka & Konno and presented a case of the Ba activated based on the NPO network of regional order. According to the social network analysis of regional cooperation within the network of participating organizations was extended, it was found that the principal plays a significant role as a central hub made. Findings According to the empirical analysis, this study illustrated that various types of network were formed among NPOs based on the 'Change-On'. Furthermore, the networks surrounding NPOs are extended to the other people connected to them. This means that the network of NPOs had been diversified via the facilitation of the Ba. This study throws new highlights on the new role for the Ba as a network promoter in addition to the partner as a technology-provider in the NPO ecosystem. Moreover, the network analysis between before-and-after can be used for the evaluation of the effectiveness of the various Ba programs.

2020년 1월 30일, 세계보건기구(World Health Organization)는 COVID-19의 확산이 "국제보건규정(International Health Regulations)" 제1조에 규정된 "국제적 공중보건 비상사태(Public Health Emergency of International Concern)"의 기준을 충족한다고 선언하고, 팬데믹 퇴치를 위한 다양한 예비 권고를 제안하였다. 이후 3월부터 팬데믹이 본격화되면서 (일부 국가에서는 마스크 착용이 법으로 금지되었음에도 불구하고) 갑자기 공공장소에서 마스크를 쓰라는 지시가 내려졌다. 경제·사회 환경이 예상치 못한 방향으로 바뀌면서 법조계에서도 화상심리 도입 등 조금씩 변화의 바람이 불기 시작했다. 아마도 COVID-19 이후에는 이전의 일상과는 매우 다른 모습으로 변화될 가능성이 크다. COVID-19가 국제중재 진행방식에도 영향을 미치고 있는바 관건은 이러한 영향이 몇 년 동안만 지속되는 일시적인 문제로 그칠 것인지, 아니면 COVID-19의 확산이 국제중재 진행방식의 전환점이 될 것인지가 의문이다. 이러한 이해를 바탕으로 본 연구는 COVID-19가 국제중재에 미치는 영향 및 효과를 고찰하고, 향후 전망을 제시한다.
