  • This paper describes the method of establishing efficient system for the control of quality records. To establish the best control system of quality records, the organization must not only understand ISO Code requirements for quality record complectly but also identify the documents to be controlled as a quality records correctly. In addition, when establishing the system, the organization must absolutely consider the fact that quality records shall be maintained to demonstrate conformance to specified requirements and the effective operation of the quality system. This will provide the guidance which need to establish the system for quality control to the organization which produces documents in accordance with ISO Code requirements.

  • Running tests on roads were conducted to clarify the influences of road infrastructure, traffic condition and vehicle's emission level to the amount of emission at local roadsides, and to reveal the operation patterns which can reduce the emission peaks. NOx emission peaks of two light duty freight diesel vehicles which have different emission levels were evaluated by using an on-board measurement system. Tests were carried out with various payload conditions and road conditions. As a result many NOx emission peaks were observed when the vehicles were starting or accelerating at intersections. The test vehicle which has higher emission level caused higher frequency and level of NOx emission peaks. Shifting up at lower engine speed in combination with lower acceleration brought out not only reduction of NOx emission peaks level but also of $CO_2$ mass emission.

조선총독부 공문서 분류체계의 복원 (An Essay for Reconstruction on the Classification System of Government-General of Chosun)

  • This article provides the base in relation to the classification system of public records of Japan and Tiwan which the original order of the classification system of public records of Government-General of Chosun is reconstructed and the efficient classification system is prepared. The classification system of public records at the period of Meiji(明治) in Japan was classified two forms, one is function-based classification, the other is organization-based classification. Each ministry(省) was fundamentally based In function-based classification and organization-based classification, adopted them in changed forms as its condition and situation had been changed. Government-General of Tiwan adopted Japan's archival management system and put its classification system and life schedule In operation. The classification system of Government-General of Tiwan adopted function-based classification of the ministry of foreign affairs in Japan, changed its forms as the organization and business activity were transformed. As a result of arrangement and analysis of examples for the classification of public records of Government-General of Chosun from 1910' to the middle area of 1930', the classification of public records of Government-General of Chosun was constructed on level order; 'organization of ministry(部) or department(局)--business activity of ministry or department--low function of business activity of ministry or department'. But this classification system had two sides, flexible and unstable in that the classification system had exeptional parts and the breadth of items was changed greatly. The classification system of Government-General of Chosun, which had adopted organization-based classification of the ministry of home affairs in Japan, result in expanding the breadth of items and causing great change of items for the organization and business activity were vast and its change was very great.

한국의 대학도서관 팀제의 문제점과 개선방안 (The Problems and Solutions of the Team System of University Libraries in Korea)

  • 본 연구는 최근 우리나라 대학도서관 팀제 조직의 특성을 살펴보고 문제점과 개선방안의 제시를 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 현재 팀제를 도입하여 실시하고 있는 대학도서관의 직원을 대상으로 팀제 도입과정, 팀원의 재량권, 팀장의 리더십, 팀의 자유로운 의사소통과 도서관장의 의지에 대해 고찰해 보았다. 연구결과, 대학도서관 직원들은 팀제에 대해 비교적 부정적인 시각을 가지고 있었으며, 대학도서관은 팀제 도입과정에 있어 직원들에게 충분한 교육과 지원을 제공하지 않았음을 알 수 있었다.

병원 종합 물류시스템 운영에 대한 관련직원들의 인식 (A Study of the Employee's Attitude Toward Operation of the Hospital Material Requirements Planning System(HMRPS) in University Hospitals)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify influencing factors for successful introduction, implementation and management of HMRPS through assessment of the employees attitude toward HMRPS in technical, administrative, and organization behavioral areas. Data were collected from 157 HMRPS employee members' self-reporting questionnaire in three university hospitals in the city of Seoul and Kyonggi Province from November 5 to November 10, 1997. Relevant literature on industry company MPR system theory was reviewed to develop the theoretical framework. The results were as follows: The employee's recognition of tangible benefit were more significantly influenced success than intangible benefit for successful operation relating the HMRPS. Concerning the employee's recognition of the successful HMRPS and the factor of influenced success was significantly positive correlation between tangible and intangible benefits and success factor in technical, administrative, and organizational behavior area. This study showed that major factor affecting the employee's recognition of tangible and intangible benefit for successful HMRPS. For tangible benefits; Success factors in the technical areas were quality of the data and information, efficiency of inventory management and rescheduling of operation plan. Success factors in the administrative areas were: role of top management. Success factors in the organization behavioral areas were; simplicity of the HMRPS, human resistance to change. For intangible benefits; Success factors in the organization behavioral areas were; user involvement, simplicity of HMRPS, human resistance to change. Futhermore as the exact evaluation of successful factors of HMRPS implement is needed, research for the development of systemic variables of physical distribution system control, methods, capacity of system, duration and other environment in many of 30 hospitals or more, and for the empirical study for HMRPS.

  • Korea Water Resources Corporation (KOWACO), the only organization specialized in water resources management in Korea, is planning to establish a centralized control system for a related operation. in the central control room, of decision making as to water management and electric power generation. This plan is intended to convert the existing on-site operation system in each multi-purpose dam across the nation into a central operation system in the Corporations head office, for which Generation Integrated Operating System (GIOS) will be established control center in the Corporations head office and modernized nine (9) power stations. substations (RDAC). This article discusses realization of GTOS, especially real-time operation of hydropower plants and a specific architectural features for system communication.

  • 증거기반훈련(EBT)은 고속화되고 대형화되는 항공운송시장의 안전 운항을 위해, 실제 항공기 사고, 준사고, 운항, 훈련 데이터(Evidence)를 기반으로 조종사의 역량(Competency) 및 자신감(Confidence)을 향상하고 문제해결을 위한 회복력(Resilience)을 강화하는 훈련·평가 프로그램이다. 이러한 증거기반훈련(EBT)을 전문교육기관의 교육 체계에 적용하고 문제점을 개선하기 위해, 현재의 평가 기준에서 EBT의 핵심역량을 적용한 평가 기준으로의 개선과 실기시험관 및 교관 표준화를 위한 제도 개선, 모의비행훈련장치의 활용이라는 3가지 개선방안을 제시하였다.

  • 위성의 임무운영팀 조직은 운영되는 위성의 개수,탑재체 운영지원의 여부,임무운영센터 내에서의 안테나 운영 여부, 지상시스템 자동화 정도 및 임무운영에 대한 기술지원 기능 여부에 따라서 다양한 구성이 존재할 수 있다. 위성운영 업무를 담당하는 운영조직의 구성이나 기능은 임무운영의 복잡도에 따라 약간씩 차이가 있으나 대부분의 위성운영센터는 단일 또는 복합 임무운영 지원을 위해 유사한 조직 구성을 갖는다. 항우연 임무운영센터는 아리랑위성1호 발사(1999년 12월 21일)이후 임무운영팀의 업무를 시작한 이래, 아리랑 위성 2호, 아리랑위성 3호와 5호 및 통신해양기상위성에 대한 다중임무운영의 개념으로 진화하고 있다. 본 동향에서는 본격적인 다중임무운영에 앞서 체계적인 임무운영센터의 조직을 구성하고자 해외 선진 임무운영 개념에 대한 권고사항과 실제 적용되고 있는 사례를 살펴본 후, 항우연 임무운영센터의 현재 현황과 비교분석함으로써 조직 운영의 적합성과 향후 발전방향에 대해서 살펴보고자 한다.

  • Recently, researches on IT Service Management (ITSM) for improving information system operation service and information system outsourcing cost estimation model are proliferating. This study suggests a new cost model of IT operation service and optimizing method based upon the characteristics of operation service as a long-term and continuous business service for both user's and service provider's point of view. This study explains the cost optimization model of IT operation service by improving service request management process, such as adequate reception and control, proper valuation, process management using project management methodology, effective organization and time management of service personnel. Especially in this study, service ability improvement effect and fixed operation cost reduction effect are defined to prove the proposed new cost model.
