Currently, the approved training organization (ATO) is being used worldwide to supply excellent pilots in the aviation industry. This system, which is used worldwide, has been transformed and utilized according to each country. In this study, the operation method and educational environment of specialized pilot training institutions in Korea were examined in detail, and the differences were compared by comparing the operation methods and flight education environments of international standards, the United States, Europe, Canada, and neighboring countries such as Japan, China, and Singapore to derive differences from the system of specialized educational institutions in Korea. Based on these comparative data, through a survey of workers in the relevant work, satisfaction with the number of department classes set by the domestic aviation safety law specialized educational institution designation standards differed greatly depending on the characteristics of the survey subjects, and the importance differed depending on the department's class subjects.

The purpose of this study is to confirm whether the IT activity and organizational strategy makes a significant influence on the system performance. IT activity is defined as a system development, system operation and system management. Cost leadership and Differentiation were used as a strategic type Field research was employed to empirically investigate the relationship among the var iables. The finding of the study can be summarized as follows. IT activity and strategic type are not enough to explain the system performance.

To verify the suitability of the Railroad safety requirements analysis, the actions of the function which it follows in a given operation condition are composed of the rule model or the state model. And it test must be possible. The subject of condition transfer in compliance with the transfer condition which is an event of system it will be able to accomplish the operation of system. However, tasks allocated to the actor are the duty which is added in organization. This time, the start of duty task is started in compliance with an external or internal condition. If there are 9 tasks which have one objective, the relationship among the previous and the current internal tasks and next tasks which will given is able to show in logical model. Thus when planning an organization, the integral part of class must include Task, Role and Position. And this time we make a series of outputs of examination of organizing model and examples to meet the capable skill.

In recent years, many computer systems that are used for patient diagnostic and treatment purpose s are being introduced within hospitals. Therefore, being in a position to manage the hospital entirely, efforts to integrate their own unique system into one have started. A system values humans and creates the surrounding atmosphere into one which maximizes the abilities of individuals. For this, a scientific integration management operation system is required. The type of system that is demanded due to this requirement is an ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) system. Lately, even the hospital industry is beginning to show interest in efficient administrative methods. To deliver more predominant medical services, hospitals are trying to introduce scientific administrative methods, whose superiority were proven in enterprises, to the operation system of the hospital organization. ERP values humans over systems, and within a superior system, emphasizes the efficiency of the organization. This sort of process does not just evaluate and manage the working abilities of individuals, but provides an advanced working environment that increases the abilities of members within the organization by fold. Therefore, this research estimates through questionnaires and introductive cases how the introduction of ERP may change the work of customers within hospitals such as the radiologic technology department, and how it may also change the environment of medical services, thus striving to create a radiologic technology department that will not fall behind the times.

As the current fire investigation system in Korea has been performed mainly by the public sector such as fire service, police, etc., private fire investigation system such as 'private fire investigator system' to protect rights and interests of the sufferers from the fire accidents due to defective products showed very deficient. In addition, since the laws and regulations concerned about fire investigation are distributed into and applied for each organization, a lot of problems have been generated such as civil appeals due to duplicated investigations among similar organizations, excess reaction to exclude other organization from the fire investigation field, inefficient waste of administration force due to duplicated operation of fire investigation organization and manpower, etc. This study has surveyed generation operation conditions and problems of the fire investigation system in Korea and drawn its improvement method on the public and private sectors.

In EMS(environmental management system), environmental documents are very important elements to achieve ISO 14000 series certification. A organization or company which hope to acquire the certification must prescribe daily operation procedure and document them properly. Also these documents must be updated in new version. Especially, environment manual, describing EMS factors and correlation between them, is a basic document system. Therefore, a proper manual management tool help a organization or company to reduce the efforts to establish and to revise documents. So, in this paper we will present environment manual management system using database and a, pp.ication computer program.

In last few decades Food and Beverage industry has being treated as an important sector in modern industrial society due to more disposable income and the changes of social, and cultural life style in Korea. Especially the kitchen takes part in an important role in F&B industry and it's study should be done in various aspects. therefore, this study is focussed on the efficient organization and operation of the kitchen. Organization means act of organizing or condition of being organized or organized system. In this study, organization is being examined on the background of the organization theory from the industrial revolutionary period untill present. And the Korean cooking history which takes part of kitchen organization has been analyzed and compared with that of the Western. The improved kitchen organization was presented through all the above in this study. And all the efforts toward the development in kitchen organization to be tried under the close relationship with the technological, ,kitchen functional, managerial and concerned subsidiary systematic situations. We can try to improve the creativeness and progress for organization through all these challenges.

In recent years, due to the demand for operating efficiency and cost reduction of industrial facilities, remote access via the Internet is expanding. the control network accelerates from network separation to network connection due to the development of IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things) technology. Transition of control network is a new opportunity, but concerns about cybersecurity are also growing. Therefore, manufacturers must reflect security compliance and standards in consideration of the Internet connection environment, and enterprises must newly recognize the connection area of the control network as a security management target. In this study, the core target of the control system security threat is defined as the network boundary, and issues regarding the security architecture configuration for the boundary and the role & responsibility of the working organization are covered. Enterprises do not integrate the design organization with the operation organization after go-live, and are not consistently reflecting security considerations from design to operation. At this point, the expansion of the control network is a big transition that calls for the establishment of a responsible organization and reinforcement of the role of the network boundary area where there is a concern about lack of management. Thus, through the organization of the facility network and the analysis of the roles between each organization, an static perspective and difference in perception were derived. In addition, standards and guidelines required for reinforcing network boundary security were studied to address essential operational standards that required the Internet connection of the control network. This study will help establish a network boundary management system that should be considered at the enterprise level in the future.

The computerization works and environment have been changed from simple transaction and data process request to system connection request, from data computerization to application work automation and process computerization through IT development and Internet spread. Recently, BPM(Business Process Management) concept has been widely propagated. It is expanding interest of business subject. Korea Railroad is operating train operation management system through 5 regional headquarters and organizations under the influence of each regional headquarter. But integrated operation and management of communication each department, work flow management and resources of depot equipment and materials have to need a lot of effort and time in huge organization as Korea Railroad. Therefore, this article realized Web Based BPM Group Ware. This article will define Korea Railroad organization and business process in using this Group Ware. And it will introduce Korea Railroad computer manage system of this Group Ware and efficient Korea Railroad Business Process through modeling and operating department work and resources management in Korea Railroad.

This study aims to examine the relationship between total quality management(TQM) practices and operational performance perceived by employees who are in different functional organization types, R&D function and Non-R&D function organization in manufacturing companies. Operational performance is defined as the degree of operation efficiency in the perspective of quality, delivery, and cost. Our study showed that the significant elements of TQM practice were different depending on functional organization types. In case of R&D organization, the categories of customer focus and process management were the strongest significant predictors of operational performance. Therefore, the optimal TQM practices for R&D organization can be obtained in consideration of customer focus and process management.
