  • Learning Organization is a learning based community to make the most important value in the era of Knowledge Economy, Creation. That's why people share, facilitate personal, individual's knowledge & experience systems each other and make good thoughts & ideas in the organization. This study measures the building practices having conducted the F team in Samsung electronics using DLOQ that indicates the activate degree of Learning Organization and the quantitative degrees of Learning Organization through comparing the cross-evaluation between the already measured companies in addition to analyzing the F team's success factors. Learning Organization requires sustainable and continuous activity, nor completes by changing many factors with human resources. The study will have the achievement if we measure the successful activity through global companies built a Learning Organization and facilitate the improvement activity sustainably.

  • The object of this paper is established for a paradigm for the organization. Although concerns on management get increased in these days, there is no general and systematic framework for a unified sector. Therefore this study proposes the new general and systematic framework for managing in organization, through applying Service-Engineering model. The new framework of this study provides the general sector of organization model, the method of analyzing BSC and RMS, and system model for Risk Management. Furthermore, this study suggests the practical ways of developing a paradigm.

지식확산에 의한 감염병 실험실의 자율적 생물안전관리 학습조직 설계 및 실행 (Design and Implementation of a Learning Organization for Autonomous Biosafety Management of Infectious Disease Laboratories by Knowledge Translation)

  • Objectives: A learning organization was designed and implemented on the basis of the selection criteria and essential elements of knowledge translation theory. Methods: The learning organization was designed on the basis of biosafety harmonization criteria and risk management strategy and was implemented as the learning organization for biosafety management by the National Institute of Health, Korea Centers for Disease Control & Prevention. The effect of knowledge translation in the research institutions by evidence-based policy was verified. Results: The result of applying the knowledge translation theory involving all stakeholders showed a positive reaction in establishing and implementing biosafety management strategy and embodied risk assessment criteria and evoked sympathy with the necessity of learning and using of expert knowledge about risk assessment and risk management. All stakeholders initiated voluntarily action toward new human-network construction and communication between similar organizations. The learning organization's capability expanded the base of knowledge translation. Conclusion: These results showed that a learning organization could enhance the autonomous safety management system by diffusion of knowledge translation.

  • This study was to define the possibilities for the community resource development. Focused on the community organization this study analized 3 cases of the community organization. Based on the theoretical concepts and the analized case studies this study concluded some scheme as follows : 1. For the effective community organization the Healthy Families Center has to give emphasis on the establishment of the concrete objects, the system of communication and decision-making. 2. The professionals of the Healthy Families Center have to possess the knowlegement of the organization management. And this point porposed the necessities for enlargement of family resource management.

  • Yet objective of this paper to spell out in detail the relationship between factors design techniques of data analysis and the design of simulation model of the management organization. Yet an organization is more than a collection of individuals. It is something more than the sum of its Parts: it exists as an entity with its own definable objectives. The management process comprise those activities or functions that managers must perform to effectively carry out this asizned role. However, now that O.R. and system approach has been generalized and the assembly system of hard ware or soft ware through computerization is being improved, the systematization of scientific organization is urgently needed.   • This study aims to examine the relationship between total quality management(TQM) practices and operational performance perceived by employees who are in different functional organization types, R&D function and Non-R&D function organization in manufacturing companies. Operational performance is defined as the degree of operation efficiency in the perspective of quality, delivery, and cost. Our study showed that the significant elements of TQM practice were different depending on functional organization types. In case of R&D organization, the categories of customer focus and process management were the strongest significant predictors of operational performance. Therefore, the optimal TQM practices for R&D organization can be obtained in consideration of customer focus and process management.

  • The purpose of this study is to present the problem of the introduction and management and the method of activation of the team organization in college administrative systems through the theoretical study about the team systems and the actual proof study already introduced and operated in colleges and enterprises. The scopes of the subject of theoretical study are the concept of team systems, the type of systems, the strategy of introduction and management, the problem of management and the tactics of activation. The scopes of the theoretical study are the field of systematic structure and that of introduction and management. In order to activate the team organization of college administrative systems, we must study three points such as empowerment, construction of learning team and the method of personal management. For the sake of conducting the team organization efficiently, we must consider four fields. They are as follows: First, considering the continual efforts for reorganization is the most important precondition. Second, the device of supplement related with introduction of systems such as evaluation of merits, promotion and budget must be prepared as soon as possible. Third, in order to introduce the systems, the improvement of systems is needed. Fourth, it must be accompanied by redesigning the whole business process. Especially, in the introduction of team organization, it is important above all to introduce suitable constitution or situation of business. And making a constant effort and preparation for solving problems is essential to successful management of team organization.

  • This study attempted to examine what effect knowledge management factors have on cooperative organizational culture regarding knowledge sharing depending on workplace types and occupations in order to seek for solution to increase efficiency and effects of knowledge management in the hospital organization. Key findings are as follows: For members of the hospital organization, the higher their recognition was in relation to 'concern and support of chief executive officer for knowledge management', and 'problem solution by specialists or superior in the organization and acquisition on the task knowledge', the more they worked as factors exerting positive effects on 'cooperative organizational culture regarding knowledge sharing'. And influence factors were different depending on workplace types and occupation.

  • The main purpose of this study is to answer a question that how a company can be a learning organization producing useful knowledge by applying neuro-cybernetics approach. This approach borrows its working principles from the human body systems. The current study urges that the principles can be applied to build a learning organization. System 1 to 5, the core parts of neuro-cybernetics, are explained. And it is explored that how these systems can be designed for a company to be a learning organization. Limitations of the current study are discussed at the end of the paper.

  • 국내카지노산업은 60년대부터 국내경제의 고도성장과 더불어 양적, 질적으로 폭발적인 성장을 보이고 있지만 카지노산업의 특성을 반영하여 위기관리전략을 수립할 수 있는 가이드라인을 제시하는 연구는 현재까지 거의 진행되지 않았다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 위기관리에 대한 국 내외 학자들의 이론과 선행연구를 분석하여 학자들이 제시하고 있는 위기의 개념과 분류기준을 통해서 카지노기업의 특성에 적합한 안전관리 위기유형을 도출하고 위기관리요인을 환경적, 인력적, 시설적 차원으로 분류하였으며 식별된 세부 위기관리요인 들이 안전관리조직의 조직분위기와 업무성과에 미치는 영향관계를 분석하였다. SPSS 18.0을 활용한 인구통계학적 분석과 PLS 3.0을 이용한 경로모형분석으로 위기관리 요인이 매개변수인 조직분위기를 통해 안전관리조직 업무성과에 영향을 미치는 관계를 규명하는 탐색적 연구를 진행함으로써 카지노기업의 특성을 반영한 위기관리전략을 수립할 때 우선순위를 고려할 수 있는 이론적 근거를 제시하였다. 또한 카지노기업의 특성에 적합한 위기요인식별, 위기관리요인과 안전관리조직 업무성과 사이의 관계 규명 등을 통해 이론적 시사점과, 안전관리실무에 적용함으로써 얻을 수 있는 실무적 시사점을 제시하였다.
