  • The main purpose of the study is to analyze the features of the influence of Agile management on the competence of the personnel of the socio-economic system in the digital economy. The research methodology implies the use of modern methods of analysis. Improving the business processes of an organization is associated with improving activities, the formation of effective management systems and processes, especially the organization's policy in the field of quality, rational use of resources, increasing the responsibility of management, social responsibility of the organization, etc. The modern knowledge economy places high demands on the effectiveness of behavioral models of employees of the organization. The role of the human factor in the production system is becoming more and more obvious. Therefore, it is important to study the competence of the personnel of any socio-economic system. Based on the results of the study, the key features of the influence of Agile management on the competence of the personnel of the socio-economic system in the digital economy were identified.

윤리적 리더십이 조직유효성에 미치는 영향: 윤리의식의 매개효과 (The Effect of Ethical Leadership on Organizational Effectiveness: Intermediation Effect of Ethical Consciousness)

  • 윤리적인 경영을 행하는 주체가 되는 CEO를 포함한 상사의 윤리적 리더십에 따라서 조직유효성에 영향을 미친다. 본 연구는 윤리적 리더십을 연구의 주제로, 윤리적 리더십의 개념을 기업 또는 조직의 구성원인 부하조직원이 직무를 수행하는 과정에서 상사에 대해 지각하는 윤리적 리더십으로 설정하였다. 본 연구에서는 윤리적 리더십이 조직시민행동과 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, 윤리적 리더십이 부하조직원의 윤리의식에 미치는 영향을 분석하였으며, 윤리적 리더십과 조직시민행동, 직무만족과의 관계에서 윤리의식의 매개효과를 분석하였다. 본 연구의 대상은 2020년 3월 7일 부터 5월 10일 까지 경기지역 중소기업 근로자 300명에 대해 설문조사를 실시하여 282명의 자료를 실증분석 자료로 이용하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 24.0, AMOS24.0 통계분석 프로그램을 이용하였다. 연구를 통하여 살펴본 결과, 윤리적 리더십은 조직시민행동과 직무만족과, 윤리의식에 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있으며, 윤리의식과 같은 조직의 특성변수는 개인이 조직을 어떻게 인지하느냐에 따라 조직시민행동과 직무만족에 영향을 있음을 알 수 있었다. 윤리적 리더십은 조직시민행동과 직무만족에 영향을 주고 있으며, 이러한 결과는 조직시민행동과 직무만족도를 높이기 위해서는 윤리적 리더십을 강화하는 방법의 윤리경영 실천이 절대적으로 필요하므로 조직과의 일체감을 느낄 수 있도록 하는 다양한 프로그램을 개발하여 시행하는 것이 필요하다.

Effectiveness of the neutron-shield nanocomposites for a dual-purpose cask of Bushehr's Water-Water Energetic Reactor (VVER) 1000 nuclear-power-plant spent fuels

  • In order to perform dry interim storage and transportation of the spent-fuel assemblies of the Bushehr Nuclear Power Plant, dual-purpose casks can be utilized. The effectiveness of different neutron-shield materials for the dual-purpose cask was analyzed through a set of calculations carried out using the Monte Carlo N-Particle (MCNP) code. The dose rate for the dual-purpose cask utilizing the recently developed materials of $epoxy/clay/B_4C$ and $epoxy/clay/B_4C/carbon$ fiber was less than the allowable radiation level of 2 mSv/h at any point and 0.1 mSv/h at 2 m from the external surface of the cask. By utilization of $epoxy/clay/B_4C$ instead of an ethylene glycol/water mixture, the dose rates on the side surface of the cask due to neutron sources and consequent secondary gamma rays will be reduced by 17.5% and 10%, respectively. The overall dose rate in this case will be reduced by 11%.

  • This study is to guide to estimate service quality on ITSM operation based on ITIL(IT Infrastructure Library). ITIL v2 and v3 provide how to integrate framework of IT service and business process. It is widely used as ITSM operation base. As a latest IT trend, ITSM covers Hardware, Software, SaaS, Network, Call center, Helpdesk, ASP portal and IT operation. Servicedesk is selected as target area where valid sampling is addressable and service change is rapid. Traditional Helpdesk was focusing on technical support to solve internal IT issues passively. But it was evolved into Service Desk which focus in process and provide integrated service from customer's business view point preventively and proactively. Accordingly outsourcing types business are normally performed by group of professional capability. Service quality is measured under the SLA(Service Level Agreement). This study utilized SERVQUAL model as service quality measuring tool developed by Parasuraman, Zeitaml and Berry to find critical factors to satisfy customer. And test was processed regarding effectiveness of IT organization and customer view point thru sampling. Though valid parameters can be changed by ITSM areas under the SERVQUAL models, they naturally can be accepted as a index of service quality measurement after sampling test with acceptable significance. And I recommend to follow this study as a preparation before official SLA.

지역사회 보건사업을 위한 보건교육 (Health Education for Improving the Effectiveness of Community Health Programmes)

  • Health education is the first of the nine essential services of primary health care which has been advocated as a key in achieving “Health for All” by World Health Organization and its Member States since 1978. The purpose of this paper is to assist community health workers to improve the effectiveness of community health programmes through understanding key issues related to health education, and applying the recommended skills to conducting their health education programmes in the community. Chapter 1 shows the relationship between health and behavior, and the importance of understanding several key factors for people's health behavior in designing and implementing health education programmes in the specific community, and discusses ways to facilitate people's health behavior changes. Chapter 2 deals with conducting face-to-face health education with emphasis on counselling skills, and chapter 3 touches with health education for informal group, in particular at the hospital setting. Chapter 4 introduces how to create a supportive verbal communication climate, and proposes applying these skills to health education so as to improve the effectiveness of health education.

임파워링 리더십이 개인효과성에 미치는 영향: 개인의 리더수용의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Effects of Empowering Leadership on the Individual Effectiveness: Mediating Effects of Individual Leader Acceptance)

  • 현대 조직에서 환경변화가 빠르고 조직구성원들의 다양성이 높아지면서 개인에게 더 많은 권한과 자율성을 부여하는 임파워링 리더십에 대해 관심이 높아지고 있는데 본 연구에서는 임파워링 리더십의 효과성이 발휘되는 과정을 조직 구성원들의 리더수용을 중심으로 검증해 보았다. 이를 위하여 기업체에 근무하는 재직자들을 대상으로 총 293부의 설문을 수집하여 임파워링 리더십과 개인효과성(개인혁신행동, 개인성과) 간의 관계에 있어 개인의 리더수용의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 본 연구의 가설검증결과 첫째, 임파워링 리더십은 개인혁신행동에 유의한 영향을 미쳤고 둘째, 임파워링 리더십은 개인성과에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 임파워링 리더십과 개인혁신행동 간의 관계에서 개인의 리더수용은 완전매개를 하는 것으로 나타났고 넷째, 임파워링 리더십과 개인성과 간의 관계에서 개인의 리더수용은 완전매개를 하였다. 본 연구는 임파워링 리더십이 효과성을 발휘하기 위해선 조직 구성원들이 리더를 인정하고 자발적으로 받아들이는 리더수용이 중요하며 임파워링 리더십이 더욱 효과적이기 위해선 조직 구성원 개개인들의 성숙도와 가치관 등을 고려하여 리더가 임파워링 행동을 실시함이 필요하다는 점을 제시하고 있다.

Increasing Teamwork, Organizational Commitment and Effectiveness through the Implementation of Collaborative Resolution

  • This study seeks to examine empirically the effect of leadership style on organizational commitment and organizational effectiveness. The data are from all departments of the undergraduate program at the State University in Central Java, Indonesia. The study comprises all divisions of the undergraduate program, which amounted to 207 people. The method for sampling is based on simple random sampling. Structural equation modeling (SEM) is applied in order to analyze the data. The results show that integrative adaptive leadership style has a positive effect on teamwork and affective commitment. Therefore, in order to improve teamwork, the organization should be assisted in completing the introduction of collaborative conflict resolution. Moreover, affective commitment positively affects organizational effectiveness. Thus, it can be said that efforts to improve the organizational effectiveness, should be supported by affective commitment. The study further revealed that integrative adaptive leadership style has a positive effect on teamwork. This means better execution of integrative adaptive leadership, higher level of coordination and vice versa. Each member has different responsibilities and duties, and it can be done or resolved in different ways. If the leader can accommodate the creativity of the faculty and staff, a solid team can be formed.

융합보안 강화를 위한 정보보안 정책 효과성 측정도구 개발 (Development of Measures of Information Security Policy Effectiveness To Maximize the Convergence Security)

  • 정보보안 정책은 산업융합의 흐름에 맞추어 융합보안시대가 가속화되어가고 있는 요즈음 조직의 보안을 실현하고 지속하는데 필요한 가장 중요한 도구 중 하나이다. 하지만, 지금까지도 정보보안 정책의 효과성을 측정하는 연구는 많이 부재한 실정이다. 본 연구의 목적은 정보보안 정책의 효과성을 측정할 수 있는 측정지표를 개발하는 것이다. 이를 위해 데이터 품질, 정보 품질에 관한 문헌을 기반으로 품질의 기반 요인들을 살펴보았다. 문헌 검토결과 내용 관점에서 정확성, 완전성, 해석의 용이성, 관련성 등을 그리고 형식 관점에서 이해의 용이성, 표현의 간결성, 그리고 적정성 등이 정보보안 정책의 품질을 측정하기 위해 중요한 구성요소라 판단된다.

총체적 품질경영프로그램의 효과에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 실증연구 (An Empirical Study on the Key Factors Affecting the Effectiveness of Total Quality Management Programs)

  • Over the last few years Total Quality Management (TQM) programs have hem widely adapted by Korean manufacturing firms to improve their productivity, competitive edge and product quality levels. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the level of importance placed on four key TQM factors (customer satisfaction, strong management leadership, continuous improvement, imployee involvement and participation) used during the implementation of korean manufacturing TQM programs and to assess the effectiveness of those key factors in improving the performance of the firms. A Questionaire was developed and sent to senior managers in manufacturing organizations throughout korea. This survey asked qustions regarding 1) the firm's business environment and TQM program development 2) subcomponents of the key factors and 3) the effectiveness of the TQM program at improving the performance of the organization. The survey data were analyzed to determine the degree of correlation between each of the factors and the effectiveness of the TQM programs. This study demonstrated that the TQM programs were instrumental at improving the performance of the firms studied, and that the improvement was positively correlated with the length of time that the program had been implemented and the planned duration of the TQM program implementation. It was found that the person-oriented elements of management leadership and employee involvement were positively correlated and predictive of the success of the TQM Program, while the process-oriented components of customer satisfaction and employee involvement were not useful predictors of the effectiveness of the TQM program implementation.
