정신장애인의 정신질환 증상 대처 경험에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Coping Experience of Mental Disorder Symptoms)

  • 본 연구는 정신건강서비스 패러다임을 의료적 모델에서 인권적 모델로 전환하기 위한 경험적 근거기반을 마련하고자 당사자의 관점에서 정신장애 증상에 대한 개인적 대처와 통찰경험을 탐색하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 정신장애인 당사자 8명을 대상으로 심층인터뷰를 진행하였고 근거이론 방법을 활용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 132개의 개념, 23개의 하위범주, 그리고 11개의 상위범주로 유목화할 수 있었다. 연구 결과 정신장애인들은 증상에 대한 깊은 통찰을 통해 증상에 대한 자신만의 관점을 갖게 되는 한편 증상에 대한 대처방법을 찾고자 노력하고 발견함으로써 증상과 함께, 증상을 관리하며 일상생활을 영위하고 있었다. 따라서 우리 사회에 맞는 정신장애인에 대한 대안적 모델을 개발함에 있어 정신장애인 스스로 통찰의 기회를 통해 자신만의 대처방안을 찾도록 여건을 마련하는 것이 필요할 것이다.

제올라이트 메소라이트의 수압 하 탄성특성 (Elastic Behavior of Zeolite Mesolite under Hydrostatic Pressure)

  • 제올라이트 메소라이트($Na_{5.33}Ca_{5.33}Al_{16}Si_{24}O_{80}{\cdot}21.33H_2O$)에 대한 고압에서의 회절자료가 200 마이크론 크기로 단색화 된 방사광가속기 X-선원과 다이아몬드 앤빌셀을 사용하여 5 GPa까지 측정되었다. 물과 알코올을 사용한 수압 하에서 메소라이트의 초기 탄성 특성은 0.5 GPa에서 1.5 GPa 사이에서 일어나는 ab-평면의 연속적인 팽창과 c-축 상의 수축에 기인한 전체적인 격자부피의 팽창으로 관찰된다. 이후의 압력에서는 회절패턴의 변화로부터 질서-무질서 전이의 증거가 보여진다. 메소라이트의 c-축에 평행한 채널에는 양이온으로서 소디움과 칼슘이 b-축 방향으로 1:2 비율의 질서 있는 배열을 보이고 있는데 이로 인해 1.5 GPa까지 에서는 이러한 배열의 증거인 $3b_{natrolite}$ 격자패턴이 관찰된다. 격자부피의 확장 이후 1.5 GPa 이상에서 2.5 GPa 까지 에서는 격자부피 변화의 정도가 약해지며, 양이온의 무질서적인 배열에 의한 $b_{natrolite}$ 격자패턴이 관찰된다. 이후 압력의 계속된 증가는 점진적인 격자부피의 감소를 유발시키며 새로운 형태의 질서 있는 배열상을 지시하는 $3c_{natrolite}$ 격자패턴으로의 변화를 보여준다. 이로부터 압력에 의한 초수화 상태의 메소라이트는 질서-무질서-질서 형태의 채널 내부 혹은 채널간의 양이온 배열패턴 변화를 겪는 것으로 추정할 수 있다.

  • The undesirable phase transformation of zirconium dioxide at high temperatures can be eliminated by stabilization of the cubic phase with an addition of a selected alkaline earth or rare-earth oxide. In this paper the ionic conductivity of cubic solid solutions in the stabilized ZrO$_2$ by CaO-Y$_2$O$_3$ system was examined. The higher ionic conductivity appears to be related to lower activation energy rather than to the number of oxygen vacancies dictated by composition. Those compositions of highest conductivity lie close to the cubic-monoclinic solid-solution phase boundary. Conductivity temperature data are presented that indicate a reversible order-disorder transition for Zr$_2$2-Y$_2$O$_3$cubic solid solutions containing 20 and 25 mole % $Y_2$O$_3$.

  • We have studied the effect of sintering temperature and time on the cation ordering and second phase formation in Ba(Mg/sub 1/3/Nb/sub 2/3/)O₃(BMN) microwave ceramics by using transmission electron microscopy. The relationship between the structural-chemical behavior arid microwave dielectric properties has also been investigated. It is revealed that according to the sintering conditions the BMN ceramics show very diverse local ordering behavior, such as the development of domain twinning and "core-shell"-structured grains and the formation of local disordered domains, though having 1 : 2 cation ordering structure basically. The disordered structure is found in Mg-excess region. Such local chemical variation seems to be caused by the formation of BaNb₂O/sub 6/-like second phase in its neigh-boring grain boundary. The microwave dielectric quality factor of the ceramics decreases greatly with the increase of the structural-chemical inhomogeneity and diversity.

  • In the system of Li2O-MgO-Al2O3-Cr2O3, the crystalline solid solution of LiCrO2 along the pseudo-binary join between rocksalt structure(LiCrO2) and spinel structure(MgCr2O4 or MgAl2O4) have been investigated by x-ray diffraction techniques. In this study, order-disorder phase transition of LiCrO2 was observed and the unit cell of the disordered LiCrO2 structure has been established. It has been found that LiCrO2 makes a solid solution over a wide range with MgAl2O4, while not with MgCr2O4. This difference was explained as being due to the ability of oxygen lattice distortion which depended on the relative sizes and chemical bonding characteristics of the substituted ions.

  • Electrically-induced strain(S) and polarization(P) for Pb(Sc1/2Nb1/2)O3-PbTiO3(1-x)PSN-xPT) crystalline solutions were studied. From the compositional dependence of S and P we could observe two maximum values at x=0.10 and x=0.425. It is considered that PSNT10(x=0.10) composition is the structural phase boundary to indicate the variable order-disorder[VOD] region. PSNT(x=0.425) composition is the morphotropic phase boundary[MPB] to indicate the rhombohedral to tetragonal phase transition. Higher S (0.437%) and P (0.3974$\mu$C/$\textrm{cm}^2$) values were attained by the La substitution (5 wt%) at Pb site in the MPB composition of 57.5PSN-42.5PT.

베이비붐세대가 65세 노인인구로 전환 시의 만성질환 환자수와 진료비 예측 (Estimate over the Number of Chronic Disease Patients and Medical Care Expenditure at the Time of Transition of Baby Boomer into 65 Years Old Aging Population)

  • Purpose: The purpose of study is to estimate the number of chronic disease patients and medical care expenditure at the time baby-boomers belong to 65 years old aging population, and compare with current 65 year-old aging population. Methods: Analysis method used an estimating formula devised by the researcher and estimated the number of chronic disease patients and medical care expenditure of each generation. Results: When comparing the estimated number of chronic diseases patients of each generation, 40.6% of the first generation, 76.4% of the second generation, 95.2% of third generation are expected to get chronic disease. When comparing each generation's total medical care expenditure, based on the estimated number of chronic diseases patients of each generation, the second generation( 1,206,251,224 thousand won) showed higher than other generation. This study compared the number of chronic disease patients and medical care expenditure between the second generation of the elderly and current elder generation. As a result, the second generation patients was higher than the fourth generation in high blood pressure, diabetes, psychological and behavioral disorder, and neurological diseases whereas the fourth generation is only high the number of patients in heart disease. As for total medical care expenditure, the second generation paid more in high blood pressure, psychological and behavioral disorder while the fourth generation in neurological disease and heart disease. Conclusion: It is desired that considering the number of chronic disease patients and medical care expenditure of baby boomers accounting for 14.6% of total population, in-depth follow-up study is carried out that inquires into what are issues with a current chronic disease management project, what business is needed in order to manage these issues, and how to fund to cover increasing medical care expenditure.

Fe-Si-Cr 분말합금의 열처리 효과 (Effects of Annealing of Gas-atomized Fe-Si-Cr Powder)

  • 전기비저항이 높아 1 MHz 이상 고주파용 코어재료로 적합한 Fe-9%Si-2%Cr 합금분말의 열처리 온도에 따른 투자율 거동과 규칙-비규칙 전이에 대해 연구하였다. 분무과정에서 B2 규칙상의 생성이 억제되지 않았으며, $550^{\circ}C$ 이상에서 열처리 했을 경우 $DO_3$ 상의 회절선을 검출할 수 있었다. 열처리 온도가 증가할수록 격자상수와 보자력은 감소하였으나 $450^{\circ}C$에서 보자력의 갑작스런 큰 증가가 있었다. $150^{\circ}C$의 비교적 낮은 열처리 온도에서 가장 높은 투자율을 나타내었고, 이후 열처리 온도가 증가할수록 투자율은 감소하였다. 이상의 거동은 $DO_3$ 규칙상의 생성과 이에 따른 비저항의 변화로 설명할 수 있었다.

Cu-Al-Mn계 형상기억합금에서 조성이 형상기억특성 및 냉간가공성에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Composition in Cu-Al-Mn Shape Memory Alloys on the Shape Memory Properties and Cold Workability)

  • Cu-Al-Mn shape memory alloys of a variety of composition were characterized in terms of shape memory properties and cold workability. Cold workability tested by cold rolling indicated that the alloys solution treated in the ${\alpha}+{\beta}$ region have a higher ductility than those solution treated in the ${\beta}$ region. Also it is known that cold workability increased with the decrease in Al content in the ${\beta}$ region. This seems to be resulted from the fact that Mn addition causes to expand ${\beta}$ region toward lower Al content and lower order-disorder transition temperature, consequently, ${\beta}$ of excellent workability being frozen even at room temperature. Experimental results regarding shape memory showed that the properties were better with a higher Al contents at a given Mn content, which is closely related with martensitic transformation. It is also shown that super elasticity limit was enhanced with decrease in the yield strength of alloys because a lower yield strength seems to initiates slip at the lower applied stress.

Ll2형 Ni3Fe 합금에서 규칙격자와 불규칙격자의 재결정거동 (Recrystallization Behaviors of Ordered and Disordered Structures in Ll2 Type Ni3Fe Alloy)

  • Recrystallization behaviors of ordered and disordered structures in $Ll_2$ type $Ni_3Fe$ alloy were studied through hardness measurement and differential thermal analysis. When the disordered structure was isothermally aged at $480^{\circ}C$ below order-disorder transition temperature, the hardness of the structure was increased due to progressive ordering with increasing aging time. The hardness of the disordered structure was increased rapidly with increasing deformation degree up to 10%, and then gradually increased with further deformation degree. while the hardness of the ordered structure was increased rapidly with increasing deformation degree up to 10%, showing a constant hardness value up to 50% and gradually decreased with further deformation degree. The hardness of the ordered structure was higher than that of the disordered structure at all same deformation degrees. The recrystallization temperature of the ordered and disordered structures were decreased with increasing deformation degree. At the same deformation degrees, the recrystallization temperature of the ordered structure was lower than that of the desordered structure.
