A Study on Open of Information Data and Privacy Rights

  • All citizens will not be infringed communications rub. That can be seen to have the privacy freedom.lot (Internet of things) have released a security system in the era of information privacy appear that public safety and threat. Currently, Information and communication devices can be use criminal investigation, including search and seizure confirmed the fact communication of the communication restriction information storage medium for the common purpose of providing material system, the system provides data and communications. This paper focused on Privacy and open of information data by the Prosecutor and Police in korea. Privacy rights include that transparency information, communication, and protections for the rights of the individuals. It is necessary to be lawfulness of processing, individuals consent while Prosecutors investigations. especially we need explicit condition and National agency need to obtain in order to legitimize their processing of personal information data. The author emphasize are as follows: first, to examine Privacy rights information' necessity and problem, second, to understand Privacy rights and limits, third, to suggest improvements for the purpose of Transparency, codes of conduct and Democracy of information.

Analysis of PLL Phase Noise Effect for High Data-rate Underwater Communications

  • High data-rate underwater communications is demanded. This demand imposes stringent requirements on underwater communication equipment of phase-locked-loop (PLL). Phase noise in PLL is unwanted and unavoidable. In this paper, we investigate the PLL phase noise effect on high order QAM for underwater communication systems. The phase noise model using power spectral density is adopted for performance evaluation. The phase noise components considered in PLL are reference oscillator, voltage controlled oscillator (VCO), filter and divider. The filters in PLL noise are assumed to be second order active and passive low pass filters. Through simulation, we analyze the phase noise characteristics of the four components and then investigate the performance improvement factor of each component. Consequently, we derive specifications of VCO, phase detector, divider to meet performance requirement of high data-rate communication using QAM under phase noise influence.

가스방전관(GDT)을 적용한 서지보호장치 회로의 DC 동작전압 최적조건 고찰 (Optimization of DC Operating Voltage for GDT-Adopted SPD)

  • It is made compulsory to install SPD for the purpose of protecting electric and electronic devices when an abnormal voltage such as lightning occurs to power line using power frequency of 60Hz. Recently, the high speed communication technology utilizing power line is receiving attention again as a communication technology for smart grid. The SPD influences the performances of power line communication when using SPD and power line communication system together. In order to improve the performance of power line communication, a proposed scheme for series connection of gas discharge tube to ZnO varistor was presented. This paper measured the impacts of series connection of GDT to SPD using ZnO varistor on the limit voltage of Class III SPD. This paper also presented the DC operating voltage of GDT which satisfies the limit voltage of power line communication system and SPD simultaneously.

UML과 XML을 이용한 B2B 수주ㆍ발주 시스템 구현 (Implementation of B2B order and delivery system using UML, and XML)

  • 본 논문에서는 B2B 수주ㆍ발주 시스템 구현에 앞서 우선 사용자의 요구사항을 시나리오로 작성하였다. 그리고 사용자의 요구사항을 보다 정확하고 쉽게 파악하기 위하여 시나리오로 작성한 명세서(specification)를 UML에서 이용되는 여러 Diagrams들을 이용하여 그래프로 나타내었다. 이들 명세서에 대해 XML을 이용하여 국내 알루미늄 제조 회사인 N사를 대상으로 B2B 수주ㆍ발주 시스템을 구현하였다. 본 연구의 결과로는 첫째, 개발하고자 하는 문제들을 UML을 이용하여 명세화 함으로서 개발자나 사용자가 모두 명확하게 이해할 수 있었다. 둘째, 개발자와 사용자간에 의사소통(communication)이 원할 하였다. 셋째, 형식화된 명세서로 인해 프로그래밍하기에 쉬웠다. 넷째, 영업팀에서의 신속한 업무처리가 가능하고, 재고관리가 원할 하였다. 다섯째, 주문 예약관리가 신속해지고 정확성을 도모하였다. 여섯째, 수주 및 발주 업무를 직거래로 할 수 있었다. 일곱째, 원자재 발주와 수주에 대한 신속성과 간소화로 인한 비용절감을 도모할 수 있었다. 여섯째, 알루미늄 기물에 대한 홍보효과를 가져올 수 있었다.

  • 무인선박 제어 시스템은 원격지에서 무인선박을 제어, 통제하기 위한 시스템이다. 특히, 무인선박을 제어하기 위해서는 환경에 적합한 무선 통신망이 필요한데 본 논문은 IEEE 802.11 기반 무선랜을 이용한다. IEEE 802.11기반 무선랜 기술은 광대역을 지원하는 무선 접속기술로 비디오, 오디오와 같은 멀티미디어 및 데이터를 전송해야하는 무인선박 제어시스템에 적합하다. 본 논문에서는 무인선박을 제어하기 위한 전체적인 시스템 구조를 설계한다. 그리고 무선랜의 제한적 통신반경을 극복하기 위해 여러 가지 통신망을 사용할 수 있는 통신망 구조를 설계하였다. 설계된 무선랜기반 무인선박 제어시스템을 구현하고 테스트하였다. 테스트 결과 무선랜을 이용하여 무인선박을 제어 통제했으며, 더불어 해양 지역에서의 무선랜 전파 특성을 분석하였다.

무선 모바일 환경에서 레이크 수신기를 채용한 WCDMA 시스템의 성능 분석 (Performance Analysis of WCDMA System with the Rake Receiver over Wireless Mobile Environment)

  • 논문에서는 무선 모바일 통신 환경에서 다중경로 페이딩을 극복하는 방법으로 WCDMA 시스템에 레이크 수신기를 적용하여 그 성능을 분석하였다. 레이크 수신기는 여러 개의 상관기로 구성되며 다중경로 성분들을 선택적으로 분리한 후 결합하여 WCDMA 시스템의 성능을 향상시키는 역할을 한다. 시뮬레이션 결과 레이크 수신기를 사용한 WCDMA 시스템이 레이크 수신기를 사용하지 않은 WCDMA 시스템보다 다중경로 페이딩 채널과 무선 모바일 환경에서 성능이 향상됨을 확인하였다.

Analytical Approach of Proxy-LMA Mobility System in Heterogeneous IP-based Mobile Networks

  • Mobile users want to be provided with undisrupted network services when they navigate on the Next-Generation (NG) wireless networks. For that, interlocking with a heterogeneous network is important, but there have been few studies on the method for guaranteeing global mobility. Thus, this paper proposes the Proxy-LMA technique, the mobile IP-based global inter-networking system, to enhance global mobility and interoperability within the Next-Generation (NG) network environment. The purpose of the proposed Proxy-LMA system is to expand the boundary of the mobility with regards to the existing mobility management protocol (PMIPv6 and MIPv6) in order to guarantee global mobility and interoperability within the heterogeneous network environment. The results of the performance evaluation showed that the proposed Proxy-LMA system was more efficient than other methods from the standpoint of signaling cost and delay in the heterogeneous network environment.

On the Design of Optimal Response Time in Computer Terminal Networks

  • A terminal response time analysis for a general class of terminals-to-computer subsystem is presented in this paper. On the point of the front view, it should be considered for R.O.K. Military Defense to set up the communication network in order to facilitate for the currency of the information and the data communication system. The model used to study is based on the advanced data communications system in which terminals are connected to Terminal Control Units(TCU) that are in turn connected to local Front-End Processor(FEP). The line control procedures used to interface a TCU and an FEP may be half-duplex Binary Synchronous Communication(BSC), half-duplex Synchronous Data Link Control(SDLC), or full-duplex SLDC. This paper will contribute to facilitate the initial phase of system design and configuration for the Military Defense Communication Network System in future.

A Novel Algorithm for Reducing Restoration Time in Smart Distribution Systems Utilizing Reclosing Dead Time

  • After an occurrence of a fault in any distribution system, it is desired to limit the effects of the fault to smallest possible area and restore the un-faulty areas as soon as possible. Due the advancements in communication technologies, this task can be achieved in multiple efficient ways. In order to decrease the restoration time in the Smart Grid Distribution Management System (SDMS) a communication based algorithm is proposed in this paper, in which the restoration can be done during reclosing. This paper also analyzes various communication failures with power failures cases including the entire network of communication failures. Results of all these cases have been verified by doing simulations.

  • Currently, product of optical collimator for optical communication is depending on handiwork, and some companies are propelling semi-automatic system composite of manual and automatic operations. In this point of time, the importance of automatic system of optical collimator for optical communication is taking its place as a core technology in the development of parts with high-efficiency of optical communication. In order to develop such an optical collimator in this study, we designed an automatic assembly system, and developed a software for the system operation. At a result of that, we could carry out a single work process individually running processes of collimator fabrication, a constant work process constantly running all of the processes, and performance evaluation of the collimator.
