Objectives : To review RCTs on acupuncture treatment for low back pain in order to establish a standard acupuncture treatment model in treating low back pain. Methods : RCT articles on traditional acupuncture treatment for low back pain were searched through online database. Study Quality was assessed using the FEAS. Results : Ten out of the one hundred six articles searched were reviewed. Among the ten articles reviewed, six articles compared acupuncture treatment with no treatment or non-penetrating sham acupuncture. All six articles concluded significantly positive effect of acupuncture compared to the control. Conclusions : The ideal acupuncture treatment model for low back pain was obtained as follows. A sterile disposable stainless steel(0.30mm${\times}$40mm) should be inserted to more than six acupuncture points on the BL, GV and GB meridians such as $BL_23$, $BL_25$, $BL_40$, $BL_60$, $GV_4$ and $GB_30$. Sparrow pecking method to obtain 'de-qi' is recommended and repeated stimulation during the 20 minute retention time is necessary. Ideal treatment frequency would be more than one a week for about 7 weeks.
The research regarding the important attribute which gives an effect to golf club membership purchase. 1990's as the golf boom as percentage shows the rapid increase of the golf course visitor and it grows, from 2001 are passing over ten million people golf course visitors. The purpose of this research is to compare and analyze $SUV_{LBM}$-maximum of normal regions using VOI (the volume of interest) in order to enhance the diagnostic level in whole body images of PET/CT and PET/MRI for 26 health check-up participants. In particular, we try to set up $SUV_{LBM}$-maximum data that can be used in synchronous evaluation for PET/CT and PET/MRI without contrast media. The evaluation of $SUV_{LBM}$-maximum for normal regions of whole body PET/CT and whole body PET/MRI shows that the image of PET/MRI differs very significantly from the reference image of PET/CT (p<0.0001). However, they exhibit high correlations in view of statistics (R>0.8). From this research, we suggest that the decision in the evaluation of $SUV_{LBM}$-maximum for PET/MRI should be made with the reduction of about 26.3%, while one should decide with the reduction of about 29.3% when the contrast media is used. It is helpful to interpret all image of PET/CT and PET/MRI using $SUV_{LBM}$-maximum for convenience and efficiency.
ANFIS-based methodology for improving GloSea5 ensemble weather forecast is developed and evaluated in this study. The proposed method consists of two steps: pre & post processing. For ensemble prediction of GloSea5, weights are assigned to the ensemble members based on Optimal Weighting Method (OWM) in the pre-processing. Then, the bias of the results of pre-processed is corrected based on Model Output Statistics (MOS) method in the post-processing. The watershed of the Chungju multi-purpose dam in South Korea is selected as a study area. The results of evaluation indicated that the pre-processing step (CASE1), the post-processing step (CASE2), pre & post processing step (CASE3) results were significantly improved than the original GloSea5 bias correction (BC_GS5). Correction performance is better the order of CASE3, CASE1, CASE2. Also, the accuracy of pre-processing was improved during the season with high variability of precipitation. The post-processing step reduced the error that could not be smoothed by pre-processing step. It could be concluded that this methodology improved the ability of GloSea5 ensemble weather forecast by using ANFIS, especially, for the summer season with high variability of precipitation when applied both pre- and post-processing steps.
This study developed a HSI for the creatures in Hongcheon River in order to analyze the conditions proper for habitats. For the index, the investigator identified a total of seven items encompassing hydraulic characteristics such as flow velocity and water depth, and water quality characteristics such as water temperature, BOD, DO, TN, and TP. The subject river was simulated, inspected, and revised with a two-dimensional river model (RMA-2) and water quality model (QUAL2E). Using GIS, the developed index was divided by section by reflecting river characteristics and compared and analyzed with the statistics. The river was divided into a total of 29 reaches by reflecting the basic characteristics and the features of the hydraulic coefficient on the cross-sections of the river. According to the analysis results, the fish scored the highest mean of the overall habitat suitability index of 0.769 at reach 27. Each of the variables had the following mean values: 0.122 m/s for flow velocity, 0.782m for water depth, $14.3^{\circ}C$ for water temperature, 0.68 mg/l for BOD, 10.3 mg/l for DO, 2.4 mg/l for TN, and 0.0121mg/l for TP.

Perceived health status of low-income that perceived health status, sleep, and pain. explained 44.6% of variance in their quality of life. Based on the findings of the study, low-income elderly in home in order to improve the quality of life of the systematic development of intervention programs for health care and nursing needs to be applied.
A data stream which is a massive unbounded sequence of data elements continuously generated at a rapid rate. Many recent research activities for emerging applications often need to deal with the data stream. Such applications can be web click monitoring, sensor data processing, network traffic analysis. telephone records and multi-media data. For this. data processing over a data stream are not performed on the stored data but performed the newly updated data with pre-registered queries, and then return a result immediately or periodically. Recently, many studies are focused on dealing with a data stream more than a stored data set. Especially. there are many researches to optimize continuous queries in order to perform them efficiently. This paper proposes a query optimization algorithm to manage continuous query which has multiple join operators(Multi-way join) over data streams. It is called by an Extended Greedy query optimization based on a greedy algorithm. It defines a join cost by a required operation to compute a join and an operation to process a result and then stores all information for computing join cost and join cost in the statistics catalog. To overcome a weak point of greedy algorithm which has poor performance, the algorithm selects the set of operators with a small lay, instead of operator with the smallest cost. The set is influenced the accuracy and execution time of the algorithm and can be controlled adaptively by two user-defined values. Experiment results illustrate the performance of the EGA algorithm in various stream environments.

The Korean performing arts has been facing stagnation due to oversupply, lack of effective distribution system, and insufficient business models. In order to overcome these difficulties, it is necessary to improve the efficiency and accuracy of marketing by using more objective market data, and to secure audience development and loyalty. This study considers the viewpoint that 'Big Data' could provide more general and accurate statistics and could ultimately promote tailoring services for performances. We examine the first case of Big Data analysis conducted by a credit card company as well as Big Data's characteristics, analytical techniques, and the theoretical background of performing arts consumer analysis. The purpose of this study is to identify the meaning and limitations of the analysis case on performing arts by Big Data and to overcome these limitations. As a result of the case study, incompleteness of credit card data for performance buyers, limits of verification of existing theory, low utilization, consumer propensity and limit of analysis of purchase driver were derived. In addition, as a solution to overcome these problems, it is possible to identify genre and performances, and to collect qualitative information, such as prospectors information, that can identify trends and purchase factors.combination with surveys, and purchase motives through mashups with social data. This research is ultimately the starting point of how the study of performing arts consumers should be done in the Big Data era and what changes should be sought. Based on our research results, we expect more concrete qualitative analysis cases for the development of audiences, and continue developing solutions for Big Data analysis and processing that accurately represent the performing arts market.
