흑색 코발트 태양 선택흡수막의 광학적특성과 구조 (Optical Properties and Structure of Black Cobalt Solar Selective Coatings)

  • Black cobalt solar selective coatings were prepared by thermal oxidation of electroplated cobalt metal on copper and nickel substrates. The optical properties and structure of the black cobalt selective coating for solar energy utilizations were characterized by glow discharge spectrometry (GDS), ultraviolet-visible-near infrared (UV-VIS-NIR) spectrometer, atom force microscopy(AFM) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS). The optical properties of optimum black cobalt selective coating prepared on copper substrate were a solar absorptance of 0.82 and a thermal emittance of 0.01. From the GDS depth profile analysis of these coatings, the concentration of cobalt particles near the interface was higher than at the surface, but oxygen concentration at the surface was higher than at the interface. These results suggest that the selective absorption was dominated by this chemical composition variation in the coating. The surface of this film exhibited morphology with root-mean-square(rms) roughness of about 144.3nm. XPS measurements data showed that several phases of Co coexist($Co_3O_4$,CoO) in the film.

  • 본 연구에서는 대기압 플라스마 공정으로 표면 처리 시 PMMA 시편의 표면 자유 에너지에 영향을 주는 인자인 radio frequency (RF) 플라즈마 전압(W), 처리시간(s), 방전 글로우와 시료와의 간격(mm) 그리고 아르곤 가스의 유량(LPM)에 대해 실험 계획법(Design of Experiment, DOE)을 적용한 최적화 실험을 실시하였다. 실험 결과, PMMA의 표면 자유 에너지 증가에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 인자는 플라즈마 방전 글로우와 시료와의 간격(mm), 처리시간(t), 플라즈마 전압(W) 순으로 확인되었다. 또한 표면에 상호 영향을 미치는 플라즈마 전압과 처리시간에 대한 복합매개변수 형태의 power dose (J)에 따른 의존성을 확인했을 때 1500 J에서 최대의 표면 에너지 증가를 보임을 확인하였다. XPS, AFM 분석을 통해 플라즈마 처리 후 PMMA 표면에 새로운 관능기의 도입과 표면 거칠기 변화를 관찰하였다. 플라즈마 처리에 의한 PMMA plate의 표면 자유 에너지의 변화는 플라즈마 처리에 의한 관능기의 도입과 표면적의 변화에 영향을 받는 것으로 생각된다.

  • Chemical mechanical polishing of aluminum and photoresist using colloidal silica-based slurry was experimented. The effects of slurry pH, silica concentration, and oxidizer ($H_2O_2$) concentration on surface roughness and removal rate were studied. The optimum slurry conditions for reduction of micro-scratch were investigated. The optimum chemical mechanical polishing with the colloidal silica-based slurry was compared with conventional chemical mechanical polishing with alumina-based slurry. Chemical mechanical polishing of the aluminum with the colloidal silica-based slurry showed improved result but chemical mechanical polishing of the photoresist did not. The improved result was comparative with that of chemical mechanical polishing with filtered alumina-based slurry which one of desirable methods to reduce the micro-scratch.

  • Dust collecting performance of cyclone collector for oil mist was alalyzed in the study. The purposes of using cutting fluid during cutting have been colling, lubricating, chip washing and anti-corroding. However, the present manufactaring industry restricts the use of cutting fluid because cutting fluid confains poisonous substances which are harmful to the human body. Also, the optimum design oil-mist collector. The new oil mist collector was designed. In the near future, this device must be tested in the real machining center and CNC machine. Cutting using oil-mist showed better cutting characteristics than dry, air and fluid cutting with respect to by cutting force, tool wear and surface roughness. The model(A, B Type cyclone) of the set of fixture and alveolus are made by using a CAE software. Finally, we have obtained a model A Type solution by using orthogonal array. Therefore, it could be confirmed that as the model-A was increased and model-B was decreased, cut diameter was decreased.

Ramie의 최적 펄핑 조건 및 위생용 ramie/면 부직포의 물리적 특성 연구 (Studies on the Optimum Pulping Condition of Ramie and the Mechanical Properties of Ramie/Cotton Non-woven Fabric as Hygienic Uses)

  • This study was investigated in optimum condition of pulping of ramie and the mechanical properties of non-woven fabric for the performance of ramie/cotton panty liner. The result of pulping condition on ramie was most suitable for type I (mixed NaOH with $Na_2CO_3$ in 30%:70%). The sample (I) was showed yield value of 68.2% and the best fibrillation and lignin removal rate. The non-woven fabrics of ramie/cotton were made in range of ramie content of 0, 15 and 30%. As ramie content increased, so were increased in air permeability, compressive strength and compression recovery rate. But surface roughness and compressional energy were decreased. Therefore, the non-woven fabrics of ramie/cotton are very suitable in hygienic goods for female panty liner. The ramie panty liner showed a little decrease in absorption and strength, as increasing the amount of ramie. But the performance of ramie panty liner was appeared beyond standard values used by usual panty liner.

  • A Study is a experiment which is figure out to aptimum discharge cutting condition of the surfaceroughness, electric discharging speed and electro wear ratio with Ton Toff and V(voltage) as an input condition according to the current(Ip) in an electric spark machine ; 1)Electrode is utilized Cu(coper) and Graphite. 2)Work piece is used the material of carbon steel. The condition of experiment is; 1)Current is varied 0.7(A) to 50(A). 2)Pulse time(Ton) is varied 3($\mu$s) to 240($\mu$s) and also Toff is varied 7($\mu$s) to 20($\mu$s). 3)The time of electric discharging to work piece in each time is 30(min) to 60(min) 4)After the upper side of work piece was measured in radius (5${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$) of syulus analyzed the surface roughness to made the table and graph of Rmax by yielding data. 5)Electro wear ratio is; \circled1Coper was measured cx-machining and post machining but the electronic baiance. \circled2The ex-machining of graphite measured by it, the post-machining was found the data from volume specific gravity and analyzed to made its table and graph on ground the data 6)In order to keep the accuracy of voltage affected to the work piece was equipped with the A.V.R(Automatic Voltage Regulator). 7)The memory scope was sticked to the electric spark machine. 8)In order to preserve the precision of current, to get rid of the noise occured by internal resistance of electric spark machine and to force injecting for the discharge fluid, it made the fixed table for a work piece to minimize the work error by means of one's failure during the electric discharging According to above results, the surface roughness by the variation of electrodw and current was analyzed to compare KS(Korea Standards) It was decided the optimum condition of electric discharge cutting through analyzing the effect of electric discharge speed and electro wear ratio.

$CH_4/H_2$유도결합 플라즈마를 이용한 InP의 건식 식각에 관한 연구 (Reactive Ion Etching of InP Using $CH_4/H_2$ Inductively Coupled Plasma)

  • Taguchi가 제안한 강건설계 및 연구자의 주관에 의존하는 통상적인 실험방법을 병 행하여 CH4/H2 유도결합 고밀도 플라즈마를 이용한 InP 소재의 반응성이온에칭에 있어 공 정변수들이 식각특성에 미치는 영향을 분석하고 적정조건을 도출하였다. 연구 결과 ICP전력 은 표면거칠기와 측벽수직도, bias 전력은 식각속도와 수직도에, CH4분율은 수직도와 식각 속도, 석영창과 시료 사이의 거리는 표면 거칠기에 영향을 주는 변수로 작용하였고, 식각속 도에 가장 크게 영향을 주는 변수는 공정압력임을 알 수 있었다. 결과적으로 ICP Power 700W, bias Power 150W, 시편/coil 거리 14cm, 압력 7.5mTorr, 15% $CH_4$의 적정조건에서 시간당 약 3.1$\mu\textrm{m}$의 식각속도와 미려한 표면을 얻어, 기존의 반응성 이온 식각(RIE)과 비교하 여 1.5배 이상의 식각속도를 얻을 수 있었다.

베타전지용 PN 접합 반도체 표면에 도금된 Ni 후막의 특성 (Characteristics of Electroplated Ni Thick Film on the PN Junction Semiconductor for Beta-voltaic Battery)

  • Nickel (Ni) electroplating was implemented by using a metal Ni powder in order to establish a $^{63}Ni$ plating condition on the PN junction semiconductor needed for production of beta-voltaic battery. PN junction semiconductors with a Ni seed layer of 500 and $1000{\AA}$ were coated with Ni at current density from 10 to $50mA\;cm^{-2}$. The surface roughness and average grain size of Ni deposits were investigated by XRD and SEM techniques. The roughness of Ni deposit was increased as the current density was increased, and decreased as the thickness of Ni seed layer was increased. The results showed that the optimum surface shape was obtained at a current density of $10mA\;cm^{-2}$ in seed layer with thickness of $500{\AA}$, $20mA\;cm^{-2}$ of $1000{\AA}$. Also, pure Ni deposit was well coated on a PN junction semiconductor without any oxide forms. Using the line width of (111) in XRD peak, the average grain size of the Ni thick firm was measured. The results showed that the average grain size was increased as the thickness of seed layer was increased.

반사층을 이용한 FBAR(SMR)의 제조 (Fabrication of FBAR (SMR) using Reflector)

  • 본 실험에서는 반사층(reflector)을 이용한 FBAR (Film Bulk Acoustic Resonator) 즉, SMR (Solidly Mounted Resonator) 제조에 필요한 재료들의 최적 증착 조건을 설정하여, 이를 바탕으로 제조한 SMR의 특성을 보여주었다. SMR은 상하부 전극층, 압전 박막층, 반사층, 기판으로 구성된다. 상하부 전극으로 알루미늄(Al) 금속 박막을 사용하였고 압전 박막층으로 산화아연(ZnO) 박막을 사용하였다. 실리콘(Si) 기판과 하부 전극 사이에 위치하는 반사층은 5층의 이산화규소 ($Si_2$)와 텅스텐(W) 박막으로 구성되었다. 상하부 전극은 dc 스퍼터링 방법으로 증착아였으며 반사층과 압전 박막층은 rf 스퍼터링 방법으로 증착하였다. 최적 증착 조건에서 증착된 산화아연 (ZnO) 박막은 rocking curve에서 표준편차가 $2.17^{\circ}$의 우수한 c축 우선배향성, 비저항은 $10^4\;{\Omega}cm$이상, 막 표면 거칠기(rms roughness)는 10.6${\AA}$의 특성을 나타내었다. 최적 증착 조건에서 증착된 텅스텐(W)과 이산화규소($Si_2$) 박막의 특성은 박막 거칠기 (rms roughness)가 각각 16 ${\AA}$, 33 ${\AA}$을 나타내었다. 또한 증착된 알루미늄 금속 박막의 비저항은 $5.1{\times}10^{-6}\;{\Omega}cm$이었다. 반도체 기본 공정을 이용하여 면적 $250{\times}250\;{\mu}m^2$의 SMR 소자를 만들고, 네트웍 분석기로 SMR 소자의 공진 특성을 분석하였다. 공진특성은 1.244 GHz에서 직렬공진, 1.251 GHz에서 병렬공진을 나타내었다. SMR 소자의 공진특성에서 공진기의 Q값은 1200이었다.

소형연안객선(小型沿岸客船)의 Trim변화(變化)가 저항(抵抗)에 미치는 영향(影響) (A Study on the Effect of Trim on the Resistance in a Small Coastwise Passenger Boat)

  • The authors considered the effects of trim in the small coastal passenger boat upon resistance in this paper. Any change of trim no matter how small, necessarily produces some effect upon resistance. The relations between the resistance coefficients and trim were investigated through the towing test of the Model $MCI-P_1-65$, Korean Standardized Ship, GT 70 tons passenger boat in the gravitational tank. The Lines of the Model are given in Fig. 1. Principal dimensions and other characteristics vary with the trim in general. Those values varied with the trim for $MCI-P_1-65$ are tabulated in table 1. The resistance was measured at five conditions such as even keel, 0.0273L, (original designed trim) 0.0473L, 0.0663L, 0.0873L trim by the stern, fixing the displacement corresponding to the designed load water line. Model was made of wood in length of 3.5 feet coated with varnish, and without appendages. As the artificial turbulent stimulator, the sand strip method was used. The results of model towing tests, correcting to water temperature of $70^{\circ}F$, were expanded to full scale using the Schoenherr's friction formula and surface roughness allowance coefficient of 0.0004. The authors point out, the following results. 1) Optimum trim which gives the minimum resistance exists for every speed at constant displacement and each comes to the same value. For $MCI-P_1-65$ optimum trim is 0.0673L trim by the stern(Fig.4-The cross curves of the resistancecoefficients). 2) At constant displacement, when LCB(longitudinal position of center of buoyancy) varies with the trim, there exists optimum value of LCB which gives minimum resistance for every speed and each comes to the same value. For $MCI-P_1-65$ optimum position of LCB is 8%L aft from midship section (Fig.6).
