친환경 GIS Spacer용, 이종 무기물 절연소재의 혼합비 최적화를 위한 부분방전 저항성 특성 연구 (A Study on the Partial Discharge Resistance Characteristic for Optimizing the Mixing Ratio of Heterogeneous Inorganic Insulated Materials for Environmentally Friendly GIS Spacer)

  • 7 type composites (40, 45, 50, 55, 60, 65, and 70 wt.%)were prepared for the environmentally friendly GIS Spacer. Five kinds of samples were prepared for optimization of the filler content ratio (MS: MA = 1: 9, 3: 7, 5: 5, 7: 3, 9: 1) of epoxy / microsilica and microalumina. As a result of evaluation of the partial discharge resistance characteristic, surface erosion is generally slowed down as the fill amount of micro silica is increased. Also, partial discharge resistance characteristics for the development of insulating materials with optimal mixing ratios of heterologous showed a higher partial resistance of discharge and a decrease in erosion, as the filler content ratio of micro silica was larger. In the future, various researches such as electrical, mechanical, and thermal studies will be needed to develop insulating materials that can commercialize power devices in environmentally friendly insulating gas.

초연약 해성점토의 표층고화처리를 위한 최적배합에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Optimal Mixture Ratio for Stabilization of Surface Layer on Ultra-soft Marine Clay)

  • Recently, as large constructions on the coast are performed frequently, surface layer stabilization method which Is one of the improvement methods for dredged soft clay has been applied. However, there have been few studies about the surface layer stabilization method. The purpose of this study is to clarify characteristics of ultra-soft marine clay and hardening agent. Also, optimal mixture ratio of hardening agent was verified through the laboratory tests such as statistical analysis and pilot tests. Laboratory tests were performed with proper hardening agent and test soil and standard mixing tables of hardening agent were determined according to ground conditions through statistical analysis. Also, applicability of surface layer stabilization method to field was verified by pilot tests. From the results of the tests, it was found that hardening agent materials such as cement, slag, fly-ash, inorganic salts, arwin, gypsum etc. affect on the appearing compressive strength. It was defined optimal mixture ratio which satisfies the required compressive strength from the statistical analysis. Also, It was compared the effect of ground improvement by cements and hardening agents through the pilot tests. This study will serve as data for design or construction criteria of stabilization of surface layer on ultra-soft marine clay.

오미갈수(五味渴水)의 전통적 조리법 표준화 연구 (Standardization of the Recipe for the Korean Traditional Drink "Omigalsu")

  • Omija, the major material of omigalsu, has liver protective and antioxidant effects, while mung bean has detoxification effects. A series of studies were conducted to standardize the traditional recipe for omigalsu to develop traditional functional drinks made from Omija extract and mung bean juice. Study 1 was designed to determine the optimal conditions for Omija extraction and mung bean juice. A higher water temperature and longer immersion time was associated with higher, free sugar and organic acid contents of omija extract; however, sensory evaluation revealed that the optimal extraction conditions for the highest acceptability, proper taste and red tone were $23^{\circ}C$ and 18 hrs of immersion. Conversely, the pH of the mung bean juice produced by varying the immersion time (5 hr, 11 hr, 17 hr) was found to be neutral, containing small levels of organic acid and free sugar, and showing a yellow tone. The results of the sensory evaluation also showed that the optimal conditions for taste, flavor and yellowness of mung bean juice was 5-hour-long immersion. Study 2 was designed to determine the optimum mixing ratio of omigalsu concentrate. Sensory evaluation revealed that the contents of sugar and total free sugar were highest when the mixing ratio among omija extract, mung bean juice and sugar was 1:1:20%, indicating that these conditions produced the most attractive color and highest overall acceptability. Study 3 was designed to determine the optimum dilution magnification for omigalsu. Sensory evaluation during summer revealed that the omigalsu produced by mixing 54 g of omigalsu concentrate into 200 cc water of $4^{\circ}C$ or $80^{\circ}C$ was most preferred, while during winter. Overall, the optimum dilution magnification for omigalsu was 4.7~5.4.

미세유동화법으로 제조한 캡사이신 함유 나노에멀션의 안정성 (Preparation and Stability of Capsaicin-loaded Nanoemulsions by Microfluidazion)

  • The objectives of this study, which filled gaps in previous studies, were: (1) to find the optimal mixing condition of nanoemulsions containing oleoresin capsicum (OC), Tween 80, propylene glycol (PG), and sucrose monostearate (SES) by microfluidization; (2) to investigate their properties and stability depending on such factors as pH, temperature, and heating time; (3) to measure the effect of adding ascorbic acid. In order to test these objectives, the following three experiments were conducted: Firstly, in order to find the optimal mixing ratio, nanoemulsions containing OC - the mean diameter of which is smaller than 100 nm - were prepared through the process of microfluidization; and their mean particle size, zeta potential, and capsaicinoids were measured. The test results indicated that the mixing ratio at OC : Tween 80 : PG + water(1:2) = 1 : 0.2 : 5 was optimal. Secondly, the properties and stability of nanoemulsions were investigated with varying parameters. The test results illustrated that single-layer nanoemulsions and double-layer nanoemulsions coated with alginate were stable, irrespective of all the parameters other than/except for pH 3. Thirdly, the properties of nanoemulsions were then analyzed according to the addition of ascorbic acid. The results demonstrated that the properties of single-layer nanoemulsions were not affected by addition of ascorbic acid. In case of alginate double-layer nanoemulsions, the particle size was reduced, and zeta potential increased with the addition of ascorbic acid. In conclusion, the demonstrated stability of various nanoemulsions under the different conditions in the present study suggests that these findings may constitute a basis in manufacturing various food-grade products which use nanoemulsions-and indicate that food nanoemulsions, if adopted in the food industry, have the potential to satisfy both the functionality and acceptability requirements necessary to produce commercially marketable food-grade products.

GCP로 보강된 연약지반의 해석적 거동분석 (Analysis on the Analytical Behavior of Soft Ground Reinforced with Granular Compaction Piles)

  • 국내 GCP공법은 많은 선행연구가 진행되었으나, 설계자의 경험에 의해 의존하여 설계되고 있는 실정이므로 파괴사례가 종종 보고되고 있다. 이에 따라 명확한 파괴 원인규명 및 파괴예방대책 수립이 어려운 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 GCP공법의 합리적인 설계법의 제안을 위한 기초단계로써, GCP에 사용되는 최적배합비를 대형직접전단시험을 통해 결정하고, 내부마찰각의 변화에 따른 응력분담비의 변화 및 지반의 수직/수평 침하거동을 수치해석을 통하여 분석하였다. 직접전단 실험결과 쇄석과 모래의 최적배합비는 70:30으로 평가되었다. 수치해석결과 내부마찰각이 증가할수록 응력분담비가 증가하나 일정한 값으로 수렴하고 침하량이 감소하며, 최적배합비로 시공할 경우 측방유동 및 히빙현상의 감소를 유도할 것으로 판단된다.

폐 EPDM 고무의 재활용을 위한 기초적 연구 (A Study on Recycling of EPDM Reclaimed Rubber)

  • In this study, we carried out the evaluation of EPDM(Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) reclaimed rubber mixing with natural rubber at various mixing ratio to reuse as rubber filler. The scorch time and moony viscosity was analyzed to evaluate the effect of cure behavior. And also, we analyzed the tensile strength, the elongation at break and cure time to evaluate the variation of cure behavior. As the results, the scorch time and optimal cure time was decreased according to the increasing of EPDM reclaimed rubber. However, the moony viscosity was increased at each mixing ratio. In case of the added EPDM reclaimed rubber was 20 phr(parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of rubber), the hardness and specific gravity was increased a little. The hardness and specific gravity was increased in rapidly under 40 phr of the added EPEM reclaimed rubber. The tensile strength and elongation at break of the compound of natural and EPDM reclaimed rubber was rapidly decreased compared with its natural rubber when the ratio of adding EPDM reclaimed rubber was over 40 phr.

  • 최근 GGBS 및 Fly ash 등과 같은 산업부산물과 알칼리 자극제를 활용한 알칼리 활성화 시멘트에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 알칼리 활성화 시멘트는 산업부산물에 알칼리 자극제를 혼합함으로 시멘트를 사용하지 않고 강도를 발휘하는 결합재의 일종으로 대표적인 탄소저감 기술이나, 알칼리 활성화를 위해 사용되는 알칼리 자극제는 고가이며 강알칼리성으로 인한 위험성으로 현장적용에 여러 어려움이 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 알칼리 자극제의 대체재로 Red mud의 활용방안을 모색하고자 Red mud와 제지회를 결합재로 활용한 CLSM의 유동특성, 강도특성 등의 공학적 특성과 토양오염 발생가능성을 평가하였으며, Red mud와 제지회를 혼합한 CLSM의 적정 혼합비를 제시하였다.

순환자원 활용 지반안정재의 건축물 얕은기초 보강 적용사례 연구 (Study on application case of reinforce building shallow foundation for soil stabilized materials using circulating resources)

  • 본 연구는 순환자원을 대량 활용한 지반안정재를 활용하여, 비교적 작은 하중이 작용하는 중·저층 건축물의 얕은 기초 보강공법에 적용한 사례에 대한 내용으로 우선하여 현장 최적배합비를 도출하고자 4가지 혼합비에 대한 실내배합시험을 실시하였으며, 도출된 최적배합비를 이용하여 현장에서 건축물 얕은기초로 적용하였다. 현장 적용방법은 원지반와 지반안정재를 교반한 혼합토를 현장에서 혼합하여 다짐을 실시하는 매우 단순한 공정을 이용하였다. 현장 적용 후 평판재하시험을 원지반 1곳, 개량지반 2곳에 실시하여 허용지지력을 확인하였다. 지지력 확인 결과 충분한 지지력을 발휘하는 것으로 나타나, 해당 건축물의 앝은기초로 활용이 가능한 것으로 확인되었다.

지반함몰 저감을 위한 속경형 하수관거 뒤채움재료 개발 (Development of Rapid Hardening Backfill Material for Reducing Ground Subsidence)

  • 하수관거 시공시 부적절한 뒤채움재 및 다짐불량으로 인해 하수관로 파손 및 지반침하 현상이 발생한다. 최근들어 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 유동성 채움재에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 속경성, 가소성, 유동성, 수중불분리성을 갖춘 뒤채움재의 최적배합 도출과 뒤채움재의 경제성 향상을 위한 기초 연구를 수행하였다. 속경성 결합재의 최적배합 도출 실험 결과를 통해 뒤채움재의 최적 배합의 특성을 평가하였다. 시험결과, 속경성 결합재 페이스트의 W/M을 100%까지 증가시켜도 가소제 첨가량을 적절히 조절하여 사용하면 요구 성능을 만족시킴과 동시에 경제성 또한 확보 할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

석고 종류 및 혼입률에 따른 CAC 반응 특성 (Reaction Characteristics of the CAC with Various Gypsum Type and Mixing Ratio)

  • 조강 생산 시 발생되는 슬래그는 대부분 서냉 방식에 의해 처리되고 있다. 하지만 슬래그 중 일부는 속경성 광물을 포함하고 있음에도 불구하고, 서냉 방식에 의해 그 반응성을 상실하게 된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 제강환원슬래그를 SAT공법에 의하여 공기 급냉하여 선별 및 분급 후 분쇄한 CAC의 활용성 확대를 목적으로 석고 종류 및 혼입율에 따른 CAC의 특성에 관하여 고찰하였다. 그 결과, CAC는 3시간에서는 석고 용해도, 1일 이후에는 석고 함량비에 따라 특성이 나타나는 것을 확인하였다. 반수, 무수석고의 적정 혼입율은 30% 이내, 이수석고는 35% 이상인 것을 확인하였으며, 이수석고의 혼입율 및 특성 확인을 통하여 부산이수석고의 적용 가능성을 확인하였다.
