자체 개발한 하악거상 기구를 활용한 소아 REVERS WATER'S View의 유용성 (The study about usefulness of utilizing self-development jaw lift tool in pediatric Revers water's view)

  • This study is to provide clinical data when reverse-water's-view was carried out about pediatric who did not communicate by applying self-development jaw lift tool. This study were conducted in a subject of 23 children who examined revers-water's-view from 2013 July 6 to 2013 August 5 at our hospital. Two group time which were carried out revers-water's with tool and without tool were measured. also, Image of two group were evaluated. Evaluation data obtained by measuring the average difference were analyzed by independent-t-test. After apply self-development-jaw-lift-tool, time was reduced by 35.2%(36.6sec). the results indicated significant differences(p< .05). Image evaluation was increase 43.5%(1.03point), It was statistically highly significant difference (p< .01). If apply self-development-jaw-lift-tool in pediatric revers-water's-view, operator can provide fast, convenience, high quality image to pediatric.

  • This application-oriented paper describes an automated welding carriage system to weld a thin corrugated workpiece with welding seam tracking function. Hyundai Heavy Industries Corporation has developed an automatic welding carriage system, which utilizes pulsed plasma arc welding process for corrugated sheets. It can obtain high speed welding more than 2 times faster than traditional TIG based welding system. The aim of this development is to increase the productivity by using automatic plasma welding carriage systems, to track weld seam line using vision sensor automatically, and finally to provide a convenience to operator in order to carry out welding. In this paper a robust image processing and a distance based tracking algorithms are introduced for corrugated workpiece welding. The automatic welding carriage system is controlled by the programmable logic controller(PLC), and the automatic welding seam tracking system is controlled by the industrial personal computer(IPC) equipped with embedded OS. The system was tested at actual workpiece to show the feasibility and performance of proposed algorithm and to confirm the reliability of developed controller.

CIFER®를 이용한 무인 헬리콥터의 동특성 분석 (II) - 주파수 응답 해석 - (Flight Dynamic Identification of a Model Helicopter using CIFER®(II) - Frequency Response Analysis -)

  • The aerial application using an unmanned helicopter has been already utilized and an attitude controller would be developed to enhance the operational convenience and safety of the operator. For a preliminary study of designing flight controller, a state space model for an RC helicopter would be identified. Frequency sweep flight tests were performed and time history data were acquired in the previous study. In this study, frequency response of the flight test data of a small unmanned helicopter was analyzed by using the CIFER software. The time history flight data consisted of three replications each for collective pitch, aileron, elevator and rudder sweep inputs. A total of 36 frequency responses were obtained for the four control stick inputs and nine outputs including linear velocities and accelerations and angular velocities in 3-axis. The results showed coherence values higher than 0.6 for every primary control inputs and corresponding on-axis outputs for the frequency range from 0.07 to 4 Hz. Also the analysis of conditioned frequency response showed its effectiveness in evaluating cross coupling effects. Based on the results, the dynamic characteristics of the model helicopter can further be analyzed in terms of transfer functions and the undamped natural frequency and damping ratio of each critical mode.

  • The purposes of this research are to identify causalities among flow and customer loyalty In Chinese online games, and to identify the factors by which flow are influenced. This research tests the model with Chinese on-line game users and compare this result with Korea and Japanese results which were conducted by Lee's research. These implications are thought to be helpful for Korean online game companies to understand the Chinese online game user and to develop the penetration strategies. The results indicated that significant Path coefficients to flow were the convenience of operator, the provision of information, the reality of design. The results indicated that significant path coefficients to customer loyalty were the involvement of virtual community and flow. The involvement of virtual community to flow was not significant but to customer loyalty was significant. The provision of information was negatively influenced on flow. The result of comparison indicated that the path coefficients were different among nations. Korea online game companies need to develop the indigenized online game and to Provide the information to their Chinese partner correctly and quickly.

  • DNC(Direct Numerical Control) Network을 위한 프로그램을 효율적으로 하기위해 현재 많은 시스템들이 개발되어 사용되고 있다. 그러나 이 시스템들은 원거리 상의 컴퓨터와 머시닝센터간의 상호 연결이 원만하지 않아 작업에 비효율적인 면이 있고, 또 머시닝 센터에서의 데이터 송 수신에서 일어나는 오류 문제에 대한 시스템으로의 적절한 대처를 할 수가 없다는 문제점이 있다. 그래서, 본 논문에서는 DNC Network을 통해 리C(Numerical Control) 선반 제어기에서 컴퓨터의 데이터를 오류 없이 수신 가능한 데이터 원격 제어 시스템을 새로이 구성하였다. 이 데이터 원격 제어 시스템의 주요 장점으로는 머시닝 센터에서 운영자가 쉽게 컴퓨터에 저장된 NC 데이터 호출과 송출이 자유롭고, 컴퓨터와 공작기계간의 상호 대화가 없이도 NC 기계상에서의 원격 제어(Remote Control)가 가능하다.

  • DNC(Direct Numerical Control) 네트워크 시스템에 대한 프로그램을 효율적으로 하기 위해서 현재 많은 시스템들이 개발되어 지고있다. 그러나 이 시스템들은 원거리 상의 컴퓨터와 머시닝 센터간에 상호연결이 원만하지 않아 작업에 비효율적인 면이 있고, 또 머시닝 센터의 데이터 송$\cdot$수신에서 오류가 발생되면 시스템에서 운영자가 적절한 대처를 할 수가 없다는 문제점이 있다. 그래서, 본 논문에서는 DNC Network을 통해 NC Controller에서 컴퓨터의 데이터를 오류가 없이 수신이 가능한 데이터 원격제어 시스템을 새로이 구성하였다. 이 데이터 원격제어 시스템의 주요 장점으로는 머시닝 센터에서 운영자가 쉽게 컴퓨터에 저장된 NC데이터의 호출과 송출이 자유롭고, 컴퓨터와 공작기계간의 상호대화가 없어도 NC기계 상에서 원격제어(Remote Control)가 가능하다.

RI-Biomics 기술정보 제공을 위한 웹 프로그램 개발 연구 (The Development of Web Program for Providing RI-Biomics Technical Information)

  • For designing the model of the web program, the demand survey for the technology and information has been performed for the students of the related departments, industrialists and researchers. And, the survey, such as advantages and disadvantages, for the current situations has been examined through comparison and analysis by the establishment type and operational process for the present operating web programs having the similar functions in Korea. The contents and web program for the technology and information system have been also developed by the question investigation and the expert opinions. This system for RI-Biomics has been developed by focusing the convenience for the information provision and the information search as the first constructing direction. Information has been collected by the operator in our institute and making contract with Global Trend Briefing of KISTI in Korea. The information collection in the web program has been designed as the direction regularly provided with RSS. Information has been then analyzed by constructing the expert pool provided from the advisory committee for the technology and information, and using them. The publicity for this web program has been performed by webzines and then it is noted that the publicity programs such as some events should be regularly developed when expanded and advanced to a community in future.

Single-Port Transaxillary Robot-Assisted Latissimus Dorsi Muscle Flap Reconstruction for Poland Syndrome: Concomitant Application of Robotic System to Contralateral Augmentation Mammoplasty

  • Currently, robot-assisted latissimus dorsi muscle flap (RLDF) surgery is used in treating patients with Poland syndrome and for breast reconstruction. However, conventional RLDF surgery has several inherent issues. We resolved the existing problems of the conventional system by introducing the da Vinci single-port system in patients with Poland syndrome. Overall, three patients underwent RLDF surgery using the da Vinci single-port system with gas insufflation. In the female patient, after performing RLDF with silicone implant, augmentation mammoplasty was also performed on the contralateral side. Both surgeries were performed as single-port robotic-assisted surgery through the transaxillary approach. The mean operating time was 449 (335-480) minutes; 8.67 (4-14) minutes were required for docking and 59 (52-67) minutes for robotic dissection and LD harvesting. No patients had perioperative complication and postoperative problems related to gas inflation. The single-port robot-assisted surgical system overcomes the drawbacks of previous robotic surgery in patients with Poland syndrome, significantly shortens the procedure time of robotic surgery, has superior cosmetic outcomes in a surgical scar, and improves the operator's convenience. Furthermore, concurrent application to another surgery demonstrates the possibility in the broad application of the robotic single-port surgical system.

전국호환 교통카드 K-CASH 시스템 개발 (Nation-wide Interoperable Transportation Card K-CASH System Development)

  • 기존 K-CASH 시스템은 지역 간, 사업자 간, 대중교통수단 간에 호환이 불가능하여 K-CASH 카드 사용자가 타 교통수단간 이용하려고 할 경우, 여러 개의 카드를 소지하고 다녀야 하는 불편함을 유발하고, K-CASH 사업자가 타 사업자의 인프라에 K-CASH를 적용하려고 할 경우, 중복 투자를 하게 되어 사회적 손실을 유발하였다. 이에 하나의 카드로 지역 간, 사업자 간, 대중교통수단 간 상관없이 전국 어디에서나 이용 가능한 시스템이 요구되었다. 본 논문에서는 기존 K-CASH 시스템을 수정하여 전국호환 K-CASH 시스템 즉, 전국호환 K-CASH 교통카드, 지불단말기, 지불SAM, 상호 정산시스템을 개발하였다. 그리고 개발된 시스템의 성능을 보장하기 위하여 적합성 평가를 수행하고, 금융결제원을 비롯한 코레일네트웍스, 하이플러스카드 등 3사가 모여 광주광역시에서 약 6개월간 테스트베드를 구축하여 시범 운영한 결과 완벽하게 호환이 되는 것을 입증하였다.

Development of the Dynamometer Control System for Medium Speed Diesel Engines

  • The dynamometers which had made in a long time ago could not control the input/output quantity of water minutely and was sensitive to a noise since it was controlled by an analog control method. Therefore, a fully digital controlled system was urgently required to be robust against various noises. In this paper, the new system which can control the amount of circulated water in dynamometer was developed. This system is consisted of an industrial digital type controller and a servo motor. The industrial PLC was used as a main controller for the developed system, and the actuator and servo motor were used to control the inlet and outlet valve independently. The torque signal of load cell was fed back to the main controller to regulate the diesel engines load. Generally, an input/output valve position of the old dynamometer was fixed with a proper situation for an engine output test and the torque was changed according to the time interval. However, the torque value for the dynamometer could not be constantly kept because of the variation of the input water flow and fluid characteristic. Therefore, the automatic control of an inlet and outlet valve should be performed to keep the constant torque. So, the PID control method was applied to solve this problem. Also, the development of a web-based remote control system was described in this paper. This software will give us the convenience of operation, the more efficient operations, and the reduced operator workload for operation of the dynamometer. The application results of the system have been verified at actual diesel engine field.
