In railway signalling system, there are several kinds of signal system such as signals, signs, marker. The signals allows train to go or not, the signs permit to communicate between railway men, and the marks indicate status of railway lines. In KNR, the application of the signal systems are defined in railway operational regulations, operational related regulation, Operation safety critical system manipulation manual, and so on. In this paper, we extracted regulations for signalling system operation from related regulations, reviewed compatibility and contradiction for signalling system operations. We tried to check logical integrity of informal signalling operation regulation using formal method.

To minimize IT operational risks and the opportunity cost for lost business hours. it is necessary to have preparedness in advance and mitigation activities for minimization of a loss due to the business discontinuity. There are few cases that banks have a policy on systematic management, system recovery and protection activities against system failure. and most developers and system administrators response based on their experience and the instinct. This article focuses on the mitigation model development for minimizing the incidents of disk unit in IT operational risks. The model will be represented by a network model which is composed of the three items as following: (1) the risk factors(causes, attributes and indicators) of IT operational risk. (2) a periodic time interval through an analysis of historical data. (3) an index or an operational regulations related to the examination of causes of an operational risk. This article will be helpful when enterprise needs to hierarchically analyze risk factors from various fields of IT(information security, information telecommunication, web application servers and so on) and develop a mitigation model. and it will also contribute to the reduction of operational risks on information systems.

Purpose : The purpose of this study is to analyse affecting factors of Test and Evaluation and to improve the institution of Test and Evaluation in the Domestic purchase program. Methods : The domestic acquisition program is currently small in terms of size, but it is gradually increasing every year. Still, the domestic purchase program has insufficient regulations and procedures compared to the other procurement methods including research & development. Various problems are likely to occur between test and evaluation group, and defense industries regarding the regulations during Test & Evaluation. Therefore, the regulations and methods need to be amended to upgrade the current domestic purchase program into an effective and flawless one. In this paper, six variables have been chosen by the help of experts working in Ministry of National Defense (MND), Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS), Army Headquarters and DAPA. Results : The six variables are effectiveness of proposal evaluation, fairness of test and evaluation, sufficiency of operational capabilities, seasonal period of test and evaluation, fulfillment in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) of the industries, and guaranteeing appropriate environment for related enterprises' participation. Conclusion : This paper can help defense industries to enhance their development capabilities, and to perform tests more fairly and effectively considering the key factors identified in this research.

The general situation of system composition and safety management of high-speed railway terminal is investigated and a comprehensive evaluation index system of operational security is established on the basis of railway laws and regulations and previous research results to evaluate the operational security management of the high-speed railway terminal objectively and scientifically. Index weight is determined by introducing interval eigenvalue method (IEM), which aims to reduce the dependence of judgment matrix on consistency test and improve judgment accuracy. Operational security status of a high-speed railway terminal in northwest China is analyzed using the traditional model of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, and a general technique idea and references for the operational security evaluation of the high-speed railway terminal are provided. IEM is introduced to determine the weight of each index, overcomes shortcomings of traditional analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method, and improves the accuracy and scientificity of the comprehensive evaluation. Risk factors, such as terrorist attacks, bad weather, and building fires, are intentionally avoided in the selection of evaluation indicators due to the complexity of risk factors in the operation of high-speed railway passenger stations and limitation of the length of the paper. However, such risk factors should be considered in the follow-up studies.

This paper investigates and analyzes related systems, policies, and research trends that are used to prepare the operating regulations for drone-based fine dust monitoring and water fog injection systems in small-sized construction site. As a result of the study, we have drawn a total of six major items to consider when drafting the drone related operational regulations. It will also be used as a basis for future development system operation regulations.

Objectives : This study aimed to identify the perception of quality improvement in health care and operational performance after the implementation of the Healthcare Accreditation. Methods : Data were collected from 5 hospitals that have experienced the 2th Healthcare Accreditation in Busan, South Korea. A Likert 5-point scale was used to measure the research variables and a structured questionnaire was used. Finally, 206 valid cases were analyzed using SPSS win 18.0. For hypothesis testing, hierarchical multiple regression analysis were performed. Results : The perception of quality improvement in health care after the implementation of the Healthcare Accreditation was higher than the operational performance. In the customer orientation and job performance, the perception of quality improvement in health care and operational performance had a significant influence. Conclusions : It is necessary to use the Healthcare Accreditation as a virtuous cycle of management that can ensure enforcement of workplace regulations and improve the members'ability to provide high quality medical services.

The purpose of this study is to examine the operational performances by the investment level of information security in companies. The theoretical background summarized the meaning of information security, management information security, and network security. The research process was carried out in four stages. As a result of the analysis, the level of information security was classified into four groups, and the difference in operational performance was confirmed. According to the categorical regression analysis of the three dependent variables, independent variables such as network threats, non-network threats, executive information security awareness, industry, organizational size, and information security education all affected information security regulations, in-house information security checks, and information security budget investments. The theoretical implications of this study have contributed to updating the latest information security theory. Practical implications are that rational investments should be made on the level of information security of companies.

This study developed an ergonomic Korean female military winter jacket and (inner and outer) pattern in in order to increase dimension and operational suitability for military missions. First we developed the 1st development pattern and sample jackets with improved dimensions and operational suitability based on a previous investigation of fitness and motion suitability of Korean female military winter jackets (inner and outer) and motion suitability by a wearing test. The evaluation result of fitness for the 1st development pattern were over 4.0 (5.0 Likert scale) for both the inner and outer jacket, a positive result and the result of motion suitability were over 3.5 in both the inner and outer jacket except for the neck front part by collar height. However, we did not modify the collar height because decreases in warmth and military regulations. We also evaluated appearance by experts that showed good results in both the inner and outer jacket. Finally, we developed a final pattern based on evaluation results and military regulations. Existing military uniform research was conducted mainly on male soldiers. Beginning with this study, we expect to expand research on the development of military uniform patterns suitable for a female soldier body type.

Operational energy is the energy that is used during the occupancy stage of building life cycle. It is associated with relatively longer proportion of infrastructure's service life and can constitute 80-90% of the total energy. Assessing the energy use in buildings is essential since they are significant contributors to energy demand. In this regard, energy performance of buildings has become the focus of many regulations. This paper aimed to review the regulations about the energy performance of buildings during their operational stage in Korea. For energy efficient operation program for existing buildings, governments should implement policies and support voluntary programs that rely on collecting and managing building performance data and using this data to inform public and private-sector operation and maintenance strategies. Implementing these policies and programs requires tools and processes for collecting, curating, managing, analyzing, and publishing this data. Energy assessment tool, that is a data resource management tool that enables to assess energy use across the entire portfolio of buildings, is also required.

Purpose: This study investigated the legal issues and policies on accommodation sharing based on qualitative research and examined how OECD societies establish laws and regulations to legalize accommodation sharing and prevent adverse effects. The purpose of this study is to contribute to the understanding of the different laws and regulations at both the country and city levels and to help better manage accommodation sharing in our society. The ultimate goal of this study is to enhance citizen understanding of platform businesses to minimize unnecessary conflicts. Research design, data and methodology: This study conducted a qualitative research by exploring laws and regulations in OECD countries. This study performed comparative analysis of accommodation sharing business' legislation, legal definitions, and operational policies that citizens should necessarily understand for better usage. Results: Local ordinances and regulations developed differently based on the situations of local markets and communities, so they are established and improved at the city or country level. Conclusions: Each government should consider preparing better policy on accommodation sharing by considering how to secure the housing market for residents with better establishment of new platform businesses and relationships with citizens. This study suggests policy reactions to government as policymakers, guests, hosts, platforms, and communities.
