바이모달 트램 도입을 위한 제도 개선 연구 (A Study on legislation for Bimodal Tram Construction and Operation)

  • 최근 도입 논의가 활발히 이루어지고 있는 바이모달 트램은 버스와 경량전철의 중간 규모의 수요에 대하여 정시성, 효율성, 편리성을 갖춘 대중교통시스템으로 주목받고 있다. 특히 철도와 같이 물리적으로 분리된 전용로상에서 제어시스템과 운영시스템을 갖춰 운영할 수 있고, 일반도로에서도 버스와 같이 운영할 수 있는 장점이 있으나, 철도와 도로교통 관련 법령에서 정의되지 않고, 건설비에 대한 재정지원근 거가 없어 구체적인 도입계획이 수립되지 못하고 있다. 본 연구는 바이모달 트램 도입 활성화를 위한 제도 구축을 위하여 다음과 같은 분석을 수행하였다. 1) 바이모달 트램 도입 추진 현황을 파악하여 도입 활성화의 장애요소를 파악하고, 2) 바이모달 트램과 타 교통수단과의 특성 및 관련제도 분석을 통해 제도화에 필요한 요소를 파악하며, 3) 해외의 제도 사례를 통해 국내 도입 활성화에 필요한 제도적 필요 요소률 분석하였다.

Shipboard Training for the Efficient Maritime Education

  • Marine officers should have crisis control ability because ship operation needs not only highly specialized information, but also functional capability due to the fact that there always exist dangers at sea, which are different from those at shore. Therefore, marine officers should be trained on the related specialized information under the systematical educational system including shipboard training. Their training is also based on the strong spiritual power and physical strength through the strict training process. In order to have these vocational personalities, dormitory life training and shipboard training courses seem to be essential processes, which are required of maritime education. The introduction of automatic system into the ship as a result of the recent development of technology brings decrease of the full number of crew. Consequently, marine officers are increasingly under heavy burden, and should have more ship operation capabilities than before. Maine officers should have not only specialized information which differs from that at shore, but also vocational adaptability which can reasonably tackle with all the problems which exist on the spot and are obstacles to individual, spiritual, physical, natural, and social demands. So it is required that marine officers should have study many areas to deal with as extra curricula besides their major field of study, which are unique characteristics of the education for them. These vocational adaptabilities are based on the spiritual characteristics, such as self-developmental education, responsibility, meticulous care, attentiveness, voluntary, planning, readiness, spontaneity, accuracy, self-denial, obedience, leadership, and etc.

최저비행고도와 UAS 운영제한고도 구축에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Establishment of Minimum Safe Altitude and UAS Operating Limitations)

  • UTM is an air traffic management ecosystem under development for autonomously controlled operations of UAS by the FAA, NASA, other federal partner agencies, and industry. They are collaboratively exploring concepts of operation, data exchange requirements, and a supporting framework to enable multiple UAS operations beyond visual line-of-sight at altitudes under AGL 500ft in airspace where air traffic services are not provided. Minimum Safe Altitude is a generic expression, used in various cases to denote an altitude below which it is unsafe to fly owing to presence of terrain or obstacles. The European drone regulation mentions that the UAS is maintained within 120 metres from the closest point of the surface of the earth during flight, except when overflying an obstacle. This study attempted to develop a minimum flight altitude database system. Based on domestic and international rules and regulations on setting the minimum flight altitude it is expected that it can be applied to the operation of aircraft and unmanned aerial system in UTM environments for specific area in Korea.

지역별 건축물 데이터를 활용한 태양광발전시스템 설치 잠재량 산정에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Installation Potential of Photovoltaic System Based on Regional Architectural Data)

  • As the solar energy market grows, the need to investigate the potential of photovoltaic system is being highlighted. However, due to the lack of plain field, the system on top of buildings is being exploited. This paper analyzes the potential to install PV systems on the rooftops. First of all, with the aid of a photovoltaic system simulation software, buildings were designed in a specific area based on the architectural data. And then, with the same software, the potential to install photovoltaic system was explored by placing PV modules on the buildings' rooftops. The installation potential was calculated and simulated with consideration for obstacles on the rooftops. The parameters are composed of available area for system installation, area utilization rate, PV system power capacity, operation yield hour per day and performance ratio. In the simulation, 5 sites were analyzed based on their architectural data. In the end, reliable data that can be utilized were collected for the potential to install the system with the photovoltaic system simulation software.

소방공무원 근무환경에 대한 안전보건 의식 연구 (A Study on the Safety and Health Consciousness for the Working Environment of Fire Fighter)

  • Fire fighter are exposed to the situations which are hard to predict due to continuous and accidental changes which hinder their fire fighting activity. As these threats of safety accident act as fear factors, they are doing insecure fire fighting activities. Therefore, as unclear and abnormal risks of working environment such as the riskiness of expansion of disaster, instability, obstacles of activities, abnormality, urgency, etc. increase, safety accidents are caused. This study analyzes the actual condition of safety and health and awareness of fire fighter who are exposed safety accidents during their fire fighting activities and utilize such result as the basis data to secure safety of fire fighter, keep efficient safety control and prevent accidents. The results of analysis are as follows. As rescue works among all fire-fighting works shows the highest emotional stabilization and the highest post-traumatic stress disorder is shown in fire sergeant level positions, and fire fighters whose working period is 10-15 years, reinforcing safety training to long-term workers is necessary. As the result of survey regarding safety awareness, the highest awareness level was shown in fire sergeant level positions, and fire fighters whose working period is over 20 years, and when it comes to operation of fire fighting equipments, fire-fighting workers and workers having 1-4 years of working period showed high safety awareness. The more serious injury in a fire fighter experienced as the first injury after working as a fire-fighter, the more cause-and-effect relationship was shown between personal physical condition and work, and it is shown as obstacles of fire fighting activities and affects to post-traumatic stress disorder. Moreover, as after-work off duty activities also affect to official disaster, systematic improvement of working environment is required. Occupational medical work compatibility evaluation considering the distinct characteristics of works to secure fire-fighter' health care together with fire-fighting capability is shown to be necessary.

특수재난지역 정찰로봇 시제품의 성능평가연구 (Performance Evaluation of Search Robot Prototypes for Special Disaster Areas)

  • 고열과 다량의 연기, 유독가스, 방사능 등을 수반하는 사고 현장에서 소방관을 대신하여 시야확보가 가능하고 화염으로 인한 고열을 극복하며 탐색 및 구조활동을 수행할 수 있는 3종의 특수한 정찰로봇이 최근 개발되었다. 이러한 로봇은 내열성능과 다양한 장애물 극복성능이 있어야 하고 화재진압성능과 탐색성능도 갖추어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 특수재난지역 정찰로봇의 다양한 성능시험을 통해 실용성을 검증하고자 하였다. 시험결과 소형 및 중형 로봇은 $100{\sim}200^{\circ}C$의 주위환경에서, 소방관탑승형 로봇은 $500^{\circ}C$의 환경에서도 30분 이상 활동이 가능한 것으로 나타났고, 특히 소방관 탑승형 로봇은 A 10 단위 화재모형을 3분 이내에 소화하여 화재진압성능도 우수한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 3종 로봇 모두 다양한 장애물 극복성능과 현장운용성능이 양호한 것으로 확인되어 특수재난현장에서의 활약이 기대된다.

실시간 온라인 금융솔루션 수출을 위한 지급결제프레임워크 (Payment Settlement Framework for Exporting Real-Time Online Financial Solution)

  • Korean small and medium sized software companies have tried to export their solutions or services to overseas markets. In 2016, exports of the software industry increased by 6.0% from the previous year, and the value added of the industry was 2.2 times higher than that of the manufacturing industry. From a long-term perspective, it is important to secure a global competitive advantage in order to sustain the export high value-added of the software industry. The obstacles to entry into the overseas market of small to medium enterprises are as follows: first, difficulty in product development and localization of marketing; second, lack of investment for overseas expansion; and finally, competitiveness of software technology. In particular, To overcome such obstacles, Korean small and medium sized software companies should increase the technical perfection and secure software export competitiveness. The paper presents a payment settlement framework enabling adaptive reuse and semiautomatic development of global payment settlement services. The quantitative and qualitative evaluation results are presented with domestic and overseas case studies as follows: Firstly, semi-automatic development is realized successfully by applying the framework. Secondly, it is possible to maintain consistent quality of software and to deliver maintenance services without relying on the internal human resources. Thirdly, it is possible to reduce the project duration of the same development cope to less than 50% by applying the framework. Finally, because it is based on BPMN 2.0, which is a high level design diagram, it is expected that it will be easy to implement through components connection and reduce difficulties in technology transfer and localization. Also, at the time of runtime operation, it will be effective to understand the design idea easily and to carry out additional developments without human resource who participated in the initial project.

위성영상 기반 해양수산 양식장의 경계 데이터 추출 (A Study on Extracting Boundary Data of Marine Fish Farms Based on Satellite Images)

  • 선박의 안전 운항과 해양수산 양식장 관리를 위해 해양수산 빅데이터 구축에 필요한 해양수산 양식장의 경계를 추출한 데이터 셋은 어장 허가 구역과의 일치 여부 조사를 통해 선박의 운항 경로에 불법 설치 시 장애물 정보를 미리 제공할 수 있다. 또한, 해양 사고 등에 의한 피해보상을 위해 필요한 양식장 조업 여부도 파악할 수 있으며, 해당 지자체에서는 어장도와의 중첩 비교를 통해 어장 관리 등에 사용할 수 있다. 선박의 안전 운항을 위한 전자해도에 물표 표시를 통해 운항 경로상의 장애물 파악에 필요한 기초 데이터로써 활용이 높다. 이 연구에서는 양식장의 경계 추출을 위해 충분한 공간해상도를 가지며 짧은 주기로 반복하여 촬영하는 유럽항공우주국 (ESA; europe space agency)의 Sentinel-2 위성영상 자료를 사용하였다. 영상 이미지에서 양식장의 주기별 현황 데이터의 생산을 위해 해상의 구역별 데이터를 부산권, 울산권, 거제·창원권, 고성·통영권, 남해·사천권의 5개 관리 구역으로 나누어 처리하였으며, 구역별 위성영상의 수집과 영상의 강조 처리 과정을 거쳐 양식장의 경계 데이터와 메타정보를 추출하였다.

  • 도심 항공 모빌리티(UAM)는 도시의 교통 혼잡과 환경 문제에 혁신적인 해결책을 제공하는 새로운 교통수단으로 부상하고 있다. 특히 전기수직이착륙(eVTOL) 항공기를 통해 도심 내 이동성을 향상시키고 교통 혼잡을 감소시키며 환경오염을 줄이는 데 기여할 것으로 기대된다. 그러나 UAM 시스템의 성공적인 구현과 운영은 센서 기술과 같은 고도로 발전된 기술적 인프라에 의존을 많이 하게 된다. 이러한 센서 기술 중에서도 3D LiDAR (light detection and ranging) 시스템은 복잡한 도심 환경에서 비행체가 장애물을 감지하고 경로를 생성하는 데 필수적이다. 본 논문은 3D LiDAR를 이용한 객체 검출 기능의 중요성과 성능을 중심으로 LiDAR 기반 인지 솔루션 개발의 도전 과제에 초점을 맞추며, LiDAR 데이터 처리 알고리즘과 객체 검출 방법론을 통합하여 비행체의 안전 운항에 기여하는 인지 솔루션의 효과를 실험적으로 검증한다.

항만생산성의 향상방안에 대한 연구 (The Study on the Strengthening Plan of Harbor Productivity)

  • Harbor function has been changed into physical distribution position harbor system for providing most suitable physical distribution service with comprehensive rationalization of international physical distribution over simple loading unloading, and change function by far. Thus, to change our country into advanced economy, the factor of growth obstacles was to be eliminated, or it is so important that the physical distribution base establishment enlarges to improve potential productivity. That is, self effort is needed for physical distribution competition system, adjustable arrangement of physical distribution area, the establishment of comprehensive informations system, physical distribution rationalization. Also, to enforce harbor productivity, harbor should be developed systemically to able to function of comprehensive harbor for enlargement of harbor establishment, the device of advanced harbor function height, the linkage between and city program, harbor operation or investment system provement, harbor technique or international cooperation advancement.
